My niece got her piercing here and the guy who pierced her was completely dismissive of her concerns, didnt tell her that there were certain foods she couldnt eat, and didnt even give her any proper aftercare information. Her piercing fell out because the jewelry was too small and her hole closed. Almost 100 dollars down the drain because of this moron and my niece is now not wanting to ever get another piercing. You absolutely suck.

Piercer was super chill for how talkative I was, at it was my first time there. Piercing process was absolutely streamlined. No pain, no hassle, just a quick in and out visit.

I recently got snakebites here and found out I was not supposed to get them done with hoops initially because, medically, if the jewelry is too big and begins to migrate too much, the likelihood of piercing rejection is very high. My body is already very sensitive with piercings! I even asked my piercer about this and the worst part is... HE ALLOWED me. It was my FIRST time getting piercings ON MY FACE. Im currently writing this from the bathroom floor at 4:25 AM, awake from the pain, because I did not take the time to read the reviews on this place. I am so bummed out. I have been cleaning them, washing them with alcohol free mouthwash, putting antibiotic cream on, literally doing the most for them to heal properly. Its no surprise only my nose healed properly since I specifically chose to do a stud because I know cartilage piercings are super easy to get keloids on, from personal experience. Might just have to take them out and try again at a different piercing shop once the tissue heals (hopefully). They also look crooked. The only thing that is saving my lips from what feels like they are rotting off is my OWN knowledge in medicine and anatomy. Thank God. My friend just recently got her first tattoo with Pablo Moreno (whom I now found out used to work at Dark Side of the Moon) and loved it! Im not trying to give the place a bad rep but.... I think it’s safe to say they dont really care for their customers safety or health as long as you hand them that money and walk out of the place. Im leaving one star cause at least my nose piercing healed fine, although I believe this might’ve only been because I specifically chose to do it with a stud. It’s a shame because my piercer seemed super cool and knowledgeable since he has piercings and tattoos himself, but my advice would be to SKIP IT! My experience while getting them was a 10/10 but :( I feel extremely torn.

Had a dermal 10+ years (from diff parlour) body finally showing clear unsavable signs of rejection, so called dark side last minute to rip it out for me. painless scoop later..its out, Im out. Left with my mind at ease.Great customer service (wish I asked the name of gentleman that helped out) from my experience, I recommend 100%

I got my nose pierced here, it happened so quick. I would definitely come back here to get my ears pierced.

This shop violated my rights. I was asked to go after hours for an appointment. I did not sign any paper work. I didn’t show my id. I was very uncomfortable being alone after closing hours. When I made the appointment I was never told we would be alone. I felt very unsafe and uncomfortable because the tattoo artist was drinking alcohol. The Tattoo artist was drinking alcohol and tattooed me under the influence. The communication between us was not respectful. I was not allowed to ask questions about the placement of my tattoo and the artist kept telling me to be quite. The tattoo artist kept stressing that I didn’t know anything and he was the tattoo artist. The artist was making changes to my tattoo without my approval. While I was being tattooed the tattoo artist never asked if it was ok to press on my breast. He repeatedly touched my breast and I did not say it was ok. I had to ask him to stop because of how bad it was. I was very scared because of how upset he was getting. The part of the tattoo that he did is so slanted and I know it was because he was doing it drunk. I do not recommend going here. I did not get any after care instructions. The owner did not care about my complaints.

Ive gotten all my piercings including navel, septum, snake bites, nostril, eyebrows and tongue done at dark side. Theyre really quick , clean , professional and friendly. Prices are super reasonable for the great quality. definitely getting my first tattoo here.

I had made an appointment with my 2 other brothers for matching tattoos. Appointment was at 3pm , I was the last to get there as I was busy, the artist asked if there was 3 and my brother said yes he is coming later. I go there on time for my turn for the tattoo after my brothers and was told that he scheduled another tattoo as he thought I was going another day. I said no we had an appointment for 3 today. He then said ok I can do your tattoo today after this guys, me being calm about the situation I said ok. That was a 7pm. He said I’d be done by 9pm and I’ll call you when I’m done. I leave and start getting ready at 8:45pm I call to ask if it was ok to head over. The guy said he still needed an hour and he would call me when it was done. Waited till 11pm with no call. No call the next day to reschedule no call at all. Very unprofessional. As a business owner my self those are the type of things that drive away customers. I will not be ever going back and they lost a good customer. Hope you all are warned.

I got my medusa here. They mis-sized it. So I had to come back and change it out because the bar got into my lip.I got my Tragus here. It’s stuck. I haven’t been able to remove it. 3 different type of people have tried.I really wanted to like this place. I like the people that work here, but their service..never again. I gave them two chances, and I hate my tragus piecing, my medusa took 2x as much to heal because of their mistake

Horrible customer service. We wanted tattoos for my two sons as their graduation gift so of course as a parent we had opinions to what he should or not be getting and the guy was keep on saying with negative tone that it’s their bodies and they can get what’ they want..he was super rude and had a lot of bad attitude... we definitely walked away and went somewhere else... Not giving my hard working money away to someone who didn’t care about his work...

Went in for my first piercing there. Felt very safe with the piercer Agapito. I wouldnt imagine getting peirced anywhere else. Was in and out in just 15 minutes.

Stopped by for a walk-in tattoo. Hank was super friendly, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Definitely coming back for another ink someday 👍

Very disappointing. Being hit on is nice but not while I am getting a tattoo, forced to be nice because they have full control of how my tattoo comes out.
