Sophia was great! I got a Clear and Brilliant facial and I feel like she did an amazing job at the “facial” part! A lot of times I feel like the nurses are in a rush, do your a treatment and send you on your way. She really took time to massage my face with the vitamin c, cooling mask, aloe and sunscreen! Would definitely recommend :)

This office & staff are the best. Its located in a very busy upscale neighborhood yet it feels like your walking into a cozy ritzy office that makes it feel inviting. The staff is kind & punctual. Making appointments is effortless. The nurse is attentive & knowledgeable. I am coming back for all my work because my first experience is so gr8.

Nurse Erika was kind, funny and sweet! She genuinely cared about my comfort and made sure to check in often to see how I’m feeling. The front desk staff were also kind and sweet! I’ve been there twice so far and haven’t had any issues. If they are running late they tend to explain the reasoning to you.

Great experience at LaserAway! It was very easy to book a consultation (even same day was available). The consultation was quick and easy and I was able to book an appointment for tattoo removal the next day. Nurse Tabatha was very friendly and clearly explained the treatment process and aftercare. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. The ladies at the front desk were also very friendly.

First time getting underarm laser hair removal; I was so nervous but my nurse Taylor was amazing. She made me feel calm and told me what was to be expected of the procedure. I loved it very much for it being my first time experience!Procedure was 7 min tops and pain was 0/10. I have no redness or swelling on my underarms.

Had my last treatment with Nurse Elizabeth and it was a great experience. She was very friendly and engaging and made me feel at ease. If I needed to take a break, she was willing to go at my pace. Overall my experience was great and after 8 full treatments, I would say I am happy with the results. I would definitely recommend to any friends and family!

I went to this Laseraway in Brea because they were having a special pricing for Thermage. I was very nervous because I heard it would be painful and I have a low pain tolerance! Everyone there, receptionists, nurses, the whole staff y were extremely nice and helpful, I was surprised at the amazing customer service I received because it was late in the day, I was probably One of their last customers, and they were all so patient and willing to reassure me that everything would be fine.Especially my nurse, Sara, she was so patient and she knew that I was nervous and she went out of her way to check the frequencies of the machine, There was high, medium and low and she switched these frequencies several times to accommodate my comfort. She would stop if I even nudged at something painful and she would begin only when she was sure I was ready. she kept me comfortable by using the cooling gel so that I wouldn’t feel the heat and she talked to me the whole way through that I would be comfortable. If you need any procedures done and you’re nervous about them, I would definitely go here because I’ve been to a lot of places in the past and this is an amazing place to go for any procedure.Btw, Immediately my skin was softer and I could see a difference as this takes a couple of months to see the best results. Great job, Sara And Team, I will definitely recommend this place to everyone❤️

From the first visit, I visibly saw a huge difference in growth on my legs! The underarms and Brazilian took a couple more sessions to see a noticeable difference.If you’re worried about pain, waxing hurts so much more in my opinion! It may feel like a like a small rubber band pricking you in certain areas that you may be sensitive in. For example, I only felt it around my ankles while doing my legs, and nothing for Brazilian and a little spot here and there for my underarms.The staff and nurses have always been so welcoming! If you are on a budget I’d suggest going when they have promo deals, but it is definitely worth the investment if you want to be hairless!

Everyone is so friendly here and the nurses are always willing to answer questions. The only downfall is when you come in the morning, it takes a while to get checked in. There’s typically no one in front until 10:05/10:10. Weird how there’s patients and nurses there but no one at the desk? :/

