I absolutely loved this place! Not only did my piercing heal very quickly they also provided me with very wonderful customer service. I had previously pierced my ear and they continuously got infected. After coming here they completely healed.

Service is very good, people are nice and give comfort if needed, they recommend products to help with keeping clean and to stay away from infections. The process is pretty quick I’ve gotten two piercings in my ear and one in my nose from here the only thing I would recommend is after a week change the jewelry to a different metal

Ivan and the team at Get My Point are amazing!! Got my second lobes done here about a week ago (which was a super efficient and smooth process) but then noticed some irritation and sinking of my jewelry about a week in. Gave them a call on Christmas Eve, with little expectations that they would be open that day, but to my surprise they were! Turns out the problem was that the jewelry was a tiny bit too short for my earlobes but he was able to easily replace them! He was super kind and the replacement was practically pain-free. My ears feel and look way better. Thanks so much!

Came here for the first time today. Ivan did a great job with my daughter’s belly piercing. He was very knowledgeable and made her feel so at ease during the process. Her piercing was quick and she is so happy with the outcome. We highly recommend this place and ask for Ivan when you go.

First of all, I want to say how this place is amazing. I went there to get my second ear lobe piercing and my sister’s first ear piercing. My sister just turned 7 and when she got it, it didn’t hurt at all!! She was so scared but after she got it she felt very happy. Me and my family have this allergy were our ear gets infected when we wear plastic or other things in our ear. We decided to get stainless steel and lets hope it doesn’t get infected 🤞. It is not suppose to but we will see! The guy that did ours was super nice! Overall 5/5 experience :)Edit: After a few months it didn’t get infected at all! I recommend this place a lot 😊

Somehow Ivan made me feel super relaxed but also went SO FAST when I walked in the other day. Im seriously impressed. A week in and all 3 piercings are healing perfectly with his expert hand and advice!

I have never written a negative review in my life, however, I would absolutely not recommend this place. The employees were shockingly rude. Not the type of people you want working on your body. Beware.They get a lot of traffic being the only piercing place in town. It’s definitely worth the drive to go a bit more north or south to places that give excellent customer service and don’t treat their customers like garbage.

Love this place ! Been all over the world for piercings and finally did a nose piercing today , almost didnt feel anything , Ryan pierced very gentle and he did an amazing job. I love my piercing! The beautiful lady at the desk is very friendly and Ryan is a professional! Thank you guys for making my day!

The piercer was fantastic with my daughter. He was patient and explained everything she asked about. Wish there were more earring options but we left very happy and would 100% recommend this place.

NOT as described by others. Acted like I didnt belong in their establishment and my ear piercing request (3 piercings on the lobe) was ridiculous. Was dark and dingy and did NOT look or feel clean. Price was outrageous...$600 cash only. I left and did not use them.

I had the absolute best experience at Get My Point! I didn’t have an appointment, just a walk-in for a helix piercing. The front staff member was extremely helpful and made the process very easy. They have a really good jewelry selection, all of high quality. I only waited about 5 minutes and the piercer was ready for me. In the room I could tell it was very clean and he used sterile materials. I didn’t know where to place my helix and the piercer made a great selection for me. The process of the actual piercing itself was incredibly easy, it took maybe two minutes total. Aftercare instructions were clear. I wish I could have gotten the name of the piercer but it all went so quick I never got a chance to ask!! I will definitely be returning for additional piercings, as well as recommending this shop to family and friends! Thank you all so much! In the picture you can see my beautiful helix jewelry.

I had a great experience getting my septum pierced and getting new jewelry for my other 3 nose piercings! Very reasonable prices, comfortable atmosphere, and friendly staff. I will definitely be going again soon!

The guy who pierces here is wound way to tight! Dude goes off if you remotely inquire about a timeframe for a piercing. The guy is so rude and showed zero compassion for my daughter who needed them to fix the botched piercing we had done here just the day before. I would’ve expected them to care that we had to come back to get the work fixed but they actually didn’t care at all. You’re just a number to them.And why so rude!? Zero decency.I think he gets off on being mean and trying to watch you squirm. This place needs a new piercer desperately. Time to retire dude.

