My new conch looks amazing, and I replaced my rook and daith with beautiful implant grade titanium pieces ❤️ I look forward to coming back here from now on!

I got my angel fangs pierced here a few days ago by Jacob. He was very friendly and seemed like he cared a lot about all the details. I was worried about placement so they wouldnt look weird or get in the way too much but Jacob was very thorough and took everything into consideration. It was a little bit expensive but that was to be expected from a high end place and I think its worth it if you have the money.

I came in today for my nipple piercings. Nate was my piercer and he was so great! He walked me through everything from beginning to end. Best part is he was so great in talking me through my breathing and it really made me feel at ease throughout the entire process!! And I am in love with my new piercing! I highly recommend to anyone seeking any type of piercing! Thanks again Nate!

I am from out of town but will be coming here for all of my future piercings! I worked with Nate and he was absolutely amazing. You can tell he truly loves his job and took his time to explain everything. The nose piercing I received was mostly painless and the joking and talking helped you feel welcomed and at ease. 11/10 definitely recommend!

I took my 10 year old daughter here to get her ears pierced . I cannot express enough how awesome Nate was. He treated us amazing , explained everything in detail , was so respectful and my favorite part was he talked directly to her and didn’t treat her as just a child . 10/10 recommend this shop from this experience alone . Very pleasant encounter! I went in to see about getting my nose re-pierced as I’d had it done 20 some years ago and thought for sure it had grown closed. Jacob assisted me and answered all of my questions about how to take care of piercings, healing time, gauge sizes, jewelry and all things related. He inspected my nostril and took me back to get a better view and, as he had suspected, I didn’t need a re-pierce at all! My hole, unbeknownst to me, still went all the way through! I picked out a beautiful tiny nose ring I thought I’d have to wait for 8 mo. to a year to wear and he put it in for me. No healing time required, just a bit of a ‘stretching’ feeling for the next week! Great service, honest, helpful, knowledgeable and a large array of jewelry to choose from at extremely reasonable prices! Highly recommend! Thanks for the wonderful experience!

This place is absolutely phenomenal! I’m from up north of the states and just happened to be in town for a concert and decided to get a piercing here. This was the BEST experience I’ve ever had being pierced. Nate is an astounding person and very informative! He walked me through the entire process of the piercing and the healing process. I also have to appreciate his education in anatomy and what works for each individual’s structure. I look forward to coming back here and I look forward to working with Nate again!!!

Went in and got my upper lip (Medusa) pierced by Jacob. He was very knowledgeable and realistic with expectations. He made me feel safe and was very patient throughout the entire process. The building is very clean as well. I will be back for another piercing!

Prysm is the PREMIER place in the Midwest for piercings. Ive seen dozens of amazing piercings come out of there, and after our experience this past week taking our daughter there, theres zero doubt of where were going for our appointments from here on out. They took their time to talk to her (shes 6) on HER level, and helped her pick out her jewelry. They even taught her how they change the color of the metal with electrolysis, and let her pick her color as well. They went through the entire process with her in the room, explaining how things were going to go. They went through a dry run with her, and made her feel as comfortable as possible! I have zero doubt that this experience wouldnt have gone as smoothly as it did without all the work they put in to her, getting her ready. The appointment went extremely well. The instructions on after care were excellent as well, with the necessary after care supplies(H2Ocean and gauze) supplied for us. We will definitely be back for more experiences, and will never go anywhere else!Just came to add... This place is amazing in every aspect. Rob came in on his day off, to do a consultation with my wife... And then was willing to stick around and do the piercing as well, after she approved it! Plain and simple, if youre going anywhere else in the area... Youre making a mistake.

10/10 would recommend.I scheduled my appointment online to get my seconds pierced in my lobes. I didn’t request a specific piercer. Nate was assigned to me. When I walked into their stunning business I was greeted and offered something to drink while he finished up his tasks he was working on prior to me arriving. He then helped me pick out a piece of jewelry, which was a bit difficult since they have a ton of beautiful pieces. Nate was very patient and even held the earrings I chose up to my ear so I could see what they looked like. He gave me the run down on sanitation and what the process is like. He sanitized the jewelry I picked out and we headed back. This place is super laid back and very professional. Nate was great! Afterwards he gave me a cleaning kit for my new piercings and went through the healing process. He also mentioned that they will shorten the posts once the swelling goes down (which is super convenient being able to go to the same place). I have not had any issues with my piercings since and I really appreciate how welcoming they were! Thank you Nate and the team at Prysm! You guys are the best!

