Highly recommend!!! 5 of us spontaneously went in to see if we could get tattoos, they got us right in designed exactly what we wanted (all different designs) and they came out beautifully. The artists are kind and super helpful! They are super helpful, I was worried about getting a piercing and it getting infected, they walked me through and got my nose pierced as well! All for EXTREMELY great pricing!!!

Jonnalea is an amazing tattoo artist. I will continue going to her for all of my tattoo needs. Highly recommended!!! Ive also gotten a lot of piercings there, and a couple of small tattoos from Shane. Everyone there is great and Ive never had a bad experience.

10/10 experience every time I’ve been. For piercings by both Shane and JJ. JJ has done an incredible job on every piece of artwork I’ve gotten from her. She takes her time, listens to you, and creates an amazing tattoo every time. Happy with each piece but still amazed by my Anubis tattoo which was a cover up. Thank you!

I’ve been tattooed by both Rich and Jonnalea. They are both incredibly talented artists and have produced some of my favorite pieces! Rich did a beautiful color piece that was a tribute to my pup, and he got the likeness perfectly!I then went to jonnalea for a delicate script piece, which she did wonderful on! The vines and flowers she did freehand and I was amazed! She touched up an old piece for me that day as well!I went back to her when my pup passed, and knew she was the right person to make the detail of his ink nose print come to life. She spent so much time making sure the size was accurate and replicated it exactly. I can’t thank her enough for her attention to detail and knowing how much the piece meant to me.

Jonnalea is absolutely the best tattoo artist trained by Richie before his retirement. Were so proud of the tattoos and piercings they do here, and we look forward to them thriving as a new business of their own in this community. Jonnalea did an amazing job on both mine and my partners LoZ heart containers 💖 it healed so amazing and looks just as vibrant as the day I got it. She really does an amazing job! If youre in the area, definitely plan a trip to see her. It was his first tattoo and my first in a long time and she made sure even my whimpy self was taken good care of.

I drove down from the Springs to get a nostril piercing with my friend last week and the piercer, Shane, did an amazing job! Whole thing was said and done in minutes, even though we messed up and made an appointment at the wrong place initially. My whole total came out to like $25 and so far its healing much better than it did my first time around. My friend is super happy with her cartilage piercing and said this is the only place she goes to

We were able to schedule our piercings day of (called mid morning). Front of house staff was awesome and was very nice to our 7yo. Everything was kept clean and the space was welcoming. The piercing area was very clean and the staff who did our piercings kept everything super clean. He was clear with what to expect and was fast with the process so there was no unnecessary pain. Care instructions were clear and we were given a printout as well. We will be returning for all our future piercings.

Shane has given me multiple piercings and done great work, the shop is always super super clean he’s re-pierced one of my old piercings I got from someone else and made them symmetrical, which I really appreciated.

Shane was super professional and answered all my questions. He was gentle and got my piercing done in no time. Highly recommend this place. Nice selection of jewelry as well at a reasonable price.

Shane pierced both me and my little sister and did a phenomenal job. The best piercer I’ve ever been to. He was very honest about everything and made sure all of our piercings were straight and symmetrical. The whole vibe was very nice and even the receptionist had a great attitude. If you want a piercing this is definitely the place to go.

I loved the work the lady did on my cross tattoo she fixed it up and it looks even better the the original one I had done about 11 yrs ago.

This place is very professional and clean. I went in to get advice/help on a tattoo cover up that was done very poorly at another shop here in canon. Darcie was so kind and got me in the very next day with Richie. He had me fixed up in no time and I left so much happier! He is a very talented artist. I highly recommend stopping at the dungeon! :)

The receptionist and the gentleman that pierced my septum, Shane, were absolutely wonderful!! They offered me their services even though I didnt have an appointment and it was close to closing! It is an extremely clean studio and Shane was very safe and clean as well! Great prices great atmosphere great staff! My best friend and I both got our nose and helix done. We got to pick out our jewelry, it was a private room very clean and roomy. She marked the placement and showed us and once it was approved she did it quick and easy and not too painful! I love the results!

Worst experience ever. Called ahead to see what I needed to get my sons ear pierced called ahead to see what info I needed was told as long as we both had i.ds we could do it. Then I get their and Im told I need his mom and her I.d thats it then the third time in I get told I need his birth certificate. Place is a joke and Richard was extremely rude. Now I know why I dont do business here

All piercings came out straight and professional, with the use of clamps and corks. I am always very satisfied with everything! jewelry selection is nice too! I especially fancy your internally threaded jewelry

The best shop in Colorado by far if you are wanting a tattoo, piercings, jewelry or merchandise. I wouldnt go or recommend another. Richie Street is an amazing artist and his employees are awesome as well! You definitely will not go wrong spending time in this place. Its kept very clean and sanitary, and everyone is so friendly. Its just a great place full of great people.

