Although the workers were yakking amongst themselves when we walked in, they did finally greet us when we walked up to the counter. My friend got her ears pierced and was nervous about it, but they were very reassuring and told her what to expect. I do wish they had told her up front what the price range was, it was more expensive than I expected, but she was OK with it. They did a good job and gave her the chance to approve where the piercings would be before they did it. They also gave her a coupon for use at that visit, which was a nice bonus. All in all, very good service.

This place is really cool, and that is how I would describe it in a nutshell. It has so many different products and the prices are very reasonable too. The staff was very friendly then I plan to come back and shop here soon.

I called on my way there and got the busy tone. Arrived and there is a sign that says, Closed to due flooding???So yeah, frustrating. It wouldve been helpful if it said that on their voice-mail and Google My business hours.

Took my daughter today to get her ears pierced and Bee was AMAZING! My daughter was a little nervous so Bee talked her through the whole process. Explained to her step by step what she was doing and also how my daughter should care for them afterward. Bee’s customer service skills are hard to find now a days!

Bad returns experience . Used Apple Pay so the last 4 digits of the physical card didn’t match the one on the Reciept. Showed proof of purchase on the phone and device acct number. Had to wait for the manager who is there only on Fridays. Could not make it back on Friday so donated the merchandise to the store profit.Informed Claire’s customer service. Prompt and effective response. Issue was resolved and refund was issued within 24 hours.

The only reason I give it a 4 is because they are never open and the store is a bit crowded. The items are for little girls but they are very cute. The earrings are good quality. The piercing experience is amazing. They sanitize the ear and ask where you would like the piercing. They allow you to place the piercing and you can change it when in this part of the process. They also have you pick an earring that you like. I picked a nice little Diamond. They teach you how to do the after care process. It is easy and can be done twice a day. I would recommend going to Claire’s for ear piercings.

Overall really good store but one time I was going shopping and I wanted to go shop at Claire’s but they were closed even though we checked online and it said it was open and so we left and then came back an hour later just get the timing right I’m not trying to be rude

Got my daughters ears pierced there today by Natalie. She was amazing! It was a great experience!

Place look very dirty and at the time we went it was bieng flood by the toilets.

My daughter loves Claires! Not at all busy and the girl at the register was really nice.

This place is never open anytime I go. Either update your hours or explain why the doors are always shut. 🙄
