With new management and employees I truly do appreciate all the hard work and effort they put into their customers, they are constantly reminding us about the promos they have and how they have free earning for a whole year since I got my ears pierced with them. They even helped me out by chosing some beautiful earrings and a few gifts that I needed with an additional 20% included!!! I highly recommend theyre so friendly and very informative.
Got to the one inside Walmart! I should have read the online reviews before I wasted my time. It all comes down to terrible management, which it’s obvious the manager doesn’t read or care about the reviews. 1. The schedule online is wrong! Waited for an hour with my 11-month old for them to open. That’s fine, is didn’t mind that, when I politely mentioned it the staff came up with excuses, instead of a simple apology or acknowledging the need to fix it. 2. I was there two weekends ago asking about piercings for my baby, the store attendant and I talked about prices, options, etc. I said I’d come back next week as it was so busy. NEVER did she mention I’d need an appointment. Today at noon, l was told I needed an appointment because the manager does the piercing and she doesn’t show up until 1:30 Pm. Once again, my fault according to them. Long story short , don’t waste your time!
Hours on google are wrong, it clearly states they close at 7 on sundays but got here its, 5:42 and they are closed, associate stated they close a little bit before 6. In no way is that even accurate, someone in charge should update hours then at their online store directory. Very very bad for customer service, i have never heard of that in any store , closing before their stated hours. Management is at fault here for not communicating information to customers.
Yall really need to update your hours online. This is the 2nd CLAIRES I go to this morning and its closed because of the wrong hours posted online. You are hurting your own business and wasting precious time of others.
I just had my 2 month old baby ears pierced and the service was great, the girl that helped us was confident and knowledgeable, she made me feel very comfortable during the process.
Rude honestly just made me feel uncomfortable by following me around the store the whole time as if I was a wanted thief or something... wouldnt call it profiling bc my skin is super white but probably not coming back here again 😳
Very rude . Worst ever experience at the store. Been calling corporate but no answer just to leave a message its been days and still no call back.
