I waited for a month before posting this review, Mr. Reo was an awesome artist. He made sure my tattoos will last a lifetime. I appreciate the work and look forward to coming back when I return to VA!

Best place I have gone to get a tattoo. Had a rough day and needed some tat therapy. I felt so comfortable from the second I walked in. Going into tattoo shops usually gives me anxiety from how rude some can be but the customer service was amazing! I found my only shop I will go to for now on!!*A year later and this is still the only shop I will go to. I now have all tats except for my first one done here. I am in love with all of his work but especially my last two. He captured every detail of my sons faces. Im amazed every time I see it! I truly recommend him! He contacted me quick with the drawing and the customer service from his family and himself is the best!

The owner is super nice and his tattoo work is amazing! My friend and I are very glad we went there.

Ive been going to Reo for over 13 years. I would say hes one of the hardest working guys Ive ever met. Hes a genuine person. He does great work. His prices are more than competitive. He will be able to do any type of tattoo work that you like from cover-ups to Custom Tattoos. He has pretty much been able to do anything that Ive brought him. He is always worked with me on everything and I always appreciate his input. I highly recommend his shop.

Reos is a clean professional atmosphere. Ive had several tatts done by him personally and NEVER had any issues. Highly recommend.

Stopped in today to get my right ear pierced since I only got my left done as a kid. Its gauged to an 8, so they recommended I just pierce the right side with an 8 to match rather than stretch to an 8. At their recommendation, I went for the 8 gauge. As worried as I was at the needle size, it was nearly painless. Absolutely awesome job! The owner is friendly, professional and experienced. I plan to go back to discuss a cover-up tattoo with him. THANKS!!

Just got a lip ring there…. Way too long. Expressed not being happy … both options got stuck in my teeth and the lady could care less. Terrible ….paid for nothing and no concern whatsoever of the owners wife. Also…. She had me pay first … which in the history of getting tatts and pierced… I have NEVER been asked to do. Now I see why.

They didnt need to even see me on Sunday, but after a email just asking they were able to see me, pricing was easy on the wallet, and the work is exactly what I had in mind.

I guess my only complaint would be that Reo isn’t very personable. He didn’t try to build any type of rapport with me. Building those connections with your customers/clients is an important part of creating a comforting environment to satisfy and maintain clientele. I was nervous as I haven’t been professionally pierced in years so my head was trembling (I have an anxiety disorder) when he was making his marks for my Medusa piercing and as opposed to trying to comfort and reassure me, he seemed bothered more than anything and was ready to get it over with and get me out. No laughs, no smiles, no conversation. Just piercing, instructions and go. Everything was very clean and professional otherwise and I love my new piercings but I wouldn’t come back off of the strength of that.

I have a lot of tattoos, almost 90% of them from Reos and I swear I get compliments everyday if not every other day he is so detailed his art work is beyond outstanding. I love my tattoos Hes very honest, reasonable pricing and will not rush you. You want to love your tattoos forever Go see Reo

Fantastic experience! I got my septum pierced and the side of my nose pierced and was in and out in less than ten minutes! It barely hurt and Reo was awesome and efficient. Will definitely be going there again for tattoos and piercings!

I didnt get a tattoo here, but I did get a horizontal eyebrow piercing. It was my first piercing that wasnt my ears, and it went smoothly due to the expert professional that did the job. I am thinking of getting an additional piercing and Reos will be the place I go. The location is clean, spacious and there are a lot of piercings to choose from.

Reo has pierced both sides of my nose & recently my belly, & I love how they all came out. I’ve been going here for the past year & I haven’t had any issues. The place is always clean & sterilized. The longest I think I’ve been here is about 30 minutes & I usually don’t schedule an appointment. One downside though is that he doesn’t talk much. That doesn’t bother me as I usually do all the talking anyway. But when I say hi, or ask how he’s doing, he does respond so don’t expect a long conversation lol. Overall, I highly recommend him for piercings!

I got a septum done there. And it’s been about 2 months since and I went to go unscrew the hall and it was difficult, and my nose was still sensitive. I went to a place in Manassas to get the ball loose and they told me the reason it’s still sensitive is because they pierced it through the meat of my septum and not the membrane where it’s supposed to go. Would not recommend.

Im from out of town & decided to get my ears pierced. The staff was very friendly. Didnt have to wait long. Received piercing in both lobes (needle), not painful at all. Will return if I decide to do the 2nd holes. Thanks Reos Tattooing.

