Powerline Tattoo

Got my first tattoo a few months ago by Mike Ledoux and it was such an amazing experience! Mike was professional and made sure I was comfortable throughout the tattooing process. The photo doesn’t even do it Justice, I was speechless at how good it came out. Highly recommend and will definitely be going back in the future!

This is HANDS DOWN the most Incredible tattoo shop on earth. Not only because of the artists and the talent but the shop is absolutely beautiful, spotless, modern and a ridiculously good time. The talent and skillset at this shop is absolutely mind blowing. My unbelievable artist was Andy who I am super fortunate to have but I was also very lucky to meet the others artists and the amazing administrative staff during my appointment. The atmosphere is unlike any other shop you have EVER been to! I think I laughed my entire appointment and my tattoo flew by! I can’t wait to continue coming back and I will always refer everyone I know. What a great experience. Thank you!!!

Amazing artist! Got a beautiful piece done by Andrey Vasilyev. He took the time to explain the process and aftercare. Made my idea better than what I imagined. Definitely worth the travel. Can’t wait to get more work done. He is hilarious and has a great hand (almost painless). The shop is clean, staff is friendly and there are plenty of places to get snacks and food nearby (walking distance) Thank you Andrey!!!!!!! 😁

The one and only studio I will ever use. If one day I move in another state I guess I’ll have to come back in RI if I want a new tattoo. Clean, creative and easy to book and plan all the designs.My favorite artist is Mr Ledoux, he made my two sleeves and he is going to do all the future ideas I have in mind. If you want a tattoo, this is definitely the right place.

Ive had many tattoos but none as easy going and chill as the one I got with Andrey Vasilyev. I was annoyingly late due to delayed flights but he was still the consummate professional and got the job done regardless - such a gent. The design and eventual results were amazing, and the whole ordeal of being in the chair for 8 hours was made all the better by a comfortable space and great chats with him and the rest of the team. Already thinking of the next piece to make an excuse to come back. Thankyou!

First time at this shop! Very professional and friendly overall, my experience with Shelby was a 10/10! She has an amazing personality and she really created my piece exactly how I envisioned it would be! I also appreciated her speed during the session as well as conversing with me through out the appt. I’m in love with my new tattoo and overall will be back 😌

My Tattoo artist , Mikey Romasco, is incredibly talented- this is my first (and only) tattoo, and PowerLine selected him for the type of artwork I was looking for, which is his specialty. I have a port wine stain birthmark on my arm that I always wanted to cover. Mikey knew how to incorporate the tattoo design I wanted so it would turn out in the best way artistically possible. I am happy everyday with the result- he gave me lidocaine during the halfway point of my tattoo AMAZING (4 .5 hrs) and some Hustle Butter and clear surgical bandages to help the healing process-Mikey was extremely clean and very knowledgeable and professional! Perfect experience highly recommend

Cant say enough good things about this shop! Andrey was fantastic, and easily the best tattoo experience Ive ever had. I flew out from Seattle last year to get my arm done and loved my first piece so much I flew back out again 3 months later to have him also do my other arm. I constantly get stopped to be complimented on how beautiful the tattoos are and that they look like paintings! I did 2-days back to back sessions for both arms and the sessions themselves were so comfortable and even day 2 was not very painful, which I attribute to Andreys skill and technique. I literally had the EASIEST time healing with 0 issues even flying home the next day/traveling for like 12 hours. Flawless!The entire shop staff was SO friendly and welcoming, they even bought me lunch. Every other tattoo shop Ive been it I have felt somewhat unwelcome or was just not treated with warmth, and this was a totally different vibe. This is the first time in my life Ive been comfortable showing off my arms. HIGHLY recommend!

I was tattooed by Shelby Ceven. She was so sweet and made me feel so comfortable. I have had tattoos done by other artists and she has such a gentle hand. It was like she saw my vision and made it a reality. I am obsessed with my ankle piece and get so many compliments on the vibrant colors. Her space was clean and had so much beautiful decor. I cannot recommend Shelby and the Powerline Staff enough. Such a professional, clean, and upstanding operation. Will definitely be back.

I traveled to Powerline Tattoos to get tattooed by Andrey Vasilyev. Andrey was amazing and communicative throughout the entire process. The quality of his art speaks for itself. It healed beautifully, and I am constantly getting complimented on my tattoo from him. I have been to many shops, but the artists here made me feel more comfortable and at ease than I’ve ever felt while getting tattooed. The shop itself is gorgeous and extremely clean. I will absolutely be back in the future!

