I have been coming here about once a month for over a year and have never had a bad experience. Amanda is amazing, she always makes me feel comfortable and answers all of my questions. I highly recommend the laser hair removal as I have had wonderful results. The package of 6 tends to be the best deal and then afterwards the maintenance prices are very reasonable. Just had my first chemical peel and am very excited to see the results!!

I was nervous about going to a new injector after 12 years going to the same person.Abby at the front desk is very kind and friendly.Bill was amazing.I felt so comfortable the minute I met him, like we have known each other forever.His injecting skills are superior, I felt no discomfort and had no bruising.I felt so at ease and am happy to say I found my new man to trust my face too!Thank you for a wonderful first time experience.

I love this place!! It was my first time getting lip fillers, I was referred by a friend and I do not regret this decision at all! Bill was very professional, answered all my questions and explained everything that I need to know where I felt really comfortable to do it right on my Consultation and I had been looking around for a while. The front desk was very clean and everyone is so kind. I can’t wait to go back and get this and other services done already!! I would recommend this place to everybody!!

This place deserves every star. I was recommended by my co-worker for lip fillers. I had my lips done back in December for my first time by a different injector and was unhappy with my experience and results. I was hesitant to get them done again, but after seeing my co-workers lips and being impressed by her results, I figured Id give The Laser Lounge in Cape Coral a try. My first impression walking in, I noticed it was extremely clean and was immediately welcomed by Marissa. She was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable, not to mention, her lips also looked fabulous! Billy did my lip fillers and when I tell you this man is the best and knows what hes doing..its an understatement. He was very inventive, friendly and cared about what I wanted. He was very gentle while doing my injections and made me feel very comfortable. On to the most important part, my lips look fabulous! They were exactly what Ive been wanting and he recommended a different product in my lips from my 1st experience and he couldnt have been more right! If youve had a bad experience or going for you first time, please go to this office. Billy is the BEST! I will definitely be a lifelong customer!

I got the full Brazilian laser hair removal by Amanda! She was absolutely amazing! I felt so comfortable with her; a true professional! She walked me through all the steps on what to do and what not to do. I am extremely happy with the laser lounge!

From the time you call to schedule to the time you leave your appointment, you are treated by a friendly, knowledgeable, patient team. They take the time to answer all of your questions and work with you to find the best treatment for YOU. They never try to upsell or steer you towards a more expensive procedure. Bill is amazing at making the client feel comfortable (and hes an amazing artist!). I wont go anywhere else!

Bill was amazing!!!!!Very professional and very knowledgeable. They DID NOT try to oversell me like another local spa did. I had Botox and filler and couldn’t be happier! Great prices I’ve been back numerous times since this review!! Got filler and Botox several times and always love the look. Gives me a lot more confidence! Thank you Bill and Abby and I highly recommend this spa!!!! I did try another spa and it paled by comparison. Pricing was outrageous and they kept trying to sell me other products. Not good! Stick with The Laser Lounge cuz you won’t regret it!!!! One heck of a satisfied customer. Can I give them 6 stars?

I went to the Laser Lounge for the 1st time about a week ago. Billy was so nice and really made me feel so comfortable. I have my cheekbones back!!! Also he used fillers on my lips ( having to correct a previous screw up from another establishment). Billy was professional & extremely knowledgeable not to mention painless! I love the work he did and have a much higher self esteem now. I will NEVER go anywhere else again! SPOTLESSLY CLEAN friendly staff! I wish I could give 10 stars!!!!!

I went to the laser lounge in Cape Coral an I could not be anymore happier that I did! I did my research on different injectors from cape to Miami an couldn’t find anyone that was creditable till I came across Billy at Laser lounge! I had closed a package for underarms and Brazilian. Not happy with my results what so ever. Even after 6 sessions after I was told told that underarms I wouldn’t see hair after the 6 sessions I still have loads of hair and the sessions were extremely painful!! I would have burns after every session. Even after complaining about the pain the next session they would still turn up the frequency. I would not recommend this place to anyone! Even after paying thousands of dollars on my services!

I’ve been going to Bill for lip fillers since he opened the Laser Lounge in The Veranda. I was thrilled when he opened one in Cape Coral as its much closer to me. I would follow him anywhere though, he’s the best!!

I only can say is wow. I have olive complexion and the black hair on my chin and upper lip was very noticeable. Now I am practically hair free. Would definitely recommend Laser Lounge. So ready to try other spa treatments.
