These two ladies are wonderful.I’m greeted with a smile as soon as I walk into the office. They make my experience at Removery so special and comfortable.I was planning to change to a location closer to me in Katy but their professional and pleasantness is worth the drive.Thank you for making my removal easy.

Haley and Ashley are great. They are so professional and answer any questions or worries I have had about the removal process. I highly recommend this location with these two ladies to anyone considering getting a tattoo removal.

I just finished my fourth session with two tattoos and I am so pleased. They are efficient and kind, and the whole appointment even for a large one on my back and good size one on my shoulder takes less than 15 minutes. I will add before and after pics when completely done, but I’m well past halfway faded and I only started in January. Financing was easy and the results are already worth it. If you outgrew your tattoos like I did, it does not have to be a permanent reminder anymore!

In the process of getting 3 tattoos removed. The tattoo removal experience with Removery at the Shenandoah location has been superb. First the place is clean. Thats pretty important for medical setting. Ashleys consultation was informative and pricing is reasonable. Hailey is very knowledgeable and professional. She does test run in every session to make sure my skin is not compromised. Quick and easy. Always in and out with no wait. 10/10.

I’m on my 8th treatment and I can say without a doubt that the process is working. I have two tattoos being removed. One each on the top of my hands. Both are color (black, red, blue,yellow and white). I’m trusting the process and if you’re on the fence, give your local removery studio a call.

This place is so great! I go to the Woodlands/ Shenandoah location and it’s always the same esthetician doing the laser and the same front desk/consultation lady. They are both so sweet and welcoming. As for the removal process itself- I started seeing so much progress even after my 2nd session. My tattoos are medium to large black ink on the back of my thighs and they have already faded very significantly. I just had my 3rd session done and I feel like the fading process is much quicker than I expected. The financial aspect was probably the part I was scared about the most and it was so much more manageable than I expected as well! You pay one time and that includes how ever many sessions it takes to completely remove the tattoo so you do not pay per session! Overall this has been such a good experience and I am so pleased with my results even so early on. I definitely recommend this place for removal over other places due to what I have seen on some friends and the internet. The laser they use is not damaging to skin and you don’t look blistered or bloody or anything afterwards, just minimal swelling and temporary redness (in my experience).It does hurt but it is so fast and quick and they use very cold air which helps a lot.

My results are very impressive. Haley and Ashley have been with me from the beginning at the old location in Houston, and I’m almost at the end of my tattoo removery process. The price/payment plan is very affordable and the results are worth every penny.

Had my first session today. I can’t say enough how professional the staff are and how easy they are to work with. My radiation tattoos were so ugly! I still have some time for my tattoos to be removed but I am seeing progress. The Removery team works well to ensure Im comfortable during the visit and minimizes any laser pain during the removal process. My 2 tattoos Im removing are still present and fading is becoming significantly more prominent.---I’ve had my first appointment with Removery for total tattoo removal. I worked with Ashley and Haley. My appointment was quick and seamless and the team was informative and helpful. I will update my review as my appointments go on and progress.

They did not remove my tattoo. I was informed of my removal being gone at the time of my first appointment. Took some time off due to Covid and classes. Returned for an appointment and they instantly told me they could no longer remove my tattoo that consist of color which they did not tell me before. They lied to me and I spent my money on them for nothing. Make sure they tell y’all ahead of time if it can be completely removed vs telling yall about skin type. Do not recommend. 0/10

Highly recommended. Decided it was time to get rid of two tattoos. I’m going through the process now and just had my second treatment. It was more painful than the first, but seeing great progress on removal. Great availability, spotless facility, great communication! Been thinking about tattoo removal definitely give them a chance. I couldn’t be happier with the service i received today. the ladies working there are very personable, i did not feel pressured into anything and was explained my options throughly, and i had a lot of questions all of which were answered. my quote ended up being much less money than originally planned. i came in at 9 and was out of there before 10:15 after my first treatment. i was given ice to help numb my skin and did not feel uncomfortable as ashley let me take breaks if needed. if you’re nervous about the pain, don’t be!! the pain is only a fraction of getting the original tattoo and lasted maybe 30 seconds for a deck of cards size tattoo. it felt like hot grease popping. i was given great after care advice and have my next appointment scheduled. i am so relieved that i finally began this journey i could cry from how happy i am. these ladies do magic, seriously. schedule your appointment, you won’t regret it and there are payment plans for everyone.

