No Regrets Tattoos & Body Piercing

I was in town on a business trip and impulsively decided to get a simple tattoo. I’ve been considering for a while. The shop was the first one I called and they got me in at the very last minute. Which I greatly appreciated— But the artist (Mason) was superb. She did a great job with the work, but it was also so nice to sit in a chair with an artist that was considerate and down to Earth.I highly recommend this shop and would travel up from St. Louis to schedule larger sits in the future.

Always great. Very clean and workers are all knowledgeable in what they do.never had to wait more than 35 minutes as a walk in. Good prices for piercings and the jewelry is a good starting quality.

Had an amazing experience with Shanda getting my triple ear lobe piercings as well as changing out one of my helix piercings for a hoop. I previously came to No Regrets Tattoo last year to get my double helix piercing (which was done by Shanda) and I couldn’t be happier with both my experiences. Will definitely be coming back for any piercing needs!!

I went in for a piercing change out (i wanted multiple piercings changed and wanted to buy multiple pieces of jewelry), and I’m a person that still masks. The body piercer that I was working with seemed really nice, but the second I politely asked if she could wear a mask so I could take mine off (she would be changing my septum so I HAD to take mine off, also she was about to be IN MY FACE) she flew off the handle. I asked if the other body piercer that was there would be okay with it, and she instantly tried to shoot that down as well, before deciding she’d go ask. She stormed off, and was gone for 5 minutes before saying, “no, she’s not gonna do it either.” I don’t know the names of those two body piercers, but I DO know that if you mask, you’re gonna want to go to Amber. She did most of my piercings for the last 10 years, and when I went up to the front desk to ask if they had any piercers that were accommodating, her name came up immediately first. In fact, I remember when she did my septum a couple years ago, and she was 100% on it with masking.I completely understand having your own reasons for not wearing a mask, but don’t fly off the handle because a customer asked you. If that person does this every time someone asks for them to mask, it doesn’t look good as a business. I didn’t yell at her, or even say anything in a pushy/impolite way. I asked her one time, and the vibe was completely off after that. The only reason I’m giving no regrets 3 stars instead of 1 is because Amber is genuinely a great piercer and every piercing I’ve gotten from her I’ve loved and felt like I was taken care of properly. That’s why I came to no regrets even though I live out of town, because I felt comfortable there. Now I know, if it’s not Amber, I might as well leave because it might be a bad experience. Maybe don’t go on Sundays, since that’s when the both of those rude piercers were there.Props to the rest of the staff working there though, I don’t want to put the blame on the ear of you. But make sure your employees know how to talk to people that ask for things like that.

My 10 yo daughter got her ears pierced and everyone made the process so simple and smooth. They were great at keeping her calm and explaining the entire process so she could understand. I will definitely be going back for any future piercings!

I got 6 piercings, 4 of them didn’t heal properly and one was really badly infected. Went to the doctor and they said to take them out. It was very expensive so I called and kindly asked for a refund for the 4 I took out. Also, they put in two of the piercings so loose that they fell out multiple times and I had to pay even more to get the replaced. Also, one piercing was so uneven with the other side that I had to get it redone. Amber (the piercer) was extremely rude right away and angrily told me that I can’t have a refund and accused me of lying. I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

My son and his boyfriend went to this facility and were treated very rudely by the snobby lady scrolling on their phone. You can explain laws or policies without being an extremely rude snob. Regardless of what they were asking about, your attitude could have been different and at the very least professional. They have been in many times and not been treated like this before. They will not be back.

I was in your Champaign location yesterday and asked if they could help us put a new nose ring in my boyfriends nose. Instead of calming explaining why they cant do that they instead raised their voices and insisted that they have never helped people put new in piercings even though we have done that exact thing before at that exact location. I never raised my voice or acted rude to them but the second we asked them if they could do that they just started being incredibly rude and disrespectful all because I asked them a question so me and my boyfriend will be finding a different go to tattoo/piercing parlor that doesnt employee standoffish employees that berate customers for asking questions

I took my 16 yo daughter in for a jewelry change on a nose piercing. We were lucky enough to have AJ Works doing the change out. She is such a lovely lady. Great personality! And so incredibly knowledgeable!! She explained everything that she was doing. And even wrote down the size and gauge jewelery that she used, which was very helpful! We will definitely be using AJ Works in the future!!

