Absolutely love Dubuque Tattoo Club LLC. Every one does amazing work. I just got some new ink a few days ago by Greg and I Absolutely love it. Been coming here for years and im amazed every time. If you want some cool work done this is the place!! My dad doesnt approve of tattoos. But he really likes how talented the artist is. Just get a tattoo here or whatever. Youll love it!

My sister and I went together to get our noses pierced by Greg. The staff and Greg were amazing every step of the way. Highly recommend.

I very rarely leave reviews. This place is wonderful. It’s VERY clean and sterile. Max up front is incredibly friendly and kind, and answers any questions you may have. Greg did a great job on my tattoo.. and made my design look even nicer looking on my body than the one I came in with. I will definitely be coming back for more. I’m very excited to get more work done here in the future. The culture and environment here is the best.

Cleanliness is a definite here which was great to see. The staff was friendly and scheduled my an appointment for a tattoo two days after I walked in. The overall process only took about 30 minutes for a tattoo that was about two knuckle lengths in size. One negative was parking. I had my appointment the same time as a school down the street let out so it was more difficult to find parking.

Was able to get a same day appointment for a nostril piercing on a Friday night! Everyone was super friendly and made sure you knew how to properly care for your piercing. Would give 10 stars if possible

Greg did the line work for this phoenix tattoo on November 7th. He is so talented and professional and the shop is gorgeous and clean. I cant wait to get the color and shading done on December 5!!

THEY WERE SO NICE. I got an earlobe piercing here and they explained what they were going to do, the aftercare process and everything. The piecing was pretty painless but I hadnt eaten anything beforehand, so I was really wOoOo I Cant sEe. So they got me a juice box and a granola bar 😭 and it was only $65! 1000/10, WILL come again.

Another great experience here for my 3rd tattoo. Greg and the whole staff are amazing. Very clean shop, easy to talk to, welcoming atmosphere. Greg did amazing work for my biggest tattoo yet! He made sure I was comfortable and everything was good to go. Just a amazing experience for me And I highly recommend his shop!

I got a piercing from Greg and he was super professional, never felt uncomfortable during the process. The staff were fast at replying via Facebook messenger and quick at finding a spot to fit me in. The shop was clean and had very good vibes. Would definitely recommend and go back again!

I’ve been to several tattoo locations and this is by far my favorite. Greg Howell is my artist but every artist/employee there is awesome. All great people with amazing personalities.Greg does stunning work and takes his time to make it 120% a masterpiece that’ll you’ll love. Very pleased every time I go there. Which will be going on 5 times now. Highly recommended!

Greg and max were who I talked to and they were so helpful and didn’t get irritated with me asking questions and I had to come back in to get a longer bar for my lip and they didn’t charge me extra and helped me super fast and were very gentle. Max is super sweet and they were very helpful and told me a lot of after care information for my piercings

Went in with my friend to get her nose pierced. If youre worried about cleanliness, dont! This place is super clean and professional. The piercer was very nice and knew everything there is to know about piercings. She made my friend feel comfortable and confident and thoroughly explained the cleaning and maintaining processes.

Great work on not only my tattoo bit also my moms. She loves it and it turned out better than either of us could have hoped. Greg was extremely professional and took the time tp do it right. Suzy also did phenomenal work on me. My lines are clean and the text is clear and even. Im so happy with it. The price was very fair. Cant wait to go back for more work.

Wasn’t my first DTC tattoo and will not be my last. Absolute professionalism from start to finish. Fast and accurate to put it lightly. Greg and his team are top notch. Very reasonably priced, in fact for the quality and service, I don’t think they charge enough. People have their mechanics, tech guys, and favorite local stores. I have the same. DTC is my local and trusted choice when I need ink on my body. 5 stars still feels like a sub par score for the service I received. Thank you all!!!

