Im am so so excited! This experience has been beyond my expectations. Very knowledgeable, not rushed and calming environment considering the expected pain you go through 😆 (literally seconds)I went to Exceptional Dermatology in Fullerton to have a laser session done on my brows. I was told how the RN had 25 years experience, has done thosands of brows etc. Well a few zaps later my eyebrows turned BLUE. She immediately stopped and looked shocked. She wasnt able to give me any explanation and said she has never seen this before. I was so upset and left feeling confused as to how this happened to me in all her 25 years and no information. She had to call colleagues etc to gather information to try to explain the whys after the fact.I contacted REMOVERY considering their reviews and specialty in tattoo removal. They did give me a better explanation as to the possibilities of why. I now know the machine that was used is more targeted towards laser hair removal VS pigment laser which makes total sense. I was able to get a fast clearance from a MD to do a test spot on the opposite brow with Removery. I waited 6 weeks after the test spot (minimum waiting period) and today left after my first full treatment. NO MORE BLUE 🤗 This is so exciting that the knowledge and expertise of their RN Kaylen, I was able to leave today looking normal and feeling more confident than how I went in. Came in for a consultation yesterday. Was greeted by September. Yes that was her name. She was very welcoming & pleasant. I was 15 minutes early, sat down for about 5 minutes before I was called in. The facility was clean & tidy. She gave me a tour of the space. Then we sat down & she assessed the areas that I wanted removal to be done. She took a couple of pictures. She was very informative & gave me a break down of removal process, procedures & different options of treatment. She also gave me a break down of cost per session or a one time fee for the complete treatment. Like I said, she was very professional, pleasant & explained everything to a “T”.I highly recommend Removery to anyone who is interested & willing to take that step to remove unwanted tattoos.Ask for September!! The staff at Removery Brea are amazing and so friendly. When I first had my consultation, September was patient and answered all of my questions without pressuring me. At my first laser appointment, the staff was great at talking me through the process and definitely calming my nerves. Kaylen has been removing my tattoo and he’s quick! Coming from homeboy industries I was skeptical to try another clinic but super grateful to have found this clinic. I had a great experience at this place. The nurse was really friendly, helpful and nice. The tattoo laser doesn’t take long. I’m in and out in 20 minutes. They quickly schedule your next appointment. Also get the full removal package deal. Its unlimited laser sessions until your tattoos are gone. You will save so much money in the long run.

Hi everyone,This is my 1st review. I started my journey with removery 5/22 to remove a 16yr old tattoo. I looked for months on the best of the best, who cared about the client vs the money. Saw these guys on social media & heard amazing things. I called & did a free consultation with September. 1st off she is AMAZING & sweet, real cool person, almost like youve known her for years. Today was my 1st session, I was nervous. The pain for me was like being tased multiple times but not painful enough for tears & its really quick. Everytime a session happens now I know what to expect. The team is very sweet & so happy I chose the right professional people for this. Cant wait for the next 11 sessions & to see it be 100% gone. As they say a tattoo does not hurt as much as having it removed that can be true, depending on where you have it and want it removed… This facility has got the most compassionate nurses that remove the tattoo with the Lasik, the front desk girl is amazing and loving, and just kind… I highly recommend this place for removing tattoos…

Removery has provided me with quality treatment for four sessions now. The staff are really sweet and accommodating. My botched eyebrow microblading is steadily fading and is now not even noticeable with makeup on! I am definitely doing to keep coming here until I finish my treatment, and if I ever need a tattoo removed in the future!

I had microblading done on my eyebrows 6 years ago. One of my eyebrows came out way thicker than the other. September handled my consultation, she is very nice and Informative. I had a wonderful experience, they were able to fit me in the next day for the laser microblading removal. My skin responded well.

Although I haven’t had my service done yet, I don’t need to look any further. Jane was very kind and not pushy. Other companies that I called were an immediate no for me because of how pushy they were after I said I was getting more than one consultation. Here I felt very comfortable and like I can pick which treatment I want without pressure. The business was also very clean and modern looking. I’ll update once I begin treatments.