Have spent thousands of dollars over the years here as this was my go to place. Matt Steins and Josh Drake have done 10+ tattoos for me, including a half sleeve. Got all my piercings done here as well… until A new tattoo gun was used on my arm that made it swell ungodly and scarred horribly. Went in, showed Josh, was told I needed to wait 9-12 months for it to heal up. That was 2019, and I’ve been trying to get it fixed ever since. I’ve went in the shop and left messages to get a time on the books, left fb messages, text messages, etc with no response until I left a Facebook review of my experience. Matt, the owner then stated he remembered the incident and I had his word that he would take care of me, miscommunication on his part, and months of him pushing me off, he now refuses to fix the tattoo or give me the remaining money I had on the books for my half sleeve. ($220.00) so that’s what you get after years of being loyal and spending thousands of dollars in this establishment. You’ve been warned

I had a nose piercing done and everything was done with sterile technique. Before it was done it was all explained to me. I was given good after care instructions. The place was very clean and had a good atmosphere. Definitely recommend.

Mason did an amazing job on my Pokemon tattoo! She made sure I had as many breaks as I needed and made sure I was comfortable! The tattoo already looks great even though it isnt completely healed yet! Will always recommend this place!

Got a nose piercing for the first time and had a great experience. My piercer was knowledgeable and explained everything. The environment was very clean and the instruments used were sterile. The only downside was the wait.

Off center piercing that I was blamed for and didn’t get a refund. When I went in and told my piercer it was uneven she said “yeah I shoulda told you 🤷🏻‍♀️” ????? Considering these are professional piercers you’d think they could get the placement right. What a waste of $50! Not coming here again.

Excellent shop with extremely friendly staff. Went in for a cover up from Trinity and she was amazing and very professional. She gave 5 star service and work from start to finish. I would highly recommended her because I’m so happy with my tattoo!! You most definitely will leave the shop with no regrets :)

Got my nose pierced here last Aug. The staff that did it was quick but not super friendly. I am sure she was just in the zone, though! Will be back!

DO NOT go through Trinity!!! We had an appointment scheduled for over a month, I showed her plenty of reference pictures, gave her a clear understanding of what I want but left the finer details to her (she’s the artist) she gave us an email to send the reference pictures to so I did that the same day. She told me that I can’t see her design until the day of… I thought that was strange but I made the mistake of trusting her..A week before my appointment, I came to her asking if I’d be able to see any design she’s started for me. She tells me she doesn’t usually start designing until a couple days prior to the appointment… whateverDay of the appointment…. She tells me she could find any emails from us, so she worked off memory and provided something to me that looked like she threw something together in 10 minutesShe then proceeds to blame me for being “vague”, though she never bothered to reach out to me for clarification. Then the shop refused to give back our deposit.. these people are THIEVES! ZERO STARSI will be contacting the owner of the shop

Went to get a tattoo with my partner and met with Trinity. We talked about the designs and agreed on price and a date. We sent our reference photos to her via email and waited. Trinity said that we wont be able to see the design she drew up until the day of, which I have never experiences from any artist. No communication from her up until my partner went in for a different reason and spoke with her in person. Come to the day of our appointment and she tells us she never got the email of our references. I had the email wrong and that’s on me, but when my partner came in and spoke with her about the designs, she never mentioned that she didn’t get the email. The lack of professionalism and communication is frustrating.

Tiffany did my piercings over a week ago. She was knowledgeable, reassuring, and walked Me through it all. She made me feel safe and secure. Highly suggest the shop. It was clean and everyone was friendly.

Everytime I’ve been here the artists don’t know how to communicate. One guy messed up shading, offered a touch up and would never respond to messages. Another person “forgot” to message me until right before an appointment twice; once because they suddenly got sick and once because “they have so many random numbers.” They also don’t let you see designs until you’re in an appointment.