I’ve been tattooed by Andrey twice now, and both times have been a great experience. His work looks amazing, obviously, but that’s not the only thing that matters. Tattoos hurt, especially long full day sessions, and Andrey does a great job of checking in with his clients throughout the tattoo. For my calf, I know towards the end I was probably not the easiest person to tattoo and he never made me feel bad about it. He was encouraging me the whole way and I don’t know if I’d have made it through the full session without his coaching. We didn’t talk a ton, we mostly listened to music, but the conversation we did have flowed easily and I enjoyed getting to know him a bit better. His aftercare instructions were clear and the pieces still look amazing over a year healed.Powerline itself is a great shop. During my tattoos multiple artists floated in and out of the room to see what Andrey was working on, and everyone was so nice and encouraging and stoked about the tattoos. It’s a great environment to be in, and I mean it when I say that I’d trust literally every artist there to tattoo me.

Best shop in Rhode Island. I have been back several times and leave super stoked each time. Always super passionate and respectful.

Shelby has quickly become my favorite artist I’ve ever worked with. Not only is she a talented tattooist, she’s quick, clean, and professional! Her eye for detail is so wonderful! I cannot recommend her enough!

Andrey is not just an absolutly amazing artist, but an easy person to be around which is great when you are getting an 8+ hour tat. Took great care of me beyond expectations, did beautiful work, and has a clear booking process. I would go back 1000 times, and hope to soon!

Andrey has done two of my tattoos and they are without a doubt my favorite pieces. Andrey is professional, very skilled, pays attention to detail, and wonderful to talk to! Also, his sanitation is top tier and he does everything clean and organized. I can’t say enough good things about him and my tattoo experiences with him. Highly recommend!

Not worth the hype or the price. A large IG following does not mean every artist in there is great. Yes, Ive had work done there. Iron Hand is much easier to work with.

I have gotten 2 tattoos by Shelby and plan to get more. She has a diverse style and worked with me to get an idea together. She did a great job and look forward to my next appointment.

I wish I could give ten stars for how wonderful this shop is. From the first point of contact to the last, they are nothing but friendly, professional, and the highest tier of artists. The studio is clean, crisp and comfortable, the desk staff are friendly and insanely helpful, and every artist is a powerhouse of talent. Ive had work done by Jay for years and I have never felt such a loyalty to a studio as I do now. I saw Heather at powerline tattoo because I followed her from her old studio. Heather is absolutely a 10/5 experience. I sent her emails which I really did try to explain what I was looking for but they were vague and confusing at best because I don’t do well explaining things. She asked every question that I left out and I sent her reference photos.The tattoo she designed for me was beyond perfect, it was exactly what I was looking for without me even knowing that’s what I wanted! I told her the elements I wanted worked into the size I wanted, specifically wanting the style she does all of her art and she brought that to life. I am absolutely in love, I’ve gotten so many compliments, and I absolutely love the piece.This is my second tattoo and my first color one and I sat for the whole thing at once. It was only a few hours but at the very very end I told her I thought I’d need my drink and she asked me if I needed it right away or if I could wait and I said I could wait and then about a minute later I told her I couldn’t wait, and she immediately stopped and grabbed my drink for me and then asked me if I needed something else.She let me talk incessantly the entire time, she’s very personable, funny, explained everything to me, and was just an absolute delight to have work on me. The shop was, very very clean and easy to find. Cannot recommend Heather enough, absolutely worth the wait!

Came in for my first tattoo in 13 years and I am blown away with the result! Mike L did amazing work. During the consultation he really grabbed all of the aspects of the concept I was hoping he would and I was psyched when I saw the concept art he’d put together. Will be coming back here if I get more work done!

I can only speak on the artist Mike B. I have only gone to him and its been awesome. I have seen all the other artists work and all their work is phenomenal. I had a long time artist who passed so naturally it took me a long time to find another shop and artist I was comfortable with. Took be about a year or so to find Powerline and I couldnt be happier that I did! Love how they match you with an artist that will get the style of what you want done perfect. I have been going to Mike B ever since. I have a sleeve and rib piece done by him. We are now working on a chest piece. If you want quality work, go there!

