Very kind, professional and honest. I called for a consultation for laser hair removal, and they got me in the same day. The clinician was unsure if laser would work on my hair type/color so they offered to do a test patch for free. I felt they were very straightforward with me and set realistic expectations for treatment. I had worried that any laser place would take advantage of me and just say it could be effective even if it wouldn’t be. That couldn’t be farther from the truth here! They don’t want me to waste my time or money any more than I do. They were very honest and went above and beyond to see if laser is the right solution for me. Would definitely recommend!

Dr. Lin and Yvonne and staff are very nice. I’m writing specifically about his laser treatment of scars. He did a great job, using 3 different lasers, to fade the color and smooth the texture of my surgical scars. Thank you.

The best skincare and treatment place I’ve found in 10 years. Dr Lin is amazing and can help fix any problem. I’ve been to epione in Beverly Hills who does the kardashians. He isn’t even as good as Dr lin. Mill creek skin and laser is a gem. Dr. Lin knows what he’s doing and the office staff is really helpful and nice.

Dr. Lyn and his staff are friendly, usually on time, and the good Dr. knows his stuff. He is an artist not just a greedy guy turning everyone Hollywood looking. He knows how to use botox AND he and his staff have steered me away from services that arent right for me. They frequently have specials and are always quick to make sure you get all your discounts and goodies. The prices are higher than some but you get what you pay for.

I had my first ever hair removal treatment today. Natasha was fantastic! She made me feel very comfortable about the procedure, and she was very competent. I get Juvaderm and Botox, and the results after ongoing treatments have been significant while still looking natural to the naked eye. I look better than when I was in my 20’s, and I am 38. Prices are a bit higher than your run of the mill injector, but Dr. Lin is an accredited MD with a technical and artistic vision. You will not be over injected. The office staff is very professional, and the office atmosphere is fairly unassuming which is great if you are concerned about feeling exposed or judged.

Ive been meaning to write this review for a while because I think its important for folks to be aware while also tapering certain expectations.I had gone in for their Coolsculpting and the initial results were great. My midsection had finally gotten rid of the stubborn belly fat. I figured itd be easy to maintain given i work out 5-6 times a week and have fixed most of my nutrition issues--again this was for that stubborn belly fat.About 3 months later though I noticed my midsection sort of come back and harden a bit. The folks at Mill Creek Skin and Laser admitted this was probably not for me. We had even attempted another session.Almost a year later I run into online articles about how this sometimes happens with patients, its called Paradoxical Adipose Hypertrophy (PAH) After Cryolipolysis. Folks should research this and speak to your PCP about this and associated risks. While PAH is rare, it happens.The one thing I did like from this location was their chemical peels. I had one done for my back and it was absolutely amazing and removing years of scars.The treatments are also a bit on the pricey side, but then again that is the nature of the aesthetics/beauty industry.

If youre looking for aesthetic procedures done RIGHT in a comfortable (and even FUN) setting, this is the place for you! Ive been going to Mill Creek Skin & Laser for years, doing everything from IPL to Botox to CoolSculpting to EMSELLA. Im always happy with my experience and later, my results. Yvonne and Dr. Yin help me take great care of my skin, and Robert helps me tone up and get rid of my extra padding. By the way, if youre having any issues with your pelvic floor muscles, definitely try the EMSELLA chair. It improved my quality of life quickly and dramatically, without PT or surgery! Highly recommended!

5/27/2023: Yvonne asked to meet in person and we had a great meeting. I met with Yvonne and Robert and had an in depth explanation as to why the procedure failed. The meeting was conducted in a professional and caring manner. I felt that I was heard. My concern with the free offer on Emsculpt was put to rest and so I will give this a try and hope for the best! Despite the Coolsculpturing procedure failed on me, this outfit deserves a 5 stars rating for how they handled the aftermath which I very much appreciated!5/26/2023: I had my follow up appointment after my treatment on 3/17/2023. Unfortunately, Coolsculpturing is a 100% failure for my body. It was explained to me that it may take more than one session to achieve the ideal results but in general there is always some improvements. I was offered 3 Emsculpt treatment sessions at no cost to me. After some thoughts I called the clinic to see if I can get a refund instead but Yvonne (VP) became quite aggressive via text message and put all blames on me. She said I took a chance and my body didnt respond. I am thinking that Emsculpt is likely not going to work either and I dont want to be a lab rat. I asked to speak with the Doctor to see if we can reach a compromise... so more to come!P.S. The rest of my comments remain true, the facility is clean, staff are welcoming and service is efficient.3/17/2023: The facility is clean. Staff are welcoming. Service is efficient and since its my first treatment, I am hoping that I can say treatment is effective.

