I came here to bring my daughter to get her ears pierced for her birthday. I love the place. They have so many different cute little things in this store. The lady who pierced my daughters ears was so nice and made it a great first time experience for my daughter by talking to her and making her feel as comfortable as she could. I appreciate that. I ended up buying a squish mellow my daughter seen and had to have. I bought myself a cute little popsicle keychain. I was a little disappointed though after a couple days when it broke so I had to take a plyers to it to get it to stay on my keychain. You can see where the paint kind of came off from using the plyers to get it back on. It would have been a 5 star if it wasnt for that. Definitely recommend its a cute store.

I had a very good experience getting my ears pierced. The manager Nicole was so helpful and explained everything and showed me how to clean my ears. She had everything sanitized, had gloves and mask onThe equipment was very sanitized. It didnt even hurt , less then a shot.Will recommend this store ...

The lady did not say anything to me even my 9-year-old daughter even noticed I dont know if its a race thing or because I didnt want to work there for 10.58 an hour. I am a local customer but not anymore. I have not felt this disrespected in a long time.

At this Claires I felt that this one girl that was working there was very unprofessional she told me that they buy cheap stuff and jack the prices up. It is true that they jack the prices up. I would not recommend getting a ear piercing there the piercing itself is free but the jewelry is $60 and it hurts much more than going to a piercing shop.