Jonnalea was so wonderful to me! She was professional and made me feel very comfortable getting pierced in a private area and it didn’t even hurt that much! I cannot recommend this place highly enough and if you want a top quality piercing done ask for Jonnalea and be sure to leave her a big tip! :)

Richie did a cover up tattoo on my brothers forearm today. I was immediately pleasantly surprised at how beautiful the shop was !!!! Literally from the celing to the floor...it is beautiful!!!! Richie was so incredibly nice and he did amazing work!!!! Highly recommend anyone to go here.... the people could not be nicer!!!!

So the staff was really nice, but they don’t seem too experienced in some things. Bought plugs and wanted the size up, they gave me 3 sizes bigger than what I wanted. Which isn’t too big of a deal cus I ended up stretching up to them pretty quick anyway, But my piercings aren’t even, idk if it’s just me that can tell right away but it bothers me so bad.. my friend could tell right away they weren’t even. But ya know besides that, I really think they are a good piercer. Living in canon, there probably isn’t a whole lot of experience coming through and I can’t blame them for that. The station and shop as a whole was really clean && nice. Jewelry seems to be low grade, didn’t come individually packaged and was externally threaded. So if your sensitive I would jus see if they have different jewelry. Overall I really enjoyed my experience there. Jus don’t be afraid to triple quadruple check that yr piercings are even if you get more than one.

So far got two tattoos here from Richie got to say hes the best artist Ive found in this area a true master he did an amazing job on a portrait of Johnny Cash identical to the picture I wanted looks as good as the ones in tattoo magazines very impressive thank you I highly recommend Richie this guy is out of this world amazing Ill be getting all my work done by him!

Went for ink work originally to do over previous work done by the place next door. The Dungeon is easily the most professionally operated shop i’ve ever seen! Darci rocks! Ritchie did an awesome job on my new one and i have scheduled a new appointment for additional work.

Have been here for a tattoo and a piercing, both times the staff was professional and friendly, explaining the process and aftercare clearly. The shop was very clean and they took proper steps to maintain a sanitary work environment. Great place, especially for a small town. Very pleased, would definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for their body art needs in this area.

I have had several tattoos done by Richie and recently had Phil do one for me. Both artists are top notch! The studio is very clean, comfortable, and ran professionally. The Dungeon, Inc. is definitely one of my favorite tattoo shops!

I have gotten 7 tattoos from these very talented artists and Im getting more from them.. Very professional and high-quality tattoo application. They treat their clients like family. The inside is very cool looking is . They have swords on the wall and merchandise to purchase. Earrings, hoodies, shirts, tattoo moisturizers. They have a separate room for sterilized and sanitary tattoo applying.

Must say, weve been to many tattoo studios, shops, parlors, etc. In many different states. This is by far the nicest place and stylish location we have ever been to. Very friendly and price range is definitely great! Made an appointment for a few months from now since they are booked for months. Owners are very friendly and courteous.

I am sad to say I have over 15 piercing from here from about five years ago and will never go back or recommend them to anyone! I took my 17 year old daughter in there today to get her nose pierced. They asked her for her ID and me for mine. The lady stated she needed to point a few obvious things out and began to tell me I was not the mom because we have different last names and my daughters drivers licence is from a different state.First of all, we all live in the real world and I should not have to try to explain why I have a different last name than my daughter. Second of all, she is 17 and goes to college in a different state. And last, it is a holein her nose ...not a loan to pay off her college tuition or surgery to repair her heart, which by the way, as her mom, I was there when that happened and didnt have to prove I was the mom. You obviously dont need any more clients!

My fiancee had a small piece done here by a girl named Lily. She said the girl rushed the session and I can tell that a lot of the line work is shaky and not very attentive. I would recommend going to Springs or Pueblo for tattoos. Have not had experience with piercings here.

Had a tattoo done many years ago, still looks great! Theyve done well through the years with great artists and quality of work. Id recommend it to anyone in Fremont county. Awesome people too!

Richie is the best! I have 2 UV (ultra violet) tattoos. He is in Ripppeys Believe It Or Not for his work. Not only is he a talented artist, but he is a super nice guy!!

Not sure if rhey have other jewelry but if youre highly allergic to fake jewelry make sure they are putting in the best they have just in case.im very allergic and have broken out. But I really liked the shop. They were all clean and very nice ppl.

I admit the artists put out some excellent pieces, absolutely beautiful.Not to mention the clothing is quiete fashionable- & there is a reasonable surplus of jewelry for all sorts of piercings.I appreciate this business.But I’d just like to add I didn’t appreciate how my friend was treated via a phone call.

