I just completed my training with Marcia. It was such a great experience front beginning to end. Marcia provided me with everything i needed to start, she is patient, kind, and so professional. Marcia is truly talented and an exceptional educator and leader. She loves to share her knowledge and really cares about the quality produced by her trainees. I pray I am as successful as her in my new venture. Also, I will use her for my permanent make-up touch ups in the future, her work is amazing!!! Thank you, Marcia. Marcia is great! So professional! Excellent at what she does! My eyebrows are very difficult to do because of scar tissue. She was so patient. Came up with a plan which entailed multiple appointments months apart. I couldn’t be more pleased with how my brows look. It has taken time, and I needed to be patient with the process, but it has been well worth it!

As an original student of Marcia’s , I just attended a Master training Event by Meredith Notorious Permanent Makeup hosted here. It’s a pretty big deal to have so much talent in one room. This is a great opportunity to gain access of learning a variety of cool, practical, artistic talents from some of the greatest minds. Meredith was exceptional!! What a great way to learn incredible skills and to chat about what it takes to be successful. I loved the support of the other fellow PMU artists from my own community that also attended. We were able to inspire and share numerous talents with each other as well. Thank you Marcia! I can’t wait for the next event!

I attended the permanent makeup training course at The Fine Arts of Beauty. Drove 5 hours to be trained by Marica, she did not disappoint. She is extremely knowledgeable with every aspect of permanent makeup, and was an amazing teacher. I reached out on Facebook to learn more about learning permanent eyeliner. The owner was SO quick to respond and answered all of my questions with great explanation. As soon as I made a decision, I was enrolled in the eyeliner course. Half of it was online and then I did one day in person. The online portion was very detailed and taught me so much. I felt more than prepared for the actual course. She had sent me supplies to use and practice with before attending the class which I got to keep- complete starter pack. The owner also reached out and checked in to see how I was doing practice wise and gave me different tips and tricks to try. I loved that she was so dedicated to me succeeding.Im from Ohio so this class was a 3 plus drive. She worked with me to make sure I was able to find a day that worked to learn hands on.Hands on learning: I showed up and we had about an hour to two of one on one asking and answering all questions I had. She watched me practice and explained the whole process, colors, where to buy supplies, different business strategies, different scenarios I could come across.Once the client arrived, she explained each step starting with how we determine a client is good for the procedure to how to numb and so on. She started the tattooing and I finished it. It was the perfect amount of first time hands on on a real client. Afterwards, she answered all my questions, gave me tips and pointers, and told me what I should work on moving forward.She has since reached out to make sure Im feeling comfortable with it all. The owner is so patient, genuine, and an overall fantastic instructor with 12 plus years of experience. I HIGHLY recommend this course. It was well worth driving 3 plus hours there to learn permanent eyeliner!!

I lost a nipple in a breast reduction. After living with it for 2 years, a tattoo was recommended. I was reluctant until I met Marcia. She is soft spoken, gentle, patient and an incredible artist. She cares about her patients and her work. When I saw it finished, I cried. She made me feel whole again!

I have never had any kind of permanent makeup or tattoo before but after meeting Marcia Hale and following her work on Instagram I could clearly see that she is far above and beyond all the rest. I recently had my eyebrows done by her and everything about the process was professional, and comfortable. (She is even so thoughtful that she even offered me a reschedule since the weather was really bad. I think that shows the kind of person she is) When I got to my appointment I was greeted with a beautiful smile and we sat down and went over the paperwork together. She answered every question and made sure that I knew what to expect before, during and after. Marcia is an extraordinarily talented artist, first and foremost, and that core gift is something that just makes her even more amazing during the permanent makeup process! We mapped out the look together and she showed me what she was planning for shape and color. My look is not the boring, cookie cutter microbladed eyebrows like the junk you get from $100 Groupons. Mine is a work of art done by an trained artist who is a master at her craft. What more could you want for your face! Trust me when I tell you that the prices are competitive and for the expertise that you are getting it is incomparable. I am amazed by how my eyebrows look. It is far better than I had ever hoped for. When I wake up and literally just throw on lipstick and mascara it is unreal to me!! I would give Marcia and the fine arts of beauty 10 stars if I could. I can’t say enough about how pleased I was with the entire process! I would recommend highly!! You won’t regret it!

At a Master PMU event, I had the best blessing of having my brows and lips perfectly tattooed by Meredith @ Notorious PMU hosted by Marcia @ Fine Arts of Beauty. The experience and artistic talent of these ladies cant be beat. I highly recommend both!

Here is an up and comer to the cosmetic industry. Marcia is able to do fascinating works of beauty, not just on canvas but the human body to repair surgical scars, match discolorations of the skin, areola restoration, and mostly permanent make-up. Keep up the good work.
