Ive been to this shop several times now working with Brian. He has done everything from a cover up, new designs and touch ups. He can do it all. He really takes the time to make sure youre happy with the everything before starting. I would give him more stars if I could.

I walked in and asked if I could get a cover up done that needed to be drawn up and made and it took them 3 hours. From making the tattoo I wanted to doing it! Loved them and will be going back when I go back to Tennessee!! Brian was amazing and the staff was very welcoming as well. Thank u guys for giving my thoughts to a tattoo that I love and get ppl asking me; omg thats a sweet tat, who did it?

Ryan was very helpful and a great tattoo artist. I came for my first tattoo with different inspirations for it and he helped me piece it together. he walked me through each step. the tattoo was only $100 and took less than two hours. I am absolutely in love with my tattoo and I would definitely recommend this place!

Hey if youre looking for a tattoo in east TN, I cannot recommend this place enough! Im beyond satisfied with the entire experience! JR was fast at responding and did a great original piece! Clean, comfortable, professional!!!

I’ve been going to this shop since I got my first professional tattoo. The shop always has such a chill vibe and the artists are fantastic. I recommend them to everyone!

Went for the Halloween special since I love beetlejuice. Danielle is the one who did mine. She was very nice and respectful. Took her time to make him perfect. Bj turned out amazing! I couldn’t be happier. Definitely recommend.

UPDATE: I have spoken to the owner who was very kind and reassuring and agreed to fix it himself after the healing process of course.Okay so we visited this shop because they were doing a flash sale and my sister and I were both looking for new artists and what better way to find one than getting a small, quick tattoo to kind of gauge the artists ability. However. Both of us decided on different designs and made an appointment earlier in the day. My sister goes first and in the dim lighting of the room hers did not seem bad, it was cute even. Then I went and actually really liked mine. We left happy and had great conversation with the artist. We get in the car to leave and she says “I’ve been looking at mine the whole time you were getting tattooed, and it’s actually really really bad” so I get a closer look. I’m embarrassed that she has to walk around with this on her body and not only that now she has to pay for a cover up. This is the worst tattoo I’ve ever seen. I’m attaching a photo for some insight into why I am so upset with this tattoo. And even more upset that I paid money for this to be on my little sisters body until she can get it covered.

I took my daughter here and we both got tattoos. Juliana was are artist and she is very kind and caring. I highly recommend this place.

Friday the 13th flash sale yesterday was a new and awesome experience for me. Even though they were down 2 artists, had hundreds of people there, people lining up 4 hours early...they handled it like rock stars!! And delivered awesome ink. The 7 hour wait was well worth my experience. Thank you 😊

Ink Therapy has a lot of great characters who do some amazing work. The atmosphere is relaxed, and the rooms are separated to give you a sense of privacy with your artist. This place is definitely at the top of the tattoo shops in the Tri Cities. Ask for Melissa if you want a light hand and perfect linework. Im absolutely coming back for more!

Amazing place and great prices and will work with your hours. So clean and safe Environment. Friendly hard working artist. Truly awesome business. Would highly recommend this place anyone getting ink.

Amazing service by some very talented tattoo artist. The vibes in this shop are amazing to say the least. Me and my significant other are very socially anxious people and when we walked into the shop we were relieved by the atmosphere inside. Everyone was so nice, Welcoming and the place was so clean and nicely setup. Todd is an absolute amazing artist and all around genuine nice guy. He does amazing work to say the least and we will both definitely be back in the future for some tattoos. Keep up the great work everyone and dont change a thing.

This has to be the cleanest tattoo shop I have ever been in, and the artists were friendly. Whitney did my tattoo and with my skin rejecting the transfer paper, she basically hand drew the whole thing and I absolutely LOVE it. She did exactly what I asked for, will definitely be going back!!!

Do not recommend seeing Markell. Took my bf for his bday to get his first tattoo. It was a blue palm sized football helmet. Markell rushed through it and had it done in under 30 minutes. Line work was uneven, colour was splotchy, even leaving some areas not coloured in at all and had my bf pouring blood and said he only bled like that bc he has freckles. We went back for the touch up hoping hed fix it and he didnt. We talked to the owner who said wed have to talk to Markell and Markell is trying to charge us to fix his botched tattoo work. Now were going to have to go somewhere else and pay $200 on top of the $150 we paid him just to get it fixed

Place is great, super awesome vibe, Ryan helped me out and was very reasonably priced and made the experience super easy. Will be back for more ink!

If you are looking for an awesome tattoo artist, go see Corey Jones. Took my mom in for her 80th birthday...first tattoo ever. He did an amazing job. He was very careful in handling her skin and nerves. She loves it. My daughter and I got matching tattoos with her. We are very impressed with the service he provided. This was my 2nd time using this location. Both artists went above and beyond.

Took my daughter in for a navel piercing. The lady was an apprentice, and was awesome ! Highly recommended! She was clean with whole process, and very thorough. Super friendly! And as cheap as the notorious piercing/ tattoo shop in neighboring Johnson City... plus she took us right in! Will return for sure.

I got my 1st tattoo here. I absolutely LOVE It!!! The staff was very friendly and inviting. And Mickel, who did my tattoo, went beyond my expectations and copied my puppies paw print and made it smaller for my tattoo. He gave me a piece of my precious Angel to have with me. And it’s more than I expected! I will definitely use Mickel again!!!!

Just moved into the area and found Ink Therapy thanks to a coworkers recommendation. Beautiful, clean shop filled with friendly artists. Brian actually opened early to accommodate my work schedule, awesome guy. Glad to have found the place and I don’t need to ever try another shop.

My husband and I are totally crazy about our new tattoos. Mickel did an amazing job, and he was great to talk to. The salon is nice and clean], and everyone there was completely friendly. We felt really comfortable.

Marcus did some piercings for myself and my friend and did an amazing job! Super friendly and sets a light tone to keep you comfortable and relaxed! Would 10/10 recommend. Well definitely be going back!

Todd and Justin both have done work on me. Top notch guys top notch quality. They are definitely for the working class. Quick responses and good with scheduling. Can’t brag on these guys enough

Brian is amazing he done a resident evil 8 tattoo on me back in November and honestly its been the best experience Ive ever had at a shop before I definitely recommend him!

My daughter hooked me up to be inked by Brian and he did this amazing piece on my forearm. He has the lightest hand I have ever expirenced from a tattoo artist. The dog at the bottom was a cover-up and you would never know it by looks or the way it felt. I couldnt tell that he was going over the scar tissue that comes with any tattoo being covered. It felt just like the rest of the tat. He was such a pleasure to be around and the shop has a very therapeutic vibe. I know everyone has their own reason and feelings behind a tattoo. I personally find it to be my therapy in its own way. Such a privilege to be inked by Brian. His work speaks for itselfs. Not to leave out that he did a fantastic job with my doggies actual paw print for my daughter. Thank you for a wonderful expirenced. Looking forward to coming back. Everyone at this shop is nice and ready for any answer or project you have for them. the guy that works on me is light handed and makes sure im comfortable before he makes and movements in the tattoo path. Brad youre awesome! im so excited to come back and finish mine up.

I got both my earlobes and my nose pierced here a while back !! It was a very welcoming and friendly atmosphere! Marcus was really friendly and professional! I highly recommend this place for piercings!!

The owner of the establishment was the person who I dealt with and he was a very polite easy going person throughout the whole session. He was more than happy to answer any questions or concerns. This is definitely my place to go from now on. 10/10 will go again.

Melissa did an amazing job on my coverup. She was patient and kind bc the tattoo I got was in a sensitive area. Out of all the tattoos Ive got I havent found an artist I would return to till now.