The staff Ashley was there to help with my consultation, she is very informative.I did my first session of a tattoo removal, although it was a little painful, Haley was there to comfort me. Staff was very friendly and kind! Pre op and post op instructions were giving throughly. They even followed up on me the next day to check on me. Seriously the best experience! The girls at the front are so informative and made me feel so comfortable about the whole process! I have two terrible wrist tattoos and I’ve always wanted them gone but really didn’t wanna do big cover-up tattoos, and recovery is more affordable than I was expecting! Ashley & Haley are friendly, knowledgeable and provided a no pressure detailed consultation regarding the PicoWay laser, what to expect and available packages for multi-tattoo removal. I began treatment today and so happy I did. I was nervous, but Haley completed my first treatment so quickly, provided breaks if needed and overall pleased with my experience!

First treatment: Everything was explained to me exactly as how it occurred. The process took somewhere between 5 and 10 minutes once started. There is some pain, which is expected, but it wasnt unbearable.What I felt was similar to a thin needle piercing my skin with maybe an electric heat feeling. The day after, my tattoo area is a little red and has a slight itch. Im looking forward to the next appointment.Third treatment: After the second treatment, I noticed some fading (I couldnt tell after the first) and there was less itch. As usual, the staff are very nice. I arrived early and was taken in right away and departed before my scheduled appointment time. Im looking forward seeing how much more the tattoo has faded tomorrow.

The package price was unbeatable compared to others. Other companies charge for care creams or vitamin oils to treat the area, Removery has provided me with ice backs, vitamin e sticks and creams for free. Each time I show up for my appointment, they are always so friendly with me and on time. I forget the names of the two ladies in the office but they are wonderful. I would highly recommend this location and service of Removery.

Wow! These ladies are awesome! I inquired about a consultation at 10am and was already out of my first session by 2:15pm! The hardest part for me was taking the step to schedule the consultation, but trust me it’s worth it! The staff is super friendly and comforting, they make the entire process very easy. I have a multi-color tattoo on my lower leg. I started treatments a few years ago and then life happened. Fast forward two years and I decided to finish what I started. I made my consult with Eraser Clinic North Houston and was very pleased. My technician was very knowledgeable. I went forward with my treatment the same day. She took her time finding the correct settings to get the best response out of each color. I was very happy with the treatment. The recovery after with the new laser was so much nicer. No blistering or unbearable heat. I barely know I had a treatment the day after, where as at the other facility I hurt for two weeks after and had huge blisters. I will definitely be finishing this project at Eraser Clinic and may even get another one removed that I wasnt even considering before.

First time at the Woodlands location in Houston , and they were great !!! Very nice experience !!!

I went in today requesting a removal for an extra small stick and poke and the entire experience was unpleasant to say the least. I recently turned 18 and decided to get my two year old stick and poke mistake removed, the staff treated me like a small child explaining things to me and asking if i understood in a manner that reflected superiority. The woman assisting me was displeased when i did not want to purchase the service to which she asked if i wanted to call my mother and father to “help me out”(i assume with pricing). Alongside that, when expressing surprise about the service pricing she responded saying “you didn’t do your research huh? it’s a laser”. I didn’t expect it to be incredibly cheap however the whole reason i went was to find out how much it would be! Because of the incredibly hateful staff at this business, i will absolutely look elsewhere for service.

Went in for my consultation today and I am very excited to get started with the removal process! I have to wait (due to still nursing my baby) but I can’t wait for that first treatment! The staff were very friendly and answered all of my questions. Would definitely recommend.

Started my tattoo removal process yesterday and I must say it’s been a smooth process so far. The staff is friendly. They offer complimentary soda as soon as you arrive, and greet you like you’re welcome and wanted there. Super fast treatment that is not painful one bit! It was actually more painful to get the original tattoo. The treatment lasts about 30-40 seconds each round which is great! Erica is friendly and informative. They offer financing which is great too especially if you don’t have a thousand dollars for your treatments.

I had some challenges with getting to my appointment on time, and she was extremely patient and moved my appointment over so I could make it.During my appointment she explained the treatment thoroughly and made me feel great about my decision on removing my tattoos.The price was great and the 0% APR was just the cherry on top of the icing.The actual treatment it’s self was great and I can already see a little difference on the first treatment. Go Anywhere eles!!! The girl who did my consultation was not truthful and told me lies just to gain my business. I am super upset to find out that I’m paying so much money to remove only an outline and I will be left with the same tattoo. Please do your Homework and research. I thought I was asking all the right questions. And was told lies, that my tattoo would be completely gone. The website claims to remove color. Biggest scam..They only care about stealing your money, Not Customer Satisfaction.

This was my sixth appointment. The tattoo is looking light gray now. Im pleased with the progress, but wishing it was completed by now. My technician estimates another six times and it should be gone. Im waiting for the day.

