Super awesome staff. Chad was very engaging and down to earth and very professional. Gayle, was ALSO very professional and easy going and super cool. Very clean shop, very nice decor with a wide range of artists that can tackle many styles.

Drove over an hour out here to get my first Tattoo and was not disappointed. Everyone was so chill and the vibe was great. When it came down to the art I was blown away by Chads skill. Zero regrets and cannot reccomend this shop enough!

Just a hair shy from a 5 star review.It was a pretty good experience. I got friendly service which is great because Im inward and quiet and most people dont approach that well.The price shocked me. It was about a 2.5 hour tattoo and the end total was around $300. Ive gotten smaller, less detailed tattoos that took the same amount of time for $500.Long possibly unnecessary story ahead:My tattoo Artist was Zack and he killed the tattoo. When I went in for my consult he seemed to read my mind when going over the idea. When I went in to get the tattoo, though, the stencil was not at all like what I was imagining. I just accepted it and asked that he re-added the ring (which was in the reference photo I sent him). I was so caught up in the portrait part of the tattoo that I didnt check the quote part until I got home, which was off. He went for the version of the quote that most people get tattooed Theres some good in the world and its worth fighting for but I wanted the full quote, word for word, from the film Theres some good in this world, Mr. Frodo, and its worth fighting for. I guess I didnt 100% get this across clearly as I thought Id communicated this when I showed him a screenshot of the quote with the parts I wanted tattooed highlighted. This was technically both our faults.In the end, it really is a great tattoo and honestly my best one to date. It healed super easily and still looks amazing months after. I would definitely go back. But this tattoo, right here, was the first time I ever had tattoo regret.

My tattoo is a custom piece that I have been wanting for several years but could never find the right design or right way to express what exactly I was looking for. After doing my best to describe what I was wanting, my tattoo was designed and tattooed by Rick on 15 November, 2023 and he absolutely nailed it!!! The tattoo took around 4.5 hours to complete and the studio is very clean, friendly, inviting and comfortable especially for lengthly pieces. Rick perfectly captured the “kiss of death” concept I was seeking and I could not be more in love with my tattoo! My boyfriend also got a tattoo that he has been wanting for a while as well and his was done by Izzy. His tattoo was done flawlessly as well and we both will absolutely be coming back for additional art and highly recommend Evolved Body Arts!

My best friend and I went in for matching tattoos. They were very accommodating and made sure we got exactly what we wanted. Amanda and Izzy checked us in and they were both very friendly and helpful. Amanda was a trip and we really got to know her in a short period of time. Chad did my tattoo. He was very professional and a very nice guy. The place was extremely clean and had a really awesome atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Awful. I’ve never been harassed to get a unprofessional tattoo from a apprentice.Everyone at the shop is amazing but PJ. I’ve talked to him at the last shop he was at. I turned him down cause the skill level wasn’t met. Once that happen he became more hostile. I messaged him again to point out how thick lines & heavy hand. Once he read it he blocked me. That’s why all of his works turns out fuzzy and doesn’t even stand out within a year. I’ve talked to a lot of his old clients that ended up getting cover ups.You honestly pay for what get with him.

Husband and myself just had tattoos completed by Izzy. Extremely friendly staff, clean and professional business. Will definitely recommend. Very satisfied with our experience and Izzy did an awesome job.

I come here on a monthly basis to get work done by Zack. I love his art style and he’s just a great person in general. His flash and the custom work he’s done for me is unbelievable. I let him do his thing and I’m always happy with the results. At this point I don’t see him as only my tattoo artist, but a friend. I’m always wishing the best for him!

Where do I begin 🤔💜…evolved body art came to my neighborhood about 5 years ago; and my goddaughter was tattooed beautifully over the last 2 years at evolved …and my daughter wanted to be tattooed also but wanted to wait for covid to be over . Well that’s a long wait! So she made an appointment with the very best shop around…Evolved!! Super professional so clean very friendly and many artists who deliver exactly what they offer… I absolutely loved my tattoo artist Zack; he gave me a honest opinion about what I wanted and delivered exactly what he offered! As always, never disappointed. By far the nicest and cleanest tattoo shop Ive ever been to. Chad, the shop owner not only is beyond talented but recognizes and hires talent as he sets his standards high. The shop atmosphere was very professional, friendly and welcoming. I heard about Evolve from my co-worker after looking at how beautiful his tattoo was. I must say they gained a new customer for sure. Chad, Zack, and Rob are by far some of the best tattoo artist in the state of Maryland. And youre not believe this until you go there yourself. The place is huge, clean, and they are very affordable no matter what tattoo you choose. Chad has done 2 of my tattoos, neck and hand. He makes you feel so comfortable to where you are not in as much pain while getting your tattoo done. Even the chairs are super comfy. So if you want your tattoo done right for a very low price, EVOLVE IS THE PLACE TO GO.

