Dermagrafix Permanent Cosmetic Studio

I had the pleasure of having Heather Jacques for scar camouflaging. The studio is impeccably clean, inviting, and resembles a hair salon. This was my first tattoo so I was quite nervous about the whole process. My fears quickly subsided upon seeing Heathers professionalism, kind demeanor, and openness to answering all of my questions. I also appreciated her honesty about what to expect results-wise. I had three sessions spanning five months. The best advice I can give is to follow ALL of the before and aftercare instructions and any additional advice Heather provides. I am satisfied with the results, and because of these procedures I have a better surface to work with regarding body concealer or decorative tattoos in the future.

Im thrilled with the incredible work Heather did on my scars. She transformed my scars and left my body in mint condition. Falsely advertising critical training information. You have to chose only two , not the three techniques advertised for the fundamentals class and will not be told until you have already spent money. Valerie Weber reserves the right to assign you to an employee to be trained if she chooses not to fly up for her scheduled classes which is exactly what was done to me less than a week before I was supposed to start training. When I did not accept spending $8000.00 , which I was only going to do because she is listed as the trainer , she dumped me as a student then canceled the February class entirely. There is also no mention of the additional $600-$800 if you chose to finance through them, again, told to me the week prior to starting. The money is non-refundable so any potential student should get in writing who exactly is training them and what exactly is included .

I had my eyebrows done twice now with Valerie. She is extremely knowledgeable in her profession, does an amazing job, and is also down to earth! The studio is clean and staff always very friendly and helpful. I absolutely love my brows and can’t recommend Dermagrafix enough!

I had a horrible experience. It was a waste of money and I did not go back for the second visit bc of my own experience and what they did to my mother’s eyebrows. I paid for lip tint, brow tattoo, and eye liner. When I saw how my moms turned out bc she went the day before me, I told them that I wanted eye liner. When I arrived, I questioned it again about eye liner and was told, it would be visible. When I left, I was disgusted and let them know. You can no longer see any lip tint or eye liner. In fact, you never could see the eye liner. I wouldn’t waste my money going back and they lack in customer service. Maybe if the owner was there as requested, my experience would have been different. They only offered to have Sarah touch it up and that wouldn’t work bc she was not trained in “eye liner” as requested.

I could not be happier with my biFusion eyebrow tattoo experience at DermaGraphix. Everything about the process was amazing - the studio is beautiful and clean, Val is an accomplished artist who took her time getting to know me, and I always felt comfortable and cared for. My eyebrows look phenomenal - I no longer spend 30 minutes doing them in the morning! It’s amazing to wake up and have eyebrows. I would (and have already) recommended Val to my friends and family. I will 100% be going back and will be a lifetime client.

Kristy was professional and caring. During our initial consultation she explained the process and what to expect in detail. She made note of what I wanted and made me feel at ease. During the entire tattooing session and process, Kristy made sure I was comfortable and was getting exactly what I envisioned. I wanted a natural look and that’s exactly what Kristy did. A friend recommended Dermagrafix and I’m very happy that I choose them and Kristy to do my eyebrows.

I saw Aubri for an eyelash enhancement and she did a great job. She explained to me differences in color and helped choose the best color for the results I wanted. She consistently made sure I was comfortable for the duration of the service and was very conscious of keeping everything sterile. After the service she called to check up on me to see how I was doing. I felt at ease that she wanted to make sure I was healing properly. I will definitely be back!

I went back to Dermagraphix after three years for a touch up. I actually didn’t need one but after a few years your color starts to fade but my brows were still remarkable.I’ll leave you with this “one would normally say beauty is in the eye of the beholder, but beauty is in the artistic way Valerie creates magic to your brows”. I get compliments everyday day on how great my eyebrows look!Thanks Val! You did it again!

Sara’s lip blushing turned out absolutely amazing! The whole process was smooth, from outlining, to designing, to tattooing. Sara was super kind and enjoyable, but most importantly, the results were incredible! I’m so glad I decided to come here to get my lips tattooed, I couldn’t be happier with everything. It’s only been a few days and Ive gotten a dozen compliments on my lips:) Will be recommending to all of my friends!

