This is the best tattoo parlor on Long Island. I have been going to Amalia for over 8 years. The place is always clean and the staff is always welcoming, reliable and excited to work with you. Amalia does amazing work, all my tattoos still look new and I am always getting compliments. She also does amazing cover ups! I moved out of state a couple years ago and always make the trip here to get my tattoos, its always worth the travel. You will not regret going here, no one can compete.

I got a tattoo from Amalia the other day my 7th tattoo from her and I won’t go to anyone else. Just her energy and how well educated she is in her field is just beyond. Always an amazing experience when I go there ! Highly recommended.

I’ve been to many tattoo shops in my almost 40 years around the sun and let me tell you that Amalia is an amazing artist. I have a full sleeve by her and some small pieces as well. She’s great to deal with and her work is beautiful. I get compliments all the time and have referred many people who also continue to go back to her. She’s a great artist but doesn’t charge outrageous prices. She loves what she does and it shows.

Amalia has been my tattoo artist for over 10 years and my only go to. She has always over exceeded my expectations and honestly cares about going above and beyond for your piece. Her shop is clean and she knows exactly what shes doing. On top of shes got a great personality. Definitely where you want to go if you want quality work.

Best tattoo artist on Long Island! I had an idea for an upper arm sleeve and Amalia drew it up for me perfectly! Shes got a great touch and I actually fell asleep while she was doing it. Shoulder to elbow took 2 sessions and it gets compliments every time someone sees it. Going back for my other arm real soon.

Excellent workmanship by Amalia , she is my go to tattoo artist . She has done work for both me and my girlfriend with phenomenal details on the work. Amalias lines of the ink work are her go to for making sure the tattoo stands out and the depth of colors that are used are terrific. I have had several peices done by her and never had any problems or infections. The shop is clean and no dirty equipment, all new sterile needles being used and opened right up in front of you during prep up .

I should have gone to Amalia to do my original tattoo so I wouldn’t have needed her to cover it up! It came out amazing and I get compliments all the time! Great service, professional; she helped me put my idea on my arm and I couldn’t be happier. She even sent me home with a care package to take care of my new tattoo. I had my nose pierced by her as well. Again, clean professional service.

Hands down the CLEANEST, most professional tattoo parlor Ive ever been to. I had been to write a few before I met Amalia at least 15 years ago. Since our very first meeting I knew I would never let anyone else tattoo me for the rest of my life. Not only is Amalia amazing but she finds the most respectful and talented staff there is. I refer everyone who asks about my ink to her. To this day, I think at least 12 people took my advice and will now never go anywhere else. Ive gotten quite a few tattoos at Royalty Tattoos. Between Bree (apprentice) & Amalia (owner) I always have such a great experience and the final results are fantastic. Hands down best place I have ever been. Staff is very accomidating and talented. Amalia has done some truly amazing work for me over the past 10 yrs, most of her own and even correcting/covering up some previous bad decisions. Her newest apprentice is the only other person to tattoo me over the past 10+ yrs and is following in her foot steps. I LOVE Amalia & everyone over at royalty tattoo ! I first went to Amalia years back for a cover up tattoo. I was nervous to get this specific tattoo done because a cover up isn’t always easy. I heard great things regarding this shop & after looking up reviews I was SOLD. I went in the day of, not knowing what to choose as my cover up piece. Amalia sat with me for what seemed like forever ( I’m picky lol). She drew up several designs and didn’t give up until I was satisfied. Her patience proving that she cared about the customers happiness. She executed the cover up perfectly. I am so happy I got a tattoo of me and my daughters from Royalty Tattoo. After a lot of research and some personal recommendations from friends I decided to visit Royalty. I wanted a tattoo that was specially personalized for me. It has a lot of sentimental importance for me. And I can say for sure, Amelia, the tattoo artist is amazing. She is very thorough with the detailing and colors. I sat there for close to 2 hours and we completed the entire tattoo in one sitting. I am very glad with the results. After I almost lost my 3 month old daughter, Amalia worked with me and she came up with this Space Kola, inspired from a hospital gown my daughter wore after surgery. This is the ONLY shop i use one Long Island and have been to a few big chains and popular ones previous eg. Lark Tattoo and Tattoo Lous . Amalia is professional, reasonably priced and her shop is clean and equipment is new and state of the art. All the staff here is friendly and helpful. Made me feel at ease, the cartilage is now healing very well with Alex’s aftercare instructions (it’s been a month), and the environment overall was very friendly and professional, as well as everything was very clean and sanitized. Definitely recommend and would come again!

Went in nervous af to get my nipples pierced by Alex, she was super friendly, chill and very professional at the same time. Which helped me feel better and more comfortable. She Made sure to explain the procedure and what I should expect afterwards.. She has also done my finger tattoos and they’ve healed beautifully. Would definitely recommend.

I came here for my first tattoo yesterday (May 2018) and I can’t thank Royalty Tattoo for making me feel so incredibly comfortable.They are extremely professional and kind, caring considerate especially Bree. Will did my tattoo beautifully. I cannot express how I happy I am I will be backEDIT:I came back here August 2018 to get a huge sternum/rib piece. While my tattoo is not BAD by any means, it is not even CLOSE to my reference which at this point I am now considering removal. I partially blame myself for not walking out of the shop as soon as the stencil was drawn up. However I feel the need to disclose this information because when I told my artist I wanted fine line, she told me “fine line does not exist”, instead of being honest and telling me she was not capable of doing it.

