I recently had the pleasure of getting a tattoo from Hands @ Superior Ink and I couldnt be happier with the result! From the initial consultation to the final product, he was professional, friendly, and incredibly talented. He took the time to understand my vision and brought it to life with precision and care. I had a great experience Julian was nice, friendly and funny. Every artist was super nice. Angiethebunnie was great I love my tattoo. I drove from lake Forest to them it was worth it. Very happy 😁 strongly recommend them.

My daughter and I visited this shop to get matching nose piercings. We were greeted by everyone as soon as we walked in the shop. Within 5 minutes of being there someone was asking us about what services we were interested in receiving and providing us with an estimated wait time and paper work to complete. The wait was not long and once it was our turn we were escorted to the piercing room. The gentleman who gave us our piercing was incredibly friendly and took the time to explain the process, helped us decide on placement and then pierced our noses. He was very gentle, caring and made sure both me and my daughter were comfortable the entire time we were there. He even gave my little one a pink stick on gem for nose, so she would feel included. A few days after getting my piercing I noticed that I was experiencing swelling so I returned to the shop for an evaluation. Again, as soon as I walked in the shop, I received a warm greeting by all of the employees and was helped without too much of a waiting period. Ultimately, it was decided that my original nose ring needed to be replaced with a longer ring. The same gentleman that pierced my nose order me a new ring that was at the shop the next day. When I returned to the shop, he switched out my piercing with the same gentleness and caring spirit that I experienced a few days prior when I first got my nose pierced. Overall, our piercing experience was fantastic, the pricing was amazing, the shop was clean and the energy and vibe was top tier!I also ended up getting an amazing tattoo by the one and only Rob! He was so cool from the start. He helped me decide which tattoo design I should get and when I showed up for my appointment he was prepped and ready to go. Rob made my tattoo experience incredible. He took extra care to make sure I was comfortable the entire visit. He is a whole vibe!!!! We literally talked, laughed, joked and sang the entire time. Rob is SUPER TALENTED and I am in LOVE with my tattoo! I left the shop with a new tattoo artist and friend. Any time I am back in LA I will definitely be visiting to let Rob ink me up again!!

Went here today based off the 5 star reviews and let me just say the 5 stars they have lived up to the hype ! First nose piercing here and my experience was great with Julian. Came in to get 2 piercings for my girl. Julian helped us and was super genuine and welcoming. The atmosphere of the shop was also very welcoming and comforting. Enough to make us get some tattoos that we were thinking about. Robert did some amazing work and was very down to earth and an awesome guy. Angie did my girlfriend’s first tattoo and made her feel very comfortable. Great tattoos and experience.

This place is AMAZING!!! From the moment we got out the car Julian welcomed us and answered and explained all the questions we had. Jen helped pierce my ears. She did such a great job. No pain and explained everything step by step. Im personally very very scared of needles but they helped me overcome this fear. They were super respectful and caring. The cleanliness is top notch too. They were soo good that my Mom and Aunt decided on getting tattoos from Jen4 and Arnold. I will definitely continue coming back to the shop and I highly recommend coming here. They are the friendliest and kindest people in the business and treat everyone like family. So definitely dont hesitate to pull up to Superior Ink.

Came here for a some advice and check up on a piercing I got at a different shop, since my original piercer is no longer around. I am so grateful to Julian for being so patient and kind. He taught me and reassured me about my knowledge about my piercing’s healing process and gave me options and well-informed opinions to allow my piercing to heal properly. I felt very comforted and well taken care of.Interesting plus to hear about the extra services offered while being attended— Julian informed me that they have tattoo consultations that virtually show you how the tattoo you want would look on your body before the commitment. Pretty neat system they got here!Definitely coming back here for my next piercing or even my first tattoo, whenever that may be.

First and foremost I wish I could rate this establishment more than 5 stars.I was looking for piercings in the area and took a chance here.The staff were friendly, the owner, Julian, who was the person doing my piercings was not only very knowledgeable and personable but he did an amazing job on my helix and middle lobe.I had a former piercing from near a year ago on my higher lobe that he cleaned for me and replaced with a longer bar that fit far better and will make cleaning a lot easier as it was becoming irritated. Through it all he was so informative, helpful and kind. I would suggest anyone go here for their piercings. I certainly will be going back!

