The staff is very friendly, professional, and helpful. Making an appointment was easy and Gail provided me with lots of information prior to my appointment on how to prepare and what to expect. Tattoo Removal Ink does not require that you purchase any type of package so there’s no pressure or obligations at all.Jo was very professional, kind, and informative of the tattoo removal process and after care. She explained each step which helped me feel comfortable and less nervous. She seems to genuinely care about her clients.

Had a very bad experience. It felt like a very judgmental environment and I would even say that she needs to find a new profession. I couldn’t even go through with the treatment and had to leave early due to the snide comments and judgmental statements thrown at me.

These people are the kindest most understanding and caring people Ive ever met. A bit like going to grandmas, you might get a talking to but only because they truly care so much. Everyone who works there is a volunteer and they do it solely to help improve the lives of others. The process can be a tad painful but if you ask they can recommend some creams and things to help ease the discomfort. Ive been nearly a dozen times and my ink is continuously fading, very happy with the procedures and more importantly the people.

Ive had about 7 or 8 treatments now. My tattoo fades more and more by the day and the small one on my finger has been gone for months. Thanks so much.

Great people and very helpful. Theyve really gone out of their way to mitigate the pain and recovery time. Their prices are extraordinarily low. I honesty have no idea why theyre not at the top of the list of tattoo removal places. I highly recommend them.

This non-profit charity is extraordinarily amazing!! They remove regrettable tattoos for people who couldnt otherwise get a job because the tattoo is a hindrance in their life. The woman that runs it is awesome!