DO NOT PURCHASE/GET INVOLVED WITH LASERAWAY IN ANY WAY!! Omg I have had the worst experience with them especially at this location (brea)! First of all, they don’t care about you at all! They are all about sales and they are ruthless! They don’t care what they have to tell you as long as you buy what they are offering!! I literally regretted it as soon as I went in for my first appointment & the rep. was trying to get me to upgrade the package I had just purchased. I submitted a complaint after the first treatment and requested a refund. I got a call from the store manager and they told me that refunds were not a thing. That she could only do store credit, but if you are unhappy with the brand/store why would you want to take store credit??!! I was basically stuck bc she refused to cancel/refund mh financing balance. Since she told me that there were no such things as refunds my bf went in for another treatment & his face looked disgusting!! He had milia ALL OF HIS FACE (they probably don’t clean their equipment) I called the store to get medical advice & THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE! I called customer service and submitted a request for cancellation. They approved it, but the store manager refused to give me the refund that the finance dept had agreed on. She issued a refund that she felt was “right” without getting my consent, she canceled my appointment & when I called in she hung up on me TWICE and when I tried to call again, THEY NEVER TOOK MY CALLS!!! & now I see that this happens to everyone!! There’s so many bad reviews on LaserAway I so wish I would have seen them before I was stupid enough to purchase a package from them!! SAVE YOURSELF THIS COMPANY WILL SCAM YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY & tell you that the contract you signed allows them to cancel your services whenever they want and you just have to accept it bc you signed it!!! Literally the worst customer service ever!! I literally just want a full refund as I was tricked and gaslighted by reps at LaserAway and I feel mislead and lied to. I want to be done with this company so bad!! DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH LASERAWAY, let this be your warning if not you can literally just see any of the thousands of negative reviews about customer’s experiences on Google/Yelp/Reddit!!! Also ignore the 1 star bc they don’t even deserve that!!

The entire staff is very friendly and welcoming. I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. I barely just had my third treatment of Brazilian laser hair removal and I’m already seeing great results!

I came here for coolsculpting and other laser work NOT hair removal. I guess the company it’s trying to cover as much as possible.The ladies are wonderful. For me I need to work with more experienced people in the industry. Its a neat place but young people only. I need more experienced personnel who has full knowledge of the market. I went to the Brea, CA location for my first session of Potenza™ RF Microneedling procedure. Nurse Melissa was extremely gentle and thoroughly answered all the questions I had. Horrible company! They burn you and do nothing to prepare the damage done !!I left this review over a month ago and still, nothing has been done about my situation!!!The lady that lasered me burned me and stated it was because she couldnt see my tattoo?? My tattoo covers most of my outer right thigh?? She also didnt give me any ointment or recommendation on how to heal it, it has been over a week now and it still hurts and looks horrible!! This was my first session!! She burned me while doing the Brazilian which is crazy, because like I said my tattoo is nowhere near to that area!

The staff were very nice and courteous. I was checked on frequently. I just wish there was more options for cleaning off the cool sculpting gel.

I been going to LaserAway Brea for a while now. I been going for my laser hair removal treatments as well as Cool Sculpting and recently Micro needling. I do enjoy how friend and knowledgeable the staff is. I do want to emphasize results from treatments do vary, which is totally normal. My laser hair removal has been amazing to my lower body, but is a little stubborn to my upper body nonetheless, I have loved the results so far.When I received my cool sculpting treatment, the treatment was fine, but the results werent what I expected. The amount of unneeded fat loss, wasnt drastic, despite me being a pretty active and healthy individual. For this treatment I highly suggest speaking with your doctor in case you may be having complications before proceeding. In my case (which I am not sure as of yet), but feel I may be having trouble losing weight, that may be hiding the true results of the cool sculpting.Overall LaserAway Brea has been great to me in terms of service and results. Yes, they are in a high price range than other places, but they offer payment plans and are known to put in the work to get the results you need.

The last time I got the clear and brilliant treatment was in 2019 and a few things have changed. For the better, I suppose. The first thing I noticed is that they now apply the numbing cream for you. You used to have to do this on your own. I suppose this is better considering that I’ve been told some people don’t use the whole amount they give you or they don’t place the cream properly so they end up feeling more pain. The second change I noticed was that they are more thorough with the treatment. At least nurse Rocky was which I thanked her for. I want to say I remember the laser passing through my face only twice in the past but nurse Rocky actually passed through 4 times, in different sections and in different directions. It was great! The last difference I noticed was the after care treatment they provided. The cooling mask was the same, but this time there was a vitamin C serum applied before hand and they applied SPF afterwards. My face felt significantly better. I remember back in 2019, there was no vitamin C and they allowed you to apply a moisturizer like auqaphor yourself. Overall my experience was amazing and a significant improvement from the last.

