Everything about this experience was great! These guys do amazing work and are super kind and hilarious! We were able to walk in last minute and get brilliant work done while our friends were in town visiting. Made their visit to Texas all that more special! Thanks yall for the amazing service and art!

I am so very glad I found Chris Chaos. He brought my tattoo to life and immortalized the memory of my son. I cannot thank him enough. Make sure you do your research, I chose the artist carefully by viewing several portfolios and choosing who I believed would do the best job.

I wanted a tattoo today and I walked in. Chris was absolutely terrific accomodating me. He freestyled something amazing and I couldnt be happier! He was also very respectful of my time, great conversation, and knew what he was doing. I will certainly be returning for tons more work!

Literally one of the best tattoo experiences Ive ever had. When they were at their last location I had my philtrum done there too. Great experience as well. I spoke with Mr. Shannon Blankenship aka Shay on their Instagram page. I threw a lot of stuff at him but when I finally settled, my husband too, it was painless to get started. We paid the deposit on all three tattoos the night before, he hooked it up for 10$ a piece. We came in at our appointment time & forgot its cash only & he said no problem. He set up while we went to the bank & even let me go next door to Starbucks. He made absolutely sure I was happy with placement & size & I asked his professional opinion as well. Hes an extremely easy going guy, plays great industrial music during the process & has a light hand. If youve ever gotten ink you know how important that light hand is. As the night progressed & he tattooed my husband it almost felt like we were all friends. We could relate on a bunch of levels. Hes been tattooing for 12 years & his significant other works there too. Ms Lola an amazing artist 🎨. Stay did great work on both of us & Ive NEVER had an artist say he backs his work 100% so if we need a touch up hes more than happy to do it. I believe this goes for everyone in the shop. Theyre award winners for a reason. Sorry Im gushing. Looking for good work, clean & professional environment then go to Black Moon.

Shay, the real deal! Been 16 years since my last tattoo. Came in with a design, he made the necessary adjustments and recommendations, and got to work... I could not have been more pleased with the work or the atmosphere of the shop. Cant wait to go back.... finally found a place I felt comfortable from start to finish. Chris Chaos did a tattoo for my friend and I. He was amazing from the moment we walked in. He talked with us and did the tweaks we asked for in our tattoo design with no complaints. This place is awesome. I’ve been working on my sleeve for the last year or so with Hayden and it’s really coming along. He is such a talented artist and easy to work with. He takes his time on the designs he creates and listens to what I want to incorporate or take out of the design. Been extremely impressed with him.

Kyler was very professional and listened to what I wanted and took the time to create my tattoo. He is so talented! I love my new tat!!!

After doing our research and asking around on where to take my 4 month old daughter to get her ears pierced, we were directed to Chris at Black Moon Tattoos. I called the shop, we spoke and he let me know exactly which earrings would be best for babygirl and where to get them. When we met at the shop he was so nice and so gentle with our daughter, he got a few smiles out of her, he did a phenomenal job! He provided us with cleaning solution as well as where to go and what to get in case of signs of infection. He gave us very specific cleaning instructions and my daughters piercings are looking great! She is not bothered by them, she doesn’t even notice them. Chris came highly recommended from a number of people and he did live up to those standards! It was a great experience! Thanks, Chris!!!

Shay and Lola do amazing work! I would totally recommend going to them over any other place! They are very welcoming and the shop is so clean! I don’t trust anyone more than them with tattoos! Also Chris is an amazing piercer! My 9 month old daughter got her ears done and he was so sweet and gentle with her. This is the place to go! :)

This shop is amazing. Lola has done two of my tattoos and I wish I wasnt moving away so she could do more. Shay and Lola are the epitome of professional, and every interaction I had with them was AWESOME. Theyre fun to talk to and have beautiful portfolios. Im super happy with my work and Lola touched up my tattoo she did a few months ago for free. Lola is super responsive with planning tattoos and if you want a true fan to do your fan art (I got a HP tattoo) shes your girl. They have super high standards for themselves, their shop, and people they hire. And did I mention how clean their shop is?! You walk in and its HOSPITAL clean. Good, honest tattooers and I would go back again and again if I could.

Got my belly button pierced back in October 2019! Super clean little parlor, smells super clean too! Staff was very friendly, and my piercer Chris got the job down quickly and rather painlessly! They are aware winning for piercings, would highly recommend!!