This place is awesome!! Great artists and great atmosphere. Definitely a clean looking parlor with great atmosphere. Ive had 2 tattoos here so far and every colleague I speak to who has been here, and there are a lot of us seeing as soldiers love tattoos, always recommend the place!

Had an awesome experience today at Evolved! I went in with a simple shark tooth design I wanted and the apprentice Warren gave me exactly what I wanted but better. He was so nice, took his time while still getting me in and out in less than an hour, and made sure I was happy with the design every step of the way. The shop was super clean and everyone was super friendly. Definitely going to be returning for more and definitely would recommend to anyone looking for an awesome tattoo shop.

Wow. I had been wanting to get a very, very specific tattoo - both in size and design- for several years. After the quarantine lifted I decided to pull the trigger. I have no tattoos and was super nervous. But everyone at Evolved Body Arts put me at ease and made me feel comfortable. Rick, my tattoo artist worked with me (very patiently I should add) until the design was exactly what I wanted. As he tattooed he stopped every few minutes to make sure I liked what he was doing. Not once did he seem annoyed or frustrated with me and my anxiety about getting it just right. I now have, literally, the tattoo Ive had in my head for years, on me exactly as I wanted it. Its PERFECT!!!! I cannot say enough good things about Evolved Body Arts. I have already recommended them to several friends and 100% recommend them to everyone who reads this.

My husband and I have been seeing Zack every 4-6 weeks for more than 4 years. At the very least, one could say, we absolutely love him. I trust him completely and I am proud of how beautiful he has made my skin. We have also had a few fun little dudes tattooed by Rick! We love these guys so much, they are such a huge part of our lives, we are going to miss them the MOST when we move to Florida in a couple of months 😢

I have experienced getting tattooed at evolved body arts twice now. From the overall pristine, clean environment to the kindness and professionalism of the artists, this shop is definitely a gem! I have referred numerous of my family/friends and definitely will be returning for more work!

I got both of my Tragi (part of the ear) pierced by Matt today. He was very informative, nice, and made the whole process go smoothly. The shop was very clean and organized. He also gave me his business card and told me he could be reached at his email if I had any questions and to come back if I wanted to change the barbell ball color or change the jewelry. I will be returning for future piercing and maybe a tattoo.

The artists in this shop are some of the most talented Ive seen. Take a look at their IG! My cosmos sleeve by Chad looks awesome and I get a lot of compliments on it. My only gripe is scheduling sometimes isnt the best.

Went in to change out my nose piercing for a ring and had an amazing experience! my brother, mom and i chatted with jackie and she was the sweetest! super great atmosphere and the staff is very nice to talk with. i fully recommend coming here!

Got my ear pierced somewhere else and the jewelry actually fell out. I went to Evolved to see if they could put a hoop in my piercing because I couldn’t do it on my own, and Clair was so helpful. Turns out the piercing had closed (what a bummer), but Clair was great and definitely gave it a valiant effort.In general the staff there is great and so helpful/knowledgeable. Should’ve just got the piercing there in the first place! Highly recommend.

Wonderful shop. Zack Levey always does wonderful work for us in less than optimal conditions. We tend to not determine what we want to remember the weekend by until the day we come in.To put it plainly, Zack is a regular artist of ours and we live in Rochester, NY. That should probably say enough.

Chad is hands down the best artist in Baltimore! Always super professional and very efficient. The shop is always immaculate and beautiful. If you aren’t going here to get tattooed then you are missing out!

Went in today to get a very simple tattoo in memory of my father.. They quickly got to work for me.. Very clean stations. Knew what they were talking about.. Brought up reasons for slight changes to help it look better in the long run that I hadnt thought of. Really appreciate that. Rick did my tattoo..I cant say much on his detail work because I only got a copy of part of my fathers writing..I can say his line work is good and I love my newest ink and I plan to come back with my husband shortly for ink for our 2nd son. Really looking forward to seeing the new shop.. I was wondering who was taking over since moving back and being too far from our old guy.. Compared to the last harco tattoo shop I tried this is the one I will be sticking to... No more wondering from shop to shop.

