I got my ears lobes pierced and my daughter got her lower lip. Loved everything about the experience. Great prices, wide jewelery selection, and Cory was very friendly and professional. He also made sure we were aware of all aftercare. Will definitely be going back for more piercings in the future and recommending to friends.

I’m really sad to have to post a negative review. The people who own Iicon seem really nice. I’ve been pierced there twice, both times I arrived during their posted business hours but no one was there. I called and they sent someone over, I just thought it was weird - why have posted hours if it’s appointment only? I had my Monroe piercing done here, the piercing itself was fine but they put a ridiculously long barbell, citing possible swelling as the reason and refused to size down even a little. I went to another piercing shop and they sized me down to something shorter, kind of laughing at how ridiculous the extra length was. Points for precautions but it was so long it was snagging on everything and getting caught on my teeth, really the length was more problematic than the potential for swelling.I guess I should have known not to go back but I did, this time to get my industrial done. Although I’ve had the piercing before it’s been 20ish years, and I still had the scars, he chose new piercing points - way off from the original. He pieced the bottom of my ear twice due to placement (ouch) but then Corey seemed pleased with the placement, and initially it seemed fine. The more I looked at it, the more concerned I got that the helix was way too low. A piercing friend of mine sent me a PM after I posted the pic encouraging me to go have it looked at. I was shown pictures by the new piecing shop how that placement can cause keloids and other problems. They suggested I take it out, let it heal, and do it again. They were also shocked at the price I paid for the jewelry, which was pretty crazy -$60 per gem for 3 (fake) gems on a barbell. I contacted Iicon by text and sent photos and explained the situation - so now I’ve paid them for the piercing and jewelry, paid to have it looked at and removed, and paid to have it repierced. Won’t even get into the physical pain of having this area of the ear pierced 5 times. I asked for a refund but if they couldn’t do that, at least refund me the generous TIP I paid, and absolute radio silence.I’m really disappointed and felt like once they had my money, they didn’t back up their work. Just a bummer all around. I won’t be back.

Corey was amazing! Incredibly informative, efficient, and clean. He tailors the experience to each person and was wonderful to both me and my friend who also got piercings done that day.Will definitely be coming back for my next one!

The staff were very attentive. I forgot her name, but she answered and posed questions that I didnt know I had. Cory was my piercer. He worked around my inequal previous piercings and made a nice, balanced look. Hes very swift with his needles. I might be back soon for another one.

When I spoke with them they had me pay 60$ to book online appointment then never showed up. Took my money and never answered the phone again. Left me sitting in the parking lot wondering wtf?

A very positive experience. Diana was super helpful and friendly getting me checked in and earrings selected. Corey did a wonderful job making me comfortable and the piercing was quick and well done. Absolutely amazing!! got one ear pierced and the people there were very nice. the pain was about 3/10 and it doesnt hurt as much anymore and it hasnt even been an hour. the guy piercing me was quite sweet and gentle. 10/10 experience:)

I got spider bites a few days ago, and Corey is an excellent piercer. he’s informative, personable, made sure i was alright between the two piercings, and made it quick. i can’t complain about a thing!the shop is clean, they have a pretty large selection of jewelry, and i will absolutely be coming back to iicon for any of my future piercing desires. my experience was easy, pleasant, and fast. i’d recommend this shop and piercer to anybody who asks.

Went in to get a nostril piercing and was very impressed with the cleanliness of the store. Their selection of jewelry is very high quality. Cory did a wonderful job with my piercing and was really professional and nice. Was walked through the entire process and given a solid aftercare regimen. Definitely worth your time!

I ,and multiple members of my family, have gotten several piercings done here.Corey is phenomenal.I walked in today on hour five of my most recent migraine. I got two Daith piercings done for the potential relief.It was a success and everything was simple, smooth, and straightforward.Never going anywhere else.

Went in the get both my nipples pierced. Diana greeted me right away and was very helpful picking out jewelry and aftercare products while I waited for Cory. The piercing itself was quick and as easy as piercing your nipples can be. He was very calming and transparent with everything that was going on and talked me through it when I needed it. The pain was much more mild than expected. So glad I listened to all the reviews and came here for my piercings. I highly recommend Cory! He was also very adamant that I come back if I have any issues at all and not to try and google cure myself. Luckily this has been the easiest healing process I’ve ever had with any of my piercings. I have 4 nose/septum piercings.

