So patient and kind with my son and I. Had a broken chain from a NYC store and they were more than happy to replace it for me for only $28 dollars instead of the original $200+ price ! I’m so glad i got that extended protection plan. It ended up helping me in the end.Shout out to the whole team here! They were so helpful, I even got my sons ears pierced! Thankfully I had his Birth Certification in my phone (NJ is a whole lot different than NY). Would recommend to anyone !

I do agree that , their jewelry is very overpriced considering that none of it is solid gold, just gold dipped or silver dipped . I did however have a good experience when buying here and would return if i need a quick gift

My piercers name was Melanie. I could not be any more happier with the service she has provided me. Me being a 32 yr old women (who never got anything pierced) i was very nervous and she was very patient and was so caring during my time. She made the whole experience wonderful. I could not be any more grateful for her. I’ll definitely be coming back to bring for more purchases and possibly another piecing.

I was waiting for one of the workers to finish up with a customer, after she finished, she immediately started, turning off the lights and setting up to close as she saw me standing right there waiting to be helped. I asked her are you closing right now she said yeah sorry and continued to close. This is at 6:40 and they are supposed to close at 7. I get it you want to leave, but at least let me know you are finishing the last customer and closing, dont make me wait and pretend you didnt know i was waiting to be helped. 1/10 service

Purchased a gift for my niece. Kayle was very informative and patient. She told me about an ongoing sale I didn’t even know about! Best part was my niece loved the necklace! Would buy from here again.

Went in for piercings the other day and Lianna was very helpful. She was very sweet and made sure I was comfortable. Not only did she do a good job but also helped me choose beautiful earrings! Would definitely go back just for her.

I waited almost 20 min.. I understood they had other customers when it was finally my turn the Asian lady helped me she was nice at first then after i was checking out my total was more i asked her to check she had added insurance when i didnt asked for it removed it with an attitude. When i told her i dont needed she said Ok.. Ok… I will take it out. She said I have to leave already. It was 6:14pm. I check the website it says they closed at 7:00pm. People check your receipts.. Very unpleasant time. Would not purchase again on this location.

This was probably one of the worst jobs I have ever had. I was hired, and made it known, that I had a disability. I then found out that the boss, AnnaMarie told a coworker that I was “useless and disabled”. AnnaMarie made the environment very toxic and would speak down on everyone. I tried reporting this incident to HR and no one ever got back to me. I also reached out to the district(or) regional manager, Shannon High, and was met with nothing. It was extremely disheartening to see that the higher ups did not see an issue with this behavior.I do not recommend working, nor shopping, with this company.Since writing this review, I was told that my complaint was being investigated. However, it has continuously been put off due to more important complaints. I have not heard any updates. This company is truly disappointing.

Do not go here absolutely horrible customer service will no longer be shopping at any of these stores, the jewelry is cheaply made and is overpriced and it does not last they will tell you to buy the protection plan but they do not stand behind their merchandise and if you ever have to return something both the associates in all their stores and customer service department could care less about their customers. Save yourself from spending money on cheap quality jewelry and Go to a better quality store so you get something worth your money all their products tarnish and fall apart within months and Jewelry is supposed to last years especially for how much you spend in these company stores! I would never refer anyone to shop here

My wife and I stopped by here for a travel wedding ring. However, we couldnt find anything because my wife has a small ring size. Though they didnt have what we were looking for, Michelle was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I definitely recommend.

Last month my kids got their ears pierced, and Michelle was very nice and asked us to come back after a month to get them checked. Today I went, and found out she is no longer there. The owner of the place was there and he was so inconsiderate; my daughter who had warranty on her earrings he didn’t want to change the earring which had a backpost which was a little bent. I was told at the time we got the ears pierced that the warranty is good for a year and can get the earring changed if need be. Instead he pulled her earring so hard to make the post straight; that she was crying and when we asked him to spray her ear to make it feel better, he said he has none. He kept saying we have no spray bottle, when there were so many there and just for $20 he wouldn’t open a bottle to make a child’s ear feel better. The service was really disappointing.

The lady that works there is very very nice And she helped me out big time today with A pair of earrings that I had bought for my wife there and she broke the earrings and I went there today and Exchanged them for another pair of earrings. They have very good customer service and they are very helpful there and I would definitely recommend A friend

Clean, average price, average portion, great server just in my opinion i had the fried shrimp and no flavor in the coating.