Absolutely so grateful i found them! Chris told me where to go for retainers for my piercings ( could not have them in for a state test for school). He changed the one i wanted changed & gave me cleaner for my piercings as well. Spent the day running around like a crazy lady but he made it so easy and much less stressful in dealing with this for school. Will be going back for more work! Me and my friend went and got two tiny tattoos, it was $60 a piece which i think is just their shop’s minimum. it was a great interaction except for the fact i wish it had been advertised more that they ONLY accept cash, no card at all.

LOVE this shop! Ive had 3 tattoos done by Lola and they have healed nicely. Shes was really good at taking my ideas and drawing them out. Im not the best when it comes to describing things but she definitely got where I was coming from. Its also really clean here, Ive been to some shops that were actually kind of dirty. I live about an hour from the shop but I have no problem making the drive for awesome artwork and an amazing price. This is my go to shop!

Every tattoo Ive gotten with Shay has been an exceptional display of professionalism. As it was my first tattoo, Shay took his time explaining the process to me, making sure I understood everything and ensuring that I felt comfortable with each step. He worked with me to design exactly what I wanted, and his artistic abilities are absolutely amazing. During my sessions, Shay was very easy to talk to, and made the 6 hours fly by. I havent met the new artists that Shay has hired, but I can confidently say that Shay would only hire artists he feels will produce exceptional tattoos, while providing high levels of customer service. I cannot recommend this shop enough!

I’ve had 5 of my 8 piercings done here for a reason! Chris makes the aftercare so simple & every one of my piercings recovered quicker then I expected. The people who work there are also amazing, they give off such great vibes and make everyone feel comfortable. I 100% recommend❤️

Shay, the shop owner, is awesome and he’s great to see when stopping in the shop. I was so happy they were able to squeeze me in when scheduling and they had me message their IG what I had in mind to get tattooed.The day of the tattoo, I was disappointed since I got a memorial tattoo for a friend. Julia basically printed everything I sent for an idea from Pinterest and didn’t change it up much at all. I wanted the artist to incorporate their own take and what would be best. It was hard with the language barrier unfortunately. If it’s your first time like mine, Chris Chaos would chime in for Julia and he can be really intimidating. Since he’s super straight forward and blunt. So I got somewhat what I wanted in a time crunch.I just don’t think $200 for a simple tattoo 2.5” W x 1” L is that great for someone who’s lines are awesome but they’ve openly tattooed for a year avg so far. The next guy I went to laughed when I told him the cost for it also. Complimented the line work but overall not worth the price I paid. They say every day is consultation day but then you’re rushed if you ask for any tweaking and the artist has to draw something else up, re-print and so on. Then they have another appt after you. It kinda seems like a fast food of a tattoo shop.

Your shop has a great vibe about it. Comfortable and inviting. And your work is impeccable. My husband and I both got tattoos from you (Lola) and were both planning to come back and get more. When I tell people my armband is from yall, they always say that theyve heard good things, particularly that yall use the best, darkest ink. Personally, I enjoyed that you understood that I needed you to keep talking so I wouldnt think about the pain (which was minimal - except near my elbow). I would/will definitely go back and I would/have recommend(ed) your shop.

I went to Chris about a month or so back and he did a FANTASTIC job! He was extremely thorough in his aftercare instructions and has helped me with the minor troubles I’ve had with the piercing. He’s an excellent piercer and I’d recommend him to anyone that wants to get a piercing!

Chris and Black Moon came highly recommended for piercings and didnt disappoint! We got our 3 year old ears pierced today and it was great experience! Chris was great with my daughter and made her feel comfortable! He thoroughly explained the aftercare procedures for cleaning and gave some cleaning solution!! Highly recommend them!

There is only one tattoo shop I go to, and this is it. I have been to other shops but was dissatisfied. This shop operates with a certain level of professionalism that you do not find anywhere else. The atmosphere is so chill and inviting. Adding that together with the incredible artwork they produce causes this to be the greatest shop I have ever been to. I drive almost 3 hours every time I want a tattoo just so I can continue to give this store my business. My wife and I are always so satisfied after a session here. Shay and Lola are so amazing, end of story.

CHRIS IS THE BEST!!! I was so nervous to get my nose pierced but Chris made me calm & relaxed. He is professional & clean work space. Gave precise and clear aftercare instructions. Highly recommend him for piercings !

My wife got her helix pierced here by Chris. He was super friendly and kind. HOWEVER, 3 weeks later my wife’s ear looks irritated and slightly swollen. She went to a different shop to an APP Registered piercer and they told her it is pierced way to sallow with signs or rejection and it shouldn’t have been pierced with a ring. She will now have to have it removed to avoid it rejecting even more.We were brought in by all of the amazing reviews about Chris and even recommendations from friends. But I am really happy we didn’t go back and get more piercings or anything else. I would advise against coming here and maybe find someone with more of an education on how to pierce.