I highly recommend coming here if youre looking for laser tattoo removal. I got an appointment the same day I called and was able to do my first treatment too. The place is very clean and the staff are nice and friendly. The pain is not bad at all and definitely feels like rubber bands snapping on your skin. I have already noticed my tattoo fading and Im happy that I decided to choose this place for my tattoo removal.

Great customer service. Always polite and genuinely there to answer any questions and help out the most they can. The pain is high, but it’s done in like 20 seconds so it’s definitely doable. I waited a couple of sessions/months to see how the progress is going, before I left a review. I’m happy I did because it’s been smooth so far. I see results and I’ve only had 4 sessions! Amazing!!!!! I started my treatments in June of 2022 I must say with every session I am blown away with the progress. I am 5 session in and my tattoo is almost gone. Sarah has done my last 2 sessions and she has been great. Sarah is kind and explains everything for after care . I’m in and out within 20min. I highly recommend them they are honest sincere and knowledgeable. I went in for a quote to remove my eyebrow tattoos. Unfortunately I was not a good candidate and they could have easily done the procedure for the money, but choose to be honest and give me enough information to make the best decision for myself.

So far all the services I have received have been great. The staff today at the Brea location was great. The nurse that did the treatment was awesome. She just made me feel so comfortable. Today was my 6th session. I always get anxiety because it has been such a painful experience . I am in the process of removing 3 tattoos at the same time. Met a new tech today named Zennie and she was absolutely amazing. Her technique was unlike any of the other ladies that have assisted me thus far. She did the first tattoo and I barely felt any pain! Even caused me to change my mind about doing the other too. She took her time , placed the perfect amount of ice and coolness. This has removed my anxiety and no one else will ever laser me but Zennie! Please keep her at the Brea location forever! She may also need to show some of the other techs her technique because it works! Thanks so so so so much Zennie and see you in 8 weeks !!

The most friendliest staff ever and super knowledgeable as well. The consultant was so sweet and took her time explaining every detail making sure to answer all my questions! I scheduled a Free Consultation this morning @730am. An appointment was set same day @1030am. Brook met me as soon as a walked in. I filled out a quick questionnaire on my health etc. She gave me a quick consultation and the price for their services up front. I was in to get my tattoo removal with Elyssa within 5 minutes after. She completed the tattoo removal in less than 5 minutes too(clean brand new equipment). Only thing I wish was, I should of came here a long time ago. 5 Stars service for sure! Waiting for 4 to 5 weeks to see if tattoo will fade go away. Will let you know!

Let me start by telling you how sweet and helpful Jane is. I was not to sure of getting tattoo laser removal but after sitting with Jane and listening to everything she confidently told me she made me feel - hopeful and very comfortable with my decision. This is now my 4th treatment and so far so good. Every time I arrived Jane is always so bubbly and friendly. I appreciate her soul. She asks how I am feeling and after session she always asks if I am okay. Thanks Jane!!Today - I met Zeenie - what an amazing RN. She was so sweet and helpful. She’s talked to me throughout the whole procedure which distracted me from the zapp. She also blew ice cold air through the laser machine on treated area and iced me as much as she could. This is the first time I was not in pain due to laser. What she did with the ice cold air helped me not feel pain. I was so thankful. No previous RN had done this. Thanks Zeenie & thank you Removery. I always feel at home and I’m so excited to see more results! So glad I came here!

Love the the new staff at the Brea, CA location. VERY kind and knowledgeable. Really like the new RN / laser technician. She gave WAYYY more information and I had less pain during the treatment compared to the previous ones received. The increase in cool air administration at the treatment site during Lasering made a huge difference. Results are slow but I’m finally seeing progress. Need to have patience and trust in the process.

This is a very clean and professional establishment. Sarah is very friendly, knowledgeable and laid back. She has a way of making me feel more comfortable and taken care of during the process (laser tattoo removal). The front staff (Jane and other staff) are all very friendly, professional, and down to earth as well.