Corey is the bomb! I had been wanting to get my nose pierced for some time now so I decided to go to IIcon. From the moment I walked in it was a good vibe. Diana helped me pick out my nose jewelry. She was so sweet and kind and very knowledgeable about the jewelry. Once I picked my jewelry Corey pierced me. Lets start off with saying the shop is very clean! They sanitized everything and wore masks. Corey was very professional he made me feel comfortable and explained the process and aftercare very thoroughly. I would definitely go back here again!

Corey did an amazing job on my second lobe piercings and re-piercing my tragus! He took the time to make sure the earrings were placed right where I wanted the lobe piercings. The piercings were quick and just felt like a pinch. Surprisingly my tragus piercing was the least painful lol.Included with my lobes piercing were basic titanium ball earrings. I opted to buy the clear gemstone earrings for $40 and stuck with the basic titanium for my tragus. They were also offering 2 tragus piercings for $75 but I opted for just one side. In total, I paid $65 for the lobes, $75 for the tragus, $40 for earrings, and $15 for the aftercare spray. Totally worth it!I highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back here for any future piercings :)

This is a late post but I love getting my piercings here. I have an industrial and my second piercings done by him. He is very understanding and likes to have your input. If you go with friends he will let you guys discuss on your own. Overall environment is fantastic.

Got my tongue pierced here and my piercer was super cool they were friendly and great over all. Their doing a great job at keeping things clean and keeping the social distance norm all in all if I need another piercing ill be going back here

Paid extra for the jewelry that had an actual jewel on it. Not the one that the piercing came with. And I got pierced with the WRONG nose piercing. I got told “do you want me to swap them real quick? It’s going to hurt though” and I told them not too. Just to return the difference I paid. He told me to come back in a few weeks so he can swap it out for what I paid for & they wouldn’t just return the difference! When the piece of jewelry was untouched in the bag they placed it in the hole time. That’s crazy. I’ve tried to reach out since and literally get ignored when I explain my situation and don’t get a response. So they definitely got extra money off me for free. -The Owner is Completely lying and not being honest in his response. It did not happen like this, NOR did I call & “Demand” a refund. I asked a female multiple times to speak to piercer. And was NEVER offered money back before leaving. I would have obviously taken the money back if offered? He did in fact tell me it would hurt to change right away especially since I was bleeding a bunch. This is so crazy to see a completely FALSE response like this. You guys have Never cared to each back out to me, but with my Google Review you get confrontational and dishonest. - also the piercing was never held up to measure. I was only dotted with a marker multiple times when asked about placement. He adjusted and bent piercing next to the tray farther from myself. & then I was pierced. It is not my job to make sure you read & grabbed my piercing and not the other persons in the waiting room the came after me w a nose piercing as well.

Everyone was very friendly. They made sure I was comfortable and triple checked to see if I liked the placement of my belly ring. I was pierced by the lovely Siena and she did a great job. Will definitely be going back.

Fantastic experience. Everyone at the shop was extremely friendly and accommodating. The facility was very comfortable and highly professional. Got both lobes done by Serena. She was a real pro; very patient and warm. I never felt rushed as we picked the spots for the piercings. The piercings themselves were not even all that painful because Serena did such a great job. She also was creative and flexible with finding flat disc studs and backings that worked for me. I would highly recommend!

The lady at the front was so nice and was able to squeeze me in the same day. I had went to another piercing location earlier that month and had a horrible experience. I have no piercings, and never have. But my 14yo daughter has about a dozen in her ears all done at Icon. I totally trust them. They are obviously interested in an ongoing relationship with their clients.

Went to get a Daith piercing, place was super clean and staff super friendly and professional. Just one star off for the wait, i booked in advance and when I got there they still had sanitizing to do (won’t complain to that) wait was more than 20 min (it was a Saturday). After, It was very quick and painless (less than the wait time). Payed online and tipped at the store.

The staff is AMAZING! They are so friendly and helpful. I had gotten my nose pierced at a different shop and a month later I got an irritation bump. I went back to the shop where I got it pierced and the piercer was rude and was not helpful. I just googled ways to take care of the bump and nothing was working. It kept getting bigger and it was super unappealing to look at. I came across a tiktok that mentioned the cause of the bump could be jewelry so I decided to switch it out. The staff at IIcon Piercing Co. were friendly throughout my entire visit and they switched my jewelry out with their beautiful Titanium jewelry. I love the way my nose piercing looks now and I would 10/10 recommend everyone get their piercings done here. I am definitely returning for my next one. Got a side laberet piercing today and it came out so great! Im so happy with it, and the piercer Cory (assuming thats how it spelled) was really nice. It was overall a great experience.