My fiance and I both had tattoos done by Rob Zeinog and we LOVE them. We got very different pieces (I got a solid-black broken up silhouette of a horse with writing around it, my fiance got a Star Wars tattoo featuring a realistic helmet and then some solid black work on an emblem) and Rob absolutely KILLED them. He completely exceeded our expectations, we couldnt be happier.The entire staff at the shop was very friendly and accomodating, the overall feel of the shop was laid-back and welcoming. Their prices are incredibly reasonable for the caliber of work youre getting.Well definitely be returning to Evolved for more tattoos in the future!

Zacks amazing he made sure I was satisfied with my tattoo and he was very professional and decent pricing. I also only had to wait a few days for an appointment, Id definitely advise going to see them for your next tattoo!

I went into Evolved on a whim because I knew 3 of the artists from a previous shop and they all came very highly recommended from individuals who had received tattoos from the staff of Evolved. Every artist at this shop has my vote for getting work done and if that isnt enough, their portfolios speak for themselves. I will be making Evolved the only shop I ever go to as my initial visit to the shop was filled with friendly, professional staff and all of my questions were answered promptly. Check it out folks!

I like this place a lot. they were very friendly and didn’t rush to finish my tattoo. My favorite artist was Zack, he was really nice and talked me through it so i didn’t feel as bad and also gave me good after care advice.

Evolved Body Arts is the only shop I will go to for my tattoos or piercings. I have had great service every time ive come in. Everyone who works there is the best at what style they specialize. Their names are pretty big in the community.Ive gone to Matt Lyle for 5 piercings (Both nostrils, Septum, Belly Button and Tragus) and hes excellent at what he does. I am actually returning this weekend for another piercing. Hes the only piercer I trust.Ive also gone to Rob Zeinog for a total of 7 tattoos. Not only is Rob an excellent tattoo artist, he is professional, honest and knowledgable. He is actually working on another piece for me that I will be getting in March.Overall, everyone who works there is talented, professional and friendly. The shop is very clean and sterile. This shop is the place to go for all your body art needs.

Evolved is staffed with some of the most talented artists on the East Coast. The staff at Evolved demonstrate a level of professionalism and quality work that is unmatched in Maryland. If you want an amazing piece of artwork in a professional, sterile environment than Evolved is where you need to be. I would never come here again! First off, I called before showing up and asked if walk-ins were excepted and they said yes. I then asked if an artist was available currently because I was 5 mins away he said yes there is and ask what was I looking to get. I told him the Aquarius ♒️ symbol behing my ear which is literally two squiggly lines (plain and simple). He said ok come on in. I get there at 4:30pm and was told it would be a few minutes to set up and draw the tattoo (which is two squiggly lines smh). It was then 6:00pm and I ask the receptionist (who is unprofessional)when will this artist be ready and she goes (he’s setting up now) ! I go ok and continue to wait until 6:30pm and attempt to leave. Receptionist goes “I can see how much longer he will be”! I tell her no I’m good and proceed to leave! The worst tattoo experience I ever had . I know it takes time to draw the stential and set up your station but not for 2 hrs bro. They were eating wings laughing joking talking about their personal lives instead of getting me in and out . Then on top of that they were going to charge me $75 for literally these simple small lines ♒️👈 Behind my ear which nothing .... (I was actually able to get it done that same night for $25 and it was professional simple and quick !) So No No No I would not recommend Evolve body arts ! 🙅‍♀️

You can tell that cleanliness and sterilization is a high priority at Evolved Body Arts and the staff are extremely professional and make you feel very comfortable. I have been tattooed by 2 of their artists, Matthew Hitt and Rob Zeinog. Matthew Hitt reworked and covered up a tattoo I had previously gotten at a different local studio that was executed very poorly. After Matt was done I was amazed at how great it looked. He changed something that was an embarrassment to a beautiful work of art. The tattoo I got done by Rob Zeinog I am very happy with, it is small but the amount of detail, line work, and color saturation is awesome. I also got my lip pierced there and they exceeded my expectations there as well. I love both of of my tattoos from Evolved Body Arts and I will only be going there for all my future tattoo and piercing needs.

Super clean, very friendly staff. Was truly surprised and impressed by the entire experience. A bit off the beaten path, but definitely a go to for quality piercing and tattoo work in HarCo.

I find it really dishonest that EBA has disabled comments and reviews on their Facebook page to prevent community members from warning each other about Billy Webbz. This shop has a lot of great artists and does great work, its unfortunate that they are trying to push this under the rug.

This place is not your average tattoo shop, they care about their customers and perform exceptionally well in all styles of tattoos. This place does profoundly well with keeping up with sanitation in all areas of the shop and take pride in representing what they do.

Really bad body piercing. The person who did my septum did not know what he was doing. He kept messing up and piercing me 3 different times just to get it right. I do not recommend going there for piercings.