Have two tattoos that I am removing. My first experience was amazing 5 stars but this was my second treatment with this company. Only did partial treatment today due to RN not listening when I asked twice to turn up air setting on Zimmer chiller. Zimmer chiller goes up to a 9 setting and during treatment was kept on the standard 5 setting. After second time asking RN stated no this is what I am using. I also like to slightly swing my leg but always make sure to keep my back straight and not to move much. My first RN didnt have a problem that I did that so I did it again for this treatment but this RN told me to stop moving in a brisk/rude tone in which I complied. After treating first tattoo I got up and stated that I will be rescheduling my other tattoo. I work for a competitor I know how the laser and chiller work. I decided to spend my money with this company because they have the better laser. So this treatment was very upsetting to me since she did not listen to my concern of turning up the air in a painful procedure, didnt double check all settings but also that her tone just very brisk and dismissive. Even if I wasnt in the industry should really treat your clients with great customer service.

Very slow process so far. It seems like they time it so that they will have almost all of my $5,000 and I will still need removal of tattoos. After 8 treatments they are still treating the same tattoos. The nurse is nice mostly but has attitudes swings. Some of the nurses seem to be lacking in people skills and what I was receiving in beginning seems to be shrinking as far as skin care products. After paying a $1,000 dollars an hour there is much to be desired. I hope I can upgrade this review but I will just be honest about services so far.

Elysse and the Brea office are awesome! Ive only had two sessions, but both times, they made me feel super comfortable. The pain isnt really as bad as I thought it would be. In my opinion, it hurt less than getting a tattoo. They thought it would take at least five sessions to notice a difference, but parts of my tattoo were gone after the first session!

I travel a hour away and pass by many other removery locations to get to this one ! The staff is always kind, patient and professional. I’m scared to go to another one closer to my house because I’m treated so well at this one. I’m on my 5th session and already seeing great results. I’m removing a full arm sleeve some parts are going away faster than others but I’m only 5 months in and seeing great results !! I would highly recommend. Yes it’s painful but nothing is more painful than the regret of a bad tattoo.

I have a small tattoo on my right inner arm and went in for my fourth treatment today. They put an ice pack on the area just before they start the laser to numb the skin. It was definitely not as painful as people make it out to be. I’d say the pain scale is a 3 out of 10. Worth it! The staff was super friendly and accommodating! Would definitely recommend for people who are nervous about starting their tattoo removal! I’ve seen so much improvement in the last couple of sessions.

I trusted Removery with a clean up of my thin line tattoo that had blown out. The super kind staff explained everything to me in detail and made sure we were working towards the result I want. I loved the honesty that Zennie had with me about the treatment. I am a skin type 4, whereas I look very light, but because of my genetics the color ink may not 100% vanish.My mom is Caucasian and my Dad is half African American, but I came out very light. The cool thing is I tan, but my scars are brown. A more full Caucasian person scars in pink or white. I am getting my first tattoo lightened with the intention of a cover-up. Just FYI if anyone is of mixed race or non-caucasian the color is more difficult to remove and may just lighten.I am thankful for the straightforwardness and anyone looking to get this treatment MUST be honest about ethnic orgin. Using the wrong laser can ultimately damage the skin tissue and leave a white cast in the area where there was color. These people are professionals, trust the process. Swelling, irritation, blistering, and scabbing is NORMAL.This treatment is definitely more painful than getting the tattoo. Ask for a stress ball and ice breaks!However, I have about 60 years left and I want to enjoy whats on my body instead of embarrassed. Happy zapping!

Awesome visit into this spot today. Originally only came in for a consultation on my tattoo removal but Aria was so helpful in walking me through the whole process I felt comfortable enough to just start the process that same day. Alise did my first session and it was so much quicker and painless than I could ever have expected. Definitely recommend them for a quick profession tattoo removal process

Update: I’ve had tattoo removal 4 times now and it is insanely painful. You need to be prepared. Ask your doctor for meds to help or numbing cream.So far I’ve had one treatment but I am doing all my tattoos which is like 5 medium to large and one small. The unlimited package is the best. I was able to pay monthly for only $100-150 a month. It really isn’t that bad. I thought it would be a lot more expensive. It is VERY painful but worth it in the end.

