The people who work here are so rude, no help, and they really dont understand their products nor do they really care to help you. I have been several times and its the same result everytime. There use to be a lady here that was so nice and helpful. Long story short I have a medical condition that causes me to have to use low dose thc but I also needed it to help lower anxiety not make it worse. The young man was no help and I will not be going back. We need more medical places willing to help.

This is usually my go to spot for stuff like that but now not so much. I was about to spend a good 200 bucks in there but the guy working was VeRy rude and kept trying to rush me and my wife outta there.

So, the customer service is outstanding . THE owner is very patient, humble, & reserved. Hes very knowledgeable about the things that he has in the novelty shop. The prices are very reasonable and very cheap compared to a lot of places I have been. I love the tobacco smoke shop in Cedar Hill on Clark Rd. Very impressive store setup and ambience. Very welcoming and the prices are unbeatable.Customer service is excellent.Now this is go to place for a longtime. I highly recommend to visit it at least once to check it out and its guaranteed you wont go to any other place!!!!!

Store is clean and well maintained. You dont get those people that just loiter around the shop/parking lot. Staff is knowledgeable about what they sell. Will be a great location for THC if Tejas ever gets on board.

Ive been here several times and Shes very friendly, informative and with great customer service which is sometimes hard to find.

Just visited yesterday, STAFF IS KNOWLEDGEABLE. I got gummies and an ointment for pain. Both have worked wonders over night! I will be a long time customer at this location. Pain was a 10, now about a 4, not bad for first time user of CDB ointment

I went to buy some CBD tincture. People working there were very knowledgeable about the product. Will definitely recommend anyone who needs any CBD. Prices are reasonably cheaper then any other stores around me.
