Very friendly. My tattoo looks amazing Raymond does amazing beautiful work. I was on vacation and I plan to fly all the way back to California to get my next tattoo this year. Well worth it!!!!!

I took my 6 year old daughter here to have her ears pierced. She has been planning to get them pierced and made the choice herself. Paul explained the entire process to her and went above and beyond to make her feel safe and comfortable. She ended up still feeling nervous and deciding not to have it done that day. He told her that she was so brave to make the choice herself and he supported her choice completely. I was blown away. Paul is absolutely amazing with kids and I wouldn’t take her anywhere else.

I came here to get my Septum done and it was very quick, painless and very professional. The guy who did the piercing was very thorough and talked me through and explained what he would do so I wouldnt be caught off guard. 10/10 will definitely come back to get another piercing.

I came in for my first ear piercing very nervous and left very satisfied. I highly recommend this place, the people are very nice and once I talked to them I felt much more at ease about getting the piercing. Paul did a great job and was very nice and reassuring. Im definitely coming here again in the future.

I got my nose pierced here over a year ago and they did an amazing good, very quick. they were very clean, used gloves and sterilized and everything. i paid 45$ for it. Now i want another nose piercing on the other side of my nose and i’m honestly considering going back here to get that done.

I got an industrial piercing on my left ear and my niece got her 2 upper lobes pierced also with Paul. Let me tell you, customer service with him was amazing!!!! He did such a great job!! No pain, no swelling, no nothing!! Great experience overall!!

The people in here are very professional, and are very understanding of first timers! Definitely was not pressured, and literally went into detail on how to take care of my nose stud. I would HIGHLY recommend coming here. The price was reasonable, especially when they told me that I can call anytime for any questions. Customer service was on point, way better than I imagined it was going to be. Definitely coming here again someday!

My daughter had her 1st ear piercing and nose piercing. Paul did an awesome job, no pain. This place is very very clean, would definitely go back and will refer family and friends.

I have had now 3 different tattoos done by this company and i love them all! the first one i got was 5 hours long and it looks amazing i always get compliments on it. they are a bit on the higher end as far as prices go but you get what you pay for with tattoos. i love this shop and the other one they run in the west covina mall. clean shop great people. i recommend everyone to go here.

Amazing environment. Everyone here is fun and nice to talk to. They even have a little fish pond inside gives it a more relaxed feeling. Loved the work I got, and price was very good. Definitely will come again for tattoos. Absolutely a clean place!!

A friend of mine recommended Inflictions. Prices were very affordable and Matthew designed and inked a custom tattoo to perfection. The quality of the service and the tattoo was even more impressive to me because I was a walk in as the tattoo was a spur of the moment decision for me. I would absolutely recommend these guys.

My bf and I had tattoo sessions with Bryant! He did an amazing job! We love our tatts! I also got pierced here! Overall, we enjoyed our experience! I especially enjoyed the shop’s cleanliness and aesthetic! We also loved the prices here! We definitely recommend INFLICTIONS!

I came here for my first tattoo, the art was fine. But as I began getting more tattoos I realized I had been seriously over charged! I paid $500 for a tattoo that from my experience would normally cost around $200-$300

My review was 5 stars but apparently when I went to another piercing place to get jewelry. I was informed that whoever pierced my nose (Inflictions), didnt do it correctly. The piercing enter and exit wasnt straight through but diagonally. Also, the size gauge was too small where it wasnt a hole but a dot. The L shaped jewelry Inflictions used is not the one youre supposed to use when you are getting your nose pierced. Because of the friction from the jewelry it doesnt allow your piercing to heal. I had my nose piercing for a year and I had no choice but to take it out so it can be redone properly by another piercer in the future. I wouldnt go here to get your nose pierced. They even messed up on a family friend septum piercing. It is not suppose to hurt if done right. It hurts a lot if you pierce your nose cartilage of course which is what happened.

I called to inquire about piercing my nose, ended up making an appointment and was seen 2 hours after my call.Paul is AMAZING! He had actually pierced my belly button and tongue waaaaaay back in the day. He was so professional and friendly and he answered all of my obnoxious questions.Fast and virtually painless. He made sure I was ok and he talked me through the process which definitely helped my anxiety.Will recommend!Thank you Paul!