Super friendly and understanding staff, great atmosphere. I got my belly button, septum and a nostril. Great aftercare advice. 10/10 would recommend. :-) I love this place. I will be coming back,

I love their convenient walk-in hours and the cleanliness of the shop is good. However, I have gotten three piercings here and I was underwhelmed with both the experience and the end result. When I got my cartilage and nose done, the angles of the piercings were angled downwards so now both sit very poorly. This has affected the jewelry that I am able to use and has made the overall appearance of them look off. I did however get my seconds done, and their placements on my ears were great. I just think the artists do so many every day that they get comfortable and forget their precision. Unfortunately, I am going to go elsewhere from now on.

So I went into here with my boyfriend because my piercing fell out and I bought a different one and wanted to get it changed as soon as I walked into this Terrible establishment the lady was on her phone and rolled her eyes as soon as we went in I said hi I would just like to get re pierced and the lady not only screamed but shouted nope you’ve never done that here your lying I don’t know if it was a racist thing because I am African American and she was instantly being rude and I don’t understand why you would work into a tattoo/Piercer shop and be racist so if anyone who is of Color goes here do not go back the whole team I assume is racist or homophobic

Had my lobes done here back in Jan. They pierced me with butterfly back studs, which are not recommended for new piercings. I didn’t realize at the time, and now 5 months later I’ve been having issues with healing. If you must come here, make sure you ask for a push back labret instead. Piercer and staff were nice and friendly, it was also very sterile and clean

I got an ear piercing here. I let my piercer know that I was completely fine with her going slow since I have had to take out 2 piercings previously due to crooked or bad placement. She laughed and said shes been doing this for so long that its not going to be an issue. Well unfortunately I will have to take this one out because it was placed too close to the edge of my ear. You can feel the bar poking thru my skin only on one side of my ear because it was not placed directly in the middle. She was very nice but if she had taken more time doing it I think it wouldve been placed better. I think just because someone has done this for a very long time, it doesnt mean its bad to go slow :)

Shanda was amazing. She is fast, efficient, and won’t let the needle stay in too long.

Got my double nostrils pierced and AJ was fantastic. I would not have been able to get through both without herShe made sure the piercings were even, she was very quick and precise, and overall just a wonderful piercer!The shop itself was clean and organized. Staff were friendly and helpful. The wait times can get long so i’d recommend calling before you go so you know how busy it’s going to be

This place is my favorite Tattoo place. Ask for Trinity, she has done a lot of my tattoos and I love her attention to detail and art style! Highly recommend this place if you want a professional Tattoo!!

Unfortunately, I do have regrets about my doubles piercing I recieved from here. The piercer rushed through the process and didnt explain to me what would happen. She never asked if her placement was OK and just began to pierce. My left does not look right and the hole is in the wrong spot! As you can tell, my earrings are now facing two different directions and I will need to get them redone somewhere else. The gap between my single and double is way too large.

Got my septum and ear lobes pierced the other day, things went so fast and smoothly it was done before i could even work myself up with anxiety. it barely hurt, way less than i worried it would, and im so happy with my results! definitely going back for more once these heal!

Went here with my daughter for a piercing. The studio was clean, the staff friendly and knowledgeable, and the artist who did our piercings did a great job and was thorough at explaining everything throughout the process as well as aftercare. Highly recommend.

I had 2 sessions to complete a partial sleeve, extremely satisfied with the final product. I had my tongue pierced by Amber and it turned out awesome! Not only was she super sweet and careful throughout the entire process, she was very informative and made me feel at ease for the entire procedure.I was recommended no regrets by all my friends with piercings and so glad I listened!

Maybe my mistake was that I was 18 but I got several tattoos here. One of them was expressly off center. Thinking about getting it covered up. She didn’t even asked me how it looked. My other tattoos I got way overpriced. I paid a total of $300 for outline tattoos with no color. It only took a little under an hour. I also got my nose pierced and it was expertly rough. She was tugging and it just felt a little messy. The people were so so nice but I will not be coming here again nor recommending.