I dont ever leave bad reviews on google but genuinely think this place deserves one. I had a piercing done 2 days prior and the piercing fell out. I call Prsym to sell me a replacement piece, they inform me that since the piercing is so new they should put it in for me, I tell them I dont think its necessary since I just lost the piercing a couple of hours before but they convince me otherwise. When trying to place the guide through the piercer tries once...then twice...then three times....then I let out a verbal ouch...then they try again....then I groan...this whole time there is no communication on their part as to what is going on or even the question if I am okay. At some point I simply stop the situation myself, purchase the piercing and do it myself. The whole experience was very hurtful and made me feel out of control of my body.

Great experience with my daughters helix piercing for her 17th birthday. This piercing studio is so different than any other Ive been to. The environment is very modern, clean, and has a high end jewelry store like feel to it. Nate helped us pick out the right size ring and did a full consultation with his professional opinion. He explained where he would pierce if she wanted a stud vs where he would for a ring. Made total sense.One of my favorite things was that Nate spoke directly to my daughter vs only me. He made her feel very comfortable and explained everything so well.The piercing itself is priced accordingly. The jewelry they carry is what I would describe as high end and real gold. So maybe check with them ahead of time on jewelry prices so youre aware. This didnt bother me personally because I was prepared to pay a little more to begin with for gold since thats what works with us personally. (Some metals seem to irritate my daughters and I, even hypoallergenic). She picked a white gold ring with an opal ball closure.

I got my septum pierced here in May, the guy I got pierced by whom I never got the name of was the nicest sweetest piercer I’ve met. He walked me through everything he was doing/going to do. My piercing has been healing super smoothly with no issues whatsoever. The ball fell off a bit after the piercing and they sent me a new one for free! :) huge shoutout to the guy with both arms covered in tattoos, a baphomet ring, and spiral earrings in his stretched lobes I appreciate you so much.Another note: I was told a few months before my visit a septum piercing was impossible with my nose anatomy. That was wrong. Again huge shoutout to my piercer.

This is the only place i go for my piercing and jewelry. Rob is funny, knowledgeable, straight to the point and honest. Most piercers will take your money but Rob likes to make sure that the piercing you choose is right for you. Very big on educating clients no matter the piercing. Not to mention none of his jewelry touches the others. That was big for me. You really cant go wrong with him.

Walking into Prysm for the first time was not what I expected. I thought I had walked into a fancy jewelry store as opposed to a tattoo/piercing parlor that I was used to. I got both sides of my nostril and septum done here, all by Nathan. He was so sweet and informative each time. I have a rather small nose and wanted double nostril piercings on one side. He gave me his professional opinion and didn’t think it would look right. He made sure to check my nose “anatomy” to see if I could even get my septum done instead of just taking my money and doing a poor piercing.

Clean, friendly, professional. Big shoutout to Nate for always making me feel welcome and always doing a great job! Will return to this shop for all my piercings from now on.

Got my bridge pierced here. It was a really good experience. Rob was nice, professional, and informative. The facility looked as clean as a surgical room. Highly recommend.

We had an excellent experience bringing my 11 year old to have her ears pierced. The interior is nothing like I expected a piercing shop to be, it was more of a cross between a nice jewelry store and a medical spa.We worked with Nate, who explained the process clearly both beforehand and every step of the way, answering all of my daughters questions with patience and a calm, supportive energy. At no point did we feel upsold - I was caught off guard by the price of the jewelry she initially picked and he steered us to a more affordable selection without any hint of pressure or condescension.Absolute 10/10 experience, would recommend for anyone who is looking for a high quality piercing experience.

We just had our daughters ear lobes done. Nate is very knowledgeable and did amazing explaining everything to us all while hyping her up to get the piercings and reassuring her during the process. Everything was super clean and professional I cant say enough good things about Nate. Set up your appointment you wont be disappointed.

My husband used to do body piercings so we had high standards in mind for our daughters ear piercings. The experience was fantastic from start to finish. Piercer did an excellent job with my 6 year old, and we are very pleased. This place is 100% worth the prices. Will return for future needs.

