I went to get my ears re-pierced. It was a quick service, to which I was satisfied. There was a promotion, maybe sale, for sure a deal, that made me eligible for the free pair of earrings a month for a year.They sent me a promo code to use for my purchase, and I thought it was a gimmick.But it isnt, its the real thing! The only restriction is that the cost is up to $17.99But thats ok, as there is a wide variety of earrings to choose from.The ear piercing is free with the purchase of the studs, which were a little pricey, but, I bought white gold with my birthstone, PLUS get all those free earrings for the year!Am I satisfied? YesWill I recommend it? YesThank you!

Got my ears pierced here. The staff was helpful and made nice recommendations, from walking in to being done was maybe 10 minutes. Very happy overall

Kimberly was so nice and took the time to explain every step in my ear piercing. She was very careful to follow all safety protocols which I appreciated. The store was well organized and tidy. Will definitely go back to check out all the rest of their jewelry. Highly recommend Claire’s!

We went to Claires to get information to have sons ears pierced. Jackie who helped us was a sweet friendly girl who gave us all the information we needed. She also assured our son that there was no pain but a small pinch. I showed my ID as son is under 18, filled a form and ended up getting the job done! 😊👍Well done and got a good tutorial on cleaning the ears later.They stock ear rings, rings hair bands and various other fancy stuff. Best to park closer to the end where Sears is.

Laura peirced both mine and my friends lobes. She was very professional and helpful in explaining the aftercare. The prices are very reasonable, and she was helpful with choosing our jewelry. Anyone who needs a simple ear piercing should see Laura at Claires in Buena Park Mall.

My ear piercing holes closed up, so i got them repierced and it was great. The specialist was quick and made it effortless. You do have to pay the full price for the earrings you purchase, but no biggie.

$5 for a simple scrunchie but not bad if you take advantage of their BOGO offers. Customer service is always excellent, very friendly n super helpful.

Came to get my daughter some earrings the selection was great. They were training a new hire so it was a bit slow but they were very nice