I had been looking for a reasonably priced place to get piercings for a while because all of ours are ridiculously expensive. I would definitely recommend this place! They were so friendly and helpful there! Im not good with needles, but they were very understanding and kind through the whole process! They made my experience quick and painless! I love that they are reasonably priced as well! I’ll definitely be back for any future piercings!

Honestly the customer service is so so. I got my septum pierced here and had to have it done twice. The first time it was done in the wrong spot and they couldn’t even get the jewelry because they used the wrong size needle. Then amber came to the rescue and was super quick and put it in the right spot. Then I was going to get a tattoo done so I started messaging an artist and every time I ask about pricing they stop responding for days at a time so I’m good on that. I wish I had a better experience because they have such great reviews.

I took my daughter to get her ears pierced. The technician was fantastic....she helped calm my daughter and the piercing was fast and not painful. The technician made sure all of our questions were answered.

I came here with my fiance, he got his eyebrow pierced. Very clean place, very nice people. The piercer was knowledgeable, and clear and gave concise after care instructions . We would definitely like to go back and ask about getting matching tattoos once we figure out what to get. I feel safe in their capable hands.

I went in to get a septum piercing it looked extremely clean and sterile. I had Amber as my piercer and she was the sweetest ever she did it very quick and it did not hurt at all. would highly recommend this place.

Ive been here several times, and I absolutely love it. The staff is great, theyre professional but still funny. I had piercings and two tattoos done here, and I am very happy with all of those things. The tattoo artist I worked with (Kelson) was awesome. He made sure I was happy with the placement and design, and he was nice to talk to as well. He also did my best friends first tattoo, and he was just as good. Ill definitely go back here for any other tattoos or piercings, no doubt in my mind.

I got a tongue piercing and the website says its $40 but instead I was charged $60. It was a fine experience. I asked questions about the piercing and the person who gave it to me said its okay if my tongue turns yellow/green/red. Im not an expert, but I dont think that would be okay as that would be an infection. Im lucky the piercing turned out okay though.Ive gone here before to get a second lobe piercing and that was fine too. I wouldnt want to come here again just from my recent tongue piercing experience and being charged $20 more from what the website says.I wanted to add that recently I went in to get my navel piercing examined and get a new one. I told the person there that I think I might be having a reaction to the metal I have and she said Im not and then gave me jewelry that just made it worse. Its really upsetting that I was really excited about this navel piercing and this place made it really bad where I had to take it out and now I need to wait for it to heal for it to get it done again. I called about a refund about this issue but they said no and they said they dont ask about allergies when you get jewelery changed out. Very upsetting and frustrating.

I love No Regrets! This is the only place we go to for piercings and tattoos. Trinity gave my daughter her first tatt for her 18th birthday this week and she loved it!

Went with a friend, her nose stud piercing went well so there’s that. But my septum piercing was totally botched and through the cartilage, the woman doing it got the clamp stuck on my nose and SHOOK IT to get it off. Pretty good amount of blood as well. Super painful experience. My other friends have had good experiences here, they said the piercer i had must have been new & was rude compared to their previous piercers.

My daughter got her cartilage and nose pierced and they were so great with her! She said it was so easy!

Super clean place, awesome after-care tips, really nice staff. My piercer really took her time and made sure that the peircings were just right and that I was comfortable. I found that they had an awesome selection of jewelry (at least for earlobes, which is what I got). It was also less expensive than some other local shops. I recommend them for sure.

Tevin Thomas was the artist that tattooed me. He was so nice and helpful, he worked me into his busy schedule on a Saturday. He answered a lot of questions that my friend and I had. My friend is interested in getting into the industry, he offered to help her and get her started in the right direction. He was quick and efficient but he took his time to explain what he was doing. I highly recommend him!

Had a great no regrets experience. Got work done by Kade. Had to fill out the usual paperwork and then waited on a nice comfy couch in the lounge. The other artists in there were awesome they were nice and engaged in friendly conversation with me. all these people are pros the shop is super clean and it was fun to be in the music was nice the atmosphere was cool it was located in a downtown location plenty of parking spaces and other things to do nearby. I will most definitely go back to have more work done.Also they do body piercing I have bought plugs but have not been pierced by their piercers however their piercers are regulars at the coffee shop that I work at and they are very nice and tip well and so I would most definitely go to them if I considered getting new pierce work done.

