The permanent jewelry selection is amazing there is so much to choose from! It all starts at $80 and then thers so many charms. Appointments are recommended but not necessary. So many different ways to wear and make them.

Above and beyond service, Tatiana helped me find the perfect chain for my fiance, she answered all the questions I had . I had no idea what length or type of chain and she found the Perfect one he’s so excited

Bought my grandchildren a few pieces of jewelry from this store in the Cherry Hill Mall. Felicia was my salesperson who was wonderful respectful and pleasant throughout my shopping experience. I bought a cross at Christmas time and a chain for my grandson about 2 months later the cross fell off the chain and it was found to be a broken ring on the cross. The gold was completed cracked I took it to the store and Felicia replaced it it was still under warranty. I also bought insurance for the cross. Fast forward a few weeks later and the cross was missing but the broken ring was still on chain. The cross fell off the broken. When I went back to the kiosk at the mall, I was told by the “manager “ so it was not covered by my insurance because I didn’t have the cross although I did have the broken piece that the cross fell off of she said that how did she know that “you didn’t break it and keep the cross”and that there was nothing she could do for me and that I was upset because I broke it. Needless to say, was irate that I would not only have the same exact situation happen, and it was very obvious to anyone who can call themselves a manager of a retail business that it was through fault of the company not the customer and that insurance should definitely cover it. She said I could call customer service, but there was nothing she could do for me…smugly Why call yourself manager if you can’t even manage situations that happen in your Next to me, was a gentleman that was also there, because had several pieces of jewelry that were broken and nothing could be done for him either.By the way, they have 1 .2 stars on the Better Business Bureau Website. Disgrace

I recently got an anklet- permanent jewelry. I cannot recommend the product that is offered as well as the service provided more! Felicia was so patient making sure that the fit of my anklet would be perfect. I would definitely recommend & will be going back for future jewelry needs!

I LOVE this Banter location by the food court (there’s two in the mall)! All of the employees here are super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Ever since i realized that they do permanent Jewelry i haven’t stopped getting one haha! Keep up the great work!

I just visited this location and inquired about piercing services. The young lady named named Bianca was very dismissive, rude and condescending. She tried to upcharge me for services that i didnt need and then talked to me very rudely as if im beneath her when i asked for an explanation of charges. I drove from Philadelphia with every intention to get my daughters ears pierced but after encountering such disrespect and disdain i didnt feel comfortable having someone like this touch my child and neither should you.

Felicia did an awesome job piercing my daughters ears. She was so friendly, made us feel comfortable and finished in a tingly matter dealing with a toddler. I would return and love to be taken care of by Felicia Rivera!

Went based on the glowing reviews on line about service and piercings. Our associate, not the person listed in all the positive reviews above, rushed us, wasn’t very accommodating, and made the whole experience frustrating. The quality of her work wasn’t 100%. We also paid more than I thought a piercing should cost. Maybe try somewhere else.