Today was my first visit to Removery, And I could not have been happier with the treatment.After the initial consultation I decided to move forward with the treatments and begin them today.The first procedure was very quick. I wont lie, it is slightly uncomfortable during the laser treatment but not nearly as painful as I thought it might be!I could describe it as rubber bands because ng clicked at your body. The great thing is it was very fast! I’m due back in 6 weeks for my second procedure ( hoping to be done in 4 )I have an old faded arm tattoo that I’ve been wanting to remove For years but have been put off by the treatments/ lasers that were out there. But this new laser technology is something else, and I’m so glad I waited to have it done by Removery.The results after just one treatment are pretty amazing.Thank You.

Several months ago I made an appt for a free consultation online. They ask you a few preliminary questions, look at your tattoo(s), and based on the size of the removal provide a price and package options. The price was good for me, and I was able to do my first session that day. They went over aftercare and some specifics related to tanning since I tan very easily. The removal process is straightforward. Ive already completed 3 sessions. I am taking a break for a few months, but I plan to rebook for 3 more sessions. In terms of effectiveness, I am seeing progress on all 3. My oldest and already faded tattoo has lightened the most. My darkest tattoo that had a lot of scarring has faded the least, but thats to be expected. Everyone Ive interacted with has been very friendly, professional, and accomodating. Overall, I am very satisfied with the work and would recommend Removery.

I don’t want to go back UNLESS Zennie is there. Every time I’ve gone, it’s been extremely painful to the point of passing out. Zennie took the time to ice me properly and her technique is amazing. I don’t care that it takes a little longer. Icing the area properly is important!She should honestly be a trainer to the other technicians. I’m not joking. This woman deserves a raise! I work in HR and I know a shining star when I see one. I will follow her wherever she goes. She’s so kind and also really understands the science behind what she is doing. Not only that, but she has the compassion and emotional intelligence for me as a person who is scared and has been traumatized by last technicians who have hurt me and cause me unnecessary pain.I can’t stress that her technique, caused me absolutely NO pain. Do you hear me? NO PAIN! I was crying from joy. My first few sessions with the other technician, had me never wanting to come back. It was pure torture every time. With Zennie, I had my head down and was quietly humming to myself and almost fell asleep. That is how easy she made it. If Zennie stays in Brea, I will book more appointments and send my friends. Please keep Zennie in Brea, Ca. She truly is an angel.

Amazing! I had been going to the Hermosa office but the laser was down and they offered to reschedule me at this new location. In quick and easy, friendly staff, felt safe, comfortable, and it is apparent that the laser nurse lovers her job and does a great job of before and after care. Would definitely recommend 👍

First visit/treatment review. I have several tattoos on my inner arm, a tender location. The laser moved quick and didn’t hurt any more than getting a tattoo does. The aftercare was easy and I bought an arm sleeve to keep it clean.Update: Fourth treatment. My skin stings after laser more than in the beginning. To help, she ices more prior. Keeping it cool, on indirect ice after procedures soothes a lot - stinging/burning only lasts a day for me.

So they couldnt do the treatment and I went for nothing. Not to mention I waited for them to greet me I came 10 min before my appointment and was greeted 15 minutes after my appointment time and then told they basically couldnt do the appointment due to the nurse calling in last minute.Such a bummer I had a whole appointment booked and it was raining so bad I made it but the nurse did not and they didnt call me to cancel or anything.

Amazing staff (Elisse & Brooke) that actually care about clients. This was my first time at the Brea location after a bad experience at the Hermosa Beach location. If Brea location hadn’t existed, I would have chosen to go elsewhere even if that meant more money and further drive. But I decided to try out the Brea location and am so happy that I did. Brooke and Elisse were professional, helpful, honest, and caring. Not only did they make my day, but they also made up for the terrible experience I had with Removery at the other location. Removery needs more staff like these two if they want to improve their client retention.

I had a great experience. The laser removal did not hurt at all. I had some old ones so one came off right away. Second one I will need another treatment. lol will highly recommend this place. Both ladies helping me were knowledgeable and very helpful!

Went in for my second session and the experience was way better with the new technician Zennie she provided great customer service, she was so kind, took her time and personable which was great because the last tech lacked in.