Went to get my first piercing (basic ear lobe) here and Corey was amazing. I was nervous and he put me at ease and explained the whole process before he started. You can definitely tell that they care about making sure you have a great experience and you know how to take care of the piercing after you leave the shop. The price was good as well and the earrings that I got are very good quality. I would definitely recommend this place.

I had a wonderful experience here today! I decided I wanted to get my ears pierced so I called and asked if I could do a walk in. The lady on the other end of the phone said she could work me in between the appointments. I came in and a man named correy did my piercing. He was efficient and quick. He took time to line up the piercings evenly to ensure it was properly aligned. Afterwards he explained the cleaning process and I went on my way. Wonderful service! 6/5 stars!

Came back to get my septum jewelry changed after getting it pierced by Serena in May and I’m so much happier with the new size! I also got my lobes pierced in May and it was really easy and painless. The shop is super clean and the energy is so welcoming and friendly, I’m already planning my next visit! :)

Although I often read review before trying out a new place, I rarely leave any of my own so the fact that I am doing so now is a testament to how much I liked SerenaI booked to get my first ever ear piercing and chose to go with Serena after getting very positive reviews from google as well as someone I know who previously came here. It being my first time, I was a little apprehensive, but Serena was very professional and put me to ease right away. She took time to make sure my piercing was centered and in the exact spot I wanted it. Serena was awesome! I took my daughter to Icon for her 9th birthday to have her ears pierced. She was super cool, made my daughter feel really comfortable, explained everything she was doing and entertained all of my daughters questions! (And trust me...she had a lot!). I had my nose pierced at the same time and bought a new belly button ring. She switched out my ring and gave a guarantee for EVERYTHING she did. I HIGHLY recommend this place. I’d go back in a heartbeat!

I had a piercing done by another piercing parlor that kept getting infected, Corey changed the earrings to real titanium since the ones I got from the other place were likely not actually titanium, gave me instructions on care and I havent had any problems since! Ill definitely come back when Im ready to get more piercings.

Ive gone twice, once for my belly button and last night for a rook. I met the owner last night who did the piercing and he was professional, friendly, informativen/knowledgeable, and comfortable to be around. I think this is the place I will always go to for piercings.

I cannot say enough good things about Serena 💜 She listened to all of my concerns prior to my services and walked me through what to expect. She took her time making sure the dot placements were perfect and equal and had me double and triple check that I liked them too after I joked about having OCD and bad experiences with crooked piercings in the past. She lined up the clamps and helped me breathe through the process. She was so quick and it was as painless as it possibly could be. Im extremely satisfied with the results! Highly recommend!!

Wanted somewhere safe and experienced to perform my 13yr olds first ear piercing. We are so glad we found Iicon. Definitely a driving factor was that this place JUST does piercings, no tattoos, not a jewelers, just piercings and no guns used. The couple that runs it were really nice and guided my daughter through the process, making sure she liked the placement of the holes and instructing her at length on the proper care of her piercings to avoid infection. They took their time with us (not rushed) but the process was very smooth and efficient. My daughter barely even flinched and her ears were not even red within a minute or two. So glad we found this place and we highly recommend it for anyone looking for a piercing.

Cory is dope! He pierced my nipples (which were slightly inverted) for me today. He took his time and worked on my markings until they were just right and until I was satisfied. Hes personable and informative. I called another shop today, but their piercer wasnt working today. Ended up going to IICON because of the great reviews and I am so glad I did. Best decision I made today, even though I almost got into a car accident on the way home 🤦🏽😬😆 Anyway, the place is clean, you get quality jewelry, price was more than fair, and he actually WANTS you to come back to make sure everything is healing properly. Serena is amazing. She is fast and good. Took time to explain things to me and to make sure her dots were where they needed to be. I started to feel a little yucky after my piercing and she noticed something was up before I did and asked me to lay back down and helped me relax and feel better. I came in for two new piercings and a change in jewelry for a nose piercing. Right away, Serena and Veronica made me feel welcomed and at ease.I was nervous for the new piercings after reading some stories online...which I dont recommend doing! Serena explained everything that was going to happen and right away, I felt better. The piercing experience itself was almost painless, not what the internet said at all!I was so happy with the piercing that I brought my teenager back the same day for two cartilage piercings.Ill definitely be back here for all my piercing needs!