I got there early for my appointment and the piercer wasn’t on time . His name was Paul . Not punctual at all . He was just on the phone. Had me sit and just kept talking on the phone and tending other people while I waited :( He didn’t explain nothing about the piercing I was getting. He just went ahead and did it . I was expecting for him to explain what I was getting done , measure, size like just explain about after care , but nope nothing. I had to take it off cause it got infected so I went back because it was put on really tight and couldn’t take it out . ( they said I got a keloid. As a professional piercer, you should know that those bumps we get on piercings are not keloids , they’re piercing bumps . I was charged $15 just to take out the bar wow really? The person who took it off didn’t explain anything either of how to clean or anything:,(. I just went there cause it’s close to where I live . I’m getting my industrial redone but definitely not at this shop . Gotta look for something more professional and welcoming.

Told me piercer would be in in 20 minutes to help assist me with a piercing. After over an hour I asked for an update and they told me he was 20 minutes out. Another 30 minutes passed and finally they called their “second piercer” and he arrived 10 minutes later. Not a pleasant experience with customer service and service.UPDATE: Went to visit my original piercer today since my ear was throbbing after my visit here. He informed me and showed me a picture of what Eric Santos did to my ear. After asking if they can just put a bar into the already existing piercing, my piercer showed me that they literally pierced a new hole in my ear in a weird direction. I am so angry at this place for the terrible service AND incompetent piercer. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

I got my belly button pierced and they did it right on top of my belly button. I went back to get it redone and they said I didn’t get it pierced there after they said they would redo it for free. They were rude. I would rather spend more money to get better quality.

Our 8 year old daughter got her ears pierced. They were completely professional and gentle with her. After the initial piercing, which was just a pinch, there is no pain or swelling. Thank you!

I, so wanted to give 5 stars, because the service was great! Unfortunately, following the instructions of using Bactine to tne T ended up with an infection. It is my daughters eyebrow red, swollen, getting a black eye, and painful. Maybe, its just one of those things, and no reflection on tne piercer, but its my precious daughter. Not cool seeing her face with a jacked up eye.

Had my first tattoo done here and my artist was super awesome. He made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process and didnt make me feel bad for being so nervous. Great linework and price.

I had my tattoo done here 2011 and I have always gotten complemented on the art work and color. Price was responsible.Unfortunately my husband went else where a few years late not good quality and it is almost faded.My sisters and I want to go back to get another tattoo. See you soon

Everyone in the shop was very professional and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. I was nervous and they were extremely patient with me. My tattoo came out great, I love it. It was a good experience.

My daughter had her tongue pierced and my tragus done by Eric. Hes real nice and professional. He walked us through exactly what he was doing and going to do. He used sterile intruments on each of us. I highly recommend him.

They take forever to reply to your text and never answer the calls. They also stole 20 bucks from me and it cost me 40 bucks for a nose piercing and 60 for a cartilage how does that make sense

Got my septum pierced here, which is my first piercing. It was fast, easy, and (mostly) painless! Totally professional, everybody here is nice, and the prices are great!

I got 4 cartilage piercings done on my ear and I also got my nose pierced. The guy who was piercing me not once notified me before he stuck the needle through, it literally kept coming out of no where. When it came time to pierce my nose he said you ready? And before a word came out of my mouth he was about to stick it on through. I leaned back before he did, lightly tapped his arms, and said wait. After this he says WOAH, what the hell? Did she really just do that? No pushing or grabbing. As if I assulted him. My friends all looked puzzled. This dude was an absolute ass. My piercings were rushed through. Not going back, and wouldnt recommend.

Quick clean and professional :) loved my placement before he pierced it on the first try. Placed it that it would look cute with a stud or a hoop so I have that choice later.

This was the place to go back in the day about 20 years ago now do you have to be careful infections are big in this place. They overcharge and they don’t keep themselves very clean

Friendly artists, and relaxing environment. They did take a long time getting set up, but the artist was honest about the design and helped me alter it so I worked better.

Chris and the staff go to Infinity and beyond for their customers. They are professional and knowledgeable about what they do. There is no question they cant answer and no question is a silly/stupid question (only the ones not asked).

It was okay just my nose was infected and the response to my complaint was wait a few more days if not take it off. Thank god it healed
