Great customer service. I always drive here for my septum piercings. Usually deal with a ladyy, but there is also a man. I went home and had a issue with the thread of my jewelry and the pieces not attaching. Came back within 20 minutes and they swapped it for me. No questions. I understand being a jewelry store, they didnt have too, but they did, much appreciated. Been coming here for about a year and will keep coming back. Appreciate this business ❤️

I love this place i always come here for my septum gauges and jewelry and Ive never had a problem. Prices are great and the jewelry is always good quality and correctly sized.

The service here is always helpful.Laleat is very patient and kind. Never pushy and the prices are very good. That just makes you want to return.

Somewhat disappointed with the customer service and quality of product for the price. The price wasnt great at all, and the guy wouldnt budge much other than a dollar or two from $30+ purchase. I usually have luck and people will lower by about ~$5 or so, with more discounts applied with more I buy. Probably wont be coming back here.

Great prices, best quality body jewelry, wide selections on everything.......Tungsten rings are less that half price compared to the prices they sell for at jewelry stores. My fav shop.