Got a double nose piecing by Serena and was amazing. Healed fast, no issues even when I had to change them out early for duty, and told me how to take care of it. I even Got the side of my ear pierced by her the following week. I love them! She did a great job

I came over here from Art 4 Arts sake (read my review for them if you want an idea how unprofessional they are) feeling a little uneasy from my first attempt at getting nipple piercings.Cory & Taylor were super professional and reassuring. When my best friend and I came in to get our piercings done, we were unsure what to expect but they really helped out by walking us through the process, showing us jewelry options, and building rapport.We paid and went into the back, they asked if we wanted female or male piercers, and if we wanted to go at the same time or one at a time. Cory helped my best friend while Taylor helped me and man-- She is charming, gorgeous and an amazing professional!! A triple threat!She cleaned the area, marked me, had me check to make sure I thought they were properly aligned, then pierced my nips super fast like lightning.To be honest, she got both done so fast I was shocked. After, we were all talking, everything was normal... and all at once I felt like I was going to pass out.I guess I forgot to eat and the adrenaline made me woozy. Cory noticed within 5 seconds and swooped in, put me in the piercing chair and gave me water, an ice pack and talked me through it. I wish so much I could leave a better review, because the staff here are all very kind and professional. I had a lower navel piercing done here a couple months back that has had nothing but issues. I went back here to have it looked at and they changed the jewelry and told me to clean it with soap twice daily. That seemed to work for a while until it flared up bright red. I then went to DV8 in Roseville and they told me that I did not have the anatomy for a lower navel and that it was rejecting. They removed the jewelry and told me NOT to clean with soap, to use saline solution ONLY. I just dont understand how IICON didnt consider my anatomy before piercing me and didnt realize that my body was rejecting the jewelry. I even asked them before they pierced me if I had the anatomy and they said sure. I just hope they consider this for future clients so they dont have to worry about rejection. The general public doesnt know what anatomy does and doesnt work for piercings, so we rely on piercers to be knowledgeable about this.

Good prices and she is totally professional but also fun! I got new jewelry for my Monroe piercing and got my nostril repierced. The shop is clean and they are following all the COVID protocols. Ill definitely go back!

The girls at licon are fabulous! The experience there getting my piercings was comfortable. I got my tongue and navel pierced and an excellent job was done as always. Messed up a new nostril piercing, and the piercer wasnt available. Called and was let in immediately. Corey made everything right for me Both the original shop and Iicon are nice, well kept studios. However Cory was there when I needed him, so Iicon is my new go to.

I went and got dermals in my back yesterday and they turned out amazing!! Cory did an awesome job, took his time and made sure everything was perfect before doing anything! I came in today for two helix piercings and I am so happy with the turn out. They look amazing and are placed perfectly. I went in and no later than 20mins I was all done. Everything was sterilized and clean which are the things I look for when going anywhere to get pierced. The girl who did my piercings Did such a great job her name is Serena and afterwards gave me the aftercare instructions as well as texted them to my phone to have as a reminder. It was quick and painless. I will definitely be returning in the future for more piercings.❤️

Corey is by far, the best piercer Ive ever gone to. I have 11 piercings total, and 5 of them have been pierced by him. He always makes sure that I like the location that he initially marks, and that Im completely at ease. If you need someone with expertise in piercing, go to Corey!

We made an appointment for some piercings. When we arrived, none of the earrings they typically use to pierce with were in stock, they offered some very large, very unfriendly to the eye earrings. I asked, why if I had made an appointment would they not have told me before hand they were out of stock or pretty much everything. I took time off of work to bring my daughter, for her birthday, to get what she wanted done. She was so disappointed. Everyone who works here is always very nice and they always go above and beyond your expectations. They usually like to only take appointments, however they will squeeze you in if there is time. I have never had a problem getting squeezed in the few times I didnt make an appointment. Very clean inside and very professional.

3rd times the charm. I had my nose pierced 2 other times from different shops and it was extremely painful and my piercing never properly healed. I came here and Im healing much better than I ever did any other place I had my nose pierced. Very professional and clean and I will be coming back for more piercings.

I’ve been coming to iicon for all my piercing needs since 2017. Corey is always professional and polite. The last piercing I got was an orbital, the apprentice “Serena” did my ear perfectly! I paid $30 for two piercings. (jewelry included) The process was fast and easy, she made sure I was comfortable and feeling ok, and she made sure I didn’t feel dizzy or sick afterward. They tell you how to care for the piercing and everything is SO clean. 10/10, will let her pierce me again. Also the stud earrings are cute, high quality, and affordable.

