The shop was bright, colorful, and clean. All the tattoo artists were welcoming and friendly. Eli was my tattoo artist and he was amazing! He created exactly what I wanted for my first tattoo. Its perfect. Highly recommend!!!

Eli is all around an amazing artist, have been working on a sleeve with him for a while now and I genuinely cherish each piece. Fun friendly and clean environment rose and web is the place to get tattoed. My boyfriend went to Eli for his first tattoo as well and even though he sits like a little girl it is amazing!

These guys are great! Jarrett has done 3 tattoos for me and my son. He helped my 18 year old decide what he wanted for his first tattoo. He kindly convinced him to get a better design that what he originally wanted. It turned out amazing!! Thank you Jarrett, my son will not regret his first tattoo experience because of you! This is a fantastic place! The artist are very nice and their work is amazing. I had a great time while getting my tattoo done and it turned out amazing. I will be going back and I would highly recommend this shop to anyone I know! I am a US military Veteran I say this because some people give a little more credit to an honorable military Veteran. I wanted an Ohio-themed tattoo. I think Jarrett knocked it out of the park. This is just the outline. I go back for color later. Both Jarrett and Eli are so nice and so talented. They both made me super comfortable. They even wore masks when I asked. The shop is clean. Art everywhere. Fun tattoo bubble gum machine for only $100. They’re new to the area, so go get tattooed!!

Jarrett is an amazing artist. He has done all the work on my half sleeve and another piece on my forearm. I couldn’t be happier with the results. I get so many compliments on both pieces. I love the vibe of the shop. It is very welcoming and inclusive. The banter between Jarrett and Eli is great and you can tell they are long time friends who both truly care about their clients. I will continue to go back to Jarrett for any of my future tattoos.

Eli and Jarrett have to be my 2 favorite artists, EVER. They’re real guys guys ya know. They keep it real but professional when needed. Can easily become your best friends. The shop is super clean, flashy and laid back. The 2 table setup is all I could want. You don’t need a 6-8 table shop to get a good tat. Would highly recommend getting a few pieces from these two. Don’t just take my word for it, look at this leg sleeve!

I’m currently getting my back tattooed from Eli and love the experience. The atmosphere is nice and I usually feel nervous going into shops but when I walk in I feel welcomed, all the flash and styles on the walls are cool to look at and obviously I’ll be back for more

I think what makes this shop so special is the fact that the people working there clearly love the work that they do AND love being able to do it in a supportive environment where they get to spend their work days with their friends. All of the artists here seemed talented and experienced. I received a cool little tattoo from Eli that exceeded my expectations in both concept and execution. If ever I find myself back in Delaware, OH again I will certainly return!

I literally just finished getting a tattoo with Jarrett and it was the best experience I have ever had in a shop!!! I cannot begin to tell you how happy me and my friend are with our pieces! We are already planning to come back for another. If you are considering a piece, I would HIGHLY recommend any of the artists here!! Not only is the work exceptional, they somehow make you feel like family too!

My friend and I walked in for tattoos without an appointment. Jarrett gave us a time estimate for us to come back in a bit. We grabbed some dinner then went back. Jarrett drew up our tattoos (three total) and went ahead with the process. He made great conversation throughout and kept us laughing. His work turned out amazing & we are both so happy with the tattoos and the experience! The price was great, too! This was my third tattoo experience and my friends first. It was by far my best! He also went above and beyond to make her comfortable as she was nervous. I will definitely be coming back 😊 (This was not a forced review by a threat of confetti in the mail)

The shop looks immaculate and has a very welcoming atmosphere. All of the artists here are very versatile in different styles of tattooing that I’m sure you’ll leave with a tattoo you’ll love so much you’ll be back for more! I’d also find it very hard to believe if you haven’t laughed real hard or cracked a big smile from hanging out with Jarrett. If I could give this place six stars I would!

I was lucky enough to be recommended by a great friend who has many hours of work completed by Jarrett. As a first timer, I admit I was a little anxious but he was patient and responsive. He provided great instructions for aftercare and I had zero issues or need for touch-ups from following them to the letter. Super excited to get my next tattoo and keep sharing where it was done.

Got in contact with Jarret Ward for my first tattoo and could not have asked for a better first experience. My tattoo came out better than I could have imagined. He’s got s sign posted up saying “come in a stranger and leave a friend” and I really did feel like that, Jarret even took me to a burger joint after the tat and paid for my meal. Highly recommend this studio to anyone that is interested. Definitely coming back for all my future projects.

I walked into Rose & Web to ask questions about the shop and came out with a simple yet lovely side tattoo by the artist, J. Ward. J.Ward was very patient, entertaining, kind, and budget-friendly. After explaining the intention of my tattoo, he offered various fonts and gave me advice which helped me fully develop my design idea. He printed out two versions of the design and patiently waited as I made my final decision. While designing the tattoo, he made engaging conversation in a way that felt as if we were friends outside of his profession. This made me extremely comfortable and stress free when he finally started the tattoo. J. Ward did a great job of checking on me during the tattoo process. He even stopped to jam out to music with me when we were halfway done (of course I was still laying down and trying not to move so much). Altogether, the tattoo itself took about 30 minutes. He sent me home with a saniderm plastic wrap and some stickers. Out of the 3 separate experiences that I’ve had with other tattoo artists, this experience was definitely the best. THANK YOU, J. WARD! I WILL BE BACK SOON!

Best tattoo artists and place period!!!! Jarrett took a tattoo I had done years ago and made it look beautiful again. I decided to keep going andfinished with a half sleeve. Im a very indecisive person but Jarrett listened to thoughts I had and gave me a tattoo im proud to show. Both Eli and Jarrett make in comfortable and for me kept me laughing everytime I was there. Very professional from start to finish and takes the time to make sure you get what you want and follows up with you during the healing process. Was looking for someone to tattoo my childrens and my wifes birth flowers on my neck. I struggled finding an artist that had the quality and reputation needed to do a traditional tattoo. Then I found Rose and Web and this little gem puts out top quality work. Jarrett did an amazing job, he was fast and fun to work with.