Took my daughter to get her Belly Button pierced. The shop was very clean. The lady at the front desk was super helpful. Id definitely be going back again!!!

This is the worst piercer ive ever had 😭 he was on the phone while i was getting it pierced, didnt tell me any information at all, was super rough and the cherry on top was that he gave me a super short bar, its sinking into my skin at this moment

I am from California and my nose ring came out and he took me right in and put it back in. Place is clean and friendly and very reasonable the hole was even closing. Very nice I would go back if I lived here. I recommend very highly

Im very pleased with my tattoo and enjoy it being in honor of my mother and dad...Mom loved and decorated with chickens: hens and roosters, Dad had served in the Air Force, and the sash or red, white & blue ribbon with various metals on it with meaning important to me, were tattooed excellently.They both grew up on/in farm or rural communities. The artistry is well done🙂👍

What an unexpected enjoyable experience! I’m 67 years old and didn’t get my first tattoo on a whim... the anxiety before arriving was the worst part.Reo’s shop is sterile, organized, Covid-safe, and code compliant. Reo and his wife made me feel comfortable and calm; Reo is a true artist and very personable; he was engaged in the experience had me laughing. I felt no pain...just a little discomfort.The end result is better than I imagined! I’m still healing (it’s only been 3 days), but, I’m loving it. Thanks for the gift of a lifetime!

Got my Medusa done was a bit heavy handed but Im use to getting piercings so I could take the pain. I also got two ear piercings as well overall I left very satisfied with everything & would recommend this place quick easy safe & most of all affordable and the workers here are very humorous makes it all worth while 😁👍

I got my nipples pierced here last year n had a great experience. I was super nervous but the staff was great and talked me through it. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. They fully explined what to expect and how to keep them clean. When i returned to the shop a week later fearing the barbell was too small he explained that it was fine but offered to switch it if it would make me more comfortable. I plan to return for another peirceing this week.

I like this place, I got my septum pierced here a couple days ago and it was pretty quick. The piercing was $38 and I got the cleaning solution wich was an extra $5. The guy who checked me in was really nice but didnt tell me his name. Then I went to the back where u get pierced and its was a different guy doing it. He was nice but didnt talk much and didnt tell me his name either. When he pierced it it wasnt to bad but when he was putting in the jewlery it felt a little tight and stung a little. And I was on my way! I recommend

Tattoo experience was AMAZING. Really appreciated that the artist turned on the air conditioning on high, was quick, and the tattoo looks even better than the picture I chose. Even got to watch a bit of a movie while it was happening. All around excellent and I definitely will be coming back for more.

I went here and got my nose and cartilage done and my cousin got her tragus, and we are in love with them!! The environment is very clean and everyone was very welcoming and nice, our piercings were place very well!! Definitely coming back for other piercings

I had gotten my septum pierced here and I had been wanting this peircing for 2 years, but when I got it I realized it was peirced in the wrong spot hours after it was done. Instead of it being peirced through soft tissue, it was peirced through my septum cartilage. Its also pretty far back in my nose and I Naturally sits slanted. I wouldnt orecommend honestly. I would get it removed and repierced but i dont have the money for that.

My husband and I went to Reo to get matching 25th anniversary tattoos about two weeks ago on our shoulders and we love it so much. He is a very funny guy and his business is ran very professionally. My husband noticed that while setting up our tattoos that everything was wiped down clean and had everything planned and drawn out which he appreciated very much. As this being my first tattoo, it hurt quite a bit but the outcome of the art is amazing, I am so glad that our tattoos came out very identical. I am already planning out to make another trip back to his shop to get something in honor of our daughter, nice place overall.

I have 8 tats done by reo and all of them are absolutely gorgeous! His linework is pristine and his colors stay nice and bright.Ive also had several piercings done with him and each one healed wonderfully and none ended up crooked. Reo keeps a very clean workspace and just walking in you can smell the bleach and cleaning agents, so that filled me with confidence immediately on my first visit.The staff are friendly and professional and make a great effort to make you feel comfortable and welcome so your experience isnt unpleasant.The pricing has always seemed fair, and usually cheap, although inconsistent for tattoos. Ive had pieces of similar size and complexity price much differently, although that may be because of my own inexperience with pricing for ink and time spent. All in all Reos is a full 5 stars for me and I am going back today to get new ink done! I will recommend him to anyone, either people new to tats and piercings or experienced body mod vets!

This was my 1st experience with Reos Tattooing and this will 100% be my go-to shop for any future ink.The space is immaculately clean and the staff was amazing! Reo is funny, charismatic and great at what he does. You cannot go wrong with this team!