I went there today and got 6 piercings for an amazing price! Ivan was my piercer and he did a fantastic job! He was optimistic and seemed to really enjoy what he does. His procedures were very sanitary, the piercings were hardly painful, and the jewelry is beautiful. I would recommend this place to anyone. I will never be going to another piercer again. Please go here! Completely worth it and I promise you won’t regret!

I wish I read the other 1 star reviews before coming here! Went here once because I was in the area, literally walked out on the piercings I waited for and will never go back. I waited patiently for 45+ mins after speaking with the piercer, Ivan, who seemed friendly at first. After going back into the piercing room, he was extremely rude and condescending when I politely mentioned I didnt think one of the piercing dots was quite even with the other and asked to have it moved up slightly. He said I was completely wasting his time, for taking an extra minute or two to make sure I was happy with the placement. I was so uncomfortable and caught off guard with his sudden shift in attitude and the hostility in his voice that I immediately changed my mind altogether and didnt get any piercings. There was no way I wanted someone who clearly didnt think I deserved the time of day to pierce me. Worst piercing experience Ive ever had. Would not recommend.

I had a relative visiting, who wanted to get a piercing. Long story short we waited around for 2+ hours. When asked eta the staff snapped at me. All the while they had a line out the door. There was a group of girls getting piercings for a party which is fun and great, but please be respectful for other customers as well. We were told an hour wait. We were next and left due to the hostility.

The piercer was really funny and made me feel comfortable. The pain was a 1/10 and it basically felt like a hard pinch. The piercer actually pierced my ear with out realizing their was no Gem in the earring but he fixed it really fast and it’s very doubtful he would do that again. Even when he did that I’d still give it a 5/5 because he was very professional. I would definitely go here again for my next piercings and recommend it to anyone wanting a piercing.

Excelente place!I wanted a piercing, but I was scared, to be honest.They made me choose the size of the piercing. Then, Ivan draw a dot where the piercing was going to be and gave me a mirror, and explained to me step by step what he was doing, making me feel very comfortable.I highly recommend this place!

I went there on Monday morning to get my nose double pierced. I had my first nose piercing done here a year prior. The piercer (Ivan) was very nice and professional ... he made me feel very comfortable & was patient, as I decided where to place the piercing. I will definitely go here again & refer friends here! I’d give them zero stars if I could.When we arrived we were told there was a 30 minute wait with three people ahead of us.90 minutes later we were still waiting. They admitted they let friends of theirs cut the line as we waited patiently.We ran out of time and had to leave. As we exited the staff engaged us in the parking lot, being rude and condescending.They have no respect for the customer or their time.

The staff is super chill and the environment is great. But the jewelry is cheap and everything I have gotten there has been infected because of the jewelry.Update: I came back to see their jewelry options. I spent over an hour there before I was helped. They pieced 6 people before just looking to see if they had the jewelry I was looking for. They obviously prioritized the people who would tip (people getting a piercing) over the people who were just shopping. I asked many times if the ones on display were the only ones they had and they said the piercer would check in the back after he pierced the people (who showed up after us). When they were finally done they forgot to remind the piercer to check so I interjected and said to check for the jewlery. The piercer then check the display and said “I dont have one”… I asked if he was going to check in the back because that is what we were waiting for because we have eyes and can see there are none on display?? Waste of an hour and a half.

Ivan was so awesome. He did it super quick and it didnt even hurt a lot. I was super scared and nervous, but he made me comfortable and made sure I was completely ready. The process was quick and did not hurt as much as I thought it would. When I first read these reviews, everyone was like, it doesnt hurt or like its super quick and I didnt believe them..... But once I got my first side done, I was like, oh they were right 😅😅😅😅. Anyways, DEFINITELY RECOMMEND!!!!!

Eddy peirced my septum and my friends vertical libret and he was the best piercer that weve been to in a while. I was insanely nervous before getting my piercing, but he made me feel so at ease. Definitely go here! It was great!

