Frankies Tattoo Parlor

Went to Frankie’s on Sunday to get One of my Tupac inspired tattoos. My artist was CJ, he definitely did superb work on my tattoo. He’s patient and definitely knows what he is doing! Thanks for the dope tat!

Recommended by my brother in law but was a terrible decision. Visited with my husband earlier in the summer and the bloke who did my tattoo left patches without ink despite following aftercare instructions. My husband has several tattoos and we decided to give the tattoo the summer months with family to heal thinking it might turn out all right but the artists lack of care shows.This bloke did not care one bloody bit about input or queries about the process and turned the whole three hours into a horrible ramble about how wretched his wife is. Did not have anything favourable to say about women in general going out of the way to speak poorly of female clients and their tattoo choices. Unprofessional at best.This was unfortunately my first tattoo and while the visit to the parlour was not our reason for visiting it left a dreadful impression. We are blessedly back home in London where it has cost an additional £250 to hire a local bloke to apply cover up work.The original idea was drawn by my husband based on an exhibit we saw together in LA in 2019. That no care was taken with such a special piece is deeply disrespectful.Do not waste either time or money with this tattoo parlour. Spare yourself the frustration. Cheers.

I am very happy with my tattoo Kevin knows what he is doing light handed I got a foot tattoo and he keep me talking a laughing the whole time all the artists seem to enjoy what they are doing. Place is very clean 100% I would recommend frankies for you next tattoo.😉 I am definitely going back.

Got a tattoo and its been almost a week. Hasnt healed and its infected. It was something I wanted for so long and now Im just disappointed.The tattoo artists inks were scattered everywhere and some were dried out. That should have been when I walked out. Will not go back to have it touched up. I hope that when it heals I can have it fixed.This is a week after it was done. My hand has scabs on it from him going over too many times.Im hoping when it completely heals from the trauma, that I can get it fixed. Very disappointed in the outcome.

Mike did a matching tattoo for me and my bestie! He did an amazing job, and I will definitely be coming back! Mike was really cool and nice! He cares about his work, his booth, as well as his customers and it shows. (These pics are of my tattoo only)

Ryan did my tributary tattoo for me in honor of my dad. Not only did he CREATE this tattoo from 3-4 different ones I couldnt make my mind up with and created THE PERFECT tattoo! And crazy enough its more fitting personally than most know. He hit it right on the head and really make sure it was perfect! Go see him for your own unique tattoo! The whole shop is super nice, and welcoming!

Drew up exactly what I wanted on the spot and fit me and my mom in on walk ins. Both of us got memorial tattoos in memory of my dad. Fun guys to work with!! Mine is also a cover up and beginning to a sleeve.

My best friend and i got matching tattoos to resemble hang forever friends for life. Kevin was very professional and sanitary. He drew us up a tattoo we will cherish forever.

Went and got mine and my husband ring tattoos done and we love them. They were super nice and clean and we let the artist do a little bit of his own touch to it and they turned out amazing. Definitely will always come back.

Frankies is amazing! Best tattoo shop Ive ever been to, having had 3 other tattoos before coming here, I was so happy with the outcome of my session! Dave was awesome to work with. I gave him some examples of what I was looking for and within 2 days he had already gotten a sketch drawn from scratch. I went in for my session expecting to be there for 2 and a half to 3 hours (as quoted) because the art was larger. I felt so comfortable in the shop, everyone was very friendly! Staff and other clients! Once my tattoo was finished, I realized that the whole tattoo had only taken an hour and a half! The best part was the price, it was amazingly low for the work that was done and the quality. Dave was so efficient, experienced and talented. I have been recommending him and Frankies to EVERYONE that has asked. These guys really deserve the business and you will NOT be disappointed!

I went to get a script tattoo today in memory of my father who passed seven years ago. I had a great experience and am very happy with my tattoo. Wally was my artist, and he is amazing. Super chill, laid back guy and very helpful with the design. He did a great job on the tattoo, got it done quickly and with almost no pain whatsoever. I would absolutely recommend this shop. Ask for Wally!

Great place and atmosphere, clean inside, and everyone wore face masks. Ryan did a great job. It was my first tattoo so I just wanted to start off with something small but with meaning so I got my daughters horoscope on my wrist. He went over to make sure Im okay or if I get light headed or anything to let him know. But everything went great. Thanks! Helped me feel so much less nervous about my future tattoos! Looking forward to more!

Got my first tattoo done here. I absolutely loved the people and the atmosphere of the place. The gentleman who did my tattoo was very kind and made me comfortable with the whole process. Afterwards they gave me a run down on what to do for after care from what products to use, how, and when. I will definitely be going back for some more pieces later on!