I was a bit apprehensive before I went simply because I was unsure if the treatment would get me the results I wanted.Ive been working out consistently for the past couple of years and lost a good amount of weight and put on muscle, but I had two stubborn areas where fat just wouldnt budge: my love handles and my chest.The chest area fat caused me the most mental stress. I had only taken my shirt off once publicly in the last 30 years due to embarrassment.I spoke to Robert about my concerns and shared with him that I was considering gynecomastia surgery (at a cost of $8k) to deal with the chest fat. Robert showed me results of other patients who did CoolSculpting on the chest areas and I decided to give it a try. Plus, using this method was FAR less expensive than the other surgery.My scheduled appointment took a total of about 3.5 hours and was relatively pain free. There was some temporary and significant discomfort in the chest area after the treatment, but it subsided within about 30 minutes.The recovery afterwards was easy. I returned to the gym the next day. There was some slight irritation and discomfort trying to sleep the first couple of days following the procedure but certainly bearable. The worst part was the itching of the body healing itself!I began to notice a real change about 60 days after and by my 90 day follow up appointment, there was visible improvement.Measurements and photos were taken and it was obvious how much better I looked! I lost about 1.5 inches from my love handles and the chest fat was mostly gone. I wouldnt say that I have a chest like a bodybuilder, but I definitely feel confident enough to take my shirt off at the pool now, which is a dramatic (and emotional) improvement for me.I highly recommend Robert and his staff. Professional, courteous, reasonably priced, and knowledgeable.Id give 20 stars if I could!

Had a consult and Robert was amazing. Did a full body scan that provided me with so much info customized to my body. I wish I’d been in sooner. Very forthright and honest - said I didn’t need what I’d originally gone in for and gave me other options and general advice that was incredibly helpful. I’ll definitely be back. Spider veins on legs - Great experience! I was very intimidated when I called to make an appointment. When I arrived at the office I was instantly put at ease. Everyone was super friendly. The consultation was straight forward. The cost was less than I expected. The procedure was quick, easy & relatively pain free.I had been thinking about getting this done since my early 20s, but figured I would not have the means to go for it, and, frankly, figured Id show up & theyd tell me I couldnt afford it! But that was not the case at all. To finally have this done feels amazing. Wish I would have done it 10 years ago!!

The treatment was fine and I would have liked to return but as their not ADA Compliant I could not. Maybe they dont have to be but as I am disabled with a walker and they dont have an elevator the entry was nearly impossible. I had to take an elevator away from them then walk around a walkway in the rain.

I went in today I was referred here by a friend of mine who said that they did really good Botox. I went in for my consultation because I wanted to get lip injections. I was very disappointed to find out that the doctor would not do lip injections, but rather I would have to spend close to $5000 getting my whole face lifted with a filler. When all I wanted was lip injections.I was very much bothered by this. The lady who did my consultation was very nice but very pushy and told me that this doctor would not be for me if all I wanted was lip injections.

We have relocated several times due to my Husband’s job. And, I’ve been to skincare centers all over. I must say, Dr. Lin and his staff are excellent. There is a consultation before they perform any procedures, and they explain all the products they offer, and recommend products/procedures based on your type of skin, and any issues you may have with your skin . You are also told a price before they do any procedures. Dr. Lin is so knowledgeable, and they have the latest equipment/technology for optimal results. I get many compliments on my skin. And, Dr. Lin is amazing.... We are about to have to move again due to the next assignment. I’ve decided that I’m going to make the 6-8 hour drive “each way” to continue seeing Dr. Lin because he’s the best! Skincare is not cheap, but it’s such a worthwhile investment.

