Great decor, staffing and artists. Got two tattoos same day, one by Vanna and the other by Justin. Definitely recommend! Turtle was by Justin aka cupcake and script by Vanna!

Absolutely love this place!! Very clean and so friendly..they really make you feel right at home. Vanna did my 1st piece and did amazing!! Justin and Matts work is also just as good. Would definitely recommend this shop of artists!!!

I had a cover up done by Matt and it turned out AMAZING! Not only am I pleased with the work, but I love the people who work there. Everyone was so welcoming and fun to be around, they made me feel like I belonged. Thank you to all that I had the pleasure of laughing with, you guys are AWESOME..

I cannot even begin to tell you how much I love this company!!! Vanna is talented beyond measure! She took my grandmothers handwritten words and pieced together a quote that is completely priceless to me!! I love everything about my tattoo…..thank you SOOOO much!!! Talent is priceless!

I waited a long while before I got my newest tattoo. I knew exactly what I wanted when I booked the appointment at Skin Stories. In the end, my tat turned out perfect thanks to Vanna and Keeley. Vanna does amazing work and I love how she guarantees her work as well. I will be coming back and I suggest this Tattoo Parlor to everyone I know! Vanna learned from Tank, who will always be a legend in this town....and in a few years, Vanna will be a legend of her own here in our little town. Thanks Vanna and staff for the ink.

Vanna is an incredible artist! I went to her to get my very first tattoo a few years ago, and now she has done 4/8 of my tattoos! I just give her an idea and let her run with it. It is truly a honor to wear her artwork! Now that my half sleeve is finished, Im excited to start work on my chest piece!!! The only reason she hasnt done all of my tattoos is because I was living in the cities for a period of time, but now that Im back in the area I will go to no one else for tattoos! Matt has done a majority of my piercings, and they all came out PERFECT!!! Vanna and her crew have my highest recommendation. The environment is clean, comfortable, and friendly. Definitely a go to place for your first and many tattoos to come ♡

L😆ve this place! First time there, and they made me feel so at home. The decor is badass and the people are fun and very welcoming. I was especially impressed at how they took the time to ensure the placement of my piercings were as close to perfect as can be, and exactly as I wanted them. They walked me through the steps, answered all my questions and made the piercing process as painless as possible! Thanks guys! I will be back!

Had my nose pierced a few years ago but it closed up after having multiple surgeries that I had to take it out. Yesterday was hoping to get it redone but even though FB and everything said you were open, tried calling. Im out about an hour from DL

Cool place and nice people, but I got a really bad tattoo and it was a very expensive, jacked up tattoo. I was warned about a particular tattooist, and I should have listened. Now I have a huge regret on my forearm. I dont recommend.

The apprentice isnt very good. His lines are very crooked. I was disappointed and upset with my tattoos and they were small. The people are very nice and the owner was willing to fix mine but I probably wont go back there.

I went in as a visitor from out of town looking to downsize my bridge piercing from the initial swell barbell to one that fits snug. The woman who tried helping me was very kind and patient, but didnt know that the bridge piercing needs a straight post. I had to tell her the gauge of the barbell, and the selection for lengths were just not it. The barbells were all externally threaded (which will cause much more irritation to a freshly healed piercing, or any piercing really), and she was having a hard time finding ball ends that matched in size. All of the jewelry was in Plano boxes, not individually wrapped. She was not wearing gloves as she sorted through the hodgepodge of barbells and balls. After looking at the display case and realizing the quality of jewelry they offer is nothing you couldnt find for bulk on Amazon, I decided to just get my bridge downsized back at home where the front end is just as knowledgeable about jewelry as the piercers. She really tried to help, but this shop just isnt the most clean or professional if you are looking for piercings.. maybe Im just used to the selection from big cities so I gave them the benefit out the doubt and gave 3 stars for a 1 star worthy selection.

Went there on my vacation / trip & to see my family. I asked my sisters to get a tatoo with me of sisters in an infinity and a feather hanging off the side. I made an appointment for all of us with Nikki & discussed what we wanted.On appointment day~ Both my sisters went first & theirs turned out nice..mine looks like hell!! Looks like a big pile of scribble!! Im the one that paid for 2 of ours & even gave a tip!! 😔 I live in Milwaukee & have an awsome artist that will fix it here..pretty disappointed for such an easy tattoo!

Got a piercing here a while ago, it went quick and smoothly. Wife has gotten a few tattoos as well. They do amazing work and its very reasonably priced.

I was here back when it was tanks tattoo. I have a lot of respect for the artist who did my tat.i dont remember the artists name or if he still even works there. But kudos to you for my first tat!

This is such a great place to get a tattoo, great atmosphere, the employees all are very professional, and also when you walk in the shop, you would never see another tattoo and piercing shop like it,very unique!!!

Have not got a tattoo here but did do the 2 for 80 dollar piercings and they did amazing and were very friendly