I went here to get my cartilage pierced and had the best experience! I always get dizzy when I get piercings and they dealt with it really well. I felt very comfortable and reassured and would definitely go back in the future! The staff was so nice and did an amazing job- highly recommend!

We took our 6 year old daughter here to get her ears pierced for the very first time today and the whole experience was awesome! We went around 6:20 pm on a Saturday and there was no wait and nobody else there which was nice because we were taken back right away. I dont know the name of the person that pierced my daughters ears but he was great! He explained to her exactly what he was going to do during each step which made her way less nervous. The actual piercing of her ears was easy, quick and seemed relatively painless. She didnt cry one bit and was even smiling after the first ear was done. The shop was very clean and the price was very reasonable and included the earrings and earring backs. Definitely recommended and I would certainly go again for any future piercings. I was early for appt. As a nurse loved the sterile greeting at door and piercers technique. I loved his brutally honest opinion. I had a rebuilt belly button after sushi almost took me out. I will definetly be back!

Got my septum pierced about a month ago here (at the White Lotus tattoo location, but Get My Point Piercers is who did my septum) , I developed a bump about two weeks after the piercing was done (followed aftercare instructions). Ended up going to another piercing shop and they informed me the piercing was done at the wrong spot in my nose (not the sweet spot where septum’s belong). I now have a bump inside my nose, waiting for it to heal so I can get it repierced. Pretty dissatisfied and really bummed out about it :(

I got my ear re-pierced and got my 7 year old daughters ears pierced. They were awesome! The shop was very clean, and the piercer was very kind and professional. He seemed really busy, but didnt rush the process. He explained everything to my daughter before doing it. It was an awesome experience!

All together my girls and I have done 4 piercings, my wife did her tongue my daughter did her ears and she was scared at first but Ivan is EXCELLENT with kids.... She was fine and ecstatic to see her new earrings. I re-opened my tongue and did my septum both were done with surgical precision and virtually painless. I have gotten six piercings done by Ivan, and have absolutely loved every experience! He is very good at what he does, and he’s very helpful and informative with any questions you may have. I have recommended so many of my friends to come get a piercing here, because it’s the only place I’ll go now!

The staff at Get My Point are always courteous and professional. I brought my 8 year old for her first ear piercing and they were so good at calming her nerves, making sure she was comfortable before proceeding with the piercing. I will definitely be back.

I’ve been to this shop a few times when I’ve had problems with my piercings, once pre-covid to buy a new ball for one of my barbells and once today to have my helix hoop fixed when the ball snapped out the night before. Both times the people who helped me were so welcoming and professional but today especially they went above and beyond! I didn’t have an appointment and I wasn’t aware that I would need one, I was just stressed about my hoop possibly falling out and was looking for some help putting in a replacement as I’ve never changed this jewelry myself. The guy who helped me managed to squeeze me in despite his packed schedule and he was so understanding and quick! I was in and out of there in less that five minutes! Even though I’m sure he was probably stressed and busy he was super patient and helpful! I’ll be recommending this place to all my friends in the future.

Took my niece in for her 10th birthday to get her ears pierced. It was such a good experience, the guys were so nice, patient, and made her feel totally at ease. She is so excited! I highly recommend Get My Point!

Super cool environment and super chill staff! Everything was clean and sterile. The appointment went by in a flash and very good aftercare explained. (No photos cause my piercing is kinda NSFW, haha....but trust me it looks good.

I absolutely love this place! I have had six piercings done here and not a single one has had problems. Every piercer is respectful and know exactly how to do any piercing you may want. Always welcoming and never make me feel uncomfortable! Totally recommend 🤙

I would give this place 5 stars, but there were a few things that made me feel not 100% Satisfied. Firstly, it was the most rushed piercing experience Ive had. It was very get in get out. Secondly, the jewelry selection was very small and the earrings were very gawdy and they didnt have very many simple options. Lastly, they only accept cash so you have to spend more money to use the ATM. The piercing was even and nice and the piercer was nice, just too fast. I had Norman I Believe.

