The absolute WORST customer service ever!!! Omg! These girls do not appreciate customers I was just at the mall I bought a ring for my friend and I returned it right away because of how disgusting the service was. They literally argued with me, screaming for the entire mall to hear! ASSOCIATE NUMBER 13549287… store 2633. The managers are even worse! They set no example!

If I were you, I’d stick to shopping online. I know it can get crazy during the holidays but the service is so horrible that this was the first time I’ve argued with a worker publicly… with my 7 year old sister at that. Specifically with the man that has a darker complexion and long hair. Never again.

The salesperson thought my almost 2 yr old would sit in a seat by herself lol but the manager and her pierced the ears at the same time and were very patient with my girl who screamed for 11 minutes as they tried to line up the marker on each side. Once the piercing was done my daughter was completely fine.

Salina completely made this experience perfect. Myself and five close friends stopped by this location to find rings to celebrate 15 years of friendship-- six sort of matching, all different sizes, specific price range rings and she didnt even blink. She was SO helpful and accommodating to a request that would have made a lot of other sales associates roll their eyes. I asked for her card so I could make sure to leave her a review, so thank you, Salina Polanco, for being a fantastic human being as well as sales associate. Piercing Pagoda and the Bronx are lucky to have you.

So prior to getting my daughters ears pierced i expresses to the lady that she is allergic to fake gold. The manager charged us for the most expensive 14k gold earrings and explained cleaning instructions. We followed the twice daily for 3 months with the sea salt spray and piercing pagoda spray. Even with that, my daughters ears swelled up with pus. I removed the earrings which were tarnished looking. She now is 7 with keloids on her ear lobes. I brought earrings back to them to show what happened to the earrings and my daughters ears and the manager insisted she gave me real gold and brushed me off. Dont shop here for cheap jewelery.

I exaggerate, the jewelry store breaks easily, and the insurance is a shame, they charge you $37 per change if something breaks and the girls seem like they dont want to do their job, very bad attitude, not all of them... thats why I wont buy there again. .. be careful with interests.