Today I had the pleasure of receiving my first cosmetic tattooing service from Sarah M. As I was a bit hesitant in receiving upper eyelash treatment because I identify as male and only wanted a subtle enhancement, Sarah was a big help in providing both a subtle and completely natural new look. Her work ethic is top tier, and she very professionally adhered to my interests and desires as her client! 5/5 for both Sarah and Dermagrafix!

Recently visited Dermagrafix and had an eyebrow service called Nanofill brows by Sarah. Turned out beautiful thanks to the expertise of Sarah. She was very professional and knowledgeable. My daughter also had this service and I would recommend highly.

Worst experience ever. Very unprofessional and Valeries training is subpar. If you want to hear about her personal life and not get trained properly then this is the place to go. She treats her students 2nd best. Yells at them and brings in previous clients as models to do work on during training just to perform her services cheaper and still get paid without real instruction given.and Google and YouTube become your best friend to learn what you paid Valerie to teach you.What we did learn from her is that she yells at students and the models. Talks about everyone and even more about herself. If you want to waste thousands of dollars to waste your time this is the place to go. She fails 75% of her students just so you have to pay to retake her test. She steals your money without a professional course of action. If I could give this no stars I would. There are other courses out there for less $$ with amazing educators who actually care about your success. Valerie however will try to find ways to report your business to the board of health just because. She doesnt want anyone to do better than her. Its truly despicable and I have been around educators a very long time. You cant fake it til you make it with permanent make up. Thats not fair to the client. Oh and beware her Course certification is only for her school. It has no true meaning or value in the permanent makeup industry. Do your research before considering stepping foot in this door!

I was recently a canvas for brows and lips for a student, Mary. I was MORE than comfortable allowing Mary to work on me as Marni and Valerie were extremely attentive and provided excellent feedback to her during my session and I couldn’t be happier with my results. The studio was beautiful and their attention to cleanliness was nothing like I’ve seen before. Will definitely be going back for my follow up session.

I have been going to Valerie for my eyebrows for quite a while! I had a man tattoo them and they were horrific...I could not believe I never looked into a cosmetic specialist! Looked on the internet and spotted her salon...gorgeous!!!!! Well, Val’s hard work was about to begin.. we had to start with removing the old tattoo before replacing it with her creative beautiful skills! Did she ever work, professional and diligently on my old brows... I needed numerous visits before I could start my new brow work by Val... it was worth every minute she gave me! My brows are absolutely gorgeous and still going back for recheck! She strives for perfection and that’s her! Beautiful, petite, patient and filled with knowledge. Dermagrapfix is one amazing place! I am SOOO HAPPY that I found Dermagrafix and chose them to do my first permanent cosmetic procedure! I lost most of my eyebrow hair follicles as a child and spent over a decade drawing them on every day. I decided to go for the powder fill procedure and I cant help but smile when I see my new face every morning! Lex did a FANTASTIC job making them look perfectly symmetrical and shaped for my face. People who dont know about my condition or that I went for this procedure have been complimenting me on how beautiful my natural eyebrows look! I had my eyebrows done twice by Valerie. The first time was over two years ago. The end result was beautiful eyebrows that lasted for over two years before they started to fade. Two weeks ago I met with Valerie again to do a bi-fusion touch up. Once again I am so pleased with the results.All I can say is thank you Valerie!

Valerie is a magical unicorn!! My eyebrows were so F’d from another place I went. She removed the ink from my brows with saline then revised them. It was a process but totally worth it! I really didn’t believe ANYONE could fix them let alone make them look amazing. I’m forever grateful!

I recently finished my scalp micropigmentation (SMP) with Dermagrafix and couldn’t be happier with my results. I’ve been struggling with androgenetic alopecia for a couple of years and my doctor recommended SMP to help disguise the hair loss. I met with Valerie who couldn’t have been more understanding and made me feel very comfortable. I had 4-4hr treatments and after a follow up she brought me back to help fill in some more with an extra treatment on her. I am so happy with my results and feel more confident after getting SMP done. I’ll be going back for touch ups in the future as I need them.

Nice staff but the stretch mark camouflage tattoo left me with awful hyperpigmentation. The staff gave me a cream but no follow up. It has almost been a year and I still have hyperpigmentation. The results were disappointing and the staff seem under qualified. Be cautious if you are a person of color.
