Edit: I accidentally clicked post without writing anything.I spontaneously decided to have my ears pierced and Danielle was so helpful! She got the job done quick and assured me it wont hurt (and it didnt). It was overwhelming since I know nothing about what piercings to pick but Danielle helped me made the right choice.

Terrell was amazing! Very professional, charismatic, and will take the time to answer any questions or concerns. It a very seamless and quick experience.

Rosanne was very kind and courteous. She made both my piercings and follow-up nice and easy.

We specifically waited until there were 2 people on, so our 4 year old could have both ears done at the same time. The woman said yes, 2 people, and walked up and did 1 ear. The man never even came over. It only took 2 seconds, and they didnt have anyone waiting, so he could have helped. We tried to go back later that night, so shed have them for Easter, but our granddaughter got too upset. Now our granddaughter is walking around with 1 ear ring!!! Will never buy theree again.

Every parent wants to feel comfortable when it comes to getting their children’s ears pierced. Terell is very professional, down to earth, thorough and made us feel 100% comfortable throughout the process. He made sure the ears were even & made sure we were okay before he placed the earrings. They were placed perfectly. He pierced both of our kids ears so fast, I was surprised at how fast he did both of our children. Before leaving he made sure to answer any questions we had & also reminded us of the aftercare we needed to do. Thanks so much Terell!! I had a good experience yesterday, when I went for my 7 month old baby to get her ear pierced. The lady who took care of us was really friendly, patient and had done a good job.My baby only cried the first 5 minutes, then she was good to go and shes been good since then. Thats because the job was done corrently.Great place!

I got my ears pierced! Danielle is the store manager at Banter. She did such an amazing job explaining to me the after care of my purchase. She also set up an appointment for me in 6 months to check on my ear piercing

Overheard who I think is the store manager trash talking her other employees. Bad leadership! Treat your employees with respect!

Bought a chain necklace with the extended warranty. Staff where great. Product good. One of the links however broke and upon trying to use the warranty I was told I’d have to pay extra to replace. Why did I spend money on the warranty?

I came just to get some earrings and the staff was friendly doing their job assisting me but the supervisor Danielle was being a problem…. I feel bad for the staff honestly. the employee helping me already offered me to sign up for a credit card multiple times and I declined… the supervisor to walked by and I overheard her saying to the employee she didn’t do a good enough job because I didn’t want it. She even came up to me and tried to sell it to me herself another time! Its not fair or a good experience to a customer who just wants a simple pair of earrings to get harassed over and over about signing up for a credit card they clearly don’t want. Long story short I got my earrings and I love them but pushing a whole credit card on someone when they already said no multiple times is NOT okay!

Bri at Banter first floor of Cherry Hill Mall was amazing!! Super kind and understanding, she was very attentive with overall amazing service.

I’d give this place a three out of five stars. I would give it this because when I went there the professional was nice and kind. Although she was nice and “professional” she still pierced my ears uneven. I specifically told her I waited for my ears to close because the first time I got it done there, it was very uneven. When she marked them they looked perfect, but she continued to pierce them unevenly.

Today I called the Cherry Hill NJ store to see if they had the size nose ring I needed. I gave her the gauge size, color and inch size. The employee tells me she cant tell me because they have a lot of nose rings in the system and when I asked how would you look it up if I were in person? She tells me you would show me a picture How does me showing a picture of a nose ring tell the employee what size I need? When I asked that she 100% hung up on me. How is it that a place that sells jewelry cant find what you need when you give them the exact specifications but they would magically be able to tell the size of something when you show them a photo? Ridiculous and unprofessional.

I have bought several pieces of jewelry me and my wife and my two kids all have necklaces from here wonderful staff when you’re buying and they talk you into getting the insurance. But as this is my third time coming back for a broken necklace every time I have to upgrade because they don’t have it and I spent the extra hundred200 $ what’s the point of having the insurance if I can’t get another one of what I purchased? I was there Wednesday and was told they were going to get it from another store she called her boss and she said a day or two it’s now Saturday I haven’t even received a phone call and I call and they say they’re still waiting for it to come. Communication is horrible they don’t call you back when they tell you they will. The upgrade was $170 for the next Chain up I asked them today give me some type of discount because it’s not my fault they don’t have it in stock and this is the third time I’ve come up and I don’t have the chain and still have not called back and going on for weeks. And there’s a simple no we can’t do anything for you? So why am I paying for insurance if I’m not getting what the insurance says? And they blame it on the cove at 19 but this isn’t the first time we had similar issues months before and I got fed up and just upgraded now I refuse to it’s a money scheme they get you to keep upgrading and keep sucking money out of you

I got my second hole in my ear done and I loved the experience! The people we very kind, polite, and patient! They made sure everything was lined up and they told me about everything they were doing throughout the process. I love Piercing Pagoda!

I went to the mall last night for a new belly ring. The stands in the mall seem to close earlier than the mall? The hours online say 10-7. Came back today and the girl at the counter said the mall doesnt actually open until 11... At 1032. Total waste of time yet again. Hours should be updated and adjusted to make sense for the actual mall being open

I finally had my ears pierced after all of these years. They marked my ears perfectly and it was a fast and painless experience, why didnt I do this sooner. The ladies were great and I would recommend them to anyone!

Although the people there are lovely, they use a piercing gun which is an awful way to conduct piercings, one of my ears got infected and I was forced to take out my earing before it healed, I would recommend finding a place that does needle piercings as I have gotten 7 now and none have gotten infected, with the added plus that it hurt significantly less during and after getting them despite my iffy aftercare

We live in Deptford but always drive the extra miles to go to the cherry hill location. The staff is always very friendly, helpful and efficient.
