Removery Tattoo Removal & Fading

I have a tattoo in a low circulation area so my journey has been a long one. I started in June of 2022 and as of August 2024, I can say with 100% certainty that Kaylen at Chino Hills is THE BEST technician I have had. He spends the time to explain the process thoroughly, he has a personality that makes me feel like I can relax, and I just cant say how great he is. Hoping for full removal by next year but I would highly recommend Removery to anyone looking to make that change.

Everyone in the office was amazing explained everything in a way that you understand. I’m not gonna say it’s painless free because obviously your gonna feel something in order to have the tattoo removed but just as everyone that has had a tattoo removed you foo feel like if they are pulling a rubber band against your skin. My session was so fast less than 5 minutes literally. Will be going in for my next session already have my appointment ready! Can’t wait to have it all gone

After years of getting a coverup tattoo, I did my homework and decided Removery was the best path. My experience so far has exceeded my expectations. The staff is friendly and informative, and the technician has a calming disposition, which is helpful while administering each session.If you’re on the fence, I recommend scheduling the free consult, you won’t be disappointed with your results.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. I am working on removing some large pieces and scheduling has been great to ensure I am coming in every 3 weeks. This helps make sure I am making as much progress as possible. The removal tech is also great and she is patient as we move through the removal process. Of course the removal itself isnt the most fun but we are able to work on good portions each time with some small breaks. After each session there is more visible progress. Would recommend for those looking for a tattoo removal team

One front desk lady was nice the other one wasn’t welcoming. Consultation doctor wasn’t there when I arrived and I drove over an hour to get there. No one notified me. Instead the front desk lady said we are gonna learn together but the point is to be educated by the actual doctor. Not only that but everything they fell you in person regarding size and price they can list on the website, tell you over the phone, or do it virtually. A complete waste of time honestly. Makes more sense to see if someone can just make my tattoo look better than what it does. Very disappointment with this visit.

I had a great tattoo removal experience for my first time at this location. The ladies were really nice and professional. The wait wasn’t much. It’s over in 20 minutes. The removal isn’t that bad. It’s really painful for just a few seconds. I can’t wait until they’re finally gone. I know it’s a long road ahead. I’m really looking forward to it. Also get the full removal package deal. Its unlimited laser sessions until your tattoos are gone. You will save so much money in the long run.

Came in for a consultation to see how many more treatments I would need and I was happy to hear just 1 more treatment. Easy, quick, professional. Definitely recommend this place to anyone thinking of removing a tattoo.

Worth every penny!!! I have a 10 year old tattoo that was an instant regret and have been wanting to get rid of it since the moment I got it. I researched tattoo removals around the area and found one in Rancho Cucamonga (not Removery) but the pricing was not that cheap even if you bought the sessions in package deals with a minimum of 3 sessions per package and they offered no payment plans. I should have researched better because I ended up going there for 3 sessions and was not seeing much change so decided to look again and found Removery. OMG! Not only were they a lot cheaper in pricing but also offer payment plans. I have had 2 sessions and there is a huge difference already in my tattoo. I love their package deal in where you pay one price for unlimited sessions until the tattoo is gone! I really which I went with them first as I could have saved myself hundreds of dollars on this tattoo removal :-( I hoping this review will help others avoid making the same mistake I made!PS: As a bonus the staff is extremely kind, helpful and attentive. The sessions are quicker and less painful with better results than other places. That itself is a package deal!

Best tattoo removal experience I have had. Se results way faster than I got from laser away. Customer service is A+ you honestly need to book you appointment. They even got my wife to switch from laser away since her result were almost 0 after 3 sessions! See you in match for round 3. My boy Joey hooked us up couldn’t be happier.

Ive been going through my journey of tattoo removal now for about 4 months. Im shocked at how excellent things are turning out. I had searched for years to find a place where I felt comfortable enough to take the plunge. Removery is a warm, inviting, professional environment where all of my needs are being addressed. Ive visited numerous Removery branches to have my treatments done. For those that dont know, you can go to any location to have work done, in case youre out of town, on vacation, or just arent geographically available. The branch I visit the most is the Chino Hills office, and they are great! They know my name when I walk in the door, I never have to wait because they are extremely efficient with their scheduling, and the place is always clean and ready for me. Im in and out in a few minutes, and I they always take my feelings into account. I cant say enough about the company as a whole. If youre looking to get a tattoo removed, this is the place to do it!

I had to switch locations since I moved and chino hills Removery is by far my favorite atmosphere! The cleanliness of the place always catches my attention but most importantly the lovely women who operate this location and services are AMAZING! My experience has been an 11/10. Highly recommend Removery for all your removal needs no matter how big or small it truly is worth it! They have created an atmosphere and service that allows us consumers to be 101% satisfied with the outcome of something we chose to do and now want removed 😌 they are the best for that!

Amazing staff and so so comforting! I was super scared and nervous to start this process but the team and nurse were so amazing. I signed up for their package deal and I can’t wait to get all my tattoos removed. This facility was so clean, nice, and new! I love this location too as it’s in the middle of the shoppes at the chino spectrum. So convenient! Def recommend anyone looking to remove their tattoos to go here!

I just had my first session yesterday and my chest tattoo removal didn’t hurt that much it felt like a flicking rubber band but my pain tolerance on my back is low and I cried but the nurse was so nice and kept giving me breaks as needed she was very nice and talked me through it and I already see some of it gone which is crazy! After one session so I’m really excited to see how fast my back gets removed :) love this place

The staff were all extremely friendly and informative. I needed to get some tattoos removed in order to get the job I have been working towards. The staff walked me through the whole process and gladly answered all my questions. After discussing the available options I had and the process for the removal they helped me build a plan and I was able to get my first treatment done right afterwards. The treatment was very quick, and the staff made sure I was doing ok the whole time. The removal treatment hurt but it was not unbearable and it was super fast. Fantastic experience here and am glad to utilize this facility for my removal.

