The store manager was odd. She made me and my daughter uncomfortable a couple days ago.

Do not like the service. I received went there to get my 83-year-old aunts ears pierced and it was a $100. Any other place that I call for Claire? s Its thirty nine ninety nine ? Why is yours a $100?

Service was great! Both employees were SUPER friendly and kind. I took my 6 year old to get her ears pierced and the young man that pierced her ears has been piercing since 2016!! I was impressed with his attention to detail and making sure she was okay.He went over everything with us and I was happy, very happy I got her ears pierced at my local Claires! THANK YOU!!

Went in for my ear piercing at 32yo. Been telling my girlfriend for 2 years I was going to do it. Finally got around to it. No pain. Quick and easy. Was in the store for like 5 minutes.

If I could give this store a negative rating I would, there were about four workers standing behind the register not one of them greeted me and my sister when we came in. I was standing waiting for assistance to get a piercing out of a locked case the girl kept looking at me but would not come over soon as another woman of her race came in she immediately stopped what she was doing greeted her and offered her assistance and still ignored that we were ready. If you are going to work in customer service value the people who come in no matter what and I think jobs need to do better in who they hire never going back as if anyone cares.

My daughter and I took my 2 month old grandbaby to get her ears peirced and we had heard so many story but the young lady that was working on that day was very professional and patience I think her name was Siana so if you go look for her over all she was good thanks Siana.

Worst ever! Took child there for first piercings and you would think the staff would of made the visit delightful. The staff had poor customer service. The store associates were very short and dry when questions were asked. Their pricing and products were not clear. When I submitted a complaint directly to the store online, they denied everything and took no responsibility for the workers I had complained about. I would never visit or recommend this location again. The stores are too small and messy(items thrown all over the floor) anyways. Its a glittery dump!

Today I went to get my baby girl ears pierced. I had an appointment for 12:30. When I arrived Elissa Winton met me at the door and told me that she had locked herself out the store and is waiting on the locksmith to arrive. She apologized to me for the inconvenience and told me I could make another appointment if I wanted to. I told her it’s okay i can wait no problem. So I waited, about 2 hours went by and the locksmith arrived. She was so nice and helpful. And I know other people was giving her a hard time. I would definitely recommend going to this location. She was wonderful with my baby girl.

I was there today browsing with my kids. My 3 yr old dropped a makeup kit. I told her to pick it up and put it back, which she did. The associate walked behind her and picked up the kit and told me that my daughter messed the kit up. So now I have to purchase the kit. I didn’t even look at it or my daughter to see if she really messed with it. Upon leaving I carefully look a the kit and noticed that a whole section of the kit was missing and broken. So I went back to the store to explain that my kid couldn’t have destroyed it that way. The young lady immediately had an attitude and called her manager on the phone and explained the incident to her. She left out a few things but in the end I didn’t get a refund. I know my kid didn’t do it and I sure didn’t deserve to be given attitude by the young lady! I won’t be returning to Claire’s again and definitely not that location!

Why is there 1 employee and not only is she slow with 3 people ahead of me and 2 behind me, she had the nerve to have a conversation about f n hair and checked out others that came in after us. I politely interrupted their conversation and asked how much longer. No to ne rude but to her and the customers be considerate of others time. Had my girls not wanted their ears pierced we would have left.

I went here to get my ears re pierced. The store was clean and they had some very cute things in there. All my girly-ness went into over drive. The associate that helped me was super nice and was very helpful and informative. The actual piercing wasnt bad at all. Everything was done right and I never had any problems with my pierceings. The only problem was that she was the only one working on a Saturday morning, which wasnt her fault, but I did have to wait while she left to attend other customers as they came in. But even with that it was an overall good experience. I will definitely be back to buy more.

This store has so much hate for kids.I took my 2months for ear piercing this evening.I have a 2years old boy who was asleep in the car,he started crying when I got him down.When I got to Claires,no greeting:the next thing I had isThe lady at Claires- may be you should come backMe-why?The lady at Claires-they cant afford my boy throwing stuffs on the floorMe-My boy cant do thatThe lady at the store- reluctantly kept quietI played maturity,other mother would have end up fighting there the way I was addressed.They are not friendly with kids, not accomodating,no appreciation yet they received my hard earned money.I will never or encourage anyone I know to patronize them.

Just your standard Claires. The staff just kind of sat around talking the whole time and barely paid attention to customers. A bit overcrowded but its a busy area. The sales items were kind of a joke. Selling a set of a dozen earrings where 11 out of 12 of the actual earrings are missing for $3? Just throw it away. Also their supposedly allergy free earrings still made my kids ears itchy and swell up, so theyre falsely labelled.

It was great. We walked in to get my daughters ears pierced and didnt know we needed an appt but they were able to get us an appt in 30 mins...and then they got us in early.

I love when a store doesnt adhere to its posted hours of operation. Good says 10 am. But its 10:18am and guess whos not inside the store shopping for earrings? Me.

The lady working was very nice the 2 times we went. Only complaint was she didnt mark my daughters ear when pierced it so it is not exactly the same as the other.

Granddaughter had her ears pierced after seeing advertised free piercing. Didnt know it would cost me $95.

I wish I could put zero stars!!! Do not take your child to have their ear pierced to Claire’s!! Their employees are not professionally trained and will have to make multiple attempts due to their errors and then refuse to apologize or do anything to solve the problem. STAY AWAY ❌🚫❌

I took my 4 month old daughter here to get her ears pierced I love it here , they nice , respectful , organized and helpful and clean !

The young lady who pierce my daughters ears was professional helpful and was willing to answer any questions I had for her