I went to Dubuque tattoo about an hour before closing without an appointment. They had several clients already, but Alec and Suzy completely worked with me to get me in, even though it meant staying after closing. They were super chill, and it being my first tattoo I had extra appreciation for that. The shop is spotless, super clean and neat but still has a lot of character. Suzy did my tattoo, she was so cool. She made me feel totally comfortable and was really talkative, which was a nice distraction. She was patient with me and answered all my questions. If I ever get any more tattoos I will definitely be going back to her!

My daughter and I both had our noses pierced by Greg. He and his staff were great at making us feel comfortable and at ease from the moment we walked in. They were very detailed when they explained the piercing process, cleaning and when you can change the jewelry out. We definitely recommend Dubuque Tattoo Club!

This place is really professional and you are greeted soon as you enter (appointment only). I got a nose piercing. They explain the piercing process and after care thoroughly and make you feel very comfortable with good prices, I will definitely come here for jewelry changes!!

My first visit to the shop today. Greg did two piercings, he was very professional and did a great job. The shop was clean and safe. I will recommend this shop to anyone!

I heard good things about this place originally, and went there, it was clean and everyone was nice. The reason its a one star is because me and my friend went and got industrial piercings. He pierced them (they bled quite a bit) - even so my friends piercings ended up shifting and hurting her (even got infected). We later found out she didnt have the proper anatomy for the industrial but he hadnt even checked and still pierced her ear..Mine, a little later, got infected with daily cleaning and not swimming or anything. Overall had, to waste $80 dont waste your time .

AJ is an awesome artist. Place is super clean and professional. The work done is the best available. Absolutely will go again.

My experience could not have been better. They fit me in last minute for a earring change. Clean, fair prices, great options. Very friendly and informative. Highly recommend.

Anyone looking to get a tattoo should definitely check out Gregs work I have 10 tattoos 7 of which Greg did and they are all amazing the only thing I regret is not getting all 10 done by him he is an amazing artist with a one of a kind personality. From piercings to tattoos Greg is a one of a kind artist its worth the trip to check him out people if you are getting tattooed or pierced else where you are definitely missing out. A very clean, friendly environment. I walked in with a pretty rough idea of what I wanted and walked out with the perfect tattoo! Youre dealing with true artists at this facility, which is very relieving when youre talking about something thats forever. So, I am not really sure where to start.  I went into this shop yesterday to get a quote done that I had picked out over a year ago. it said inhale confidence exhale doubt I was just working on loosing some weight before I had it done. I had it placed on the right side of my lower rib cage. Honestly, I could not be more bummed out. I am super dissapointed with how it turned out.  It is just sloppy and not at all what I had expected. When I was at the shop, and was finished,  I looked in the mirror. The light was low, and then i was looking at it backwards, so it was hard to get a good look at it.  I did notice that the h in inhale was off, but I figured I would wait until it healed to see if it was going to need some attention. (I have 3 other tattoos from elsewhere and from experience, they look better when healed.) So I paid the shop and left. I had taken a picture so I could see it the correct way, instead of backwards in the mirror, and was really shocked with what I saw. It doesnt line up at all with original picture. The inhale confidence is completely off and just not clean.  The h and a in inhale run together, the h is just awful, worse than I originally thought, the f in confidence is goofed up, as well as the n and the c. I am beyond upset that I will most likely being getting a coverup somewhere else, or possibly just having it removed all together.  I am not sure I will be able to get myself to get another tattoo once this one is dealt with, but I do know that this is not going to be a place I would reccommend. I have now officially learned the hard way that you get what you pay for.  I would definitely urge anyone to just spend the extra money from the start and go somewhere well reputable, because it definitely isnt going to be a cheap fix if you hate it.

Had a great experience. I love my nose piercing. The lady did a fabulous job doing it quickly and giving me all the needee info I needes.

They are knowledgeable in what they are doing and the places to put certain tattoos, but Id never go here again. Got an ankle tattoo- hurt like hell- and got yelled at by the artist for being in pain.....
