Jerry is just amazing. He takes his time explaining the procedure and any questions I have at any time. He goes beyond the call of duty when it comes to keeping clients safe and making us feel as comfortable as possible during an intense experience. He is so understanding and empathetic. Chelsea was so amazing and easy to talk to. Every hurdle i was having about removing my tattoos, she found a solution for. From how it works to how to pay for it and to working with me on scheduling to fit my needs because of the distance. I was nervous about the financing because of the recent negative impacts Ive had on my credit but she reassured me that Removery has a 100% financing guarantee. At the end of my free consultation, because of the financing approval process, she was able to get me right in for my first treatment! The process was super easy and it felt exactly like a sunburn, just like Chelsea had said. The staff at Removery are upfront and honest with you and they definitely are there to help you. Both of my tattoos have really sensitive scars in them and the laser tech, his name is slipping my mind, but he was super conscious about it and he took the time to make it as painless as possible. The photos i took today which has been 6 days since I had my first session. I definitely cannot wait to see where this journey takes me with the amazing people at Removery in Chesterfield.

The staff is very pleasant and informative. This is my first tattoo removal and even though the process is a bit painful, I am happy to continue my sessions knowing I’m in good hands. They even let my 12 year old daughter watch in hopes she doesn’t make the same mistake as me! I highly recommend.

I’ve been doing these treatments for a little over a year. Very happy with The process and those that work at the shop. Everybody is always so kind and makes you feel comfortable. I’m not gonna lie It’s not the best feeling in the world, but luckily it does not last but a few minutes and then you’re done.

From day one, Jerry has been my ride or die technician, helping me through every single treatment. Jerry and Chelsea are both wonderful and attentive and always on point with keeping the clients in the know on scheduling, treatments, follow ups, you name it. I have a tattoo being removed that has caused me so much shame and unfortunate memories every time I see it, but since starting the removal process, I no longer feel any shame over the piece, and not once have they made me feel like Im not worth feeling good! Zero judgements, just pure objective care. Jerry and I get along great through our mutual loves of music, crazy life experiences and fun outlooks on life. I cannot believe how exceptional this experience was today!! I am a random customer that has been dealing with brow tattoo issues for years. I googled tattoo removal, and found Removery! I ended up getting a same-day appointment, and they did my removal Right after they did a test spot. Everyone was very professional, and my results after just one treatment is incredible. Very professional, love the ice packs it helps a great deal. They always schedule my next appointment before I leave. I bought a package that will have me going in until it’s removed, no matter hours long it takes I paid one price. I found this treatment plan almost impossible to find other places.

I can’t say enough good things about Jerry and the staff at the chesterfield location. I am having 2 tattoos removed one being on my lower back and it is painful but it makes the process so much easier having Jerry there with a positive attitude and endless words of encouragement. I started back up recently and Im making great progress.People complaining about how long it takes dont understand you can only proceed as fast as your body will get rid of the ink. Getting appointments every month will not help. Its better to get appointments spaced out from each other so your body can do its best work. Personally, I need to actually massage the treated areas more. They gave me some Vaseline so I will be using that over the course of the next few days and really massaging my face to improve blood circulation and get ride of the ink.💛 I am very pleased with the services provided, and I have been doing this for over three years now. Never had a single problem with Removery (previously Invisible Ink). 💛Note: I have attached two photos (way before treatment & current progress). Keep in mind I still have a few more appointments for it to be completed. I’ve had a few sessions now and it is amazing. so easy to schedule and reschedule if you need to. my tattoo is small so it takes less than ten minutes from check in to walling out. definitely a must if you want a tattoo removed!

Yall do NOT buy a package.I paid 1100.00 for 3 small tattoos to be removed. After the first session i changed my mind and decided the tattoos kinda are part of who i am and tell my story and decided to keep them. I contacted removery asking if i could pay for just the one time session and be refunded for the rest. They told me no and that packages are nonrefundable. Soo thats cool. Im out 1100 and it was basically a gift at this point bc Im not using their services. So they get 1100 for nothing

Had my first appointment yesterday. Kelly did my Consultation and she was very Professional and Knowledgeable, I felt like I was in good hands at that clinic. I had Andrea filling in as my tech as she is a traveling tech. She was from Texas and she was also GREAT to work with, explaining everything before she did it, checking on my pain levels, answering a million questions etc. and Professional at all times. I felt that she knew her machine and her procedures very well as it went very smoothly and she performed every task like a PRO.Very Happy with my initial REMOVERY experience and looking forward to more sessions!I have very little swelling remaining 24 hours later, little to no blistering and minor bruising.It’s painful but the ice packs and cryogenic air blower make it tolerable.Highly Recommended.