Had an awesome experience here! Got bilateral nostril piercings with Jacob, and he was excellent from start to finish. He helped me pick out jewelry that matched what I was going for, took the time to tell me about my nose anatomy and what I would and wouldn’t be able to do in the future, and talked me through every step of his process. He really took his time and was super personable, and the whole appointment only took about a half an hour. I’ll definitely be recommending Prysm!

I’ve always had trouble with my ears getting irritated when I wear earrings. During covid I stopped wearing earrings consistently and thought my piercings had closed up. Jacob did a fantastic job explaining what was likely happening and giving me a plan for wearing earrings without irritation. And it turns out I didn’t even need my ears re-pierced. I would highly recommend Prysm (and Jacob specifically) to anyone with similar issues.

Prysm is by far the best place I have ever gone to! I wanted to get both ear lobes pierced after I had thought they had closed up. After talking with Nate he said I could save money by just getting them reopened and I wouldn’t need to get them re-pierced. He applied the extra money left over towards the pair of earrings I wanted. When picking the earrings out he was very knowledgeable and was very nice helping choose the ones I wanted and within the price range I wanted to stick around. Even when paying with cash I accidentally miscounted and gave more money than I said I wanted to and he was very honest and corrected it. My overall experience was amazing, Nate was fantastic, very nice, honest, and professional. I will definitely go here again (jewelry pieces are very high quality and stunning)!

The difference between Prysm and other piercing shops is unmatched quality in both products and service.I first experienced the studio a year ago when I was trying to find nose piercing jewelry that didnt fall out, wasnt uncomfortable, and didnt stick out of my nose. I had tried several different pieces from L shapes to corkscrews that are typically found in tattoo/piercing shops before I tried Prysm. I explained to Jacob what I was looking for and he showed me the flat back style of stud, which is exactly what I didnt know I needed!My second experience was looking for simple studs for my ear lobe piercings. I wanted to be able to wear them everyday without worrying about the jewelry degrading. Nate explained the benefits of the implant-grade titanium studs and again it was exactly what I didnt know I needed!My third experience was getting a conch piercing. Rob was great and made the experience exceptional. He explained all the steps, made sure I was comfortable and did an excellent job with the piercing.The studio is beautiful, clean, and professional. Clean, knowledgeable, helpful, and fast! My husband wanted to pierce/stretch his ears. They were willing to pierce them at an 8g and put in a 6g plug to start, which he was very happy with as hes going for 7/16th in the end. The peircer was knowledgeable, kind, professional, and clean. We had a great experience and 2 weeks later, my husbands peircings are doing amazing!

I worked with Jessica and she was FANTASTIC! She was very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. She was also really great with communicating everything she was doing before she did it and did everything she could to make the experience positive. I took my daughter here today to get her ears pierced. Shes 9 and this was her second time getting them done.. the first time was really not a very positive experience so she was quite nervous. We had Jasper help us out today and she was PHENOMENAL! she went the extra mile to explain the process to my daughter and made sure she was comfortable every step of the way! I went to get my septum piercing, changed and showed up and figured out I had the wrong jewelry then had to get a new one, the piercer Jacob generously let me be 30 minutes late to get new jewelry and let me use “outside” jewelry from Spencer’s even tho they don’t usually. He even let me go and didn’t make me pay which was usually 10 dollars to get changed. He was very nice and I think that was the nicest piercing shop to exist.

My sister and I came to Prysm to get lobe piercings, and we cannot say enough good things about this studio. Rob was our piercer, and he was an absolute delight. He was informative, kind, and professional (and also hilarious and lovely to chat with). We both came in expecting to get basic lobe piercings, but Rob curated positionings and jewelry pieces for us that really conveyed our personalities and aesthetics. The studio itself was very clean, upscale, comfortable, and modern. I couldnt be happier with the experience! I will definitely be coming back to Prysm for any future piercings!

I had both of my lobes pierced here. The facility was extremely clean, and the piercer was friendly and professional.I picked out some budget-friendly studs, and I wasnt pressured to spend more money or buy anything extra. Its nice to not feel pressured.Overall, the place gives off a very laid-back, but extremely professional vibe. Well worth the extra money compared to going somewhere cheap at a mall.

