The BEST tattoo place EVER! HANDS DOWN. i’ve been to my share of tattoo artists but this is the only place and the artists i have gone to for my last 4 tattoos and will continue to go to! Spencer is the best artist in the business and i continue to go to him each time! Randy is an amazing tattoo artist as well! this place is even reasonably priced compared to other places! totally worth it and i will continue to trust them with my tattoos!!

Mikayla did such a great job with my daughter! Her first ever piercings were done at another popular/highly recommended shop on sancus and she ended up having a really traumatizing experience. They both took forever to heal, and one ended up infected and had to be removed/healed up, so our experience with Mikayla at Ruthless Ink was for the re-pierce. She was so sweet and kind and SO good with my daughter and the other kids who were at the shop that day. She used practices that I expected the previous shop to use and we felt really at ease with her. My daughter was reasonably scared when she got into the chair, but once it was done she kept saying she was so glad she did it. This was less than a week ago and her ears already look great. Cannot recommend Ruthless Ink/Mikayla enough!

Today my dad took me to get my nose pierced. I was a little nervous but Makayla made me feel so at ease and comfortable. she is absolutely the best!. Ruthless Inc. was so spotless and clean and smelled so good inside. They had so many options for the jewelry. I found exactly what I was looking for.. thank you again Makayla I will recommend you to everyone I know. 💗

All the staff were very professional and friendly. The shop is nice and clean. My 8 year old daughter needed one ear repierced and was very scared, they were extremely patient and kind with her. I highly recommend.

Ive had Randy do all my work since hes been in business . I recommend anyone to him thats looking for Tattoo. First class shop all the way around . If your wanting something small or elaborate, do yourself a favor and give him a call .

I met the owner today and heard his philosophy on his studio and approach to life. I am super impressed with this studio. The artwork is impressive but the attention to their customers is unmatched.

I absolutely love this place! It was my first time there and everyone was super nice. I had Spencer and he did an amazing job, he was super chill and the price I paid was super affordable! I would definitely recommend this place! Especially if youre getting your first tattoo!

My biracial daughter wanted her nose pierced after her friends got theirs. We went to the shop and her friends came too. The workers said she needed a birth certificate even tho her (white) friends didn’t need theirs. I had to drive back home 20 minutes away because they didn’t believe my biracial daughter was mine. After I showed them that she was mine with the birth certificate they apologized. Besides that, she got her nose ring and everything was okay.

I just got my 3rd tattoo from the owner Randy. He does a great job. Everyone there is nice, friendly and the place is very clean. Would refer and recommend anyone to go there and get a tattoo. I’ll be going back to get another after the holidays. Only place that my husband and I will go to get tattoos

Extremely friendly staff. They helped my ten year old daughter feel very comfortable during her piercing. Very clean, great prices. Such a better experience than going to the mall and getting her ears pierced.

I have had 4 of my 5 tattoos done by Randy at Ruthless Ink. His line work, details, shading..all of it, Amazing. His drawings are always perfect, but he has no problem changing it up if you are picky like me. I receive compliments all the time on my tattoos, and you cannot beat his prices. I will be a lifelong customer. Thanks Randy. 😁

Today me and my friend decided last minute to get cartilage peircings, she has had her tragus previously done here at Ruthless Ink and she had a great experience. So we decided to go and last minute and Randy was so genuine and kind. He did an amazing job, we both felt like our piercings were well done and at a perfect cost! Definitely would go back again and would recommend them to anyone!

We had an appointment to come in today (April 1, 2021) at 7 (to get my 15 year olds lebra pierced), but they called and said they could get us in earlier. So we came in around 4PM and had trouble finding the place (my GPS is wonky) so I called and lady helped me find them. When we walked in we were greeted by a nice young lady and guy. They were very friendly!The lady let us watch her set up for the piercing and she was friendly the whole time. Her and the guys in the shop kept making my daughters laugh and helped her relax.The lady was awesome with the piercing, my daughter said it didnt even hurt and she made sure my daughter was happy with the placement.The place was clean, and had a relaxed atmosphere.If we want another piercing or tattoo we will for sure be coming back! Just make sure to call to make sure they have openings before going, with Covid there are certain restrictions.

This shop was visually appealing. Randy was very proficient the whole time doing my tattoos. Everyone that has seen my tattoos in the few days afterwards, are amazed by the line work and detail ;) The shop is spotless, the tattoo is exactly as I wanted, which being me, Im hard to please!!! Just got some piercings done ND my sis got a tattoo they were so friendly so personable incredibly professional made my sister feel so comfortable my piercings didnt even hurt she was incredible tks so much guys will definitely be coming back!!!

Take my advice and go elsewhere to get a quality tattoo.Ive gotten 5 from Randy 4 are now covered up,the 5th one is so bad it cant be covered,youll be happy that you read the truth,there are way better artist in the Delaware area.Start with Woody,maybe Celeste,but not here.

I have spent roughly 30 hours being tattooed by Randy over the last few years. The work is top notch, the place is spotless and everyone is professional. I’d highly recommend Ruthless Ink.

Terrible customer service. The owner started out cursing at me more then a few times on the phone when asking how he was able to do an ear piercing without a birth certificate on my daughter who is a minor. When asking about the process he cursed more saying he is within his right to do work on a minor with a passport that can easily be gotten without a birth certificate. He didnt answer this question. He didnt explain the process and took offense that the question was even being asked. Terrible customer service.

Super friendly and laid back. Did 2 piercings in no time and they are perfectly placed! My friend and I felt super welcome there and I cant wait to keep going back

I got my first tattoo here and i was pleasantly surprised. The pain was minimal do to randy’s light touch and steady and the ink is done beautifully and was exactly what i asked for. I recommend this place to everyone i meet who asks.

I called because one of my friends got her nose pierced there yeturday and whoever answered the phone and said they didn’t do them.

Joke dont waste your time. Owner is never there when stated Ill stay with the original place for my ink and piercings