The technicians are great. They are professional, knowledgeable, compassionate, and friendly. I drive almost 2 hrs to this facility since 2016 to present (4 yrs couldnt go because of knee scopes and replacements). I wouldnt go anywhere else and yes I recommend them.

I was told that the hours were changed. I was scheduled for a Saturday appointment which worked for me because I work Monday-Friday. I was asked two days before my appointment would I go to the Kirkwood location because they no longer have Saturday at the chesterfield office. First I do not live anywhere near Kirkwood and that’s an extra hour for me to drive. Very inconvenient. Next I asked a representative to call me back to discuss a better time and haven’t received a call back. Lastly, if a business is gonna have you lock in to a contract like this it doesn’t say anything about relocating or hours changing due to not have anyone that could do my treatment . This is unprofessional and inconsiderate. This isn’t the service I received for a tattoo removal service they do a great job, it’s the business itself.

It’s works. Some take longer than others but one thing for sure is Jerry is amazing and loves what he does. Very happy I can rely on him to make each treatment as thorough as possible.

Gina is the absolute best! I’m in the long process of removing a back tattoo, and she’s been so wonderful the entire time. I have had 2 appointments in the last year cancelled on me due to “maintenance”. Instead of rescheduling my appointment and getting me in within a reasonable amount of time. They told me the next available is 2 months out, basically I will be missing an entire appointment due to their “maintenance”. Why are they not scheduling around “maintenance” ahead of time? I understand if this is something that rarely happens or is an appointment that I have canceled but this is the 2nd time this year that this has happened. I didn’t say anything the first time this happened. Not even an attempt to squeeze in an appointment that takes less than 5 minutes to get done.

My experience has been amazing. I’m extremely happy making the decision to get rid of my mistakes I made in my young adult life. The Removery staff has been nothing short of amazing with their professionalism and knowledge. They’ve even help manage some of the discomfort by putting the machine at a slower hertz level, that is just effective yet easier to manage the discomfort level of the largest tattoo I’m removing on my back. The other two on my shoulder and wrist have been a breeze after my first initial session.

Just completed my third session at Removery and all is going well. I am very impressed with the effect the treatments are having and the short amount of time it takes to notice effects. I can already tell that Im going to be very happy with the outcome. Exam rooms and treatment rooms are sanitized after each use and that was one of the first things I noticed. I had a different treatment person on my third visit and both people Ive dealt with were very knowledgeable and eager to answer all of your questions. They are just very friendly and polite and good at what they do. I highly recommend!

This place is amazing. The staff is so welcoming and helpful and I can tell the technicians are perfectionists with doing a thorough job! I’m working on getting a half sleeve removed and I’ve only used numbing cream 1/3 times and it’s not even bad! I’ve never swelled, never had any problems with care, my skin looks healthy and smooth and my tattoo is fading nicely. They really go above and beyond to make sure you’re satisfied. I went and had my first treatment done in April 2017, i did not have the numbing cream, so it was pretty painful, was very fast, so tolerable! This is not a cheap procedure, but you are paying for the best of the best technology/laser. The staff is very knowledgeable and went over everything very thorough. Gina is the best!!!!!!

I had a very good experience. I got my first removal session a couple days ago. It only lasted 5 minutes and was tolerable. The healing process has been good also with very minimal blistering and only slight discomfort. I am recommending Invisible Ink to everyone. Great staff with the newest technology. I’ve been going to invisible ink and then Removerey for a little over a year and have had nothing but a great experience. My tattoo was bold and dark and now it is a shadow of its former self. I expect in less than a year to have it completely removed. Kayla has been my technician and she’s as good as gold. I can’t speak for the rest of the techs, but she’s definitely one of the best at her job.