My friend and I went in to get our ears pierced and we didn’t make appointment so we were walk ins but he was very impatient. My friends ear is still healing and it’s been half a year now and her piercings only should of taken a couple months to heal . Also the needle used to Pierce my friends ear wasn’t that sharp .

I went there when I was visiting Virginia. I got my septum pierced and I really liked it, but then it started hurting and I learned that it was pierced in the wrong spot! I now have to get it repierced to get it in the correct spot. Very disappointed. Would not recommend.On a different note, my friend accompanied me there for moral support and they were looking at the example tattoos on display around the place and they noticed that the Chinese character for light was wrong in one of the frames and actually was the character that translates to the name Ming. It can mean bright, but thats about as far as you can stretch it.

The piercing was good but he didn’t say ONE word to me the whole time. he didn’t even make sure i was ready or not he just did it. like no breathe in breathe out, count down, no hi hello, no goodbye, no tips, but it just seems like he is annoyed but the place is very clean and i like the piercing.

First I asked for a very sentimental tattoo and Reo basically CARVED my skin!! I am scarred on my hand and forearm!! When I went to show him, he got loud and barked how it isn’t healed and he had tattooed for 32 years!! He is a bully!! Couldn’t admit to his mistakes !!!! Horrible job!! Very disgusted!!! People like Reo make it hard to support smaller businesses!!!!

I went in alone and Had my nipples pierced. Really didnt hurt at all. Filled out the paper work and was ready to go. No wait. He made sure they were both even and after we were done we sat and talked for a minute since I got dizzy walking out to leave. Nice guy. Wish I had cash instead of my card to tip him. Will be back to do that. Thanks!

I went to get my septum pierced and Reo pierced it right by my cartilage which made it impossible to even smile and I tried to remove the ring but the barbell was put on too tight. Keep in mind I paid $38 for the septum. And I could not remove the ring cause Reo placed it on too tight so I had to go back to get it removed and I had to pay another $5 so he could remove something he put on tight. DONT RECOMMEND!

I went to this place to get my inner conch pierced, and the piercer was rude, I did not appreciate his sarcasm, he was impatient, and I did not like the placement of wear he pierced my inner conch. I had eight piercings previously before my visit in which I went to another shop that was great however, the other shop only pierces with a gun and I did not feel comfortable piercing my inner conch with a gun thus, I went to Reo’s Tattooing and I will never go back.

Got my nose pierced here in September. By far the most painful experience I’ve ever had. Three months later my nose is still bleeding still hasn’t even come close to healing. Came to Florida and decided I wanted this thing out. First the guys tells me the guy at rio used the wrong kinda ring to pierce my nose which is why it wasn’t healing. Then the piecer tells me he should have informed me about he risk of infection with a hoop. I can’t for the life of me understand why this guy would do this. It’s 45 dollars and I would have paid it either way. Wouldn’t recommend anyone go to this place spend your money elsewhere

Went there today for a dermal. Turned around and went back again for my second one 15 min later. Tomorrow I’m getting 4 more…definitely recommend

I went to get my belly pierced last Saturday, and it was not painful at all, it was fast, everything was very clean and today 5 days later it is completely healed. super recommended!

Super clean and professional! Stopped by to make a quick appointment for the following week first. Super happy with my tattoo, its exactly what I wanted. Reo was really fast!

Truly I dont know how this man is still in business. Reo made me feel like a bother when I asked him to adjust the outline for my tattoo, as if I wasnt getting PERMANENT work done on my body. He was literally screaming at this wife on the phone while I was on his table. On top of that, it was my first tattoo and he didnt even bother asking me if I was okay the entire time. Its been about a year and the tattoo is still raised, because Reo is so damn heavy handed. I plan on getting his work covered up soon. Youve been warned.

Been coming here for various things here and there over the years. Reo and I always have good conversations and his intake technician was wonderful I cant remember his name but it was a really a pleasant experience. Dont slip this spot its clean and professional. Would definitely recommend to others

Had my belly pierced and he took way to much skin. Not only that but when he pierced it he went so slow with it. It was completely painful. When he went to screw the top on he dropped in my belly button and had to move the piercing around to get it. That was extremely painful. Ended up in so much pain from it I go sick. DONT GO HERE

If I could give him a negative star, I would. The worse tattoo ever! Wish I could show a picture of it. Asked for 3 arrows..very thin lines( showed him a picture of it), the arrows came out extreme thick and is now spreading...the lines are almost one. Emailed him about and never received a reply. He is also not friendly at all!! never spoke a word to me while doing the tattoo..Now I have to pay more to either remove or cover it up. Went to another place and they told me it’s gonna take a lot to cover it up bc he went in so deep. STAY AWAY!!!

