After researching places to take my 6 month old daughter to get her ears pierced, going to a store in the mall or a jewelry store made me uncomfortable.I called Dotta Ink and Tattoo & Piercing Parlor - after all what better place for piercings than a piercing parlor - and found out they do infant ear piercings.Christopher, who pierced my daughters ears was awesome and I highly recommend going to him if you want your childs ears pierced by an experienced professional!He is extremely knowledgeable, very experienced, thoroughly explained the process, and aftercare. Equally important, Christopher was very patient with us during the process - I imagine piercings, despite being a temporary experience, are probably not the most fun an infant can have :). He took his time and was so understanding and I am so glad I took my daughter to Dotta Ink Tattoo and Piercing and that Christopher pierced her ears!

I have been to three tattoo shops with my tattoos I’ve gotten in the past and now this one being my fourth! Let me say that with the service I got here today , I don’t feel the need to look elsewhere. I felt I was being picky with how I wanted my tattoo and Camilo was patient and heard me out on the details I wanted and what I wanted to avoid and honestly he did a beautiful job ! He’s very humble and you can very much tell that he loves what he does as a tattoo artist. To say im super happy with my tattoo is an understatement! Definitely gained a loyal customer !

Julio Calderon has been my artist for 4 years now and gave me a blessed portrait of my brother who passed, along with some badass free hand work. Always had a great experience and never doubted his work.Check him out and bring your ideas to him.

I had a very good experience with Lesly. I wanted some fine line tattoos and she did great in all 3 that she did for me. I highly recommend booking her as your next tattoos artist.

My experience is only for once particular artist. If youre looking for color work and are any darker than a light tan, please seek service elsewhere. Lexi markets herself as someone who can handle multiple styles and doesnt have a form grasp on color theory. I have white tattoos that Ive had now for minimum 3 years and she felt it necessary to blame her lack of skill and knowledge on the fact that Im brown. If youre not confident in your ability to make something show on brown skin, dont agree to do the work and steal money from people. Shes on her second shop since Ive met her and its not surprising if she treats her clients the way that she treated me. Shes offered to try and fix it but if you couldnt get it right the first time Im not going to trust you to not mess up my skin even more than it was already damaged from her heavy handed work. Why Ive never had an issue with any of my other color work outside of her is truly a wonder to me. She got me for $400+ Im good on continuing. Hopefully my other artist can fix her poor work. But now Im out more money because of her.

I was lucky to have Leslie be my artist. The shop is really nice. They have good, clean seating to fill out your papers. It was very clean overall. Leslie was SO kind. She made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Other artists are respectful when someone else is working. Overall so happy with my experience!

Been looking for a tattoo artist for a while, and I found this place. This place is conveniently located in the middle of Downey. Dezi the tattoo artist is very professional, friendly and nice. I felt instantly comfortable. Her IG is the beauty of sorrow. She does piercings and tattoos as well. Also everyone there is so nice and speak Spanish as well. If you looking to get some work done. This is the place to do it! Also, parking is easy and they were super attentive! Overall, great experience hands down!

So initially I noticed Dotta Ink when I was driving through downtown Downey. I came in as a walk in to get nipple piercings. The person Rice at the front door was very nice and welcoming when I came in. Even though they were in a meeting, he tended to me right away with a smile. You know checking the vibe of a place is always important but they definitely checked that box for me. The piercer Chris came over and asked what I was looking to get and was sooo professional. I signed a form and I was able to voice my concerns. He double checked everything, he was also soo nice and explained the whole process to me. Chris also spoke to me throughout the process and kept me relaxed. Everything went easy and simple. Kind of felt like home honestly. I loved how easy and comfortable the process was. The shop also accepts Zelle so that was a plus! He cleaned me up and gave me aftercare instructions. Even offered further help with any trouble healing. This shop is definitely a vibe! And even upon leaving Rice made sure I was satisfied! I will most certainly be back for any other needs. I highly recommend!!!

Jennifer aka Tattoochick is so talented. I have had the pleasure of getting not 1 but 2 tattoos done from her. I loved her work that I had to go back and have her do another. She has an easy touch. Her lines are on point. Definitely recommend her to get ink done. She is an amazing artist! She listens to what you want. Makes you feel right at ease. Great vibe. I got a half a sleeve done by tattoo chick almost a year ago and my tattoo healed so nicely. She is amazing, very polite, organized and very clean. All her tools are set in a tray, she opens them right in front of you. I definitely recommend her. We are due to see her soon

Had an amazing experience here with Art. He was absolutely respectful with the sensitive area i wanted to get tattooed. We talked back and forth for the design and he listened to everything i wanted the tattoo to represent. He made me feel so safe and comfortable. Best tattoo experience Ive had. I specifically went to get a tattoo (my 14th) by Bennett Loc. I can already know I will go back to him for my future pieces. Courteous, calm and relaxing attitude, attention to detail, and valuable and sensitive artistic input. His input made my piece so much more personal, and so much more beautiful. Also Superman hands (piece sits on my hip, took about 3 hours to execute as promised, and I barely felt a thing). The shop is very tiny but clean (including the bathroom). I am glad it was just the two of us in the shop, as it might have felt a bit crowded otherwise). Pay attention to the entrance, it is very narrow and in between two larger stores.