I LOVE Dave! Hes got a soft touch and is fast. He always helps me get exactly what I want and done beautifully and stay beautiful and vibrant! My number one choice of shops! Clean with AMAZING artists!

I have gone here three time and been satisfied with the work I have had done. The only complaint I have is that the setup takes a long time but is understandable. Price is definitely worth it. I will come back.

The guys are always cool when you walk in. I have 2 tattoos from Wally and a partial touch up. I’ve been very impressed with his work, I come in with my own designs and he executes them perfectly.. I have my next 5 - 10 tattoos lined up because of my experience there.

Im always happy when I go here! They made me feel comfortable almost immediately and that is really hard for me to do.

Had an appointment got there on time, dude wasn’t even there and didn’t even have the decency to ask me to reschedule before my appointment time. Wasted my time waiting around and expected me to feel sorry for him. Went into the shop later on because my friend had an appointment with Desmond, He was incredibly rude, made us feel unwelcome, didn’t even have enough respect for PAYING customers to stand up and greet us properly. We both ended up not getting tattooed here and went somewhere we felt welcomed and treated with respect. Glad this place lost out on 7-900 dollars from two people. It is absolutely disgusting inside, unsanitary and super trashed. Smoking in the shop ashes on the floor, Equipment is super old. If you want to risk an infection and be treated like trash, you’ll love this place. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. I will make sure everyone I know NEVER comes here. Platypus tattoo will ALWAYS have my business.

Kevin tattoo mine and it went great. I love my tattoo. My friend however, I sadly forgot who tattoo her, said he was too rough with the needle and was stabbing her too hard. She had gotten tattoos before so this wasnt her first. Also I met someone at my job who got tattoo here and they showed that the color ones done here just fade away super fast, it just made me a bit worried. Kinda seems like ur playing a game of chance.

Walked in today for a tattoo. Johnny was my artist and spent a lot of time discussing what I wanted and what would work. Better then I had hoped for. Gorgeous work. Shop was extremely friendly and I plan on going back for more work!!! Can’t recommend enough!!!!

My daughter and I got matching tattoos from Johnny yesterday, they are pretty big, detailed pieces, and they are great! All the people in the shop are friendly and interested in what piece you are getting. Will definitely go back, and would recommend them in a heartbeat!

Wally and Dave are awesome artists, Wallys script is believably the best Ive seen. There attitude towards me as a customer makes me feel like parts of the family. I highly prefer and recommend them to ANYONE!

My mom, bestfriend, and I all went in for matching tattoos.. I am in complete horror, it was a small tattoo and I cant believe how bad it was messed up.. The artist completely disregarded the stencil and all three tattoos were drastically different. He offered to try and fix it after it heals, but I Dont trust him to not mess it up more. Ill never come here again.

Coty Lee is the best of the best!! All artists are amazing and extremely welcoming. Highly recommended, but do yourself a favor and schedule your appointment or youll wait months.

I got 2 tattoos myself and paid for two others for my adult children. Ryan makes my experience amazing every time...this is the 3rd tattoo I have gotten from him...I think he is pretty great.

The worst tattoo Ive ever been given. Frankie was my artist. I cannot believe how bad it turned out. If I could go back and not do it. I would. Now I will have to spend hundreds trying to get it fixed to look somewhat close to what it should have. Idk if he was drunk or what, but the words are sloppy and look like he was shaking when he did them and the image is distorted. I feel like I went to someones basement for a cheap tattoo. To top it off it looks nothing like the stencil looked. I just cant even express how upsetting it is. Its embarrassing to be honest and I hate when people see it. If it hadnt been on my back I would have stopped him when I noticed how bad he was doing. But I trusted him and regret it immensely. I would recommend going to A DIFFERENT SHOP! SERIOUSLY.

My husband has been getting tattoos from Johnny for a long time and has many, many tattoos by him. He just got our wedding date tattoo and I came with him. It turned out fantastic!

Rude tattoo artist. Was rude to me and my boyfriend. Ruined my boyfriends tattoo and it looks nothing like how it was originally drawn by my boyfriend. The Fox doesn’t have an eye and the leg doesn’t line up. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

Positive environment super friendly. Highly recommend jhonny! Came in for a quick tat and ended up find my artist!

Went in to get a simple script on my thigh. Its a complete mess. Wally G said he has 9 years experience but to mess up a simple script so badly makes me wonder. Im so embarrassed of it!

Went with a friend who got a tattoo here, I was discusted by how dirty their shop was it was not sterile at all and insects were crawling all around. Will never get work done here I wont risk getting an infection.

Day have cool people working there I like the tattoo day made for me I will go for one more next time good price