Awesome experience getting a tattoo at No Regrets. I got the honor of getting my tattoo done by Genesis and she completely knocked it out of the park! She was courteous, thoughtful, patient, and her skills were 5 star worthy! If you are looking for a great tattoo I highly recommend No Regrets!

I loved the nose piercing I got here! I’m a huge crybaby with needles. I get super lightheaded easily but it’s something I wanted for a long time. I came prepared with small snacks and my piercer, AJ, gave me drinks and mints as well! She was so kind and accommodating to my sensitivities and also very polite! If you’re hesitant, don’t be. This place is amazing and doesn’t hurt as bad as you think ;)

My piercer did a double nose on me. Septum on nostril. If she hadnt been so fast and skilled there is no way I would have been able to do both. Super happy with my experience and would rate the store a 10/10.

Wow great service my normal tattoo piercing guy was unavailable to pierce my nose for me. My girlfriend called a day ahead got me a appointment the next day with no problem, my piercer Christine Eshleman was really nice and super knowledgeable about what to do with cleaning it.The shop along with her work area was super clean and neat. I was pleased especially for being a last minute deal I was in and out in no time.

I am TERRIFIED of needles but I got my two piercings done here (nostril and a helix). Christine was INCREDIBLE. She walked me through everything, was extremely comforting and professional and I didnt even feel the helix piercing. Have no problems with either and I was very tempted to get a third piercings somewhere else while I was there. Would definitely go again and highly recommend.

They were supper informative and put my 8 year old right at ease for her ear piercing. The staff goes above and beyond to help make sure your experience is a success. We are 3 weeks out and ears are looking healed and NO PROBLEMS! We are hugely relieved. Will go back again for piercing!

Ive gotten 3 pericings done here by both Amber and Christine. I got my nose and naval done by Amber. Im super happy with her work and she made the whole process go smooth for both pericings. My nose turned out great, though my naval one rejected. Im giving two stars mainly for my experience getting my industrial done with Christine. She had placed the bar too low in my ear so that it rubbed the inner fold of my ear raw. I went back in to see how it could be fixed, and Amber had my bar bent so that it wouldnt rub against my ear. I had trusted that judgment, but now after consulting with another piercer I realize that was very bad practice and shouldnt have been done. I ended up having to get it removed a year later because it wouldnt heal and was always irritated since the bar was at an angle. Even if it had healed, any bar I wouldve put in would need to be bent or it would rub my ear raw again. Overall the service is great and everyone is very nice, but for anyone considering getting an industrial, either have them triple check the placement or get it done somewhere else.

I took my 4 year old to get her ears pierced per her request and they made it an amazing experience! They were patient, professional, clean, and impressively informative! I was so worried she would be scared but the girls walked her through the process and made it an awesome memory for us! They pierced both ears at once and we they were done she said that didnt even hurt! :) I would highly recommend them!

Amber and Christina are both great piercers and such sweet girls. Ive had experience with both of them! I have also been told by my friends how great they are! I recently went to go get another piercing at around 8:00 pm. I wasnt anticipating the piercers still being there, but I figured I would stop in and ask just in case since I had some free time on a Friday night. The receptionist was very rude and short with me when I asked if their piercer was still in. I figured he was just grumpy from a long day and it was my fault for coming in so late. I decided to come back a few days later, much earlier in the afternoon. I didnt expect to be seen immediately, but there was a TWO HOUR wait. I asked if I could leave and come back, because I dont have time to sit around and do nothing for two hours, and once again, the same receptionist was very rude. He aggressively said I dont care what you do. You can stay here or come back, you just have to be here when your name is called. I felt very uncomfortable and unwelcome, so I left and did not return. I will not be returning again, which is a shame because I really wanted to be pierced by one of their piercers! Get a nicer receptionist!