I have to say this has been a life changing experience. Since the birth of my second child I had really appalling facial redness including raised capillaries. It just never went away. No one had seen me without at least some makeup for almost 29 years. Im an outdoor girl who loves camping, fishing and snorkeling. Had to put on makeup in a tent and gave up snorkeling altogether. I even refused diagnostic tests if it required makeup removal. Over the years Ive spent a fortune in time and money on makeup. Had to get up really early for work which made me tired. Was always worried about an ill timed power outage. Twice I was approached by men who mistook me for a working girl. Too much makeup! The laser treatment was a bit stingy but absolutely bearable and SO worth it. The results have been amazing! And so affordable I could kick myself for not doing this much sooner. Since then Ive had a cool sculpt treatment and am going for one last facial treatment. Next year Im going snorkeling in Hawaii and remote camping in Canada. I have been a patient for laser hair removal for the past 4 months. Mill Creek Skin and Laser is a great choice for helping removing your hair. First off they are transgender friendly and inclusive. They ask for your pronouns on the intake form and it made me feel safe and comfortable as well as confident in my choice of my laser spa. Very reasonable prices and the gals at the front desk are always super kind and have a welcoming aesthetic and a great atmosphere. Yvonne is also very nice and explains the process of treatment well and extremely detailed. 2nd update I had my emsculpt session yesterday, the staff was very professional and friendly. The emsculpt is truly amazing. I definitely recommend to anyone that wants their muscle to Java a good workout. This place is always spotless cleanUpdateAfter I posted this review the manager Ivonne contact me personally by phone and texted, apologize for employee behavior and return my pre-paid sessions to my account and gifted me 2 more sessions for my troubles. She also agree to retrain her employees so this never happens again and if any issues rises in the future to contact her directly. I will say I really like the emsculpt and I have been very happy with their hydro facials. I really appreciated Ivonne’s professionalism and her customer service skills. Thank you Ivonne.I will not recommend this place to anyone. Unethical employees DEFRAUDED me 2 prepaid emsculpt sessions. I came in in July 2021during their grand opening for Emsculpt FDA approved for muscle growth. I bought the largest bundle sessions 2 digits) on that day. I had 3 areas I wanted to be treated arms thighs and stomach. Of course receptionist insisted a pre- book my weekly sessions because the schedule is almost booked solid and it’s recommended weekly sessions for best results. On my first session the receptionist pushed me to get before pictures with Robert and consultation to confirm emsculpt will give the results I want. He informs that the infrared piece for the emsculpt is on back order until September and he recommends for me to wait. Do I told the receptionist please cancel 2 pre-booked sessions. She a said no problem. Every week I ask about the 2 sessions. that were suppos to be return as unused to my pre- paid account. Every week the receptionist keep saying the “manager” is the only person who has the authority to correct computer error but not to worry because every time a client comes in for a session, employees has to Han write sessions and it was clear that I never received sessions. It’s September now and I explain to receptionist that I would come back for my 6 sessions in 3-4 months . Again she assures me my sessions would waiting for me because they don’t expired. I call to schedule 2 session for 1/15/22 and the receptionist informs me I only have 4 sessions according to the computer. I explain my situation she again says to not to worry “MY Manager” will take care of it. I check in with the same receptionist from July August and September she informs me that she was confused and that a employee just forgot to document those 2 session but sha has now corrected that and falsely hand write on the login note that I indeed received those sessions as indicated in the computer. This person has committed fraud false documentation and latterly robbed me of 2 paid emsculpt sessions. Do Not purchase any pre paid packages because you may never received paid treatment s I’m also reporting this business to BBB

I went here for a consultation for acne and scaring. I was initially really excited. I met with the Dr. and she was very thorough with the consultation. I wanted to proceed with the recommended treatment plan but wanted a break down of the cost so I could review it with my husband and make a final decision. We, as a couple, dont spend hundreds of dollars without talking first. They were going to provide me with a quote and list of the products via email. I had to leave to get to another appointment so they said they would email me the information and pricing. I left really excited but NEVER heard from them. Yes, I could have reached out but it is not my job to do theirs. I am disappointed that I didnt receive the follow up information and it made me feel like since I didnt buy on the spot I wasnt important. Unfortunately I will not go back and will seek treatment elsewhere.

