Jessica pierced my daughters cartilage. She was amazing with my daughter. She made sure to go over all information about the piercing and aftercare, was kind and friendly, and patient with my nervous daughter. We will definitely be back to this shop!

I got a couple of ear piercings at Ink Addiction Tattoos&Piercings today and I just wanted to share my experience.The shop is welcoming and clean. Everyone is so knowledgeable from the tattoo artists to the piercers. Jessica did my piercings today and she was so patient. I couldn’t decide on the placement initially, but she never pressured or rushed me. She placed my jewelry in different spots until I decided on what I wanted. She coached me on aftercare by having me practice with her so that I knew the correct amount of pressure to apply. It was truly such a comfortable experience!I can’t sing their praises enough. So thankful to have this family owned business in our town.

They team is amazing. My piercers name was Jessica, because Marcus wasnt in and she is so humbly SWEET!! I was getting my septum pierced for my bday and she made the whole moment enjoyable. They are knowledgeable, professional, and the establishment stays clean and respectful. Hands down this place is Casa Grande finest top rated and highly recommended!!

It was my first tattoo, so I was a little anxious . But as soon as I met with Albert, he made me very comfortable with the decision I made and helped me complete my design . I am very happy with the cleanliness of the place and professionalism

The environment was Amazing! Everything was super clean and the staff were super professional and Markus was fabulous letting the piercings go at a pace that was best for me!

My sister and I got our nose piercings done here and the service was excellent and the piercing by Jessica was quick! She was so patient even though I was nervous and shes so chill! Johnny does excellent work. Hes working on my sleeve. He hand drawn all of my work and drew most of it on my arm. About 4 more sessions left. If you ever want ink done I suggest to come here they are the best

I got my nostril pierced here today and Markus was awesome! He was very professional and very zen while he explained the piercing process. Ive had several piercings in the past and he was so gentle it was virtually painless. 10/10 thanks, Markus!

The Piercer Markus Ramos is very Well informative he will answer any of your questions honestly and explains what he is doing very thoroughly. Also prior to piercing he is patient and will wait till you are comfortable and completely ready.He is awesome he has pierced my ears, did a double nose piercing left and right side and my Septum as well.I Definitely highly Recommend him🤙🏽

Just got my septum pierced by Jessica. She was amazing. She was so professional and sweet! Let me take my time and we chatted a bit. She is a gem in her craft. 10/10 would recommend!!! Shop was clean and professional. I will definitely be going back when tattoo time comes around

Kelli was so nice and we all felt comfortable with her. She did a superb job on our tattoos. She is very talented. The place was clean and between tattoos she went through a lot of prep that made things sanitized.

Ive gotten several tattoos and piercings and have always had an amazing experience here. Jose is an incredibly friendly and kind man, Jessica is the most patient and sweet gal, and Albert has always been patient and done stellar work. Jessica takes the time to get to know people even though her work is quick, and remembers personal details about her clients making the experience that much more enjoyable. It spoke volumes to me when she told me to be picky; completely put me at ease and helped me to feel more confident in my decisions. Couldnt recommend them any more highly.

Jessica was absolutely fantastic! I got my nose pierced (somewhere else) about 4 or 5 months ago. I found Ink Addiction Tattoos and Piercings when I was working in town and Im so glad I did. Jessica was the first person to change my nose piercing. She was extremely professional, kind and considerate. She took the time to explain to me what she was doing and also to educate me. I live about 45 minutes away but as long as shes there this is my new spot for piercings.

This place is FABULOUS!!! Very clean and staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I got two tattoos the same day by Kelli and I am soooo glad I did.She asked questions which help bring my tattoos to fruition. Marcus is awesome for piercings! Albert is the best in this area for tattoos! Both are knowledgeable, friendly and put a person at ease! Alberts attention to detail is crazy! 100% recommend Ink Addiction for piercing and tattoos. Entire establishment is full of friendly staff and completely worth the stop!!

Seriously the best!!!! I had a peircing appointment with Markus and he was amazing! He took his time and was so patient. He spent over 1/2 hour adjusting the placement for me and never acted like I was annoying or rushed. He said he wanted it to be perfect. Super clean, professional and went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable and informed every step of the way.

Husband and I went to get our ears pierced. I was getting my second set of piercings on my lobes, my husband was getting his first set of ear piercings. We did a walk-in, no appointment. Was able to be seen pretty much immediately. Markus took care of us. He was very professional. Walked us through all the steps, told us what was going to happen, talked to us about after care. He answered any and all questions we had. He was very thorough and precise. Showed us all the sterile and unused needles before he removed them from the packaging. The piercing itself was quick and fairly painless. The shop itself was beautiful and clean.Would definitely recommend this place.