I highly recommend Prysm body piercing to anyone! The staff are very friendly and the piercing staff are knowledge and patient. This past Sunday I got my belly button pierced by Jacob and he did an amazing job. It was my third time getting it pierced (previously done at a different piercing shop) and both times they failed. I felt more reassured with Jacobs knowledge about the floating naval piercing. I absolutely love it and he took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel comfortable with the process. I got my septum done here. The piercer did an amazing job of explaining the process as they went, and made the best suggestions based on my individual nose features and needs. The process was painless and quick! They were experts in this, as they calmed my fears about the piercing horror stories, especially with certain piercings such as mine. It healed quickly and did not have any issues thanks to the instructions and products provided by the piercer. I recommend Prysm to anyone looking to get a perfect piercing everytime!

I have been going to Prysm for over a decade to get my ears re-pierced after another shop messaged up, new piercings, gauging my ears up and getting new jewelry. Everyone is always kind and professional. Everything is clean and safe. Each piercer is great about explaining what they are doing while opening up brand new needles, showing you that the needle is being sterilized and the test showing everything was sterilized that way you can literally see for yourself that everything is safe and clean and only used on you. I mean youre literally having a home put into your body and i dont think i could have asked for a better team of professionals to take care of my piercing and jewelry needs. I would highly recommend coming here for any piercing, not just your ears, youll be well taken care of

Safety is the most important aspect for me (emotional and physical), and I consistently experience that with each visit. Very clean, knowledgeable about piercings (correct placement and care) and personable too. I took my daughter (17) and she was put at ease. It was her fourth ear piercing, and Prysm has done her last two. They dont try to upsell you. We had to rearrange her appt the evening before due to a school conflict. Got my nose pierced here yesterday and has the best experience. The girl at the front desk was extremely nice and helped me quickly pick jewelry and fill out the paperwork. Then I went back with the piercer who told me step by step what would happen and asked if I had any questions. The piercing was quick and almost painless, then he went through aftercare with me. It was all a clean, professional, and fun experience!

Ive been here so often in the last year (6 times... I think) and I honestly wish I could go more often! I believe Ive had an appointment with every piercer there and I love them all! This is such an amazing and welcoming environment and I would recommend them for every single person who wants a good piercing. It is expensive but thats because they are clean and professional with quality jewelry that they clean and polish after receiving which most places dont do. You are paying for a fabulous experience and fantastic new piercing. If you are paying any less for a piercing you will either end up with a bad infection or just horrible placement. Trust me, Im not sure why this place even has bad reviews when it certainly doesnt deserve it. If youre thinking of getting a new piercing, GO HERE YOU WONT REGRET IT!!!

My friend and I had an appointment for a nose piercing. We were beyond nervous and Jacob could tell. He made the process so easy and answered all our questions and concerns. He was extremely kind and could not have asked for a better experience. We almost went to some other place that charged way less but the reviews were horrible. I was just in today to get my helix pierced and the staff did a superb job. It was very apparent from the beginning how important sterilization was. Jacob made sure I was comfortable and explained everything carefully and thoroughly. Their selection was huge and high quality. If I decide to get another piercing in the future I will definitely be coming back.

Great service!Was pierced at the maritime tattoo festival by Bob Hill at a Prysm Piercing stand about a month ago.I was on the verge of challenging his skill, for sure (I have a couple piercing horror stories from experienced piercers). But my piercer was still very receptive, and he explained things well and was confident in his abilities. He let me know he was piercing for ~18 years, which made me feel a lot better. I got my vertical labret pierced PERFECTLY. It matches with my septum piercing, lips, and rest of my face (we are not perfectly symmetrical and he pierced accordingly). I am so happy. It is healing beautifully, thanks to the complimentary H2Ocean spray I received from my piercer, and the high quality implant grade titanium. Thank you so much, Rob!

Great place to go to to get piercings, took my 9 year old sister there this past week to get her first ear piercings. Nate is the gentleman who helped use and was very professional and made the experience as painless and fun as possible for her.

I went in knowing I wanted my septum pierced but super nervous with lots of questions, and Rob was amazing with them all. He walked me through the process and by the time I was getting the actual piercing done I wasn’t nervous at all. It didn’t hurt, it looks amazing, and the service was impeccable. 10/10 will be going back with any future piercing needs.