Went here to get pierced while my son was in school, I was getting two re-done that Id already had before when I was 18. Hadnt been pierced since then and I was a nervous wreck...Chase was my piercer.. not only did he know his stuff, but he used better jewelry than when I had gotten this done somewhere else at 18, he actually made them straight (which they were not back then & so I am really grateful for that) and he talked to me through the whole process...I would def come back here and see him if I ever decide on something else, and have already recommended a few friends as well!!! You cant go wrong coming here!!! Def recommend!!

Came here for a conch piercing and it was a great experience! They took our temperature and gave hand sanitizer prior to entering (covid-19 if youre reading this two years from now😂). I got a 14k Invictus gold stud and it looks SO good. The piercing barely hurt. Highly recommend this place - they did an amazing job!

I suffer from migraines and read online about two pressure points in my ear that may help if I pierce them. Both are in the cartilage. Get My Point knew exactly what I was asking for when I walked in. They are extremely knowledgeable, priced competitively, help educated you on the piercing, how to care for it and they take their time with you. Gotten multiple piercings here and I can say Im satisfied with all of them. Dont let 9/10 comments being about ear piercings fool you, they do everything. Everything quite well I might add. Always helpful with check ups and aftercare aswell!

I just had a horrible experience at this place. I had called 30 minutes Before coming because I live 30 min away and asked if they could change my dermal piercing“quick procedure” so I got there at 7:28 and online it says they close at 8 and when I pulled up there was another family and the door was locked but there was 3 guys in there so one came to the window and was like sorry we closed at 7. Like why wouldn’t they tell me that when I call and they turned down like 3 customers as well as me. Rude and bad service if you ask me

Brought my daughter (7) here to get her ears pierced. The young man who helped us was so patient and allowed her to freak out in her own way and talked her through what he was doing. No surprises and added trauma. Highly recommend and no need to make an appointment.

The people at this shop are the absolute best. I had to have my tragus piercing removed for a medical procedure and they took care of it for me. And they put it back in after my procedure was over. They made it easy and even listened to my venting about my procedure. Your help is much appreciated Get My Point!!

I got 4 piercings in one sitting and the staff is absolutely amazing! They were talkative and very professional. I highly recommend this place for anyone wanting a piercing.

EXTREMELY unprofessional and RUDE! I had to wait over an hour for a piercing I did not end up getting because the guy answering the phones was too busy flirting with other customers and RUDELY told me to mind my business when I asked how much longer the wait would be!DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

They have one person running the store and if they’re working on a piercing you can expect the owner to slam the door in your face. I hope in the future they have more people working there because it’s pretty disappointing to see someone get overwhelmed by three customers.

Never coming back here again. They did a good job peircing my nose but did a horrible job giving me the correct jewelry. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU ARE HIGHLY ALLERGIC TO METALS. I SPECIALLY told them I’m alergic to nickel. And they still peirced me with a nickel filled surgical steel stud. This caused me to get a giant keloid and more issues on top of that. They use cheap jewelry, if you aren’t alergic to cheap jewelry then go. But if you are like I am go to a tattoo shop or different peircing shop in general and get peirced with a different grade of surgical steel which has no nickel in it or titanium. My new peircer compared the color difference of your get my point’s jewelry and their jewelry and yours are significantly more blue which is bad.

This place sucks. I went in because I lost one of my guages and I havent had to buy new guages for years cause Ive always been the same size, I had him measure my left over guage and he said it was 7/8. I couldnt get it in my ear so I had him try to put it in for me because I thought it was swollen, it wasnt. My size was 3/5. He ripped my ear and tried getting me to pay for another set of guages saying he couldnt refund. I understand the no refund but the fact that I would have o pay for another pair is complete bullshit. I will not be back.

Terrible experience and does not communicate well. NOT A REPUTABLE PIERCER. Definitely take a trip somewhere else. Super unprofessional.