I went to get the bridge of my nose pierced, and the first time through was lopsided. Mistakes happen and everyones human, so I wasnt too mad. However, the second time through, it still isnt straight. I didnt notice it at the store because the bar wasnt in the middle, but when I went home to clean it I noticed its still higher on one side.

Always friendly and patient. I havent gotten any tattoos but have had all my piercings done here. I have seen some tattoo work done from here and it always looks way good!

A young girl pierced my ears, I wouldnt reccomend going here. She obviously was careless, or just didnt know what she was doing. The piercings were in two different spots on my ears. Not to mention they were both so crooked and sideways, causing keloids in both ears.Also I would like to mention I got my belly done here as well and had to take it out with the others due to someone not knowing what they were doing.

Came there to get a tattoo and put in a spot deposit of $60, met my tattoo artist Tamara and had to wait a month or so for my booking. Finally when it came to get the tat (which I drove almost 2 hours to get to the shop) i realised i had forgotten my ID (of course this is completely my fault) but I was told I couldnt come back to get the tattoo and my deposit of $60 wouldnt be given back to me, and Tamara came off as very rude and wouldnt even come to the front dest to talk with me about this issue. Im still so annoyed at this business for how they treated this problem.

My younger sibling wanted to get a nose piercing and this guy wanted to see guardianship papers when im over 21 and the older sibling obviously . But high school kids can go in and sign a paper show id’s and get piercings whenever ??? Interesting !?! Hmmmmm… I need all this paper work for a nose piercing and our last names have to match on our ID’s ? What a joke . What else do you need? our addresses to match ? Do you need to see our birth certificate as well?? Ridiculous . Id recommend people to take their business else where . ITS JUST A NOSE PIERCING !!! IM NOT JOINING THE ARMY LOL.

DO. NOT. GO. HERE.I got my triple forward helix pierced here and since then it has been oozing, swollen, and not healing at all. I moved to Grand Junction and ended up seeking medical help. I had to get an oral antibiotic and then switch out the jewelry at a different shop. When I showed the new piercer my ear, she was absolutely disgusted. One of the studs didnt even go through my cartilage and the other two were completely diagonal.

Friendly staff. Knowlegable and experienced piercer. I had my daiths pierced and my daughter had her belly button. It was quick, and friendly service.. But most importantly clean and sanitized

This Christmas I went to a tattoo and piercing shop in Colorado springs to get my nose pierced. I was very happy with how professional and clean they were. Last month I went into the dungeon to have them switch my piercing out for a hoop. I couldnt do it myself because they did it with a special stud. The lady that helped me and my dad pick out a hoop first off rolled her eyes at my dad and pushed past questions he was asking. We finally picked one and I went back with her to get it switched. I told her about the place i got it done at and how much it was and i basically got the what for on why i paid as much as i did. First off my nose is very sensitive and she wasnt gental at all. Her tool that she was using to change it slipped and she made a noise out of fear. This got me scared and not to mention hurt really bad. So we get the hoop on and she is clamping it. We leave and I get home and it looked like there was scratch from when she slipped. It was not big deal. However later that night at I went to get ready for bed at 10 I knew something wasnt right. That thing that I thought was a scratch on the inside of my nose was really the hole of where the hoop should have been! The lady didnt put it all the way through! She decided just to clamp it onto my skin. So I go wake my dad up and he has to get out the pliers and unclamp it from my skin. She did it so hard it took us a half hour to undo it. After we got it off my skin my mom had to basically repierce my nose and shove it through the hole. My question is if you are professional how can you be so inept to do that? I will never recommend this place to anyone ever if you can handle switching a piercing out I cant even imagine how you do tattoos.

At first I gave them a shot and I had a guy by the name Richard Leo who at first seemed eager to get me as client until I was told to check his social media page..He clearly states his disdain toward people of color while saying he prefers not to do our skin, because of many reasons including it being a waste of ink on dark skin..I would like to here back from this company on their procedures and if they align with ideology such as their employees

I went in with an idea and Ritchie turned it into an amazing piece of art and then his light hand gave my hubby the courage to get his first tattoo as well and even his is beautiful

A great place to make tatoos.Richie is an artist and him and his wife are very nice . we make our tattos in this place since 2008, every time we come from France.The only place for us to make our tattos.The frenchies from french riviera.

Love their tattoos and peicings they do really well but for the most part its very empty in the lounge. I wish they had a much bigger selection for piercings. Hate going to Walmart for something cool that breaks in the end.

The artists are incredible and everyone is so friendlyVery clean and great atmosphere. My husband and I go every couple months and always look forward to our sessions.
