My experience was fabulous from beginning to end start to finish. Everything was perfect. Everybody that works in this place is beautiful inside and out knowledgeable helpful funny comforting my tattoo came out gorgeous. We did not wait long. They were quick and skillful. Kairie is an absolute gem! Just needed all of my jewelry put back in. Quick and efficient. Very knowledgeable as far as piercings go. Would definitely come back to see her to get some more piercings. HIGHLY recommend! Very professional!

Karey is the best she does such a great job with the art and also with making you feel at home. Definitely recommend!

Just called this place to ask for the age requirement for a helix piercing or a industrial piercing on your ears and this super rude male was being super snarky towards me and was saying “damn right” when i said if the requirement was over 18? i was being super nice and he was rude to me for absolutely no reason at all. i just wanted to know what the requirement was ?? don’t understand what the attitude was for.

UPDATE (it won’t let me reply to comment from shop): Fresh tattoos is the name the guy from Boca Ink put in my phone; it’s not his actual name. He had dreads and a dog. He told me his first name, but I forget what it is.Do not use this guy as he is not a good artist working at Boca Ink (see pic). Cannot speak for the other artists since I did not work with them.If you go to this place, do not use a guy who calls himself “fresh tattoos”. He doesn’t listen to what you’d like for your tattoo and cannot draw. It took him 5 days to draw an amateur design and would not change it based on my requests. Then he was rude when I kindly told him I would not proceed because I wasn’t comfortable with the design and this is a permanent thing I am putting on my body.

I highly recommend this shop for many reasons! My daughters and I have had beautiful pieces done by Mario and Kairie. Theyre both professional, consistent and their space is always clean! We always feel welcomed and comfortable which is most definitely a unique offering in this field. You wont regret letting them work their magic!

I am a 70 year old veteran of the Viet Nam Conflict during which I flew helicopters (68-70) Never in the wildest moment in my life did I ever think I would get a Tattoo. Then the day came Parkinsons entered my life due to exposure of Agent Orange while in Nam.Skylar is an Angel and Michael Angelo rolled into one. I wanted my tattoo to honor patients with Parkinsons and my service to my country. Using the Parkinson basic design my wife and I came up with the idea of a Poppy on top of the Parkinson PD stem. Skylar enhanced it to living art that lives on my arm today.Skylar is part psychiatrist as she calms the patients nervousness, exceptional artiste, always cares that the best work is done, I highly recommend Skylar to handle any tattoo work.

So I came here four years ago and had a finger dagger tattoo done but the previous artist was a little rude. Met the artist magic and he’s been the nicest person from beginning to end and he was able to fix my dagger tattoo and even enhanced it!

We went there for a belly piercing, and they were very very nice and helpful. They made us feel very calm and talk to us the whole time so we weren’t nervous. My experience at this shop was nothing short of awesome. I went with friends to watch them get their tattoos with some interest of getting a piercing of my own. I definitely regret going here. I tried to go back to buy a new circular barbell recently for the septum I got there and I was completely ignored by the staff when I walked In. I got not help at all. Never spending my money here again.

Got my nose pierced here and I went to another piercing shop to look at the piercing because it was bothering me. The other piercer told me that my piercing was pierced crooked and low. It was also pierced with the wrong jewelry causing it to become irritated.

This place is absolutely horrible, horrible, horrible. I had put a deposit down yesterday I had asked how much it would be he did say I couldnt see it being more than this amount. (A bunch of people were sitting on the couch smoking like they were at the club.) The unprofessionalism is unbelievable.) I go there today the tattoo artist told me $100 dollars more. $350 dollars for a 2 inch tattoo and yes, detail but NOT for that price. I had gotten something else I had shown, Gus, the tattoo I had wanted STILL highly overpriced. The art work is not good AT ALL! I had shown him a picture of it, extremely simple, simple it looks so not like the picture AT ALL like an outline of a coloring book without any coloring in it. The customer service was unacceptable. He didnt listen to what I wanted. This is a tattoo, not a food order you get it wrong its kind of a big deal. Overpriced like crazy, unprofessional as ever. This is supposed to be a business not someones living room.

I loved coming to this shop I had Bruno that did my tattoo that was a sister tattoo and he did great on both mine and my sisters tattoo. He makes you feel very safe and secure and his hand was light while tattooing I will come back here to visit and get another tattoo from him. Now I got a lip piercing and it was done by Bel and he did an amazing job. He made it easy and safe and he kept me comfortable. He did it amazingly I’m in love with it. I will be coming back when I visit it again.