I love being educated when I get my procedures done. (I get botox for Migraine prevention and Sleep Bruxism)I have also received KTP laser sessions to get rid of a broken blood vessel under my eye. The location of the broken blood vessel was very very tricky. In the past I have gone to different clinics in hope to get rid of it but no one could do it! They helped me remove a tattoo that I had on my lower back. I hated my tattoo and was so self conscious that I would never wear anything that would show my lower back. Now I can wear whatever I want with out having to worry about it showing. I have little white spots but you can barely see it. I highly recommend Mill Creek Skin and Laser. I came to Mill Creek Skin & Laser seeking treatment for my severe acne and acne scarring, they gave me special shampoo, supplements, and facial products. Within 3 months of beginning treatment, my skin had become the clearest it had ever been, after 6 months I had no breakouts whatsoever and almost all of my previous scarring had been resolved. To this day I continue to use the products that they give me and my skin has stayed clear and healthy and I get compliments all the time and I dont even have to wear foundation/concealer anymore. Throughout my whole experience the staff have been extremely helpful and friendly and have been an excellent resource giving me advice and free consultations whenever I need it.

I get my Botox done by Dr. Lin and have had several sessions of Cool Sculpting done by Robert. I have had Botox done elsewhere and it never is as natural as Dr. Lin is able to achieve. I have been really pleased with the results of Cool Sculpting on my thighs and have lost 2 inches there. and 2 inches on my love handles/waist. The customer service here is absolutely top notch and Ive referred and will continue to refer people to Dr. Lin and his wonderful staff.

I have been going to mill creek skin & laser for some time now and I am truly glad I have found this place. They offer a variety of services from facials, lasers, laser hair removal, cool sculpting, fillers, and Botox. They have been so kind and very informative from the beginning. I have been dealing with moderate acne and they have given me the right treatments to help clear up my skin. Currently I am finishing on a treatment called Q-switch for my hyperpigmentation and it made my face so clear and flawless. I also tried the cool sculpting with Robert and he was so funny and informative. Literally everyone is so nice and they try their best to help you become the best you. If you are looking for one of the best medical spas that offer a variety of services this is the place!

Went there years ago for a tattoo removal consultation. Was told that my tattoo could not be removed at all because of the parlor I went to. It’s a small (black ink) tattoo. Years later after the numerous artists and physicians I’ve spoken to, not one of them have ever heard such a thing. Fast forward to now, had my consultation and apparently it’s the same lady at your clinic telling people this false information. My new physician knew exactly who I was talking about too so it’s nothing new. The industry is aware of this one lady at your clinic trying to sell people products while telling them false information. Cats outta the bag. Avoid this place like the plague!

WAAYYY OVERPRICED, SCAMMED me of $6000 for a small tattoo removal that didnt even get the job done. Take your business elsewhere, literally anywhere will be LOADS cheaper and more trustworthy. They will force you to take in other accommodating services when its really nothing you are looking for nor need. I went in at the time since they had decent reviews at the time and I didnt know very well how much one should be paying for laser treatments, but now I know.

Fantastic customer service! Coolsculpting does exactly what it says it will do! I know for sure because I could see it from the inside. As an Ultrasound professional I was able to watch the fat necrosis process with imaging. I could see it shrink away week after week as I measured the fat layer every two weeks. Minimal discomfort with real results. Robert is fantastic. Tells it like it is and treats you with professionalism and compassion. No judgement here!! Loved working with him and his staff.Mill Creek is the best place to go as they have two machines and can do both sides or two areas at the same time. I would do this again in a heartbeat!