Amalia and the gang here at Royalty are fantastic -- I had often thought to get a tattoo on Friday the 13th, but never managed to take off work to do it. She booked me an appointment that night and the hubby and I swung by with some noms. He showed her a tattoo he had tried finding a local shop to cover up and she took care of it -- the other shops had said no or told him to laser it off first. Shes really quick (hubby said one of the fastest hes seen) and touched up a tattoo for me that Id gotten last year too. These guys are fun but still professional, and the shop was very clean too. Cant wait to go back

I have been going to this tattoo parlor for 10 years this is the only tattoo parlor that I enjoy going to, I feel extremely comfortable and welcomed when I go there, my ideas are welcomed and they are very willing to give their expertise when tattooing… their hand in tattooing is very gentle… and when they pierced I have never had an issue…I’ve been purest with them numerous times and never have gotten an infection they have given me descriptive cleaning instructions to make sure that my piercings and tattoos come out clean and positive in the end I definitely recommend this establishment

I do not write reviews very often but when I go to a place that deserves a good review I will. Royalty tattoo is one the best tattoo and piercing places on Long Island, they are very professional and make you feel very comfortable. Definitely 10 outta 10 will return

I went here impulsively to get my first tattoo with a friend back in December 2019, the girls were super sweet and charismatic to us both, and although my tattoo was simple line work, they did a fantastic job and were really cool helping me through the nervousness. Thank you royalty for my first tattoo, definitely will be back for another soon.

The studio was very good at following new COVID rules. I was not even allowed inside before my temperature was taken. This is comforting to know when you are going are entering an area where proper infection protocols are a must. The artist Red was clean, cheerful and accommodating. At no point did I feel my needs were not met. The work was done as I asked promptly and professionally. A good experience.

My first visit at royalty was nothing but amazing.Everyone was friendly and very professional with that being said I saw amalia who welcomed me with open arms from the day we started my full sleeve to the very last second of said sleeve was nothing but great work and postive vibesIf you want amazing art work stop by and see why Ive been blown away with each and every visit

Royalty Tattoo is an excellent tattoo shop. Its staff are friendly and knowledgeable, and the shop is meticulously clean and well kept. I love all the work I have had done there and cannot recommend them highly enough!!!

Tattoos are permanent which is why I HIGHLY recommend Royalty Tattoo in East Northport, NY. I have 0, zero artistic skills and totally rely on Amalia to design my tats and I get a lot, A LOT of compliments on them. I will NEVER go anywhere else.

DO NOT RECOMMEND! If you like drama, or your artist to talk bad about everyone, then I would recommend. Shes the only artist, no one wants to work there, not to mention shes only opened on the weekends..When she is opened shes always late just like all her workers. Shell print out a picture that someone else already made and traces it. Its also an animal shelter and thrift store. Dont know how the board of health hasent shut this place down. She uses her employees and doesnt pay them what they deserve. Not to mention, shes the ONLY tattoo shop on long island that someone overdosed and died in her chair while getting tattooed. Overall HORRIBLE place, HORRIBLE staff. The lost sparrow down the street is open all the time.

Had a beautiful experience getting my first tattoo here. Red did my tattoo and she was super professional, made sure I was comfortable, and also was willing to place my tattoo until it was to my liking. Definitely will be visiting them again!

Amalia just finished a big piece in my back and all I can say is WOW not only was she professional but drew my vision and we will be workin on the rest of my back soon. I have gone to many artists and non have made me comfortable enough to return this is my second piece and will return for more.

Friend got an industrial piercing. Rob is so professional. He was so quick, the piercing was nearly painless and my girlfriend was shocked that it was over so quickly.I cant wait to go back and schedule a tattoo for myself!

I made this appointment for me and my daughter a month before I came to N.Y. for vacation the shop was highly recommend by a friend so we came in met with amalaya she drew up a huge piece for my daughter and a piece for me. Been going here for years. Great friendly staff that treat you like family. I appreciate that they are very candid in saying if an idea will transfer well into a tattoo and that they will work their best to give you the best piece possible.

7 min worth of work costed me $150... She couldnt do ANYTHING free handed, not even a simple tiny heart 🖤.... And it still came out blurred! Then i come to find out she usually does $40 specials. I shouldve went down the block. They have hourly rates for that price... Man, i hate feeling ripped off. Ill never recommend anyone to this shop. 😤😖

Just got my first tattoo ever and I am SO happy I chose Royalty....I felt so comfortable with Amalia and I am extremely happy with the result. I would highly recommend this spot.

I dont know about their tattoos, but /never/ go here for a piercing. They have not a single clue about what they are doing when it comes to piercing even if it sounds like they do, they messed up the piercing i got more than once. They replaced one of my piercings with poor quality jewelry and told me what i had in there was wrong. Several other piercing places told me what I originally had in there was right and what they gave me cause my piercing to get infected. All my other piercings done at high quality places never became infected, and Im personally not prone to infections either and heal very easily. Royalty gives extremely wrong information on how to take care of a piercing, and do not pierce well. It is not worth getting a cheaper piercing that will be done wrong, because youll end up paying more than 40 anyway to get it redone. Go somewhere really proper the first time which usually has a starting price of 60 for a piercing because they are providing you with proper jewerly and save your money from places like these.

I have no idea how this place is still open I got a piercing here done by some lady first off all she’s rude, second of all she has no idea what she’s doing it’s been months and it’s not healed I went to another piercing shop and they said she didn’t pierce it in the right spot and I even told her that before she pierced me. They also said the jewelry wasn’t good and cheap and not to mention she said it was illegal to pierce with studs but it’s not she just made up the dumbest excuses ever I swear she was high on something

Great atmosphere.. Very friendly staff..Amalia is an amazing tattoo artist.. I’m so glad I found her .. she has done me right by far.. I’m getting a full mechanical sleeve done by her and it’s more than 50% done .. it’s Amazing already.. I love it .. she is doing an awesome job on it .. very satisfied already.. my girlfriend also had some work done by her and she loves how it came out ..