Was my very first piercing and I got a smiley. Was very fast and Jen was very friendly and we had good conversations. Very professional and cool rooms. Also provided me with mouthwash before getting pierced.

Got my first tattoo here, 4 piercings and couldn’t be happier. They are so nice and make you feel so safe. When I went in to get my fourth piercing, they had just gotten back from a 4 day convention at 9:30pm and still took us. They truly love their art, care for everyone that comes in so much so, they even remembered me and my sister after just one visit. I’ve recommended multiple people to them and they loved it just as much.

We went into Superior today to get my nieces nose pierced for her birthday and ended up getting 5 matching sibling tattoos (plus an addition to an existing one on my arm). What was intended to be a quick 30 minute trip turned into a 4 hour unexpected amazing afternoon with an awesome group of people. Jen, Hands and Monster treated us like family with good music, drinks and fun as well as a clean shop and talented artists. We cant thank the shop enough for the experience we all had today...until next time ❤️

Had an amazing service here everyone in the shop was friendly and made my entire party feel welcomed. Can say we all have a memory to keep because of how amazing we were treated. My tattoo came out amazing too exactly how I wanted it and felt little to no pain.

This place saved my daughters life!!!!!!! She had helix piercing done in Las Vegas. The piercer put a hoop instead of stud. (First mistake) 2 days later her ear had a very bad chemical burn and her ear was so swollen and red/full of blisters. It was bad. When we got back into town, I was desperately looking for a place to get the piercing removed. THANK GOD FOR SUPERIOR INK!!! Julian the owner is just so wonderful. He made my daughter feel comfortable and so welcoming. He was so gentle with her and very professional and was able to get the piercing removed with no problem. He felt so bad for us he didn’t even charge us and gave us treatment to take home. He really left us speechless. I will be coming back for all my daughters piercing needs. 10/10 recommend!!!

I can honestly go on and on about how fantastic , welcoming and great this place is, but will keep it short and brief just so you get the experience. When I walked in Julian was very kind, patient and informative about the piercing I wanted in which I learned that the piercing I wanted would not heal properly so I took his advice and got another piercing in which I’m completely satisfied with and we made great small talk about random things and I brought up about wanting a tattoo with a certain style that couldn’t find a good artist for and so he recommended one of their artist Angie @angiethebunnie (best person ever, love them✨) in which she brought my dream tattoo to life and was patient with me about some of my concerns with the sizing but she had prevailed and I’m honestly so happy with my tattoo that now i will be back to get more from her and the rest of the artist. During the tattooing process, Danny, Gill, and Robert were all so kind and made small talk which helped me not think about the pain. They all were so helpful to Angie and I can tell this is one of its kind establishment and you will regret not coming to this place sooner. And to the mother figure that spoke to me as well, I’m sorry I didn’t catch your name but you also made the experience here that much greater.

Atmosphere was awesome! Robert was a great tattoo artist and i loved the vibes :) getting my first tattoo here was awesome and i will be coming back!

I went on the 13th, I signed up on the worksheet, and the staff member in charge estimated a wait time of 45 minutes to an hour. After waiting for over an hour, we checked in again, and she repeated the 45-minute to an hour estimate. We decided to go home and wait for their call, but its now 1:50 AM and we havent received a single call. I’m not sure if the lady was new, just wish they would’ve been honest about times. A little disappointed but it happens !Update; i never received a call

Came in for my third piercing on my earlobes. Jen was amazing!! I had these same piercings before, but they hadn’t healed properly so I took them out. Jen addressed my concerns and was able to save one of my old (still open) piercings, and just repierced the other side! She is so sweet and super fun. I’ll definitely be coming back to her for future piercings.

I had the pleasure of getting pierced by Jen. I walked out with minimal pain/tenderness, but most importantly, I was HAPPY as can be. She took great concern with hygiene, placement, and my comfort. With a bonus, her customer service skills are excellent. I would 10/10 recommend booking or doing a walk-in with her.

Literally loved my experience here! i came out of town and i got my cartilage pierced and @_crybaby_jen was so kind and made me less nervous!! i came with a couple other friends who got tattoos and monster and hands were amazing!! would definitely recommend!

My best friend and I did walk ins and we were assisted in less than 15 minutes. We got our conches done and her third lobe piercings, Jen was absolutely amazing! Prices were extremely reasonable as well.