The piercer was lovely and very professional and caring. However, they kicked my friend and their service dog out despite it being illegal to do so, and wouldnt even let them stay in the seperated, encased lobby. I only finished the piercing because I had signed the forms and been added to the queue. Only giving it two star for the caring workers.

I was a first time tattoo person and I walked in to the shop and was greeted by the very friendly receptionist and the artist Kylie. Who described in detail how my tattoo would be designed like the item that I brought in, and she made me a appointment and when I arrived 4 days later to have my tattoo Kylie showed me a drawing of my tattoo and she went over again the process of the me getting the tattoo. And after the painless process she explained the aftercare process and gave me instructions to care for my new tattoo. Overall it was a wonderful first time experience. Needless to say I am so proud of my new tattoo that I show it off to everyone. Thats again Kylie for a awesome job.

Got my nose pierced just a few minutes ago and OUCH LOL but so worth it. I was ready to run up out of there. But no seriously it didn’t hurt as bad as I thought and the lady who pierced me was super nice and professional. Definitely will be back for more experiences with them #10stars also they are very prompt💪🏽

I love it! Alyssa is the best piercer they have, hands down. She pierced my tongue, and she was super fast, calming, and professional throughout the piercing. Definitely gonna go back to her when I can!

I got a horizontal eyebrow piercing from Amber and I love it!I went in with a botched piercing from Almost Famous and she helped me take that one out, explained what the other piercer had done wrong, and did one on my other eye instead.Amber is very knowledgeable and friendly. She was happy to spend lots of time answering my questions about the bad piercing even before I said I was considering a new piercing.If I ever want another piercing I will definitely return!

All Ive heard were good things about this shop, so I went to get my nose pierced. Ive had it done twice before and this was the best experience yet.Very satisfied, Amber did the piercing, and turns out we had a few mutual friends. Highly recommended. Thanks again, keep up the great work!

I normally don’t post bad reviews, but I have never had an experience like this. My friend and I waited an hour and a half, which wasn’t a big deal because they were very busy. But after waiting the hour and a half they took people back to get their piercings done, even though they got there 15 minutes after us. The receptionist then blamed us for not turning in the forms before the other customers even though we definitely turned in our forms before the other people even entered the store. This could have been fixed easily, but the man running the front desk insisted that we were in the wrong and was very rude. I’ve heard such great things about No Regrets, so I’m extremely disappointed with my experience.

I have been getting all my tattoos here. A great clean facility. They are like a cool family group of people. Always a nice setting, playing some decent music, not the stuff I usually listen to, but it dont bother me. They always give you info on how to keep your tat clean, I have never had any real complaints here. Just one person takes to many smoke breaks is about it, but I did have a 4 hour piece done from him. So I cant complain. Other than that, I recommend this place to anyone and proud to say that.

Every time I come here I have a great experience! Have only came for piercings and they both are great! They were so personable and recently pierced my 4 year old’s ears, they made her feel so comfortable. Great shop, 10/10 recommend.

I have had multiple piercings here, a few with Amber and one with Christina. Both experiences were fast, clean and informative. My 10 year old had her ears pierced by Amber. We will continue to return here for piercings. They are professional, clean and informed.

Just got my septum pierced by AJ, and it was a great experience. I dropped in around 7pm on a Sunday on the off chance they had an opening, and I ended up only having to wait maybe 15 minutes while she finished up with another client.AJ was so nice and made me feel super at ease. I had built it up so much in my head and was super nervous, but Im amazed at how quickly and gently she was able to do everything, start to finish. She also did a great job explaining how to take care of it while its healing, which I really appreciated. Id 100% go back to AJ.

I always enjoy going to no regrets tattoo. The facility is always clean and the service always pleasant. Ive gotten 2 tattoos, my lip and septum pierced with a very quick heal time and absolutely no infections. This place is the best by FAR in any area close to Champaign. Extremely clean and the staff is ALWAYS friendly. Mason is truly the only tattoo artist I use now, highly recommend asking for him when you need a new piece.