Went there to get my nose pierced and my 3 month old daughters ears pierced. Everyone was really nice and helpful. Chris did an amazing job with my daughter. He took his time and talked to her too. Unfortunately, I didnt get the ladys name that was there but she was awesome! Will definitely recommend this place to people.

I got a piercing and two tattoos today.. they have fair prices and were very friendly and patient with me. I told Shay what I wanted and he drew both perfect in size and symmetrical with what I already had. This was my second foot tattoo; they both hurt like a b**** lol but with Shay? I was nowhere near the pain level I was in the first time and it was over so quick. Shay made me feel comfortable. You too Chris, thanks for the piercing. I will definitely be back!

Let me just start with saying thank you Chris for making my baby girls birthday the best ever!! From start to finish Chris was amazing. We called ahead to verify the type of earrings we needed and he got us set up. When we arrived at the shop we were greeted by Chris who immediately started making sure my daughter was comfortable. After signing all the paperwork we went to the room where Chris explained everything that was going to happen to my daughter. He talked directly to her and didn’t treat her like a child. He pierced her ears and she didn’t even flinch! Afterwards he went over proper aftercare with her and again explained everything to her so she felt like she was a involved.Now here’s what Chris didn’t know my daughter has sensory processing disorder and high functioning autism. She normally doesn’t talk to adult men she doesn’t already know but he made her comfortable. He treated her like an individual and you have no idea how that impacts her. She was so excited to come home and show her sisters and Dad her new earrings. Thank you Chris!Seriously Chris is the only person I trust to do mine or my families piercings!

I have had two tattoos with you so far, and both times have been excellent experiences. Lola is very talented and nice and when I arrived for my appointments, she was ready for me each time. I cant wait to come back and I am so glad I found you guys :) The only thing that would make it even better is that you are closed on my days off, lol, but I can get over that part.

Chris Rogers and Black Moon Tattoo Co is one of the cleanest establishments I have been in and are very professional and knowledgeable of what they do. I had my nose , and both my Daith done in January and one of my daughters had her nose and both Helix done and now she got her double helix in July and my other daughter got nose done and both Daith in January and now her tongue done and have not had any problems with them except if WE as customer don’t care for it properly. WE are over all pleased with his work and will continue to go back and send our friends and family to him. Thanks Chris for an amazing job Keep up the great work.

Chris is the best piercer in Bell County!! Knowledgeable in all things piercing and aftercare related! My daughter wanted an industrial and upper lobe piercing for her 13th bday. I was reluctant b/c of the type of piercings, but knew based off my own past experiences with Chris, hell be the ONLY person to pierce my daughter. He was extremely descriptive and patient while answering all the questions my daughter had. Shes happy and Im beyond satisfied!!

Great for a tattoo. Did my girl name and got a wonderful result. It was fast and easy. They go by app only but had nobody booked so i was a walk in and they did my tattoo right then and there. Chris was awesome. He pierced my septum on August 16th 2019 and I couldnt love it more. He took the time to explain every step of the piercing process beforehand and again while he pierced. Afterwards, he gave me very specific instructions on how to care for it (which was pretty effin helpful considering, well...the internet) and answered all the questions that I had. When it was time to leave, I felt really confident about my ability to take care of my new piercing. Also, his aftercare solution works spectacularly!

I was super nervous to get my cartilage pierced and was even more nervous about possible infection but the whole place was clean and the people are super nice. Lola fixed my reallyc old tattoo. She did a great job and did exactly what I wanted. She took a picture of my tattoo and used her iPad to redesign and retouch my tattoo . We go to talk through the process and picked style and colors. She created the most beautiful piece of art that I get complements on every time it is seen.

Chris is the best piercing artist for a reason. He was unbelievably patient with my daughter when he pierced her ears and made sure she felt as comfortable as possible.

Ive gotten both tattoos and peirceings from here, their tattoo work is amazing with a friendly environment to match, and the peircer will not only make sure everything is exactly as you want it before peirceing you but will also do his best to make sure you heal properly from said peircings.

DONT INFORM YOU ABOUT THINGS AND ARE RUDE...WASTE OF MONEYI missed my apt because I had to get my license renewed and it was at noon, and when I showed up at 1 they said I have to pay the full amount because I missed my apt...when they DIDNT EVEN TELL ME that the $20 deposit was unrefundable until just now..so that was a total waste of $20...dont go to this place, they dont even know what theyre talking about and are rude!
