Just want to say my girls and I had a wonderful experience at this Claire’s. The store manager Donnekia greeted us the moment we walked in. She was very helpful to my girls as they asked a millions questions haha. The store atmosphere is clean, bright and orderly. I certainly would go back to this Claire’s.

Donneka was wonderful !!! Every time we come to Claire’s the manager is amazing. Prices are great and their merchandise it’s so cute!! Come here with your kids, they will love it !! Their sales are perfection

I went to the Claire’s on Rt 3 and omg what a great experience!! My mother and I stopped by for some piercings and we didn’t know what to expect. Donneka helped us out so much especially when I took forever!! I have to give her some props because she made the experience so much better!! I’m bringning my sister next time for sure and I hope she can meet Donneka because she was amazing!!!

I had a terrible experience at the Riverfront Center Claire’s. I went to return 5 small items from a $200 order. The store manager at first tried to tell me I could only exchange, and not return. After insisting on a return she was rude. After the return was over she refused to give me my original receipt. I explained that the purchases were for a class and that is how I am to be reimbursed for the original purchase. She claims she has worked in retail for 20 years and companies never give back original receipts. Obviously this is false. I will never shop there again. Store managers are supposed to solve problems, not create them.

My grand daughters LOVE Claire’s in Clifton. The store manager is delightful.

I always find good things and good deals in this store. Donneka a sweetheart. She’s very friendly and always help you to get the best DEALS .

Me and my girlfriend was just thrown out by a Claire’s Employee with straightened hair, I dropped something in the store and she saw, i left it there because i was not trying to interrupt her transaction, I understand how it feels since i work retail as well. But she then comes up to us afterwards and throws us out saying “Unless you aren’t buying anything get out.” “not today you can’t look in here.” it seems other people have had the same experience with her such as someone below in the reviews. I work retail and I understand us retail workers get abuse from customers which is why i didn’t flip out on her myself. But she gives retail employees a bad name, as well as claire’s. You shouldn’t hire people who like going on power trips considering this isn’t the first time someone left a review like this. Please avoid this Claire’s at all costs before you experience the same thing. Nasty, Short Tempered, “Moronic” as another reviewer put it.

I took my daughter and some of her friends here when they had their by three get three free items event. Anuel, the girls are picking out their items. The two girls that were working. That day were extremely rude to my daughter and her friends now my daughter is nine and so are her friends so they were just happy to be there And they kept telling the girls to put the stuff back where they And we’re not treating the girls or myself in a nice way. I was excited for this location is open up since it’s close to our home. But I’m disappointed in the customer service

Extremely rude employee, girl had straightened hair in a bun and kicked me and my boyfriend out saying “if you’re not buying anything you can’t look around today”, my boyfriend dropped a small object in the store and places it back where it was properly and made no messes because it was such a small compact non breakable item and I guess that ticked her off to kick us out. Nasty and terrible employee.

Donneka was the best store manager great attitude and super pretty will come back agian

The sales associate was great and really helpful with my daughter.

It’s a convenient location for holiday shopping! The person working the register was kind and helpful.
