I have been going to Russell for two years. He has done 12 tattoos on me and has always kept my style in mind. He is easy going and makes me feel comfortable in his shop. I trust his judgement with changes and placement.

This was my wife’s first time getting tattooed and she couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Brian was super patient and worked with her to decide exactly what she wanted and where she wanted it. His work was super precise and she is so happy with the end result. The owner is also super nice and the shop has a great atmosphere. She already can’t wait to go back and have Brian do her next one!

Russel has done all of my tattoos and each one has come out gorgeous. Even after it’s healed it still looks bright and new! Always very professional and is always very welcoming!

Russ was awesome, shop is very clean, he is very friendly and very particular. His immense amount of knowledge, attention to detail, skill made my tattoos more than I could of asked for. I am not from the area, I live 4 hours away and he made me very comfortable and made me feel at home. If you are ever in Butler PA look him up, I very much recommend him. I got 2 tattoos in one weekend.

Went with my mom & he worked with us on what, where, & size we wanted. everything’s clean, well done, & Russell’s so nice & patient. i went back for my second & it was just as great, pricing is also very reasonable.

Russ did my tattoo and he worked very hard and made it a fun and great experience. He took me the same day I called and helped me design and edit the most important tattoo I will ever get. I highly recommend this lace over any other place.He took his time and made it look amazing.

He is very informative and super nice and listens . The shop is also the cleanest tattoo shop I ever saw . He drawing me up an arm piece now and I cant wait to see the final product . Definitely would recommend him to anyone!!

Russell did an amazing job on mine and my husbands matching tattoos. Hes a great artist and really nailed it. He also did a great job on fixing a horrible tattoo on my foot. I was so happy I cried. And he fixed a name on my husbands arm. Great environment environment, very clean also. He keeps up with after care as well. Very responsive to any questions or messages well after. Came in to get my first tattoo. Called a few hours ahead without an appointment for some small line work and he was so nice about it. Russell at Kryptic Skin should be your guy for tattooing! Period! He put two of my ideas I had together to create one wonderful Aquarius(zodiac) piece that’s on my upper arm. I get compliments all the time on it! Highly recommended!

I cant say enough about this place! I, along with 9 other friends were in the area and we wanted to all get tattoos. We randomly searched tattoo shops, on Google, and after a couple nos from other places, we tried Kryptic.I told Russ (the owner) that 9 people wanted to get small matching tattoos and told him we were in the area for a bachelor party and it was a spur of the moment idea. He didnt even hesitate and said that he could be ready in about an hour.We showed up, like your typical bachelor party shows up at a place, and he wasnt bothered one bit. He and his wife treated us great and made sure that we were all taken care of. I think they were as excited as we were about the idea and our experience with them turned out to be the highlight of the night! Would definitely recommend him to anyone and I know Ill be back!

Blaine did a fantastic job. I got my preemies little tiny feet on my arm with her name and DOB along with a tiny butterfly that she drew for me. (Shes 7 now) it is perfect! I love it also, both guys that work there were super nice to chat with!