We took our 6 year old daughter to get her ears pierced. The 2 women that pierced her ears were so awesome with her. They really made her feel comfortable and explained everything to her in a way she understood. I can not thank them enough for their treatment of not only my daughter, but my wife and I as well. We got my daughters ears pierced here, and the two piercers worked together to do both ears at the same time. They both work on Fridays and Saturdays. Cost was reasonable (earrings started at $35, which included the cost of the piercing), and both piercers made my 9-year-old feel comfortable. They also sold the sterile saline cleaning solution that we have to use for 3 months, making this a one-stop shop!

I’ve had really terrible experiences with one of the employees here. I’ve come here three times for the trugus jewelry replacement and each time it fell out within days. The lady piercing is left handed using right handed tools. The first time I went to her, i got my nose repierced, my conch, and trugus jewelry replacement. This was the most painful and longest it took to pierce me all three of these piercings. I know she was struggling with the grip of the tools. I literally sat there and just took in the pain because I wanted to encourage her effort. A week letter the trugus ball fell out. I went back and same thing happened where it took forever and even bled and this time the bar was too short because three days later I pushed the bar from the inside of my ear because it felt too tight and the ball just fell out like it was being held by the dried blood. I was very supportive of the piercers but it’s just like if the job was too hard to do you could’ve just gave me to another piercers. I’ve spent about $90 just on the trugus jewelry replacement within a 3 month span. I called for a discount on the jewelry and they told me they couldn’t do it because it will be a different piercer. Like I’ve come here a bunch of times but this new piercer needs to definitely practice a little bit more. I have a total of 14 piercings and this is literally my first complaint.

My 7 year old grand daughter had her ears pierced at the Champaign location last weekend. Very impressed by how nice and friendly the staff was and how patient the girls where who did the piercing. She did not have any soreness and was thrilled with her earrings. Would totally recommend, especially over the typical gun piercing at the mall. Plus a whole lot more sanitary, and professional.

Terribleeee , got a nose piercing for the first time and a lady piercing me with a tongue piercing needle causing the hole to be bigger than usual so now I have a tongue Ring in my nose to stop the bleeding. They tried to blame it on me. My nose was bleeding for 3 weeks straight heavily.

Awesome place! Had a small tattoo I wanted done and was able to get in almost immediately. First tattoo ever and I made the mistake of not eating a ton before going in and ended up passing out. The staff were awesome and Yamil did an awesome job on the tat. Will definitely be back for more in the future.

Amber did my nose and tongue piercing and did an amazing job. She is very professional and does her best to keep the pain of the piercing at a minimum. She will have you breath in then breath out while piercing the tongue and it definitely helped distract me from the pain of the needle going in. Also, it almost didnt bleed at all. I was amazed!

The experience was horrible got pierced in two spots on my face! One fell out,and the other sunk in and skin started to grow over piercing.. The piercings were done last satuday and they cost 105.00...The lady with the long blk hair who is the piercier has no clue at ALL ... I WASTED 105.. Buyer be aware.. Had to return for removal I HIGHLY WOULD AVOIDE THIS PLACE..THE GAGE THE PIERCER USED WAS ENTIRELY TO SMALL FOR SWELLING.. WILL NOT RECOMMEND NOR WILL I BE BK EVERRRRRRRRRRRR...

With this place being pretty popular in the area I decided to go here to ask a question and possibly book a tattoo. I had my infant daughter in a carrier, covered up with me. I literally wanted to pop in ask a question and leave. No big deal, should take about five minutes. Before I could even approach the desk to ask my question, I get yelled at and told ‘no kids allowed’ by the old guy at the front desk. First, it’s a way to go about speaking to potential customers. I’m not upset about the policy, that’s understandable. It’s the way you go about saying it. Further, with him being as old as he is working a front desk, you would think that he knows how to approach people. I will NEVER go here again. This place lost out on two potential clients and money.