Pierced my ears today : 2 on skin, 1 in the thick part of the cartilage. and i can say that my experience here was amazing. The service was great. They attended me as soon as i walked in and helped me through the process! I will be completing my next set of piercings next week and i’m very excited to be going back. The process was quick and easy and the worker couldn’t have been any more supportive. Looking forward to coming back!

Ive had two piercings here so far and I will always come back. Skylar attended high school with me and she has always been artistically inclined. She is a great artist and piercer and makes me feel so at ease whenever I get a piercing. She has a really nice personality and will make sure that youre happy with your piercing.

I am currently getting tattooed by Paul @ Empire Ink. Not only is Paul a great guy, his work is amazing! He is by far one of the best tattoo artists in south Florida! He has done a few tattoos for me but the one he is doing as I write this review is the best tattoo I have and I have a lot of different work from a few artists. No one besides Paul will ever tattoo me again! I found my life long artist and a life long best friend. Package deal! Highly recommended!

Walked in randomly for a piercing. Best decision ever. So happy I came here the staff is amazing & friendly and welcoming!! Mike did my dermal piercing and I’m coming for tattoos. Ann Marie is awesome as well.

Skylar is simply an incredible artist. Ive had other tattoos but she did my 1st large piece that was also a cover up, and made it better than I could have ever want. She listens to your ideas, gives good feed back, and incorporates everything together with great detail. Highly recommend her and will return for any future tattoos. The rest of the staff is also very friendly to be around.

Got my first tattoo here over a week ago. I was very skeptical since this was my first one but the staff at Empire made me feel so comfortable and I had a great experience. Paul did my tattoo and he was light while he did it so that way I didn’t feel too much pain. I recommend this place to anyone getting a tattoo or piercing and I will definitely be returning in the future for another tattoo.

Skylar did an AMAZING job on me and my best friends tattoos!!! She took us as a walk in on a Sunday afternoon and did our linework tattoos right away. She has such a gentle hand we barely felt any pain at ALL! Shes also really friendly and made us super comfortable. Seriously- get your tattoo done with her!! You wont regret it!

I got my first tattoo done by Skylar at the Boca Raton location, she made the experience absolutely great with her expertise and cool attitude. I felt comfortable and safe throughout the whole process in her hands. Plus the line work she did on my tattoo was amazing- clean, fine lines. I had a great experience getting my tattoo here. i was nervous and apprehensive about what i wanted. The vibe of the whole place was friendly and positive. I relaxed right away when I started talking to Steven, he knows his craft; he even made suggestions i wasnt even thinking of. Seriously, he made the whole experience enjoyable and memorable, so much so that i booked my next session the same day.You need a dope creative tattoo artist (understatement) MR EMPIRE IS THE ONLY ONE WORTHY OF YOUR TIME. The quality is nonpareil.

Went here to get my daughters nose pierced. The owner Mike did the piercing. He was very kind on the phone the night before we went in. The receptionist at the front is VERY sweet. Mike went to do my daughters piercing (mind you this is her first piercing) and I took out my phone to record. All he had to say was “please do not record”, but instead he added “I’m trying to work here”. Really? No need to be rude. Just ask me & my daughters friend not to record (I’m BIG on manners and respect). I probably wouldn’t be so upset if he had been a little nicer. What do you expect? I was excited for my babies first piercing! You’d think he’d get that and be a little kinder with his words. I understand if you don’t want to be recorded, but just say it without the rude remark. Anyways, he had to re-pierce it a second time because it came out WAY higher than the mark that he made on her nose and showed me that was where he was going to pierce. On top of that, it came out crooked. Much better the second time and he was apologetic and gave me a slight refund and some jewelry, which is the only reason I’m giving 2 stars. Annoying experience with the exception of the sweet Receptionist.

Just had my first piercing today at this shop. They’re super nice and chill. The process didn’t even take more than 15 mins. Definitely coming back for a second one!Edit 1: I came back for a second time, and that guy nailed it again. I was in town for a Volleyball tournament and had heard about piercings here. I read other reviews and decided to give this place a try. I was greeted by Mike, the piercer. He was very informative and explained about daith piercings and the two different initial pieces for jewelry. He made me very comfortable and talked me through the process. Even helped me figure out issues with other piercings I have. I highly recommend him and this shop. I will be back for another piercing soon!! Thank you!

There was a bit of a wait with our scheduled appointment, however the artists were fun, professional and really try to give each customer what they want. Bruno was compassionate and made my girlfirends first tattoo experience comfortable and memorable. We will definitely be back for more of Brunos work.

