Very lovely studio. Got awesome work done here! Tattooist was very flexible and willing when it came to design ideas. Only thing I wish for in the future, is maybe to see the design a few days prior rather than day of. Still a very happy customer and very happy with the artwork!

I brought my dad here from out of town. Sean was very welcoming and made an appointment for while my dad would still be here. We went over what my dad wanted and Sean helped mould it into a wonderful work of art. He was very matter of fact about what would work and what we should avoid and I can really respect that. The place was clean and I appreciated the privacy of the work stations. I will definitely be back. Thanks for taking care of us guys!

The artists and owner are extremely easy to talk to and make you feel real comfortable in there shop. Their shop is one of the cleanest Ive seen and their work is awesome. I will be recommending them to anyone looking to get a great tattoo.

Myself and another family member called to get inked by Lou and he was able to get us in within the same day! Everyone was super cool in the shop and very professional. Absolutely will be returning.

Went here Friday for a cover-up. They did a great tattoo. The artist did have some difficulty getting the prep work done, before starting on the tattoo, which was a cover-up. That was a little disappointing, yet the boss Sean stepped in and figured it out and did the tattoo himself. The boss ended up being a cool guy, who originally comes from the same part of the country as I do.

My tattoo artist with Chase he took time to make sure the design was exactly what I wanted he took his time and made sure the lines were perfectly straight its a beautiful tattoo he made the experience fun I definitely would recommend him and go back there

Lou at Hooligans Ink is an amazing artist and tattooist. He does phenomenal work. I am never disappointed with his work and highly recommend everyone go to Hooligans for their tattoos.