I bought 3 packages of 6 sessions so 18 total. Each time they say if you don’t use all of them you’ll get a refund. Today I tried to get a refund for my last session and they said because I bought it with a 20% discount that I wouldn’t receive the money back. However when I bought it I was told I would and that each one was 20% off, not buy 5 get one free. They also went extremely slow on the laser strength and like I said it took 18 sessions and I had a few done prior to even starting. My biggest complaint though is the refund for unused sessions, if you buy a package during a special their refund for unused sessions is not true even though they say it is.Update: after further emails and this review, they offered to give me a refund *if* the tattoo was no longer visible. Over a zoom meeting they viewed where the tattoo used to be and confirmed they would give me a refund. If you are buying a package and are told that it is refundable if unused be sure to get it in writing.

I go to that Cypress Station location and I absolutely love the ladies in the office. They’re always welcoming, super friendly, and very gentle with the laser removal. The office is always clean and organized. They give you post care supplies (ice bag and cream) each visit which I love as well.

Omgggg so I was so nervous like freaking out at first! But once Hailey started my treatment it literally felt like a rubber band piping my hand over and over. She numbed my hand with ice so that helped a lot before getting started. I never thought I would have any tattoo removed, but this was the best choice I’ve ever made for my career! Also they ladies there are very personable, they don’t try to sell you, they make you feel as though your talking to a friend you e known your whole life! I wasnt sure if I wanted to proceed with removing my tattoo, but the staff made me feel very comfortable and confident. I was very nervous walking in Eraser clinic for the first time, but the girls made me feel at ease away. I am getting a purple pink and blue spine tattoo removed and I can already see a e difference after the first two treatments. the process is super quick and it takes less than one minute to go down about 6 inches of my spine. The office space was super clean and modern. Staff was super friendly and all my questions were answered. The first treatment only took a couple of minutes and felt like a weird flicking on the skin (unusual but not painful). I would highly recommend if you are looking to start the removal process and live in north Houston.

After years of thought I finally was ready to get laser removal. I called them on a Monday and was able to get an appointment in the next day. I had my consult and my first treatment to follow immediately. It took a total of maybe 20 minutes. The laser tech was thorough with her instructions of the process and after care. Went to eraser clinic to get a neck tattoo removed for the Navy after my first session I saw a big difference. Would totally recommend for anyone looking for a removal. I am currently undergoing treatment for removal, the people are very nice and the environment is clean and professional. My only concern is I was emailed an ad that said removal as low at $56 per treatment and I’ve been paying $100 per treatment and i only have a small outline with no color less than half an inch in diameter, how much smaller would my tattoo have to be to get the $56 deal? I’m only asking because it looks like i still have another 6 sessions to go at this rate when it should of been removed by now.

On Sept 3rd I went into Eraser to have a tattoo removed and was met by a professional staff members, who were cordial and friendly.I was very apprehensive about the procedure, but was soon comforted by my technician.I found Eraser/Removery to be a well organized facility.

First session went well. Hailey was professional, knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable.The pain level is similar to getting a tattoo, but it only lasts a minute for a 3x4 area.

Super friendly staff and great prices. They also have a numbing machine that blows freezing cold air onto the tattoo so I actually barely felt the laser treatment at all. Highly recommend for sure. Theyre right off highway 45 so I got here in less than 10 minutes from the Woodlands.

Extremely disappointed. I set up an appointment for a consultation for 11am to find out the price of a tattoo removal the size of a quarter. I showed up at this location at roughly 10:55am and there was someone else was there waiting for their treatment. I was told to fill out and sign a form on an iPad and instructed to wait while this other person was taken care of. I waited almost 35 minutes for them to just tell me the outrageous prices for removal of a tattoo the size of a quarter. They had no respect for me as a person or my time or any acknowledgement of my time waiting there even though I had set an appointment for 11. Needless to say I will not be going back. I will not be paying $1000 to remove a tattoo this small when the people doing the work don’t even value my time. Makeup and bandaids here I come.-Response to the response from the owner.I took my time and effort out of my day to post my review and if I were leaving a fake review I would not have given so much information. How dare you disregard my review and state that it is a local competitor without even contacting me or verifying my review!In addition, your response states that you believe that competitors are leaving fake 1-star reviews... I was being generous by giving you two. I didnt even say anything about going to another competitor. I said makeup and bandaids here I come. I research everything thoroughly to the point of obsession and these guys have the best and latest lasers for tattoo removal. Staff is friendly and prices are in line with everywhere else.

Very profession, My technician, Jessica, explained the whole process to me well so I knew what to expect during the laser and during the healing process.