Me and my sister went here for nose piercings. Nobody really greeted us besides the man in charge and there were multiple workers there. I dont know if it was bc we were black or what because two ladies walked in after us and everyone talked and laughed with them and they were white and first timers as well. The vibe was not good at all but the piercing was quick. Your workers shouldnt treat ppl differently bc of race! Says a lot about you all as individuals....and we were definitely overcharged.. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

I had seen this place driving by many times and I gave it a shot seeing if they had an opening today. Everyone there is SO awesome and it’s such a non-pretentious vibe while still being super cool. What I could say of Superior Ink for being my first time there I could say I felt very welcome by Julian he made us feel like home. I wasn’t planning of getting a tattoo but because my both nieces were going for piercing I wanted information about a tattoo that I’ve been wanting to get and Julian started helping me out with that I had a picture of what I wanted and how much money will it cost to get it done. And when he showed me of how it would look I then decided to get it even my sister in law decided to get one too. The employees are super nice and knowledgeable. They make you feel at ease. I got my tongue pierced yesterday and I was super nervous but they eased my nerves and it was done so professional and quick. They also gave me information about how to take care of it. Ill be getting a tattoo soon and they have software to show you how it looks on the part of the body its going to be. Im nervous but excited too.

Super Friendly Courteous Inviting Environment!Took my teenage daughter for birthday nose piercing and first called to get info and speaking to the owner Julian gave me confidence in choosing this shop over others. Julian politely and gladly answered all my questions which confirmed this was the spot to go with. Most definitely will be coming back to this shop their vibes are super welcoming and friendly. I got a dermal and was a little scared but definitely felt safer after they took their time to explain how it wasn’t that bad which I really appreciate. They also had one of the best playlist I’ve heard!

I had my tattoo cover up a day ago with Guillermo, very great experience he understood what I wanted to achieve explained everything to me as far as results and any further sessions I would need. Guillermo delivered from his art to his professionalism and overall awesome work. If you are looking to get tattooed Guillermo is your artist, I love my tattoo and cant wait for the second session.

I got my snake bites piercings by Jen. She was VERY friendly and so awesome. She made sure I was comfortable and kept asking if i was okay throughtout the process :) She made sure my piercings were both even before she actually pierced them. She showed me that the materials she was going to use are new and clean. Everyone there was friendly too! 🤑

I’ve been to many tattoo places but this one took the cake, starting with Julian who took care of my request and appointment for a tongue piercing and a small tattoo, there was great communication by his part. Once I arrived at the shop the vibe is very nice and chill. Arnold did my piercing and was very careful about the placement and everything. My tattoo was done by Christian and it was so painless, he has such a gentle hand and super friendly. I will definitely be coming back.

We went looking for a place for just two piercings and left with five piercings and a tat! The whole shop made us feel so comfortable and like we were family. All of the artists were so clean, took their time with each of us, and were so professional with our needs. They were able to interpret exactly what we wanted and gave us art that is not only beautiful but meaningful as well. The piercings were so precise, and the tattoo was exactly what I pictured In My head. I would bring everyone I know back to Superior for both the art and the incredible atmosphere.

The owner and daughter are so welcoming and they make you feel like home. Arnold is really awesome at what he does. Ive gotten three piercings from Jen (two eyebrow and a labret) and theyre doing amazing! Me and a friend came to get piercings. They were great, super friendly we will definitely be back....update I had my nipples pierced here September 4th it is now September 14 and iv had to take them out. I wish I would of spoke up when I noticed he put a very small bar in. Your suppose to be able to see the bar a little on either side so that when they start to swell there is room. The bar was literally the size of my nipple. So when the swelling kicked in they started to get embedded on both sides of my nipple. My right nipple was also pierced partially on my areola. So now I have to wait for them to heal to go get them re pierced by and experienced piercer..

I came here very nervous to get tattoo & not even knowing where to even start .. I was more nervous because tattoo shops are known to be more of a walk in, know what you want or get out type thing; but immediately as I walked in I felt MORE than at home. Although I didn’t have my mind set on what to get, they were more than helpful on giving me customized designs on what my interests were. The joy you feel of walking in a barbershop is the same joy you feel walking in this tattoo shop.