We had called to see about piercing my mother in laws upper ear for her 63rd birthday. She had a stroke some years earlier and is disabled. We were told to come in, no problem. Once there, waited for 20+ minutes just to be told the guy wasnt even there. They were nice on the phone and when we were there. However, their unreliable staff makes them look bad. Plus, being someone who has tattoos, I wouldnt get work done there. Went to Big Kahuna instead. Sure they are nice but very disappointing and unprofessional.

Great experience! Francisco really took care of something that is close to my heart and I wanted to have done for a very long time. I didnt trust just anyone with this piece so I came to him and it was perfect. Tatiana was a great hostess and also provided guidance throughout the decision making and thought process. Thanks!

Great staff, very friendly and professional. They were very patient with my daughter who was getting a Medusa piercing for her 18th birthday. She was having an anxiety attack and not feeling well, light headed, nauseous, the whole nine yards. They let her lay there and just relax so that she could get it done and it looks fantastic, I even had my nose pierced! I would highly recommend Empire Ink, they are fantastic!

Very clean shop. Great staff. Very helpful. My wife and I just recently got tattooed by Skylar and we love her work. Very clean lines. Skylar is very helpful. We wanted tattoos on our finger and she explain that tattoo on the fingers dont last long and fade within a couple of years. So with her help we decided on another spot for our tattoo and we love it. My wife and I also got inked ny Mike about two years ago and he is very good also. My wife and I are already planning our next tats to add to our sleeves.

I had an amazing experience going to empire. Skylar was my artist for my second tattoo and it came out beautiful. I will get the rest of my ink from empire and hope to finish up my sleeve. She Also pierced my eyebrow twice and gave me very good advice when I accidentally infected it. Definitely would recommend my friends/family to come get their ink from empire

I had came in with problem, I was extremely scared and worried. Danny was person that had took care of me and he was calm. He made me feel comfortable and help me with no problem. There was an apprentice named Alex’s, before the even entered the room to watched and learn, he made sure I was completely okay with him being there and made me feel safe. The shop was clean as well!

Go in there to get my nose piercing switched out and it’s always so quick and easy. Bugz is great!

I absolutely love Empire Ink. A young man that goes by the name Goose helped me out extensively. He was super fair about prices. Not only was the shop very clean, but his personal work station was more than sanitary. The whole process I noticed how hygienic he was. At the end he went even further to fully explain how the healing process works and supplied me with free aftercare products and deeply explained what to do and what not to do. If youre ever in South Florida, I highly reccomend going here!

I was a first time (66 yr old female) walk in on New Year’s Day 2018. Mike was so friendly and receptive to my request. I got 2 tattoos and will come back for more.The music and atmosphere made this experience awesome.

Ive been going to Empire Tattoo for the past six months and have gained six new tattoos and three piercings. This place not only has amazing customer service, but its a fun and energetic atmosphere that welcomes anyone that walks in. His work is out of this world and he has an awesome personality that will keep you laughing the entire session; I can guarantee you wont be disappointed when you leave.

My artist was incredibly passionate about his artwork and I felt like he really made an effort to make me comfortable and make sure I was taken care of. Had a tattoo artist named Diego do a cover up for me. Charged me $850 which I was told by others after looking at the work that i was way overcharged but Id be ok with the price had I got what I wanted . He did not finish the spiderman/venom tattoo that night but its been 4 months now and it still isnt finished. No answer to my calls/texts. Ive stopped inside a few times and the owner Mike took my # down and said hed make an appointment with me and Diego so I could get the tattoo finished but Im still waiting.. this was my first and unfortunately my last time doing business there.

My family has been going here since they had first opened. My mom got tattooed here, my dad, and now im in the books and im absolutely glad i am. I went to empire to get a tattoo cover up, I first spoke with mike the owner, he was very professional and welcoming. He took the time to make sure the choice I made was not one I would regret like my last tattoo. He then asked his Fabi to do my tattoo. Fabi is so sweet, gentle and knows what she is doing. I was extremely nervous since it’s been over 10 years since I had a tattoo. Not only was she patient with me because I kept changing my mind but she worked with me throughout the all process. I would recommend this place to anyone that wants a tattoo done. The workers and artist are all great there. I would definitely go back if I need another tattoo done. Okay so I went to this location years ago and I was really young maybe like 17 years old and I was getting my first tattoo. The person who did my first tattoo I made a suggestion of how I wanted my tattoo to look like and he said no because its not how tattoos really are and now I have my tattoo which is an anchor, I wanted it to have like a pink ribbon or something like that. He said no so now I just have a regular black anchor and everyone thinks Im in the Army. Everyone asks me if I have a story that relates to the Marines or the US military haha! Being 17 I just went along with it. But now that Im 21, I realized I should have been like either you do it how I want or dont do it at all LOL. now, Im going to have to cover it up with something that is less masculine. Its a small anchor and its not really noticeable. The second tattoo was done by I believe his name was Mike? He was amazing I believe he owns the tattoo shop. He made an incredible tattoo for someone I know who passed and he was really creative with it made his own and he said you will love it for the rest of your life. I really like it! He did an amazing job. Everyone there was really nice. Except for the guy who did my first tattoo he kind of had an attitude. I believe he was bald I dont remember his name