This is the ONLY place to go for CoolSculpting. I went to three different CoolSculpting providers before deciding on Mill Creek Skin and Laser Center. Robert and his staff are the Gold Standard. Robert spent a lot of time with me and he was brutally honest about what CoolScupting could and could NOT do specific to my body. The other providers I visited told me what I wanted to hear, but Robert told me the TRUTH. The process was a breeze. There is some coldness and pulling when applying the applicator but absolutely nothing to be worried about. I had no bruising, only slight soreness and a little swelling for 3 days. Today was my 8 week follow up. Did it work??? ABSOLUTELY. I am thrilled with my results so far. So much so that I immediately booked another session on a different area. Look guys - you MUST be realistic about your expectations. CoolScupting is not for someone who has a lot of fluffiness to get rid of. This is a fine tune of specific spots that no matter what you have tried, you just cant seem to smooth out. Just had a consultation, the ladies there were very nice and friendly, I talked with a consultant and she was very helpful and knowledgeable about the process for laser hair removal and answered all my questions in a positive and friendly manner.

Went to inquire about Botox, was quoted an astronomical amount for the tiny amount I would need. On top of that was immediately told that the doctor could give me lip filler, when I made no inquiries or showed no interest in lip filler. Basically felt like they were trying to take advantage of me. Went to Dermatology Arts in Bellevue instead, much more professional and, equally as qualified and they wont make you feel bad about yourself.

Amazing experience!! The nurse and doctor were very thorough and both did a excellent consultation before the procedure. I felt very safe and comfortable with my decision to get Botox for the first time.

I have received laser treatments, Botox and have also purchased products from this business. I usually receive 40 units of Botox for my entire face. Well I recently went in to just get Botox on the lower half of my face as I had received Botox on the upper half from another clinic recently. When the doctor quoted me for the lower half, he said I needed 40 units. When I asked what I usually get he said 40 units, but apparently we always run out (as he said). I should have pushed back but I didn’t. He then inserted the boxtox and added about half of it to my neck which I have never done before. Needless to say, I won’t be going back.

Robert and Kaitlin were absolutely superb. Friendly and professional. Listened to what we wanted and made many useful suggestions. We will definitely go back.

Ive been having my neck tattoos removed. Its been a lengthy process but I promise you if you want a tattoo removed this works. But it is a process and if your looking for results in a couple treatments youre going to be disappointed. I have a friend who does this for a living in Kentucky. He even agrees that the results on my neck are incredible. I ice before I get a treatment and ice till the heat is gone after. I have no regrets doing this process. I no longer look like a tattooed biker working in business. Thanks guys!!

I was so stupid to think that this place could help my severe acne. My insurance didnt cover most dermatologists so I decided to take a different route and try Skin & Laser. I came in with an open mind and limited amount of money I could spend due to my unemployment. Dr. lins sister, Avon, did my consultation and immediately recommended I do a photogenic laser treatment that should help clear my acne. The bad news is that each treatment was around $550 and I had to do it 3 times! She also talked me in to some very expensive creams and acne pills which was supposed to help my acne. Desperate and depressed I agreed really putting my trust and time with these people. After trying the creams and doing the laser treatment for 2 months I saw no improvement in fact my acne got worse! I was also running out of money and could no longer afford to waste it all so quickly. Finally I had enough and called them to tell them how disappointed I was and how I was going to seek professional help. They replied with a simple, Ok great, if you ever need to come back call us again. Thats it...no sympathy or solution to have me come back. Its like they gave up on me and didnt care anymore. I really felt like I had been stolen from and made a fool. Luckily I called my insurance and found a dermatologist that accepted my insurance. Please if you are struggling with severe acne and seek help in clearing it do NOT go to Skin & Laser! These people do know some things about acne but they are not professionals. They expect these really expensive treatments to work and when they dont they are dumbfounded not knowing what to do except to tell you to be patient and keep doing it. They are theifs and uncaring! Every time I went in there they would always forget my name and wouldnt even have the decency to call me when I was at home and see how everything was it how my acne was doing. Shameless, thats all I have to say about this place.