To leave a one star review for their stupidity prooves the review is nonsense.No regrets has presented amazing work on several friends of mine and provided pristine piercing work for me and I plan to return! My tragus piercing that I had done 10 years ago started killing me. For some reason, the skin had healed over the backing. I had gone to some of the highly rated piercing shops and they told me to go to ER. :(But I contacted the Brian from the notable Piercing Experience shop in Atlanta for a recommendation which lead me to maria! The piercing patched me up and its so much better! Thank you for saving from ER.

I got my first piercing here for my 16th birthday. It was a nose stud. And I had never had any peircings besides my ears when I was a baby. They were sure to explain everything to me beforehand and made sure I knew exactly how to take care of it. And when I went back to get it repierced because I had been in the hospital for a few weeks and it closed up they assured me that if something ever happened again that because it was on record that I got it pierced there my mom could come in and get the plastic ones so I could still have it on while I was in the hospital. They even gave me a discount on my re piercing!!

You pierced my cousin with a 14 and put in a 12 claiming that it was normal to bleed that much. She bled not just little dribbles but to the point it was spurting blood whist in public. She bled for literally 3 and a half hours, we ended up going to Roy Boys on Broadway, where they spent an hour fixing your mistake free of charge. I definitely do NOT recommend No Regrets because you WILL have regrets!

I called in advance to do a consultation with the ownere about a tattoo that holds dear to me of my grandpa that passed away due to cancer and my daughter next to him. I drove an hour to talk with him and when I got there he seemed very distant. Understandably I had just got off of work and to me I felt I wasnt dressed professionally but I had my pictures ready on my phone and he then tells me the pictures dont work, I said ok please give me a min to show you a couple of others and he proceeded to tell me how busy he was and that he was booked, I remember him telling me he was booked till may but wouldnt give me a day that would work. I felt I was being pushed out and ignored. I just wanted to reassurance that I would be helped into honering my grandfather

I came in to no regrets for my very first tattoo and was incredibly nervous about it. Kade did amazing work and was incredibly patient and kind as was the entire staff.I was so happy I chose no regrets I highly recommend them!

Their customer service is horrible I would never use them again for a piercing at least and since Ive used them Ive heard horror stories from other people and for $60 to use a piercing earring that does not have a good back and was lost easily . I got my first tattoo by Indiana Rick, i told him this so Im not sure if it was because of that or he chooses not to inflict pain in his clients to give a lasting piece of art. I have a second tattoo. I woke up one day & decided i want the memorial tattoo for my Mom asap. I immediately went to No Regrets to see if I.R. could get me in but found out he was on vacation. I instead booked a time for later that day with a different tattoo artist. I came to regret those actions shortly after the girl started in on my skin.I only get tattoos to reflect my love for my children & my parents that have passed away so i will in the future always wait for Indiana Rick to do my memorials ❤❤❤

The tattoo artist did not listen to what I wanted. I tried to explain and was brushed off. She got irritated and was unwilling to continue altering the sketch before tattooing. Not only did my tattoo not look how I wanted but there was a major mistake in the line work.

I been getting tattoos and pricing here for years and normally i have loved there work and what they do but recently they put pricing in my ears i just can’t get out and iknow it’s extra to get it out and get new ones so it makes me quite sad but over all i love coming here they all seem really sweet except the man at the front desk he’s actually quiet scary looking to me and also when pricing my cartilage something happen where it got messed up bad and i had to take it out right away

I went in with intentions to make an appointment and get some artwork going for a tattoo with my partner. We were greeted by a pony tail boy with a smart ass attitude. We were pretty much told we need specifics of what we wanted or he would have come up with a horse with a life jacket on (mocking what was on our shirts). Yeah dude, youre clearly not an artist and you are the last person that will mark me.

WARNING. Hygiene is not up to standards here!! I am a proud U of I Alum and went a tattoo with a guy named Kelson. When I arrived back to his station i noticed some dried blood on the counter, he wiped it up at first and apologized. I thought nothing of it initially but when i sat down i noticed a little more this time on the supposed fresh arm rest. I asked him and he changed it. Finally i watched him take the Ink needle out of an already opened and exposed to air container. At that point I left and will never go back. I hope this guy is new and made some mistakes because that type of exposure could be dangerous. Never again