I’ve been getting inked by Mike at Empire in Boca for about a year now. In that time, he has worked on a sleeve (almost done!) and a few other small pieces. Mike always makes me feel welcome, and I feel very comfortable at the shop. I always come in to see him with ideas, and he spends a great deal of time fine tuning my ideas. I did not know what to expect from my first tattoo, and after searching for weeks on a nice place to finally get one, I came across Empire Ink. Through many searches through instagram and browsing their site, I decided to come visit the Boca Raton location. Mike, the artist who took care of me was very nice and easy to work with when it came to what I wanted and how I wanted it. The shop is clean and the atmosphere is very relaxed. As a graphic designer, I wanted my tattoo to look a very specific way and I am glad Mike was able to capture my vision. Definitely give these guys a visit! Thanks Empire!

The moment I walked in I realized it was a sketchy place. Both workers and other customers were not wearing masks, despite there being a sign saying masks were mandatory. With it being Friday 13th, I asked how much it would cost to get my seconds done and they told me $25 for both. The worker who pierced my ears was skittish and it honestly felt like he was on something. My piercings bled so much that it dripped all over my clothes, and he barely gave me tissues to clean up my blood. When I went to pay, he tried to charge me $50 and when I tried to explain that I had been told the price was $25, he put in my card in the machine and tried to charge me $50 anyway. Eventually the manager charged me $25 but I was extremely unhappy with my service and I definitely won’t be coming back.

I love this place, talented artists, kind people. Good music. If you go for anything color ask for skylar shes absolutely incredible just got a recent piece done by her and she redid my first tattoo. I definitely found my favorite artist and cant wait to go back 😁

It was my first experience getting a tattoo I decided to go to Empire ink. A very well known tattoo shop in Boca. The amazing tattoo artist Bruno he took care of me so well. He made sure that the artwork was top notch which made me feel very comfortable. He made sure that everything was fair as for pricing wise and he also took my pain tolerance into consideration which helped a lot as well. Went into Empire to get some work done and asked around with all the artists who would be a best fit for my needs that I was looking to get done. Everyone agreed that Francisco would be the best fit and they were right. Really down to earth guy helps you figure out what will fit best in the target area and has crisp lines and shading. Doesnt have a heavy hand and is pretty patient.

Great artwork i would recommend goose. All my tattoos healed great and he did exactly what I asked for, he also pierced my septum piercing clean and super quick. Went through all the dos and donts to really make sure I got the best results. 10/10

I came 30 minutes before close with a friend and skylar fit us right in! Just left and its past their closing time! I got both of my nipples pierced and I was a little nervous. She was so sweet and talked me through it. My friend got one nipple pierced and we are both so pleased! We highly recommend skylar for any piercing!

I had my daughters ear re-pierced after a botched ear piercing job at another place. Bruno was the person I met when I came into the store to explain my concerns and ask questions about the procedure. Bruno made me feel very comfortable and answered all my questions and I felt safe enough to bring my 13 year old daughter for the piercing with Bruno. I had explained to Bruno that my daughter had been traumatized by the bad job before and was very scared. When I brought her in, Bruno immediately made her feel right at home, he gave her his cell phone and told her to pick the music that she liked because as he put it, this is your moment and you should choose the music that you like. She chose a ballet from Don Quixote since she is a ballet dancer and Bruno made the music sound throughout the entire shop during the procedure. Bruno understood my concerns and allowed me to draw the dot and gave me his opinion on where it should be, which I appreciated very much as in the previous place, I was not given the choice of giving my opinion of where the dot should be placed. He then proceeded to pierce her ear quickly and gently and extremely professionally. I am so pleased that we found Bruno to help us fix the botched ear piercing. As a mother of 4, I highly recommend Bruno for all your piercing needs.
