I’ve been getting tattoo removals here and it’s been very reliable with good communication and evident progress. To anyone expecting a quick and easy removal, the final removal is not gonna be just after 1 session and of course is a lengthy process but I can reassure you that the staff will not stop until that tattoo is gone! I’m months in a removal and every visit is very welcoming with plenty of communication regarding future appointments, aftercare, and just general info!

They have it all! I’ve had multiple services done here including lash extensions and an express facial by Lydia, and she is such a delight! My daughter has had a lash lift and tint done by Hannah, and she did an exceptional job as well! Tiny Tattoo Tuesdays are the cherry on top, and I’ve had two tattoo sessions at Lumi over the past year! I’ve never had Botox, but Lydia’s staff is very knowledgeable and professional, and I know where I will go when I am ready!

Had my eyebrows waxed and Hannah did a great job! Not to mention it was a great price compared to some other local salons. Their space gives a welcoming feeling when you walk through the door, and so do all of the ladies that work there. You can tell they all really do love what they do!

Lydia is amazing! My lashes always look flawless, the establishment is clean, and super cute! And she makes you feel so comfortable. I highly recommend this business for any services, and I have tried other local establishments.

Wow! Just Wow! I had my first ever Brazilian done with Lydia yesterday. Her technique was quick and easy. I was always hesitant to book a session, I pre-lived in my head what the experience might he like. Lydia was absolutely professional, made sure I was comfortable, and kept me distracted. Brazilian waxing is an invasive procedure and can feel embarrassing or scary. Honestly, I dont know what I was afraid of. Going to be a game changer for the upcoming swimming pool season for sure. Jessica gave me the best massage I’ve ever had, hands down. She makes you incredibly comfortable and she is very educated in massage therapy and reflexology. Already booked my second appointment. Would highly recommend seeing Jessica!
