Going for tattoo removal is very painful. But Doctor Lin is always so accommodating and compassionate. He helps ease my pain with numbing agents, which no other tattoo removal places do, they just do the numbing cream. I love it there! The girls are always so sweet and soft spoken. They always have small conversations about how I feel after, and make sure I don’t need anything. His consultations for other services I’ve inquired about are very honest and strait forward. 10/10 service I recommend!

Great customer service. Fun & energetic team. I’ve been getting tattoo removal with them for almost 2 years now. Only took 3 sessions of laser removal to lighten it up enough for a cover up. Currently working on a face tattoo removal (which I don’t plan on covering up) & can’t wait to post the results. Quality equipment for sure!

I want to acknowledge that Dr. Lyn and his staff are very kind and attentive, answering all my questions. Unfortunately, my experience with the surgery I had in February was not satisfactory. Despite Dr. Lyn’s efforts to address issues with my results, I ended up with a noticeable pocket on one of my buttocks. After returning three months later for a correction, the results remained the same, and the issue persisted.When I requested a refund, Dr. Lyn offered to continue working on the problem until I was satisfied. However, after a procedure on July 2nd where liposuction was performed, I now have a flat spot and a small bump. Dr. Lyn advised adding pressure, but he mentioned that there was nothing more he could do to fix the issue. I now face a long wait to find someone who can help resolve this problem

I have been with him since he started his office. He’s professional and knows his craft. Has patience to explain to you while listening to your concerns. The best detail is that he doesn’t lie and tell you that you need more treatments. He’s honest. I have had other offices that oversell you product just to make money at your expense of beauty. He’s honest and will listen to you and give you what will suit you best.

As soon as you meet the DR he makes you feel very welcomed and In right hands. Very detailed of the patient needs and wants . His work is amazing I had sculptra done 3 years ago and just now went back to him and love his work once again and already thinking of going Again! His technique is perfection along with caring about his patients.

I came for laser treatments with the Dr. LIn multiple times and had mixed results. But the last time I went, the receptionist performed the laser treatment. She had a hard time getting the machine started. I was surprised because no one told me that she would be doing it. I did not even see the Dr. Im not even sure shes qualified to use the machine. I asked the Dr. to call me to explain but he never called me back. So I will not be coming here anymore.

Found Dr Lin’s clinic through Groupon but I wish I had found him sooner. His pricing is very fair. Staffs are friendly. Dr Lin is very caring and very professional. I was in and out of the office in less than thirty minutes for Kybella shots. Making appointment was simple and straightforward. I was never asked to buy anything else so I kind of wished that I had asked what other service he offers. I will definitely recommend friends and family to visit Dr Lin.

I went to the doctor to get Restylane under my eyes, like I have been doing for years.The injector I normally go to was booked out over six months so I decided to try Dr.Lin. First of all, the Newport Beach office is not an office, he rents a very small room in a building, that has one chair.... My results were very disappointing, lumpy and bumpy, overfilled in some places, and not filled enough in others. I love this filler generally, because I have only gotten good/natural results until now.I rebooked an appointment one week later to ask him to dissolve the overfilled areas that were obvious, however, he told me that it looked good, and I should leave it. After several friends made comments about how bad my filler looked, I insisted that he dissolve it, although I was never offered the $650 back that it cost me for filler I needed to dissolve, knowing that I am going to have to redo it somewhere else.I can not recommend this procedure by Dr. Lin at ANew Laser, just know, if you are unhappy or disappointed, that you will not get your money back, or offered anything else in exchange. Bad business.

I have been coming for a couple of years, MD is very knowledgeable and skilled

I went here for xeomin about a month ago. During the treatment I noticed that the injection felt a little funny. After I felt he did it a little too high. After three weeks there was absolutely no effect. My masseter muscle was still fully active, and my face looked no different. I went to another doctor, and they said that the muscle was very strong. Dr. Thomas Lin had done the injection incorrectly and could have caused a serious problem by putting the xeomin in the wrong place. I had contacted him and explained and gave the information of the doctor who had just examined me again. After arguing with me he agreed to refund half but I still paid money for absolutely nothing and do not feel like I should have had to pay anything as the injecting was not done properly. On top of the agony this caused me. Its been three days since I had the xeomin redone by the new doctor and I already feel it working.

Wonderful staff! The doctor is amazing and knows Botox inside and out. Highly recommend if you’re going to do anything to your face this is the place. I’m turning 40 next year and people still think I’m in my 20’s.

I came here after purchasing a Groupon. This location had an earlier opening than the one closer to my house. The office was easy to find and no problem parking. The front desk staff were not only professional but they were absolutely delightful, polite and kind. I have extreme social anxiety and did not feel any at all while I was there. I did not have to wait long for a consultation with the doctor and also not much of waiting time to get the treatment, which was administered by the doctor as well. My second time here at ANEW, ! Dr.Thomas Lin , has the most beautiful personality , I came in for lip fillers, I needed very little product in my lips, and I wanted the rest of the product under my eyes , so I consulted with him and he agreed very kindly !!! I had a very expensive procedure done at this location back in February 2022, with zero results. Also this clinic is super filthy.I definitely do not recommend this place. The way the doctor handles himself is very unprofessional, and as I mentioned whole location is dirty including the surgery room.

I went in for laser tattoo removal. I decided to go here because they are popular on Instagram. Dr. Lin was friendly and he tried his best to do the laser removal fast and effectively. After the first session, my tattoo on my wrist was pretty much gone already. I highly recommend going here for your tattoo removal needs.

I had made appt with Anew laser, and had botox done on my upper lip due to smoking lines in which the attending Doctor called them kissy lips. Today it has been my second day since my injection and have not seen any results. The place is clean and the staff is friendly. The Dr is quick with recommendations and with injections. I was in and out in about 20 mins. While I was there it seemed to be a few group on customers from my view while there. Im hoping to see some results real soon thats why I gave this 2 stars only.

The 1st time I went to Anew Laser was to get fillers. It was a great price during a Valentines special. I love the results. He really made a difference with just one syringe. I look years younger. I would certainly go back because they offer so many other services Id like to try.

Went to this doctor for masseter botox. Now I cannot lift the left side of the mouth. He injected in the wrong anatomical location. He was also careless with injection and was more focused on getting good images for his ig story. Staff didn’t know the difference between botox and filler. This is a standard procedure that I’ve had done many times before with no issues until I saw Dr. Lin. Beware. Smile is now ruined. Recommend going to someone more experienced when doing anything on your face.

Quick, easy and Dr. Lin is amazing.

This was my first time at Anew Laser and it was a good experience. The doctor sits down with you first and explained the procedure in detail, answered all my questions. The procedure it’s self took about 30 minutes or less and it went well. This was my first time doing anything like this but the doctor and staff make you feel at ease. Had an appointment and I arrived on time. There was literally 2 customers and around 4 rooms empty. I was in one of their rooms for 45 mins waiting and no one came to even to a preparation for the tattoo. I walked out and the doctor looked surprised. They forgot about that I was in the room. So if you come here with an appointment be prepare to waist at least 1 hour doing nothing while they have no one to assist.
