I got a realism tattoo done by Dave. And omg I’m so happy about it!! My husband absolutely loved the tattoo as it was meant for him. Dave did such an amazing job that my husband, who cannot find the milk, literally knew which picture I had chosen. The environment there was amazing and he listened to all my concerns and he made me feel really good about choosing him as my tattoo artist as he did things not a lot of people do. He made sure that I was happy with it and tried to make my experience as easy as he could.

Just got my mushroom tattoo by Kevin. 10/10 recommend!!! Shop was CLEAN, every artist was very nice and welcoming. Will definitely be back! Great work

My best friend and I have been wanting matching tattoos for quite some time and Flashover Ink came highly recommended. Hailee took the time to chat with us making sure the stencil was perfect for how we wanted it. She was extremely easy going when I had asked for a couple sizing adjustments to be made! Very easy to talk with and she made the whole process go smoothly. Extremely clean shop and even spoke with two of the other tattooers who work there, and they are amazing. I’ve lived here for years without ever knowing about these artists, and I gotta say.. walking into that shop was one of the best choices I’ve ever made. My best friend, her mom, and I all went today Friday Sept 13 and got matching tattoos. Kevin was our artist and did awesome. Our “Hippy” chicks turned out awesome, and he had a great sense of humor. He kept us laughing. I can’t wait to come get more ink here! I am very pleased with the initial results.

I highly recommend this place. Chief aka Kevin did my 3 tattoos. I was afraid the shin one was going to hurt but he knows what he’s doing and made sure I wasn’t in pain. We also made a plan to fix an old tattoo I did not like and I 100% trust that he can fix it. As for the whole tattoo studio every one of the artists are amazing and you feel like family as soon as you walk in the door. I will not be going anywhere else!

The owners Kevin and Hailee are the absolute sweetest tattoo shop. Being a veteran family it’s important to support vets! So thankful both took care of my husband and I’s tattoos! Kevin did my husband half sleeve. They both are friendly, caring and respectful. They recently expanded and brought another vet Dave into the shop. He is top notch just like Kevin and Hailee. Dave recently put some water color on my existing memorial tattoo. The wait to get in is worth it. I highly recommend all 3 of them.

Hailee was very accommodating, understanding, and kind. We were in need of a memorial tattoo (ASAP) as a part of our grieving process. Hailee was able to make that happen, for both my husband and I, on short notice. We love our matching tattoo and couldn’t be more please with the outcomes. Kevin chief was great!We spent a ton of time pulling elements from various pictures and examples to match and create what I wanted. Lots of attention to what details were important to me and pulled from real photos when able!We talked a lot about how my skin would react to process, ink, etc. He made sure I knew what to expect in terms of longevity and fading. AND respected my decisions for what I wanted put on MY body.So far its exactly what I wanted and I absolutely would return for touch-ups or add-ons in the future!Thank you to Kevin for listening so well and working hard to make sure it was what I wanted!

This shop was amazing! They care about how the art translates into ink on the skin, they care about their clients and make them feel like they’re welcome. It’s family friendly and good conversation is kept throughout the session. They are professional and Hailee did phenomenal turning my self love tattoo to a reality. I had such an amazing experience at this tattoo shop, I’m so picky that I used to drive back to Colorado to get my tattoos done by one specific person until I came across “Chief” and Hailee! Hands down one of the best in the CTX area. It’s clean, the customer service and personable conversations and professionalism was by far the best I have had. I’m not the type to leave reviews. But I feel like this tattoo shop deserves every shout out possible! I’ve been going to Hailee for my tattoos. I’ve had many tattoos done over course of living in different states, but by far has been my most favorite place to receive tattoo pieces. Hailee has made every experience with care, details, and understanding to make sure I’m comfortable. I’ve gone to shops that don’t care about your pain tolerance and Hailee always makes sure I can push through and gives me breaks. Motivated me to go through my first five hour tattoo, which turned out to be so beautiful! I can’t thank her enough. There prices are amazing for the work/ detail they put into each piece. She gets creative when I show her my ideas. She is someone I’d trust to do any type of work of me from small to large. The shop is comfortable with a fresh water, snacks, and even a blanket (helps me with comfort). Even when we pcs, I will make the 18 hour drive for this tattoo shop. Kevin’s daughter reached out after seeing our post asking for tattoo shop recommendations. We were able to get in last minute and it didn’t take long to realize that Flashover ink was exactly where we were meant to be and Kevin was the perfect person for the job. I honestly couldn’t have found a better place to do my Lion tattoo, I went in with a concept of what I wanted, and the artist, Kevin took that idea and improved it, and added his expertise, which made it 10 times better than what I could ever have pictured in my head, reasonably priced veteran owned family oriented super friendly. I’ll definitely be back again for other tattoo, if I could give it more than five stars, I would.

I went in for a Friday the 13th tattoo, just wanted something small but OMG Kevin went all out on my tattoo, it was the first time ever going to Flashover Ink Tattoo and hands down I will be going back there for the rest of my tattoos, they were so very nice and down to earth, Amazing talented artist, if you never been there before Im telling you go you will not be mad about it.

This was my first time getting a tattoo and it was honestly the best experience of my life. Considering it was my first tattoo, I was a little nervous and picky about where I wanted things to be placed, but I never once felt rushed or like I was being an inconvenience. Mr. Kevin is a phenomenal artist. I’ve been searching for months on a tattoo shop that could portray a pic of my late sister’s hands holding a rosary. When I finally found his IG, @tattoosbychief, I was amazed at the detail of his work. He reached out to my the day prior to finalize the drawing and made suggestions on additions to the tattoo I wanted. I was extremely worried because I wanted to make absolutely sure that my sister’s fingers were captured precisely as the picture. He was compassionate and relayed to me how he wanted to ensure the accuracy of this tattoo. 🙏🏽 I am still mesmorized about his attention to detail. He captured every crease, fingernail and highlight of her hands. The rosary and blanket were to the tee and he added a rose to finish the look. He took what I said and made a beautiful piece (words cannot describe how amazing it looks), he is a very talented artist and his private studio is a much better setting than any usual tattoo shop.

I love this place . They are new to the Cove area and veteran owned . The owner and his daughter are super nice !!! Shop is super nice and clean . I got lost coming there but Mrs.Hailee(owner’s daughter) was able to redirect me.