UPDATE: it’s been 2 years due to COVID my sessions have been pushed back some but I’ve had I believe 4 out of 7 session so far and the tattoo removal looks amazing. I’ll be posting a picture of my tattoo before and what It looks like as of right now on 02/25/2022 and will update again once I am finished.I went in for a free consultation, and was impressed. I was able to get a discount for checking into yelp and also booking a same day appointment. The women who helped me I cant for the life of me remember her name but she was wonderful and very friendly. She helped me understand everything and answered all the questions me and my husband both had and she was able to get us the best price available for my tattoo removal. I cant wait to start my treatments in 2 weeks on October 6th.

All but one of my treatments have been great. They get you in and out quickly and the process is very smooth. My last 2 technicians were especially great in asking me questions and making sure my treatments were the best for me. I have done 5 or 6 laser treatments so far and my underarm hair has not grown back and my bikini area is very minimal and the hair isn’t as coarse. I definitely recommend.

I have paid over 4k in laser treatments botox and fillers in this company and location. The staff only want to keep selling you bundles. I paid for a membership and never can use the benefits only if I keep paying more and get locked into a contract that never ends with fees. The staff and sale girls keep saying they can fix things and never do. Keep canceling my appointments and when I book with a person I like to make my treatments some how they are never there and I end up with a new person that doesnt do the job right and makes me uncomfortable. Most of them are rude, and once you stop giving them money, they treat you with so much attitude and do not want to help. Whats the point of this place. Also, they are Practitioners straight out of school, and they are allowed to use needles on patience, which ends up a disaster. I had my fillers not done right it had migrated, which cause me pain. I had to find a surgeon specialist to desolate their mistakes and pay again for the fix.

Had my first session of full body laser and also Botox today. The staff was absolutely amazing. And my nurse Alyssa was so nice and made me feel extremely comfortable. I highly recommend!!!

My.first time going. As a black woman I was told that laser treatments dont work on my skin. I was told that their state if the art system would work for me. I was in and out within 15 minutes. Less painful than waxing which makes me sooo happy 😊!

I had the cool sculpting service on my abdominal region and had a wonderful experience. Initially, you will feel discomfort when the applicators are placed and removed; however, nurse Alyssia went above and beyond to make my bed comfy, check in, and most importantly - she also did cool sculpting and could easily relate/educate on the follow up care needed to see results. As soon as I walked in everyone was super friendly, and patient with my questions as well as my parents. As soon as Chantelle and I had chosen the package best suited for me and finished setting up a very easy payment plan I went in the room and the nurse who had helped me was very nice, very patient, and understanding. Nurse Krizelle comforted me saying that I was doing well because I was a little nervous since I had never done anything like this before. I have only shaved, waxed, and have done threading. During my hair and tattoo removal procedure, my nurse continually checked on me and that helped a lot. She went over after care very thoroughly and told me to call if I had questions or concerns. Im so glad I found LaserAway. I wish I had known about LaserAway when I was in high school. Laseraway in Brea is very clean, receptionist and nurses are very very friendly. The receptionist ladies are super nice, sorry I dont recall their name, checking and setting up the next appointment is a nice smooth process. There is no longer a waiting period. I called LA in a bind i needed a touch up on my botox for a wedding and my normal location I go to was fully booked until the end of April 😡 I called the Brea location and Kayla was able to help me with an appt today due to some cancellations. she was so helpful and made me feel at ease. I arrived early and was made feel welcomed and was checked in right then and there. My nurse Alyssia was so helpful with the explanation of my appt with the what and why and what not to do. Zero rating for LaserAway hair removal! I had 8 laser hair removal treatments at the Brea location. I was absolutely not satisfied with my results. I left a Google review for the LaserAway, they reached out to me and set a free consultation appointment with me. After the consultation session, they offered me 3 more free treatment sessions. I have done a total of 11 hair removal treatments at the Brea location. I AM DEFINITELY NOT SATISFIED WITH THE RESULTS AGAIN!!! After completing 11 sessions, I can say there is NO hair reduction in my upper legs. I also got a disappointing result in other areas of my body. I am wondering how this is possible??!!! Do they have the worst type of laser hair removal machine??!!I only felt like a waste of time, money, and trust. I dont recommend this place to anyone at all! Dont waste your money and time at this place!!