I got my ears pierced and another nose piercing the lady and the guy were a extremely nice and went above and beyond for me he was quick and patient I’m going back for more once I’m healed. The shop was very clean he used gloves the whole time

I called today to inquire about a piercing and the man who answered helped me get a much better understanding as to why the piercing I wanted was not ideal and may never heal! He could have easily just taken my money and pierced it anyways but he didn’t. He was HONEST and cared more about my safety and well being than he did about making money. Greatly appreciated his time and advice.

The 2 ladies were very welcoming, polite, easy to talk with, they sanitize after each customer, they dont pressure you, very knowledgeable and they would recommend certain jewel piercing for age appropriate and/or body type. You ladies ROCK!!! Keep up the great you do. 👏👏👏😁😁😁

Great place! they were so fast and made me feel extremely comfortable. he let me sit down while i drank soda and he gave me a candy bar and talked to me for awhile because i got dizzy 10/10 slayyyyyyyy

Really excellent place if your looking for a place to get piercings.. I love how clean this place is, I love their care instructions I really love that they have you come in for a check up a week later. I have always had problems going to tattoo parlors getting piercing. My friends/co-workers got their piercings done here and I loved my experience here. My facial piercing are healing up just fine fallowing their instructions. I just got 2 mircrodermals on my chest 4 days ago I was extremely nervous the owner helped put my mindbat ease telling me how fast the process is and I was impressed with how fast the process actually was,they are even and seem to be healing up nicely. I highly recommend the owner doing it he is the only one I would ever allow to do my piercing you can tell he takes great pride in what he does.Also I would like to point out that you get what you pay for. If its a little more pricey then other places then other place there is typically a reason for this. I have paid crazy amounts for piercings for them to get infected and have to get them removed that was even following care instructions from those places. So pay the extra $10-$20 have it done correctly.

Got my ears pierced from here yesterday and I was stoked about it until I got home and REALLY looked in the mirror. They are uneven :( one side is closer to my face and the other side is closer to the outer part of my ear. Its not enough to stand out too bad but it bugs me and I am definitely going to have to get one side redone once they heal

This was my first set of piercings done by a professional piercer. They were friendly and made sure my ears were pierced exactly where I wanted. And in addition to going over after care instructions, they also emailed it to me. I will definitely be back!

I should rate this experience 1 star but since the piercing didnt hurt, I gave the shop a 2 star rating. I went into the shop today to get a face dermal piercing under my eye, the lady at the counter showed me my 2 options of gems to choose from a smaller size and a larger size. I choose the more petite smaller size. After the piercing was done they gave me a mirror to look into, and to my great disbelief I was pierced with the larger option. I mentioned the size to the piercer and he said it has to be big because my face might swell up over the smaller dermal. WTH? Why this is true then the staff that helped me in the front should of mentioned bbn it and I would of gone to a different store that and more options to choose from. Now I have this permanent piercing in my face that I didnt even agree to!

My favorite place to go for piercings. Recently raised their price on septum piercings, but they were nice enough to give me a military discount so Im satisfied. I bring all my friends here, and had a positive experience for all 9 of their piercings.

I got 2 back Dermals and they are super cute. They are always taking care of me and making sure I am comfortable. Its been 2 years now and I still drop by to say hello because they are naturally good company.

I got my septum pierced here like 4 days ago and the chick pierced my cartilage! Charged an overpriced $85. Guess it is my fault for not doing complete proper research but now I have to go elsewhere to get it removed, wait for it to heal for 6 weeks and get it re-pierced CORRECTLY. I would stay far away from this place!!

I got 3 dermal piercings straight up my chest however they are not straight.... But it isnt just one that is slightly off. Its 2 that are way off... The piercer (female) had no problem suggesting it was my fault that I approved the pre-dots crooked but isnt she the professional that does this on a daily basis? They are WAY off. She as a professional should have been able to see this.... DO NOT get pierced here.

My appointment is at 3, I get there and proceed to wait 30 minutes because THEY double booked clients. EDIT: brody I was 3 minuets late AND I called to let you know. No sound business would let in more customers KNOWING they have a booked client on the way.

They were fast and precise, they where very professional and knew what they where doing. I had my ears previously pierced at Clairs and it got badly infected and left a scar.