I had been wanting to get a tattoo removed for quite sometime but I couldn’t find a reputable place nearby. I was at the chino shoppes and noticed Removery had just opened up. I walked in for more info and was impressed with the place and knowledge provided by their staff. I scheduled a consultation within a few days. At my consultation, Krissy provided very thorough info was very professional and friendly. My tattoo is fairly large and with color so I expected the cost to be high so the cost didn’t surprise me. They offered great financing options so I bought a package and scheduled my first treatment for the following week. I was excited for my first treatment and Yailen, the RN performing the procedure was very informative and compassionate. She told me what I should expect and answered all my questions. Naturally, I asked if it would hurt and she said the laser was “spicy” which was true to her word. I swore very obscenely diluting my procedure but Yailen was very supportive and stopped when I needed a break. Overall, I had a great experience and I’m looking forward to getting my tattoo removed.

Within one session I noticed a difference on one of my tattoos. The service is great and the staff is honest and made the entire experience comfortable. Very happy I chose this place!

I had my 14th session yesterday (I have a dark/very saturated black ink tattoo), Ive gone to many Removery location at this point but it was my first time at the Chino Hill location and it was my best experience yet! Yailen did a great job; being my 14th session, I have a lot of thoughts about what Id like going into a session and she did an amazing job of making sure all my concerns were addressed. I plan to stay at this location for the remainder of my removal process. Thank you!

Had a wonderful customer experience with Yailen. She is very knowledgeable and makes you feel comfortable asking questions and has excellent demeanor. The treatment is 9/10 a pain scale. Will be coming here until all my ugly tattoos are gone

This office is the best. I initially started with Yailen and Krissy in Riverside. But because of the great work they do I followed them to the Chino Hills location. Glad I did because they truly make a painful experience less painful. Truly appreciate them, the work they do, and the care they give.

The two ladies that are always there are amazing! So fast an efficient and always have smiles to greet with. So welcoming and the lady that does the removal always explains everything.

As a physician of over 20 years, I have more than 20 tribal black and grey tattoos on my arms, chest, legs, back and most recently my neck. I love my black and grey designs but my intricate neck design bled out badly. I agonized for a year before deciding to clean up the blowout areas with Removery. I researched tattoo removal in doctor offices with subpar equipment and at inexperienced dermatology suites who do not appreciate the art of tattoo, just skin care. 
As a physician I understand the importance of sterility, safety and prevention of complications. I had my consultation with Removery and they were very professional. Equipment is state of the art with the newest PicoSure lasers, offices are well kempt, clean and sanitized. There are brochures and detailed information with the intake personnel. The consultation determines your skin type 1-6 and also answers any and all questions about the process. I am skin type 5. I spent an hour getting my questions and concerns addressed and I was not rushed. I did same day removal after the consultation because I was so comfortable with their treatment plan. It was painful- like being slapped with a small rubber band. I had immediate swelling on my neck, which is exactly what happened with my initial tattoo- I think my neck is just a sensitive area. Swelling was completely gone with ice pack treatment in 6 hours. There was minimal redness that went away after two days. I was sore for 3 days - feels like a minor bruise. Itching started 4th day and was relieved with the vitamin E balm and petroleum jelly they give you for after care by day 7. Avoid sun exposure immediately afterwards. Some of my lighter blowouts were immediately dissolved and the deeper ones will likely take 2-3 weeks to be completely gone, but they dissipate daily. My tattoos look so much better already. No blistering or skin damage at all. I kept my body temperature cool, no gym work outs, and used ice in the first 24 hours to keep the inflammation at bay to avoid blisters, which are only a 1% chance with laser removal and very rare anyway. I have been drinking plenty of water, getting rest and eating well which is important to healing, just like a regular tattoo. I am extremely pleased and highly recommend Removery. They only specialize in this field. My tattoo is detailed and she did not attempt areas that would be removed by the laser. There is a small chance you may need a touchup if some of your primary design is removed. Staff has repeat customers and everyone was very familiar and friendly. I will likely only need one session for the removal because blowout is lighter than the actual deep layered tattoo with lots of ink, but I will reassess in 2 months after my body has had time to remove the ink blasted by the laser. It also gives me hope that in the future should I have a tattoo that blows out because of thinning, aging skin, there exists an option to improve it with minimal discomfort…no more than an actual tattoo… at an affordable cost. Cost is determined by size of the area zapped. For both sides of my neck and a couple areas on my forearm, I paid for a large area, less than $500! And the results are amazing. My forearm blowout immediately disappeared at the time of being lasered, no signs of blowout at all! My neck will take longer because there were more areas affected but the lighter lines are cleaned up already. I am more confident showing off this area and I have stopped making excuses about having to cover my neck. Please do yourself a favor and research this technology with Removery. Do not live unhappy with tattoos that have not healed as you wish. They may not be perfect, but there are options for improvement. And you can tattoo over a lasered area after about 3 months for touch ups. Removery has multiple locations so once you are in their system, you can schedule in any state where you will be. Keep in mind there are nurses that administer the lasering. Choose the most experienced person you are comfortable with and best of luck to my fellow tattoos aficionados!

I just had my first tattoo removal seasion and Krissy + Yailen (laser tech) took great care of me! I’m getting a large back piece removed, the laser hurt but so does getting a tattoo. Unlike getting a tattoo, the session was short (20 min) and the pain was minimal with icing and aftercare instructions provided by Yailen. She did everything to make me feel comfortable and at peace during this process! I look forward to coming back to Chino Hills for my next session!