This is my 4th time going to laser away. Each time I’ve been I’ve been greeted by front desk and everyone has been so helpful with the lasering process. This time around, I had Jessica and she was great! I’m the type of client/patient who needs reassuring once in a while when doing laser… because let’s be honest… If you have thick hair, it’s a little more painful (but doable). Like most people who look at cosmetic procedures I was concerned about the cost vs satisfaction. One day I decided to bite the bullet and it is by far the best decision I’ve made, I’m half way through my sessions and not having to shave my legs daily is the best perk! The front desk and the nurses who perform the procedures have all been kind and professional and I definitely recommend that you visit this location for your laser needs!

My Halloween Day visit to the Brea LaserAway was great. The gals in the front were fantastic and sweet. I got to discuss LaserAway procedures, and how they relate to my Wife and I. I was assured that the conversation was discreet so that I could explain in detail whats goin on.Then it became time to enter the treatment room. Alyssia greeted me so kindly. I grew out the hairs on the problem areas so that my Nurse could better identify the stubborn areas. Alyssia had the right to have me reschedule due to not being trimmed down enough. She actually inspected the areas of concern, then allowed me to trim them down (over the waste can) right there in the treatment room with a trimmer I brought with me! And I am not done: Alyssia took that hair zapper and became very thorough, more so than any past visit. I was so happy and excited that Alyssia was so accommodating, sweet and thorough! I just LUVD being treated so nicely. Alyssia ROCKS!

Alyssia was very kind and gentle. She adjusted the laser strength many times depending on the sensitivity of the area and did not rush the process. I like going to laser away for laser hair removal because the tool has a cool air feature which reduces pain. Communication is clear and concise with instruction on what to/not to do reinforced via email and text messages before and after the appointments. The only caveat is that you cannot be late greater than 5 minutes, so plan accordingly. Thank you Alyssia!

Perfect customer service! I went in for a consultation and they were super nice! I signed up for a plan of 10 treatments but unfortunately had to cancel at the last moment due to personal reasons. Even through the cancelling process Amber was unbelievably nice and helpful. Im definitely going to come back when I have the opportunity. I highly recommend this place. They are also extremely professional! During the sign up process they made sure I understood everything that was going to happen given the procedure and possible health concerns given my medical history. I also talked to a doctor the same day to check that I was eligible for the procedure in order to make it as easy as possible. They are very efficient in what they do and again, I highly recommend LaserAway for a welcoming and delightful experience.

I just had my upper lip laser hair removal on Sunday. They were able to accommodate me the next day I called for an appointment. Its really great to be able to have the treatment done on a Sunday! I was treated by Val, a nurse practitioner, who went above and beyond to make me comfortable . She was very professional and knowledgeable about the procedure. Nothing.I went into debt $2225 and got NOTHING in return.Once they have your money, they dont care if the treatment works.

So disappointing. The receptionists are not special in the kindness area and not very welcoming, or sweet. My ipl treatment lasted about 10 minutes. I couldnt believe she was done. What the hell? She went over spots 1 time. I had no pinkness or heat afterward on my face. None of the darkening of freckles as they come off, no indication I have had anything done and no change whatsoever. Im so mad. I was told I needed six. I got three. This was the first one. Ill be back after the third one to say whether or not I got any results. New part of post. It’s been three or so months I guess. Simone saw that I was unsatisfied and sent me to a different location and replaced my duds visit with a new one. They were all lovely there. Wonderful treatment and guidance from the nurses too. She explained exactly what may or may not happen. Afterwords my results were that my skin became very sleek and tight. Looked really good. I would definitely go back to tustin

I have been coming to this LaserAway in Brea for a year now. I purchased the VIP Pass at a cost of $5,000 and I am yet to use it. I have been rescheduled for my appointments twice already. Both times completely​ last minute for no reason my appointments were canceled without notice. Its super difficult to get an appointment in and when it is booked the appointment is moved for no reason. The other 2 times I have made appointments and showed up the appointment was mysteriously for 30 minutes prior to my arrival which they failed to mention when I booked. It seems like if your not blue eyed and blond haired no one is really going to pay attention to you. This place is a joke. I cant believe I fell for such a scam. Good luck trying to get your money back. Good Grief. So extremely disappointed at an establishment that spends so much time and effort portraying a professional reputation turns out to be a fraud.

