Walked in on June 1 2024 and got seated. Dereck did an amazing job on my tattoo, I told him I’d definitely be back to get more to the collection. Professional at it’s finest in we’ll refer and recommend people to you guys

Went in gave them the picture of what I wanted and did excellent work the people were awesome and I will definitely be back for more tattoos loved the experience I had here.

I couldnt be more happy with my results! Shasta and Cody made me feel right at home as a walk in and Ill definitely be back!

My first visit impressed me, I stopped in to get a price and within 25-30 minutes later I had my new ink BROKEN installed.lol..seriously Marcus did an awesome job and went above and beyond to explain about the care needed for a great healing and to register me for a tattoo give away. And by the way I happen to have been 1 of the $250 winners I plan on going in today to check out some new stuff. Wonderful place. I regret that I could only give the guys a 5 Star rating .

This was our first visit to this shop, and to say the least we were highly impressed. The artist and atmosphere were extremely professional and the shop itself was immaculate. Logan did an amazing job, I highly recommend him for all of your tattoo needs.

I walked in around 4, gave Taylor a rough idea of what I wanted and by 6, I was walking out a very happy customer. I’ll definitely be back!

We had our first experience here about 2 weeks ago. This will definitely not be our last! We actually hadn’t planned on getting any tattoos any time soon, but we were driving through downtown, saw it was open and decided to go for it. The place is the cleanest I’ve ever seen, the staff are wonderful, and Sean did an amazing job. We didn’t get anything complicated, just names, but WOW. Their work speaks for itself, and I can’t wait to go back and add more. The atmosphere is absolutely the best I’ve ever had- from decor to music..just everything, I didn’t even know he had finished! It was smooth and didn’t take long at all, about an hour for both of us, including the time spent sanitizing, picking out designs, and the tattoo for two people. We will definitely be back, and if you’re looking for a place to get the tattoo you’ve always wanted, this is the place for you, also great for first timers...they are very friendly and helpful, answering any and all questions you have. Great work, great price, great service. If I could give more stars, I definitely would.

Absolutely love! So clean, the staff are friendly and very helpful! I have 7 tattoos now but only the last two where done here by Chris. I have to say, they are my favourites yet! They are better than I couldve imagined!

Accompanied my daughter for her tattoo with JJ. Convenient parking, awesome vibe as soon as we walked in with 🎶 selection, clean and comfortable seating and lighting. This was her 3rd tat from JJ and HE is amazing in his trade! Artistictally talented, OCD clean and confident. My next will be in a month or two and I will be making another visit for me this time!Only thing I would suggest is some more lighting outside- something brighter to grab attention to your wonderful spot

Went there to get a small tattoo and they wanted $250, went somewhere else to have it done and they didnt put enough ink in and it was a distance away so we went here for a touch up and they wanted $200, ended up going across the street to ink therapy and got it for $100Really need to be more realistic with your pricing

Great artists and a comfortable environment

Made an appointment with Katlyn on April 21st for June 6th. Sent her numerous photos and explained to her what I wanted...TWICE! Thirty minutes before my appointment she texted me and canceled my appointment. After a few days I contacted her and asked her when she would be able to fit me in. She gave me a new appointment... upon arrival, they knew nothing about my appointment and asked if I would like to reschedule...Ha! Nope, taking my business elsewhere.

This is the nicest tattoo shop in the area. Super clean, professional and friendly. Its not dark and dingy like most places. I have always gotten top quality service with each tattoo Ive gotten. All the artists are wonderful, but Nate Purcell is my favorite.

100% satisfied!!! Rusty did an awesome job. Very clean, and professional. I wont go anywhere else from now on.Any bad reviews they have with no explanation they are just trolls. They literally have given EVERY business a bad review, they just want to cause a scene, and make someone look bad.Grade A service here everybody!!!

Im changing my 1 star to a 3 starThe man who pierced my sons lip and messed it up actually came and approached me a few days ago and apologized. He explained he was removed from his position in this store days after. The fact that he was nice enough to come say sorry and explained Rusty ( who i believe he said was the owner) knew nothing about the piercing had me coming here to post an apology to the store. So, Ive never had any ink from these folks and apparently, the man who did my sons snake bites is no longer employed by these folks.

The best tattoo shop around. I get all mine here and they are all perfect! All of the artist are talented and know what they are doing. The shop is extremely clean and has a nice atmosphere. Highly recommend Pioneer Tattoo.

Was a walk in off the street and my boy Brian worked me in instead of making me wait and make an appointment..looks like a normal strip mall BUT THE DECOR INSIDE IS OIT OF THIS WORLD NICE, VERY VERY CLEAN AND ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL TOO..Great Artists/people who do damn good work for very reasonable prices also..go give them a visit and I bet youll love the place and will more than likely walk outta there with some new ink work done for sure... Hands down the best place to get a tattoo anywhere in the Tri-Cities!! Sean did a great job on my tattoo I got Saturday. This is my third tattoo that they have done, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!!

This shop is a joke, they nearly never are able to do what you want, (out of pure laziness) they will try to convince anyone to get something with g he most simple and basic design so they dont have to be creative at all. If you want a tattoo that you could get in jail or anywhere else (someones basement) go here. They are the least creative and least experienced shop around, if I could give 0 stars I would. LASY LAZY LAZY Shawn I think is his name, is the worst one. You cant get a design that you want or already have drawn, he wants to make it as simple as possible and wont do one of a kind work.

Got moms memorial tattoo done yesterday for the anniversary of her going home. Couldnt have been happier with the results or process that Nate Purcell provided from the old school rock and roll she brought me up on, his ability to incorporate her ashes into the tattoo, to the fact he just got a bike (she woulda respected that), not to mention the killer tattoo Im now wearing. Who woulda thought three hours of getting stabbed with needles could do so much healing

Nice shop but way to over priced, small tattoo costing upwards $200 when you can go right down the street get the same piece done better for half the price.

Over charging bullies they are dirtynot the needless the place itself is dirty old couch the guy with the beard had food in it and the place stunk like construction workers were living in it they messed up my white I asked to get it fixed they want to charge me for their screw up