Have gotten a handful of pieces from Andy, usually where I give him a terrible description of what I want and he shows me a sketch and it’s better than what i was imagining, the whole place is good vibes, super welcoming

Beyond my expectations!! My artist was Mike L. His work was stunning and far more beautiful than I expected! He turned my old tattoo into a beautiful bouquet of sunflowers. I enjoyed his company and his calm demeanor and also thought the other artists and employees were very professional and pleasant. The studio was very clean and well lit. There was also a great vibe between the artists. They were very supportive of each others work. My price was within my quote estimate as well. Great people, great work. Period!

I had John D. He is amazing!!! I initially thought the price was a bit much, but with the patience he displayed and the work he put in, it was worth every penny. If youre looking for a cheap tattoo party, this is not your place. If youre looking for an artist that takes their time and pits beautiful work on your skin, John is your guy and Powerline is your place.

I couldnt be happier with the experience I had at Powerline Tattoo. Getting a tattoo was actually never something I thought much about until I felt a strong desire to memorialize my daughter who recently passed away, unexpectedly. I am very particular about the things that I like and I was adamant about seeking a professional artist rather than coming home with a stamp. Larry was great. He was extremely patient with me and we had two consultation appointments before finalizing the concept. He is without a doubt an artist and I cant thank him enough for the lasting gift that he created.

The place was great. It was a very comfortable atmosphere. I got a tattoo by Jay and I am more than happy with the result. I would definitely visit again. Parking is a bit of a bother, other than that the experience was extremely positive.

It was my first time coming here since I just moved to Cranston and I had a good experience here. Ive gotten a lot of tattoos by a lot of different tattoo artists but this guy is really good. Tattooed my leg and it didnt hurt a bit. Its completely healed now and looks amazing, I will for sure be back for me.

My Artist Rob Jeff is phenomenal. I reccomend him to anyone thinking of getting a very detailed , quality piece done. Hes meticulous in his attention to detail and has given me three amazing tattoos now. I cant wait to go back to powerline tattoo.

Id give 10 stars if i could, by far the best tattoo experience i could imagine, i came in looking to cover some old fight scars, i picked Mike Ledoux and so happy i did, he did what a great plastic surgeon and $100,000 could not! Gave me my appearance back. Anyone whos looking for sick ink id recommend him or any of their artists!

Told mike a general idea of what I wanted and left the rest up to him and wow. The work that he did far surpassed anything I could have thought of. These guys are true artists. My friends were awestricken just as much as I am. My advice is take their advice these guys know best, if only my first tattoo artist was more like these guys I wouldnt be another dushbag with Chinese and tribal on my biceps. Not to worry though powerline tattoo can take care of that too! #noragrets

Incredibly disappointed. Never have I had any tattoo artist so quick to shoo me out the door with such a condescending demeanor. Went in to make appointment, told that there was a very small chance that any artist would work with me because of its placement on my hand and my LACK of pre-existing sleeve by receptionist; despite my mention that i intended on starting one, mind you.Artist shows up. Barely hears me out, glances at design before confessing that he isnt comfortable doing hands but ONLY after confirming the number of pre-existing tattooes, complete with heavy sigh.Then dont call yourself a professional if you are unable (more like unwilling) to provide the advertised skill. Or at least ACTUALLY tell me when I ask who IS (he didnt tell me. Despite me asking twice. Thanks mikeyffresh)So I ask about a different, larger tattoo. Ask ball-park pricing. Barely glanced at the SLEEVE DESIGN and scoffed because it was from a fictional character. Told me almost no artists would copy work and that i should consider an original design.Tomorrow my friend is getting one of the Jokers tattooes from Suicide Squad at that parlor. Other friend got a copy paste Smaug from the original map in the Hobbit at that parlor. I was WITH YET ANOTHER FRIEND getting disney silhouettes. You guessed it, at that parlor.Sure. Artists dont copy. Just say you dont want to do my tattoo and stop wasting my time. Guess all these glowing reviews finally went to his head.Anyway went to Black Lotus by my friends recommendation where i was accepted with open arms and smiles. Black Lotus is great and the pricing isnt far off from this place. Bonus points: they dont judge you for the ink you want or the lack of ink in your skin.

This place is FANTASTIC!!! I just recieved a tattoo from these guys. The shop is super clean and comfortable.They have flat screen Tvs in each of the tattoo booths.