I had a fine experience here. I paid for laser hair removal, and the treatment was effective! The reason I only give this place 3 stars is interpersonal. My interactions with the women on staff was sterile at best. Check in and prebooking was mechanical and brief.I missed one appointment because my husband had emergency surgery, and when I called to apologize for missing the appointment, the girl I spoke with didn’t even say “I’m so sorry” or “Is everything ok?” She just wanted to know when I wanted to reschedule. I was turned off my that. We always have a chance to connect with other people and I felt that the women on staff (at least the ones I encountered) were not interested in connecting with me at all. I will go elsewhere for laser hair removal in the future.

I just had my last session here for my upper lip and chin, and honestly save your money. I really don’t recommend coming here I spoke to their guest service twice and the ladies at the front desk. I had told them multiple times that my hair was growing patchy, and there’s wasn’t a whole lot of results my hair wasn’t really going away. Ontop of that front desk woman aren’t the nicest. After all of this all she offered and gave me was a free session... I asked for a hair growth assessment and they didn’t even provide that. They gave excuses after excuses. I have to shave twice a week still and this having 11 sessions! When I would bring up the concern to front desk or advice center, they would tell me it was hormonal and constantly trying selling me more sessions. I have taken blood work my hormones are great and not abnormal. I got a Groupon for new look skin center six sessions for a full Brazilian and underarms for only $250. In just one session my arm pit hair is literally almost gone, and my private area has already a few patches with no hair, and again this was only one session. You can find so many groupons for other places. I spent $900 and i literally paid for nothing.

This does NOT work for everyone with dark hair. I spent $2600 on 3 areas (2 small/1 medium) and they say they GUARANTEE at least a 70-80% reduction. But after about 12 (2 of which were freebies bc they saw there was barely any reduction) treatments I MAYBE had a 20% reduction. The fact is they go so fast and for the money they are not nearly thorough in certain areas. They overlap schedules so much that they don’t care about fulfilling their “guarantee” they just want your money. When I did my FIRST evaluation the technician was also like “yeah after that many treatments you should have WAY more gone than that” and recommended another full round (8) treatments to try to get to the guaranteed amount. So when I went to “check out” the girl at the front desk had the audacity to suggest that actually I need to purchase a “maintenance” package. I’m sorry WHAT?! You literally didn’t even fulfill your first guarantee… Why would I ever spend more money to still not get the ONE service I paid for. So they said oh we will give you 2 free but that’s it… and even suggested that I wasn’t doing the aftercare correct. Like why would anyone want to elongate a painful treatment?! What would I even gain from that? So yeah in closing I am sure it works for some but if you are hesitant/don’t have money to burn I would go someplace else. This place is a cattle call.

I had a great experience at laser away. I got the laser hair removal with Nurse Danielle and she made me feel very comfortable during the treatment!

I’m not one to complain but This Brea location is extremely unprofessional and need to get it together! I’ve been here three times hoping the next visit would not go as bad. First visit they had issues with my account that magically fixed itself after 20 min so of course that ran into my time and I couldn’t get my full treatment done. So I had to drive 30 min again a second time to get the other half of my treatment done. When I get to the office they say my appointment was at a different time but they’ll “try” to squeeze me in faster. I’m at my third appointment and they said they “tried” to call me to say they’re understaffed and had to cancel my appointment. If they “tried” calling me why did I not get a call? Or at least a voicemail? Then the receptionist is trying to give me an appointment for a different day and then says we Actually have you scheduled later today. This is completely ridiculous. Avoid Brea location it sucks.