I went there to get juvederm and everyone was so nice I was a little nervous because it was my first time but everyone made me feel so welcome. And they are so honest they almost didnt do my lips because they told me my lips were nice enough so they arent money grubbers they care about there clients so far my lips look great and I didnt even bruise I just iced my lips for a couple hours throughout the day.

They were miss leading and hide the real truth about their laser treatment price, I went for the consultation and given the price for different area of the body (lower leg, upper leg, hand,…) the price for each area were sound reasonable and not different from other salons as I have been shopping around. So I signed up for full leg and under arm laser treatment and agreed to pay 780$, I was also explained that I will need 6 treatment before I can see any permanent result. What they never mention was that the cost was 780 per treatment which means I have to pay 780x6 = $4,680 for full leg and under arm treatment!!When I went back for the second treatment they outrageously asked for another payment of 780$. Their equipment, salon, and service are no better that any other places I went for consultation, the only reason I choose this place was because it is close to my house. Stay away.

Prices are a little high but the location is extremely convenient compared to Bellevue and Seattle. They have the nicest, most accommodating and most knowledgeable staff + top-of-the-line procedures and products as well as a great new financing option.

Yes, this place may have higher prices than other medical spas and they may upcharge. For me though, I looked all over the Seattle area for a place to help me and this is the only one that seemed knowledgeable and gave me a reasonable treatment plan.

I had my first Juviderm and Botox injections last October. Even though I liked the results, the total tab was MUCH higher then what I was originally quoted.Please read ALL of the reviews. At one time, I was happy with a few things and chose to ignore the negatives. Please note that EVERY negative review of the place HAS truth to it.Youll find my complaints are similar to past posts.There is no confidentiality there. I dont think one person on the payroll has any clue as to what HIPPA is, let alone what the violations are. I have overheard the staff discuss procedures, past and present with clients which makes it very uncomfortable to wait in the small reception area. Patient files are scattered and even left on the reception counter. I heard a lot of Hi, what are you here for again? Made me cringe when I found my file scattered as they shuffled through the others. REALLY cringed when another clients file was picked up and it was discussed with me!Even after experiencing the above AND more, I set up another appointment for a touch-up of Juviderm and Botox on March 14th.Heres my horror story about the touch-up.I walk in and was quickly escorted to a room for the numbing cream. After 30 minutes I was escorted to the injection room. As my face was numb and it was hard to talk, I was told that Doctor Lin recommended ( a new product vs. the Juviderm already in my face). It was much more expensive and the grand total would be 2K rather then the $600 previously quoted. It came out of nowhere, so being stunned, I said, Oh HELL no! The she said yes that is over your budget so Ill tell the doctor that you want the new product.While I definitely am aware that there is some discomfort days after, a week later I felt worse. So bad that for TWO WEEKS I was useless. I couldnt do anything. My vision was blurry, I experienced vertigo, I had a migraine the entire time after my neck muscles had tightened to an unbearable pain level. I was nauseous, had a weird metallic taste in my mouth and my nervous system was affected because could barely put one foot in front of the other. I called Dr. Lin and told him how awful I felt. He said it sound like flu. I said no, this isnt the flu. He ultimately asked for a PICTURE of my face, suggested that I drive back the next day or the day after that, to which I angrily told him, I CANT DRIVE! He then muttered things in a thicker than I remember accent.Its about a month and a week now. My face looks worse then it did before the touch-up and dark purple streaks are appearing on my lips. My mouth lines are wavy and its embarrassing. Any lift is BARELY noticeable. Then I get an emailed invitation to join them for their anniversary party!!!I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL FROM DR. LIN NOR ANYONE ELSE TO CHECK IN AND SEE HOW IM DOING!!! They are shameless thieves.

Did a great job helping with my acne problem using a combination of chemical peels, microabrasion, at home cleansers and pads. I couldnt figure out what was causing my problem but I then started seeing results even after the first few days of treatment.

Dr. Linn is terrific, extremely deft and professional. His staff is absolutely top notch, I don’t care if the prices are higher (referencing other reviews) you pay for the best and it’s worth every cent.