Nate was super helpful! I had received a ton of wrong information about how to care for my irritation bump. He retrained me on the care and gave me the help I needed. I took my daughter here to get her ears pierced. Yes, it is cheaper at Claires, but they dont have the knowledge and experience that the piercers have at Prysm. Jacob was AMAZING! I was more of a nervous wreck and he explained exactly what was going to happen and it was very sanitary. I really appreciate the time and care he took with my child.

I LOVE this place. I got my ears double pierced here and my nose ring put back in after being out for a few years. All the staff is kind, patient, and professional. I will be recommending Prysm to anyone and using them myself for any future piercings.

We were extremely impressed with how well the gentleman who pierced my daughter’s ears explained everything to her. He did a wonderful job of making sure she understood everything and she said it didn’t even hurt! The facility was spotless and we would recommend this place to anyone.

Jacob was awesome with my 5 year old. Loved that he had us come in 3 days prior to practice and make sure our daughter knew what was going to happen and would feel comfortable on the day of. Loved that Jacob explained if she decided at any point not to go through with it, it would be okay. I’ve had trouble for decades with my ear piercings growing closed and getting infected. Jacob did a fantastic job helping me find some earrings that I wouldn’t have an allergic reaction to and wear 24/7 to stretch and prevent them from closing. Thank you!

Went in for a change in jewelry. Had an appointment, 15 mins after is when they came to check us in. Which ok, I get sometimes arent on schedule. But part that ruined it for me was the piercer arguing with me. I told him I have an allergy to nickel, which is in white gold so nothing with white gold. He said I wont have problems with anything, I picked a top. For him to say great thats set in white gold. NO! At which point he argued and argued with me about if I was allergic to it or not. For like 5 minutes, I had walked away from that case completely tried to get him to get a different one, meanwhile he keeps man-splaning how I wont react. You dont know me, you know what I will and will not react too! 30 minutes on my skin and I break out in hives and swell up, just I want is nose to swell up and be covered in hives that blister.I should have walked out and was about to when he finally stopped arguing with me and got the top I picked instead of trying to make more money at the risk of my health and well being.

From out of state and went in to buy my wife 2 diamond nose studs. The diamonds I bought are not typically used for the nose but I was assured that they would work. Upon driving 1100 miles home I gave them to my wife for an early Valentines day gift in which they do not fit. He said theres nothing he can do and they cant be returned...Basically told me Im stuck with 2 diamonds that dont work or fit and Im out $320.00!!! Con artist taking advantage of a sale on an out of stater 1100 miles away and cant just drive back in to get it taken care of! Shyster!!! Going to file a complaint with the better business bureau...If they are even accredited. Beware and make sure you have all the facts before buying from this company...Just trying to make a sale.😡

I went in for a monroe replacement stud. Gabriel and Jacob helped me through a full needs assessment. They used small tongs to hold the show case beads to my face so I could see what it would look like. Then Jacob physically changed stud I bought for free. Those two were 100% worth the high price of the jewelry. Theyve got my future business for sure!!

After several years of contemplating getting a daith piercing for migraines, I finally worked up the courage to do it. That was a little over a month ago.Since getting my piercing, I’ve felt the start of no less than seven migraines. I’ve been tempted to take my meds when I feel one coming on, but have taken a leap of faith each time that the piercing will do its job. It hasn’t failed me once! I mean ZERO migraine meds during this time and ZERO migraines! I really, truly did not expect this outcome. I was hoping that they would be less frequent or less severe. I never dreamt that it would prevent them completely. I know it doesn’t work for everyone but I don’t know why it works for some and not others. Perhaps some don’t go to an experienced person who uses high quality, sterile instruments and quality jewelry, take care to properly clean it, etc. What I do know is that if someone is suffering from migraines, I would recommend finding a good place and getting it done! What have you got to lose? Seriously, if it doesn’t work for you, at least you have a cute piercing 😉

To date Ive had a forward helix and a transverse lobe piercing done at Prysm. Jacob was my piercer both times and I would recommend him to anyone.

I just got my tongue pierced and I have to say that I was skeptical bc it was inside of a mall but I was very pleased.