I was very happy when I started my treatment with them. Great customer care. But this year they changed everything. They have stopped putting ice packs on your treated areas, and no more bandages either.They raised the prices 2 times and they didn’t let me know before my appointment. I paid 100$ more than the price I had been paying and I didn’t know that they raised the prices! It wasn’t fair! Also I completed 7.treatments and it goes so slow! I no longer have any desire to be their customer. Very disappointed!

Removery does a great job all around. Their scheduling system is flexible and very responsive. Their protocols adjust based on the latest medical data and information. Gina is extremely knowledgeable and makes the experience as tolerable as it possibly can be (considering how much it hurts).

I had meant to make a consultation with this company after seeing them on an Instagram ad. I initially felt skeptical as we all should be in looking at Instagram ads especially those pertaining to serious cosmetic procedures. Since the consult was free, I felt I had nothing to lose in at least getting an estimate. Yes, the process is expensive, but Sarah, who helped me, wrote it all down in front of me, and I did not feel like I was being taken advantage of. I felt no pressure whatsoever to follow through with the procedure or not although she did mention I could get started with my first treatment right then and there if I wanted. I came back almost a month later and got on a payment plan that is very doable for me as a college student. Sarah, the person I was initially in contact with ended up doin my first treatment which made me feel extremely comfortable because she’d been the sole contact for me at Removery, and I felt we’d already gotten to know each other. During my treatment, I felt comfortable opening up to Sarah about things like the history of my tattoo to how nervous I was. The prices was incredibly quicker and less painful than I had expected thank God. I dislike doctors offices and brightly lit rooms which is kind of like the one in which I received my treatment, but everything and everyone was extremely professional and I felt safe and comfortable and not like I was getting cheated which matters most to me. If I knew anyone else that was uneasy about where to go to get a tat removed, it would definitely be this place.

Invisible Ink Tattoo Removers saved me from a lifetime of regret!! When I was 18, I got my first tattoo, which I never really loved. In preparation for my wedding, I decide to research tattoo removal. When I had my consultation at Invisible Ink, I was absolutely blown away with the results they showed me that other REAL people had gotten! The consultation was very professional and informative; I knew what to expect throughout the entire process. They gave me an estimation of how many treatments I would need based on the amount of ink and size of my tattoo. Plus it was cheaper than the other prices I had seen online. I had my first treatment the same day as my consultation. The treatment did hurt, but the pain was bearable and the treatment itself was so fast. I talked to Sarah through the entire thing and it helped take my mind off the pain. The next morning after my very first treatment, I could already tell my tattoo was fading. The pain was sooo worth it! Yesterday was my fourth treatment and I am still so happy with the entire process. I honestly look forward to every single appointment I have! The building itself is clean and inviting, and the ladies who work there are some of the nicest people I have ever met. It usually feels like I’m with friends, not with people who are working. I have seen Sarah all 4 times I’ve been to Invisible Ink and she always remembers my name and is so friendly!! The hardest part of my decision was realizing that I do not have to live my entire life with a tattoo I dislike. I have another tattoo that I love and want to keep, and I never feel pressured to get my other tattoo removed. Invisible Ink has honestly surpassed every one of my expectations and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!

They are honest about what they can and cannot do and how long removal will take.I can’t get my tattoo removed yet because it’s still too new, but the staff did help me settle the idea of living with it for a while.It is expensive, but they have finance options. Over the next few months I’ll be saving up to get started with them.I give 4 stars and not 5 because I didn’t get any actual service with them yet.

When I went in for my appointment, I was greeted by friendly, professional staff. They made sure to answer every question I had. They walked me through the process in what it would take to remove my tattoo. Their office is very clean. All the equipment they used was sterile. The technician who preformed the removal was prompt, expierienced, and professional. I was done with my procedure in 5 minutes. It wasnt as painful as I anticipated it to be. I am looking forward to my next session in 7 weeks.