My first ever tattoo and I was lucky to have experienced with Kelli as my artist.I am not from AZ and was scheduled to fly out within a week. After searching and searching for an artist who fit my style in and around TN, I just happened to find Kelli through a FB request and instantly knew she was the one for me. I messaged her and she responded in minutes! She was going on maternity leave and couldnt schedule anyone for a couple month. I couldnt stay in AZ that long and was unsure when I would be ae to return. She understood my situation and was able to squeeze me in within 4 days! I sent her a floral design I wanted and placement and she said we can do it. I was terrified, everything was happening so fast but I was excited, as Kelli made eme feel comfortable and confident with my decision. She gave me different advice on how to prepare for a tattoo session and when the day finally came, she was super cool and shes like you got this. I got tattooed on my hip, right around the groin. Not an easy spot especially for a first timer and she knew I was scared. I was so worried Id tap out and say nah I cant. But she motivated me. Kelli would tell me were halfway there you got this and if I wanted to stop, we took a short break, ate a snack, got some water and went back to it. I couldnt have asked for a better experience or artist.What I asked for: a light handed, fine-lined, floral arrangement of magnolias. I didnt want thick lines. I wanted to look like someone drew on me with a pencil. And the shading to be light and minimal. She checked ever box. Although Im not from AZ and live in TN, I will definitely be back here for her to add on to me. Yeah, Ill make that trip for her hands down.-Thanks Kelli.*pic will be uploaded with review later

I had a very positive experience at Ink Addiction, and would highly recommend them! My friend and I were visiting family and picked Ink Addiction based on reviews. The staff was helpful, pleasant, and got us in for an appt without any trouble. Johnny inked both of us and he was very gentle, nice, and professional. His work spoke for itself, fine lines with no problem 🙂. Definitely would come back for another!

Its an excellent shop with welcoming and helpful people. It is a very cozy shop with very talented artists. I went in for a large piece and had Kelli as my artists. She is very patient, soft handed, detailed, kind, and attentive. I am exceedingly pleased with my tattoo and greatly look forward to getting my next tattoo from Kelli at Ink Addiction.

Got my 12 year olds ears pierced by Marcus and had 2 thigh tattoos done by Jacob. I will definitely be back for more! The shop is nice and clean and the staff is amazing.

I’ve been into the shop about 3 times over the past 3-4 years, all for piercings!Jessica is AMAZING! just went in to get my nose pierced and she was just so calm and so nice and she explained everything as she went along. she even squeezed my moms nose piercing in. I won’t go to any other piercer!

Jose is a tattoo artist that does beautiful artwork, he always makes sure his clients are comfortable he takes his time and is considerate of all thoughts. Jessica is a fast piercer and you can barely feel anything. She is very knowledgeable and considerate, and make sure that the piercings are a good fit for the area that you are wanting pierced.

Have been here a few times, everyone is friendly. A nice atmosphere, pricing is excellent, we have been going to Jacob, super nice guy has some of the straightest lines I have seen. Will definitely be doing back.

Kelli is so AMAZING! She fixed a tattoo for me that was super important to me and my daughter, and made it look amazing and totally warmed my heart! The tattoo was done incorrectly by someone else and my heart was broke, and she made it look AMAZING!

Jacob a home town local, took me right in. He was very light handed and was such a good guy. He fixed my tattoo and I am super pleased with the results. Go check him out.

Ink Addiction Tattoo is not only a great tattoo shop, but the owner Jose happens to be a good friend. He is a great artist and an all around straight up person. What started off as what I thought was going to be a horrible event, seeing as that I am afraid of needles, wasnt so bad at all. I was having some placement issues but thanks to the lovely lady there, ended up getting the placement right by accident lol. Dont ask. Ill be coming back soon to get my cartilage done as well. This shop is the worst. Went in to get a cover up done, and the tattoo artist had about a week to draw up a tattoo. When he went to put the stencil on, it left a major part of the cover-up exposed. Looked horrible. I asked if he could fix it and got nothing but crap work in a stencil. Also, the shop requires a $100 deposit and the money for the tattoo up front. Never had such a horrible experience.

Made me feel comfortable showed me how everything they used was clean and explained everything before they did anything told me great way to take care of my piercing just all around great staff and made me feel at home

Markus did my nose piercing I love it I love it it looks just like it did before I went in for my surgeries Thank you in addiction I love it makes me feel like my old self again I was in and out in minutes it except for knowing how to take care of it he was calm cold and collected Ill be back!!!!

The lady who does the piercing is amazing she knows what she is doing. I just got my ear pierced for the migraines and it didnt hurt as bad as i thought it was when i got it done last year somewhere else. So thank you so much

I have 3 words for this place HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE.Never before have I seen such terrible work....The tattoo that was given to my daughter looked like a ten year old drawing..no I take that back! A ten year old can draw a straight line. We have received texts and FB comments from everyone stating the same thing. I wish my daughter would have heard this before..Now she has to pay hundreds to get it covered. Not really sure how this place stays in business but I will make the word is out and no one I know goes there...Ive lived here 30 yrs so I know alot of people...good luck INK Addiction! I would be ashamed If I did that kind of work!

Worst tat experience Ive had. This was my 11th and I have never had another tat artist put an intentional deep scratch along my tat. At the time, it appeared to be the outline and i assumed it would rub off. Not only was it not an outline pen mark but it was a deep and subsequently infected scratch. WTH Angel???