I was very pleased with my experience at Reos Tattooing. The staff was both friendly and professional. The piercing area was clean, and the gentleman who did the piercing was quick and made it painless.

As i am reading these comments I find it funny .. When I went to get my lip pierced he , the piercer , went through everything i needed to know. how to clean it & what to and not to do for a while. He was very sterile & was nice & cautious . There were no kids and the front desk was nice. The price was not bad , $50.00 ,... But my piercing came out great. I would recommend this place for piercings. tatoos 9i am unsure of the quality , i didnt even feel when the needle went through . Great expirence for me. In fact i am going back in a week to get another piercing. or two..

Professional, professional, professional - From beginning to end, I was ABSOLUTELY impressed with this business and the owner. I only wish I had known about him sooner. He will DEFINITELY be my GO-TO GUY for any piercing assistance I may need from here on out.

If I could give this place a 0, I would. Worst place to get a tattoo done. I have over 25 tattoos so far this guy is by far the worst artist in all areas. He not only jacked up my arm he was so rough he left holes in my skin. He didn’t talk the whole time. Had the heaviest hand I’ve ever seen from an “artist” if you could even call him that. I’m embarrassed of the tattoo I had done here I avoid showing it. This place is over priced and he has no idea what he’s doing. Avoid this place like the plague.

Has Such a house warming set up and a lovely front desk girl that has great hospitality only spent 15-20 mins in there for my lip piercing. Thinking of getting my first tattoo there soon! Highly recommend this location 😊😎

WORST TATTOO EVER !! First of all it didnt come out even close to my picture I brought . He had a attitude the WHOLE TIME ! . Kids were running around . . NO babymother . And the other guy made me feel uncomfortable by his comments cuz I was getting it on my private area . . Now back to the tattoo itself . He dig into my skin so bad . It hurts still and the scabs are so ugly .. The lines are shaky . Shady is wrong . PLEASE DO NOT GO TO REOs !! & basically he had me sitting there all day but only took 20 mins on my tattoo he is very heavy handed . I DO NOT RECOMMEND HIM EVEN IF THEY WERE FREE ! Dont make the same mistake

Omg😱 this was crazy... Ive gotten over 20 tattoos ..this has been the worste. I got a cover up on my wrist. He didnt talk and he was so rough I was bleeding like if he had cut open my skin.l my veins... Omg I love getting tattoos and I couldnt wait to get out of here. I was almost told him forget it Ill finish it somewhere else. But it was already paid for... Ugh. I just pray now that it doesnt heal crappy due to him being super rough ....

Got a piercing a few years ago and it still bothers me to this day....it was a nipple piercing and the rings were entirely too small. I told him I thought the rings were too small but he said to keep them in because they’d heal. Now, I can’t get these stupid rings out.

I only give him a four because as a tattoo artist I felt like yes I should know what I want but he should of more open with suggestions with ideas with the tattoo I had picked out. instead he was like I dont have to wear it lol yeah I know but helping with ideas is also a tattoo artist job. and while he was doing my tattoo he kept looking up to watch tv. Im a pretty laid back person so Im ok but other people might have a problem. other than that I LOVED my tattoo i would go back

Avoid this place like the plague!! My wife got a tattoo done here two weeks ago. It got infected very badly and has now started peeling off!!! Mind you, we have about 22 tats between us...so the you didnt properly care correctly isnt going to fly! Absolutely horrific!!!

Had my 2nd tattoo done here, went to another for my 1st and 3rd...... reo was professional, neat, and clean. His tattoo is the only one out of my original 3 that hasnt started to fade....therefore all the rest have been and will continue to be there

While ago, this place told me to remove my pants and panty to get better blood flow while getting a belly piercing. I didnt know anything about how the procedure were like. I found out later by my friends I didnt have to. I was humiliated and sexually harassed! Very unprofessional!!!!

Reo always get the job done well and right. Been going to him for a long time. Now my kids go to him. Good prices and great work.

When i booked the apt they told me it would take 45 minutes which concerned me given its a very small tattoo so they told me $140 for it so i paid and then come to my apt day i arrived early and started my tattoo late when they werent even busy it took less than ten minutes to tattoo which i felt was a ripoff considering they had me pay 140 for less than ten minutes of tattooing