This was my second experience with getting tattoo removal. The first experience took 1 hour and 15 minutes of extreme pain and no cooling with ice or a fan. I had actual burns on my legs for 3 weeks while they healed and my skin scabbed and peeled to the point I had to treat the wounds. I was bleeding when I left the office. I went to Removery yesterday for my first removal experience with them and it was literally like night and day. They do a lot of cooling the skin and the pain was minimal. The removal time was a total of 10 minutes. Last night the areas felt a little uncomfortable and just like she said, today it just feels like a bruise. My previous experience I couldn’t even sit down on the areas for a week or longer and today I’m able to wear clothes over them. Removery is highly recommended in my opinion.

If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Super relaxing, clean, professional environment, and the staff are amazzzziiinnnngggggg. Love them. I’m so happy I was referred to them through a Derm. This place is the BEST, and I always recommend it to anyone thinking about having a tattoo removed.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I paid for both tattoos in full.. I had 2 words, neither bigger than a roll of dimes. I was quoted $1,800 for one ONLY because I paid in full, and the same but $1,200 for the other when both were exactly the same size. Each also quoted 8 treatments; any after that is covered by them. I got 16 treatments into the first one and it was still halfway there. The reviews were amazing too???? So I thought okay, more money for good quality. I had been going there for over 2yrs with 2 more to do and I was starting to see 0 results. They threw in another tattoo for free bc it was so tiny and was quoted 2 treatments. I had atleast 6 or 7 on that one and they botched it so bad with the laser that my skin turned white and I still havent been able to start on it again until my pigments are back to normal. I had already paid in full, so I knew I wasnt going to get my money back. I just quit going to my appointments and started going somewhere else. Invisible Ink never called. Had to double pay to remove both tattoos between 2 places.. What a shame. Hopefully I just happened to have a bad experience here....

Disappointed and will be going elsewhere for treatments. Positives- they use the best lasers and provide everything you need for after care. The technicians are competent and friendly, minus the high pressure sales tactics. Downfalls- very pricey compared to other places. I was annoyed at the really push sales and payment plans. Why would I want to pay upfront for services yet to be received? That makes zero sense....especially based on a guesstimate of how many treatments it will take. No thanks. Lower the prices and allow people to pay for each treatment as they go, and maybe I would reconsider.

I’ve had a 5 star experience every step of the way! After 4 treatments (5 months or so) I’m seeing lots of ink fading and no skin irritation at all...which is amazing for my light tone and sensitive skin. Consultation is professional and informative, treatment is quick and easy (it does sting though!) and they are wonderful with customer service and after care help. I have a small tatoo that will take a little under one year to completely eliminate and the cost ($900) is absolutely worth every penny. There is no comparison to any other removal method or company. Invisible Ink is one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had anywhere!

Ive had three sessions so far and Ive been pleased with each experience.

When I started my treatment it was top notch. Great customer care. Gina A+.Over the past year. They have stopped putting ice packs on your treated a areas, apparently no more bandages either. After this todays treatment she rubbed on some cream and said its better to be open, however I had tall boots on. I said what about my boots? She said it wont hurt your boots so I grabbed a couple kleenex and laid it over my treated areas. They have poor customer care it seems like. When I asked about no ice, no bandages, she said no ice packs because it causes ice burns and causes pigmentation problems. Really! I doubt that. Its a hot area and it melts. I just think its not as good as it used to be. Maybe tonight was just a one off 😕

This company is the absolute biggest rip off. I walked in for my consultation with a dime-sized tattoo on my wrist and they tried to charge me $900!!! $900 for a tattoo the size of a dime?! I said no and almost walked out. He talked it down to $750 and I STILL said no. Talked him all the way down to $500, which, in my opinion, is still the biggest rip-off. I wouldnt dare take the first price they offer. Then, I didnt receive a single reminder to schedule my next appointment. So, I left multiple voicemails about scheduling an appointment - no call back. Had to get transferred through five different people on the main customer service line until I finally spoke with someone to schedule an appointment. The worst company I have experienced in quite a while. Go to ideal image or any other place possible. I wish I could get my money back.

Elle Davis is fantastic . I have 3 tats being removed and it takes over an hour for each session. Elle takes her time and ask how im feeling threw out the session. Getting a tat removed does sting a bit but with her experience it seems to be more tolerable

Im not one who is comfortable going in for a consult because I generally feel pushed to buy. However, the staff was very knowledgeable and friendly and didnt pressure me for the sale. Because of that I would definitely recommend Invisible Ink St Louis to others.
